    Hi Team, I have been using Vodafone postpaid number [protected] in Hyd for few month. Since i have relocated to other city for past 3 month i requested deactivation of my postpaid number.(All the bills till date are paid) I went to Vodafone store in Hyderabad(Madhapur near Hitech City) and they suggested me to send email to 'vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com' and the number will be deactivated within 48 hours. I sent the email on 2nd Dec, 2013 but they requested to visit Vodafone stores nearby me.I went to Madhapur Hi-tech City Vodafone Store on 3rd Dec 2013 and paid all the bills till date. I got the Pre Paid Sim and the VODAFONE Employee(Kranthi, &Amar) told me it will get Activated within 48 working Hours but when it was still not working i went three times to the VODAFONE Store - Infront of Image Hospital, Madhapur, Hyderabad . Atleast they should have told me that I have to STOP using this Number till my PRE - PAID did not get activated so that i sholud not have to face new BILL for the new month. when i went to their STORE again they told me Pre paid will get activated tomorrow for sure... But it was not done. Then i called thei CUSTOMER CARE [protected] and asked them to let me talk to their LEADS ; after calling so many times they suggested me to Drop a mail to - corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com. i did the same but no response from their side and still i have to use my same POST PAID number as I don't have any other option and my PRE paid sim they gave me is still not activated. I called 3 times per a day but no use not responding the call Stores manager Mahesh @ [protected] Note: if I receive any Postpaid bill Madhapur Hi-tech City Vodafone Store need to pay.       Network and Connectivity Problem on my Mobile # [protected] Inbox x Alok Bansal <[protected]@gmail.com> Nov 21 to nodal.mah, appellate.mah Dear Ms. Nidhi Verma, I got my above connection activated on 20th September 2013 after shifting from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I received a call from your CC Department on 24th or 25th September 2013 for feedback. At that time I conveyed the lady who spoke to me that I am facing Network and Connectivity problem she told that I will receive a call within 24 Hours from the concerned Department but those 24 Hours have not come even today. I would like to draw your attention towards the problems I am facing viz Call Dropping / Poor Network / Weak Signals and no voice after picking up a incoming or dialling outgoing Call. In fact I had complained to Vodafone Gujarat regarding this problem being faced on my Mobile #s [protected] / [protected] / [protected] at this juncture VF Gujarat deputed Technical Team from VF Maharashtra and they were supposed to visit my place on 21st September 2013, your Team Members came to Society Gate went back and called my son on his Mobile saying they are going back since the Network Signals were not available at Gate itself hence it is obvious that inside Society the situation will be no good. Now I am fed up with the problems being faced on account of poor Network, yesterday I decided to Port my Number to some other Service provider who has better facility. I called up at [protected] explained my problem to Mr. Ganesh who transferred my call to Network Department. There I spoke with Ms. Deepali who conveyed that they have neither any Cellsite in the Vicinity nor it is in Planning stage hence they are unable to provide any respite. I requested to allow Portabilty since it is VF Maharashtra problem for their own reasons and situation beyond control. Ms. Deepali suggested to call at 198 for Portabilty as they can guide in the matter. I called at 198 and spoke to Mr. Ram and I was conveyed that Portabilty can be affected after 90 days of activation of connection. I enquired why this stricture of 90 days when VF is unable to provide services to Cusomer, he conveyed it will be possible only after passing of 90 days. We are sure you will agree that network expansion is an on-going process and it is only a matter of time before the situation improves in your favor. As a part of the overall network improvement process, which is continuing, the situation in your particular area will definitely improve. We request your kind forbearance in the interim.         I purchased new data simcard on the morning of 7th Dec 2013 from vodafone gallary at Naupada, Thane, Maharashtra. The number is [protected] I wasn't informed by the executive that I have to dial some number for activation. He said, he will activate the number by 10 am of 8th Dec. I travelled to Kashmir from 8th to 11th. My card could not get activated. I visited the gallery at around 7 30 pm for the issue. I got the answer that the system is closed, but I will get a call next day by 10 am for televerification. The executive also suggested me to activate by calling 117 from alternate number. He said that the alternate registered number in their system is [protected]. I corrected that number and gave him the correct number which is [protected]. I didn't get any call on 9th despite a promise from the gallery executive. Next day on 9th I had to leave for Pune and returned back only on 9th night. In my Pune stay, I called 117. I got an answer that I have to call [protected]. Today I called that number from my landline, as I was not guided properly that I have to call from the registered mobile number. I got an answer from the telephone executive that I have to call from the registered alternate mobile number. I called from my alternate number which is [protected]. I got an anwer that the alternate number registered in your system is [protected]. So they cannot activate the service. Now I'm again going out of Mumbai for 4 days and I'll be unable to use the service because the card is not yet activated. ITS NOW MORE THAN A WEEK THAT MY DATA SIM CARD IS NOT ACTIVATED. I AM FADE UP WITH THIS SYSTEM. My main issues are: 1) I couldn't get proper guidance from the gallery 2) Wrong alternate number has got registered in your system which is not my fault. 3) When I open my tab, I get a message that activate the service by calling 117. While the card is not for calling but its only a data sim card. 117 is not a right number for activation. So again a wrong information. 4) My data simcard has not yet activated. So why should I pay bill for this duration? I hope you will take this complaint seriously and understand the frustration which I'm undergoing. Waiting for the immediate response.         I did get a call and I spoke to you over phone. I'm reiterating herewith the following.
        please note that the service to my number [protected] got activated on 15th of december though i purchased it on 8th. The reasons I already have explained you in my last mail and also on the phone call you made on 16th night at around 8 pm. Hope your system has recorded our comunication.

        I reiterate it here that, 1) due to lack of adequate information given from your executives in the vodafone gallery at Naupada, Thane and also on the phone, 2) due to wrong alternate number registered into your system, i faced lots of problems and spent lot of time on activating the service for the said number. So i demend here that MY BILLING SHOULD START FROM 15TH! THAT IS FROM THE DATE WHEN THE SERVICE GOT ACTIVATED AND NOT FROM 8TH WHEN I PURCHASED.
        Hope you will take note of this and respond accordingly.

        Hi,

        I got my Airtel Number [protected] Port to Vodafone three weeks ago. After a week my phone services were deactivated stating negative verification as I was not available at home. I called up customer care they suggested me to visit Vodafone store and they will do verification. After reaching store they updated verification is not done in store customer care gave wrong information. Now Vodafone Store person initiated verification mail and he updated I will get some one to verify the number. But no one turned up. Now after several attempts I am still waiting for Verification and no update yet. Customer care are not helpful. My number is not active now since two weeks. Very wrong decision of porting to Vodafone. My alternate number is [protected] and it was confirmed.
        I am waiting for some urgent action on this issue as I am now helpless.

          For my data number[protected], i have tried reaching out to the customer care from 01-12-13 atleast 10 times, trying to explain to them my problem . Each time they give me different reason and a unfitting reply to my query . They have asked me to visit the vodafone store, went there twice, they said they will call me back, but i never received any call . Seeing this I am fed and have decided to permanantly deactivate my number, and will not pay any charges Nov. onwards . I request you all to avoid Vodafone and abstain from such a heartless provided for as much as you can . Regards Abhinav [protected]

            myself(Anup Kumar) buy a 3G prepaid nersetter of vodafone company and the no is[protected]. But after 4 days the no. is not activate.The person of vodafone mini store (near banjara hoter virar west mumbai) are not to give any response to activate the no. So i am change the operator because the person in vodafone company are zero. The person in vodafone mini store(near banjara hoter virar west mumbai) are useless and not to able any plans of vodafone.

              I have been using vodafone since 2010. I have 2 different postpaid numbers. Since I had taken the number from corporate I needed to get out of contractual agreements before requesting for port out. I've been sending mails and going to vodafone store with requests for the same since June 2013. To be precise, I had mailed on 23 June, 2 July 15 July and went to stores more than 5 times in Sept and Oct and Dec. With great difficulty I got one number out of contract but still the other number is not getting out of contract... everytime i'm told that send a mail with details to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com . . . . the latest mail I send was 11 Dec. the other number for which I'm out of contract, the port out request has been rejected 4 times already... reasons given were that my query was resolved, ... this is something new I'm seeing... though i never receive a call from vodafone, i receive a message that you spoke to our XYZ representative and your query has been resolved. I dont know what to do... whenever I speak to customer care they tell me they done have such records though I can see the acknowledgements in my mail. Please help.

                hellow i am a residence of devsar, bhiwani.hayrana, india. it is a very serious problem that vodafone company is setting up the high radiated tower in crowded areas just twenty meters away the residence. i want the concern authorities to take serious action . if the action wont be taken within 20 days i will draw attention of consumers court to this issue and this will be very harmful to your firm or comapny.

                  Hi I am writing all my troubles below in form of a mail which I sent to nodal and appellate authority of vodafone. My name is Prerna Jaisingh and my Vodafone contact number is [protected] I have recently ported to Vodafone from Tata Docomo and I highly regret my decision Within a first month I have faced all sort difficulties and troubles with this company. The list of my troubles is mentioned below. 1) The time I switched to Vodafone I activated BIS 399 plan for my blackberry torch 9810 handset after paying charges for the services I had to wait for 3 days to get it started I contacted 111 helpline and they were clueless that why my services are not getting started I complaint on 198 services they could not do anything, I wrote mails to vodafonecare.mum still there was no work done. So I had to go to the gallery and I registered my complaint there after that my services got started. But, to get it started was like the nightmare for me. I am attaching my mail which I sent to you guys for the same. 2) Now, within a month my number is affected with some weird technical difficulty of yours. As soon as I enter my house my internet stops working even though I am getting full network, incoming, outgoing is working but my internet doesn’t work. And if I am not in Andheri then my internet works just fine without any trouble. This problem is there from 4th December now I made a complaint with 198 they said the problem is with the handset so I changed my handset still my net wouldn’t work in my house so then they said the problem is with the Sim card I should go to gallery and change it. I went to your gallery there they said the issue is not with the sim card there is a technical difficulty and it will take 48 hours to resolve, nothing happened in those 48 hours. I called 198 again to check what is happening and they have no idea about it. I thought if BIS plan is not working so I should try simple GPRS plan because that works on Vodafone live server and not on your BBM server but unfortunately my GPRS plan as well do not work in my home. I did a trial run with 5 Rs GPRS plan and to add insult to the injury the balance from my main account is getting deducted. Now, if I have a plan activated on my number why you guys are deducting my main balance? Frustrated with all this I spoke to one of your Nodal officers this morning the complaint number Is [protected] and he said that you are getting a lot of complaints from andheri west area reporting the same issue as mine and it will take 3 to 4 months to resolve. Now you guys are kidding me 3 to 4 months do you even know how much long it is? This is supposed to be my 2nd month with your company and I have 100s of issues already. I don’t know anything either you solve this issue quickly or let me port my number to some other service provider before 90 days irrespective of portability rules. 3) Now the biggest issue with your company is your pathetic customer service agents. They are not happy to help and I have marked mails twice regarding this to your company with my feedback against your agents but you guys don’t do anything. I am enclosing my 2nd mail as well which I sent to vodafonecare.mum and in which I stated my brief feedback against your agents and it is very disappointing that I have not got a single reply from your team regards to my mail which I sent on 6th December You bar the Vodafone number to get in touch with your Vodafone customer care agents if you get a call thrice from the same number in the same day. Do you think it is the right thing you are doing? The customer is as it is having troubles with you and you block them to get in touch with you leaving them more frustrated, where will a customer go except the customer care? None of the other service provider does such bad thing with their customers on the opposite side they go out of their limits to sort the issue unlike you. I don’t know how your system works there because certainly you are not organized, your customers are suffering, they have so many troubles and you people don’t make efforts to sort out the things. I feel I am stuck now with these services which I am getting through Vodafone, you guys won’t fix it and I cannot port my number because it’s not 90 days. I feel helpless and it is your company to blame on. Encl: 1) My mail I sent to you to start my BIS 399 plan and the conversation after that with your agent in which there is no words in regards to your bad customer service agents 2) Mail I sent on 6th December with my feedback and complaint number against your agents and my network issues. Mail 1) Dated 12/11/2013 To whomsoever it may concern, My name is Prerna Jaisingh and my Vodafone number is [protected] and my hand set is Blacberry torch2 9810. I have recently ported from Tata Docomo postpaid to Vodafone prepaid and I highly regret it My services with Vodafone started yesterday i.e. on 11.12.2013 and after the services got started I did Rs 399 BBM recharge at 11.17 PM and your call center agent informed that BBM services will start after 3 hours but nothing happened. After 3 hours when I called again your agents informed it will start after 5 hours and I should have minimum balance of 1 rupee so I did Rs 30 recharge and all of a sudden I discovered In spite of my BBM plan getting activated, my internet usage is getting deducted from my main balance and by the time I called and reported this my balance was gone, I spoke to one of your agents called Avinash who very confidently said he will refund the amount in 15 minutes and he will also start the BBM services. Here my mistake was I believed him After 15 minutes no amount was refunded and no services were started so I waited for 5 hours to get complete and after 5 hours an agent said it will start after 10.00 AM in the morning and I should do a small recharge of Rs 10 so that I have 1 rupee as my balance so I did it, your agent also said that if the service won’t get started then I will get a call at 11.00 AM to sort out the issue but neither your services started nor your agent called. By the morning the recharge which I did for Rs 10 even that was gone and when I tried calling in the I couldn’t get through to your contact centre instead your IVR kept me transferring from one option to other, then I called Vodafone care from my sister’s Vodafone number and it got connected in one go. Now this clearly states that your call center agents blocked my number. My question is why the hell they have the authority to block customers to get connected to them. First of all I have paid for the service which I am not getting; secondly your agents are good for nothing they are not at all happy to help, as it is the customer is irritated and they are blocking the way of solving the issue which is even more irritating. Now when I called with my sister’s number I decided I won’t speak to your junior level employee so I started asking for senior agent or TL or manager and I didn’t know asking for a authority is such a big crime that your agents twice kept me on long holds and thrice transferred my call to some random IVR which gave information about your Rs 111 recharge where I have to press 1 from more information and 2 to end the call. Somehow I got hold to one of your Team leader called Kailash who took my complaint (complaint no [protected])and promised within 4 hours my BBM will start and refund of Rs 40 will be done within 30 minutes. I got my refund as per his promise for which I am thankful to him but still the services did not start so again I tried calling your center with my sister’s number after 4 hours of time frame and to my shock this time mine and my sister’s number both were blocked. This is heights of irritating someone, the heights of giving pathetic service on the very first day. After this my sister from her second Vodafone number got hold to one of your agents called Prerna Khaire who unblocked both previous Vodafone numbers and said it will take more 24 hours for BBM to get active Since your call center agents are good for nothing so I visited your gallery at 4 bungalows, Andheri west there I met your customer service executive Pranit who said there is some technical difficulty with my number([protected]), IMEI no (355881.04.411165.0) and BBM pin (281D6981) he said it is not getting registered on your BBM server. I asked why this problem is there which he couldn’t answer he kept saying sometimes it happens, there is some error and there is some technical difficulty. I asked him how much time will it take to start the service he did not had any answer or should I say he said 24 hours but he said he cannot guarantee anything. You got to be kidding me, you are running such a big setup in India and you cannot provide a time frame for providing resolution and if you give a time frame you cannot stick to it, you simply cannot maintain your promise. After finding how dissatisfied I am he reluctantly said minimum it will take 24 hours and maximum it will take 72 hours. In this high tech world your company is so helpless that it cannot start a service immediately now because of your freaking error I have to stay without internet service for maximum 72 hours which is very frustrating. I cannot start data on my cell because if I do it starts deducting balance from my main account. Now all I can do is sit and hope that within this time frame my services should get started. After talking to pranit I spoke your another customer service agent from gallery called salman to whom I informed all the trouble I had with your call center agents regards to this issue he has registered my complaint and the complaint number is[protected]. I would like to bring under your notice that your first impression was your worst impression to me and I will not recommend your services to any of my friends and relatives at least they won’t have to suffer like me. I have wasted hell lot of time in this first with your call center agents then in your gallery, last but not least while writing this mail Now all I wish for you please take some action against your call center agents who don’t take their work seriously and make your customers believe that selecting your company as a service provider was their worst decision ever. As well do something about my BBM service so that I can use it as soon as possible more delay in getting the service more chances of me going back to Tata and I hope that you believe in retaining your customers and value them. If you cannot start my BBM services within 72 hours kindly refund me Rs 400 which I have paid for it because I don’t wish to go through that hassle again I will simply find my way either by switching back to Tata or to some other service provider. I have no clue what the hell is happening with my Vodafone number or my internet why it is not working in my home. I have tried changing phones still my net doesn't work in any of them but my sister’s net works perfectly fine, she is also a Vodafone user. I don’t understand inspite of giving feedback so many times about your agents that they are good for nothing still your company does not do anything against them, you guys simply don’t take any actions, do you? Because if you would have taken some actions then your agents would have given a mannerly quality services. I am sure there must be so many other customers who must be facing these problems because of your agents, they are rude, they hung up on customers, they don’t give resolutions, they don’t help, they are simply useless, they put the call on hold and never return which makes it even more irritating and frustrating. I have a suggestion Why don't you try and call 198 pretending as a customer and mark my words you will see the true colors of your agents. Please do something in regards to your customer care agents they are totally ruining your company’s image. I want a call back in regards to this issue from someone senior I won't call back to 198 or to 124 because I don't get any from help there, don’t want a call back from an employee who cannot help me and keep hanging up on me.                     Hello, My mobile number is [protected] and I recharged my number with 251rs for 3g Internet pack on 5th Dec, 13 and I got the 1 month validity and 1 gb data. But on 7th Dec, 13 validity and data was showing ZERO. Then I called customer care and got the information about Vodafone temporary issue regarding internet packs and got the confirmation that internet pack will activate within 4hrs. From 7th Dec, I am calling to customer care daily 9-10 times and they are making fool by repeating same line. They also arrange on call service but didn’t call me anytime. I am fed up with Vodafone services.

                    I have purchased a simcard from Vodafone Store at Khargar, It has been 2 months and I have complaint 5 times that the address which they have in their data base is incorrect. But still they are not taking any action and just giving non sense replies.
                    Hey, My name is Aakash Dhage. I have purchased a vodafone sim card prepaid connection. First I lived in Mumbai now I have Transferred to Dhule. For that very purpose I converted my postpaid connection into prepaid connection and I also submitted my each and every new address prof for their details. But during this postpaid to prepaid conversion they have changed my address to some other person&#039;s address which I never belonged. In-spite of submitting all the related documents and address proof they want they have made this is mistake. I have till now made at least 5 complaints, but still I must say your each and every helpdesk that includes online, telephone and Vodafone store are simply Hopeless and helpless. they are literally hopeless.
                    I live in Dhule now. And for a simple sim card activation I have to travel all wal long to Mumbai and again for the 6th time register the same complaint which I have been submitting since last two months.
                    Your each and every employee is pathetic, ill mannered, and they lack a sense of responsiblity.
                    for a simple activation of a 20 rs card I have to invest 2000rs. And this dosent end yet. Even If I do this there is no guarantee that at least this time they do their work properly. I have never seen such worst service and poor quality of staff in any company&#039;s store.
                    If it wasnt for that number I would have just shut my connection. Same mistake they have been repeating 5 times in last god damn 2 months. This is peak of carelessness and irresponsibility.
                    If you have little bit shame left in it as a Vodafone employee then look into this matter or else If anything happens then I will not take the responsiblity.

                      I had activated 6999 BB annual plan. Due to handset issues, i had to change my phone to a sony xperia in around 7 months Over the call with Vodafone executive, before buying the handset, they assured that balance of 6999 for 5 months will be given as prorata credit to my account. This is because BB plans dont work on other handsets. Post this, during my billing cycle, no credit was given and on email when I notified Vodafone, they REFUSED the same.. Never had such a pathetic thieving experience with Vodafone before... They have entered the league of cheats/...

                      Today I got a call from Vodafone complaints dispute resolution stating that I have been given a credit of 2806, which is actually more than what should have been given. This was in response to my email stating that their calculation of INR 2806 is wrong as they considered 12 months as base, the correct figure is 3230 as the base is 13 months.

                      The executive argued stating the actual calculation being 899 * 7 months = 6239 and hence, balance is[protected] = 706!!

                      This is highly preposterous and cheating !!!

                      I am attaching a picture showing the evidences clearly stating that Vodafone is a cheat.!

                      I am very disappointed at their non professional conduct and more over ill treatment to valued customers...

                        I have Vodaphone connection No. [protected] in which I regulrly getting SMS and showing network signal. The number is used in my home state Odisha when I visit. On 25 Nv 13 by I recharged the number of Rs 55/- and it showed the balance of Rs 55/-. But when I tried to call the call was not through. I call the customer care several times. The told Rs 20/- would deducted and the number would be activated. But after 16 days past the number was not activated. Either you activate the number or you transfer the balance to my another vodaphone number [protected].

I am having issues related to my Vodafone postpaid number [protected].Vodafone care executive has done faradism with me. The details are as fellows On 22-Oct-2013 I call your customer care to know about some roaming offers your executive told me that there is a plan which is for Rs 75 and the benefits of this plan is that your incoming call free will be free while you are on roaming. He also told me that I can close this plan any time and the charges will be applicable for the days when this plan activated. He told me that if I use this plan for 5 Days then the charges will be (75/30)x5 only not full month charge i.e. 75. I told him to activated this plan & he told that the plan will be activated from midnight. From 23-10-13 to 03-11-13 I was on roaming on Mumbai-Karnataka-Rajasthan. When I Saw my Bill for Nov 13 I was totally shocked as according to their commitment they are not giving me the tariff plan benefits they promised on my number before plan activation. They charged full rates on roaming incoming calls & no single paisa discount on roaming incoming calls and also charged their tariff rent as Rs. 20. I call customer care executive ARVIND YADAV on 29-11-13 & told everything to him he told me that he take my complain and arrange call back from concern department within 24 Hrs. He gave me Comp. No. [protected]. Nobody contacted me in 24 Hrs. I again call customer care executive PRASHANT 30-11-13 & told him everything. He told me that he is very sorry for that, & Now he will arrange call back from concern department within 24 Hrs. Again nobody contected me in 24 Hrs. I again call customer care executive on[protected] he told me that he is very sorry for that & transfer my call to The Flore Supervisor RAMANAND . Mr. Ramanand also told that he is very very sorry for than. He told me that he will again lock my complaint & arrange call back from concern department with in 24 Hrs. He gave me Comp. No. [protected]. Again 48 Hrs passed but nobody contacted me. I again call customer care executive KRISHAN on 03-12-13 he told me that my complaint is in progress. I told him to transfer my call to his senior he transfer my call to Flore supervisor DARSHAN . Mr Darshan told me the same thing & gave me a New Comp No.[protected] & told me to wait for 24 Hrs. Again 48 Hrs passed but nobody contected me. I again call customer care executive MANISH on 05-12-13. He transferred my call to His Manager Mr. AHMED . Mr Ahmed told me that the concern dept. mail to him & says that the roaming plan benefits are given at the time of bill generation & U close your plan before the bill generation. I told him that your customer support executive should explained this thing to me, He did not told me such thing. I also told him to check call recording of[protected] if your executive explained me about this then I can pay 10 times of my bill. He told me that he is very sorry for that, he also told that the fault was our executive & serious action already taken against him. He told that he cannot do anything for me and U have to pay full bill. Its my request please look into the matter and give benefits according your my tariff plan & was promised by your executive. Do not disappoint customers you should think you are because of customers that are using your network. Such a big firm has given you facilities for satisfying customers not for disappointing customers. If you see each bill data download in KB for all bills is zero. How come vodafone charge me Rs 49/- each bill, though I am not at all downloading anything from Internet on my phone.                               Hi, I'm using Vodafone from last 5-6 years. This time when I was on roaming, I got message that I will be charged for 2G internet if I'm not having any internet pack, but as I was having 5GB internet pack I was using internet as I used to do before while on roaming. They sent me huge bill including around 850 Rs for GPRS, when I checked with them, they said I used it on IDEA network, I have not made any manual selection, they might have automatically switched me to that network and not informed me about the charges. This is ridiculous to pay such huge amount.

                              Just saying that charges are accurate doesn't make any sense, whats the use of taking internet pack, and why vodafone is not sending any sms if any extra charges are incurred on something.

                              Just switching any customer to different network and then asking to pay doesn't make sense.

                              I will put my case in consumer forum, and I will also go for MNP.

                              I'm using Vodafone from last 5-6 years but this is very frustrating behavior from Vodafone.

                                I am Sachin Sood from Punjab, is using a vodafone number [protected] for 2 years. I received the bill of the month of October 2013 during the month of November 2013, which is of Rs. 753/-. On watching the bill ussage details I have come to know that there are internet ussage charges of Rs.536.05, which are for the dates 28-30 September 2013. These charges are of the month of September 2013 are due in the month of October 2013. Sir I want to tell you that I have Rs.199 plan o[censored]n-limited internet ussage of vodafone during the month of September 2013.

                                In this regard I have made a online complaint to vodafone for the wrong charges and got complaint number 50419304 and the representative of vodafone has told me that there are wrong charges for the same and will be reduced from the bill after 30.11.2013 in the bill of November 2013. But on receiving the November 2013 bill there are no such reduction for the same. So I again contact online customer care and request for the same but he told me that these charges are genuine and cannot be reduced.

                                Sir, I got the same problem during the month of May June 2013 and got solved and the company had refund me all the excess amount. But I experienced that the vodafone company is always cheating the people.

                                So I request you to refund me the excess charges of my bill and also charge a big penallty for such frauds of Vodafone.

                                Expecting justice from you and waiting for a favourable reply.

                                  Last month I got a message that a "biscoot.com" service has been been activated on my mobile and weekly Rs. 35 will be deducted. I immediately called customer care and deactivated this service. Your customer care representative told me that you might have clicked a link on your phone and hence this payment of Rs. 35 can not be waived off. I don’t remember clicking any such link on my mobile. Can you please explain if clicking a link activates a service without my prior permission then why is Vodafone supporting such phishing websites. I want to inform you that I received my bill for the period[protected] to[protected] and saw that Rs. 70 for charged for the "BISCOOT SERVICES". I understand that I am not the only one facing this problem and many Vodafone customers have been charged with this service without their prior permission. This is really disappointing from a reputed firm like Vodafone. And to add more I again got a message from Vodafone care that "knickknack.in" service has been activated and Rs. 35 will be charged weekly. I'm fed up receiving such messages from vodafone and wrongly charging for them without having downloaded anything. When I wrote to the customer care all they have to say is you have downloaded this service and hence this amount can not be waived off. I'm highly diappointed and angered with the response. I just want my hard-earned money back.

                                  Same happend with me . KnickNack service got activated automatically on my vodafone postpaid number and 70 rs added in my bill for two week. I want my money back.
                                  Same happened with me. KnickNack &amp; Hello1 TV service got activated automatically on my Vodafone post paid number before 2-3 days and. I got message in Span folder before 2-3 days for KnickNack service. So, I would not care @ that message. But when I received 2nd one message for Hello1 TV Value added service message, I talked with customer care. But he also told me, while using internet this 2 services got activated. I don't know how they are permitting without confirmation of me. I don't know whether Vodafone have charged me for these 2-3 days or not. But I have deactivated both services.

                                  Vodafone has to look after on this matter.
                                  Same biscoot store pack service is activated on my phone without my concent... its pathetic that so many people are facing similar issues and still Vodafone have their stereo type answers... Vodafone should contact me for this..

                                  Some Biscoot store, fashion bunny and Mneeds was activated without my consent.
                                  Customer Care guys insisted that it's a 3rd party website and cannot waive off the amount.
                                  Such fishing activities supported by Vodafone is intolerable.

                                    Pls find the complaint mail forwarded to Vodafone corporate care Chennai. The customer care officer said Itemized bill is free and the same is updated in the system but call received from [protected] stating the itemized is chargable from Jan hard copy is 50rs and email copy is 25rs, when i taken the connection they said its life time free and i have taken four connections, even though signal strength is very poor i have used Vodafone and paid the bill correctly, even last month again raised a complaint on signal strength (complaint no : [protected] ), but no use one field officer came to my home and checked the signal strength and said sorry sir the signal strength is very poor that's the reason and soon they resolve this issue, but after visit no one responded again i have called Mr.Madan nodal officer regarding signal strength, he said sorry sir the issue wont get resolve quickly it takes 6 - 8 months to get resolved, i asked till that time you want me to pay the bill or what, he said for that he cant do anything i have to pay if i use or idle, this is the response i have get being a vodafone customer, they showing in advertisement signal strength is very good so take Vodafone connection, but all is lie I'm residing in madipakkam which is a city limit only in that area itself no signal then how they cover all areas, so they cheating the people by giving false promises and advertisements. Pls don't take vodafone, other networks like Airtel, Aircel is good.

                                    "Introductory Offer of Free Itemised Bill (IB) is valid till Dec '13. IB will be charged Rs. 50 from Jan Bill".

                                    Today, when I contacted the service number, one of your staff Mr. Sundaram, informed me that service of IB is updated as Life time free.

                                    Could you please clarify me whether my future statements will be charged with Rs. 50 or not?

                                    Further, past one year we had an signal issue problem. We had made many complaints and recently one of your staff physically visited my house and resolved the issue as "No Tower in this area and there is no plan as of now to initiate tower as further approvals required to do the same".

                                    Till you get approvals to install new tower, what should I do with this issue. Can you provide Booster facility so that the signal issue will be tackled such time.

                                    Request you to revert me asap for my above issues.

                                        OM SAI RAM Dated : 7th December 2013 To TRAI CC : THE NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION RESPECTED SIRS/ MADAM, I TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO HIGHLIGHT HOW VODAFONE IS CHEATING THE PUBLIC AND EATING AWAY PUBLIC MONEY . I HAD TAKEN 2 PREPAID CONNECTIONS IN NOVEMBER 2013 FROM RAGHULEELA MALL VODAFONE STORE IN BORIVLI. THE NUMBERS GIVEN TO ME WERE : [protected] AND [protected] WHEN I PURCHASED THE SIM CARDS, I WAS TOLD TO "USE" THE SIM CARDS WITHIN 90 DAYS OR ELSE THE CARD WOULD BE DE-ACTIVATED. NO OTHER INFORMATION WAS GIVEN TO ME. I ACTIVATED THE NUMBER [protected] AND REQUESTED THE OPERATOR TO ACTIVATE THE OTHER NUMBER ALSO [protected] BUT THE OPERATOR REFUSED TO ACTIVATE THE SECOND NUMBER. AS I DID NOT NEED THE SIM CARD IMMEDIATELY I KEPT THE SIM CARD WITH MYSELF. NOW WHEN I NEEDED THE SIM CARD ONE MONTH LATER, I TRIED TO CALL UP 117 TO ACTIVATE THE CARD BUT COULD NOT DO SO. I CALLED UP [protected] AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE DOCUMENTS HAVE NOT REACHED THEM AND TO GO TO THE NEAREST VODAFONE CENTER WITH THE DOCUMENTS. THIS WAS POSSIBLE SINCE BOTH THE SIM CARDS WERE PURCHASED AT THE SAME TIME AND RS.250/- WAS PAID FOR EACH OF THE SIM CARDS. I WENT TO THE CHEMBUR VODAFONE CENTER. FIRST THE SALES EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT THE SIM CARD SHOULD BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 2 DAYS OR ELSE IT WOULD BE DE-ACTIVATED. THIS WAS NEWS TO ME SINCE THE BORIVLI PERSON DID NOT INFORM ME OF THIS PROCEDURE. WHEN I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, THE MANAGER INFORMED ME THAT WE HAD TO ACTIVATE THE SIM CARD WITHIN 29 DAYS. WHEN I ASKED HER WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED ABOUT THIS THERE WAS NO ANSWER FROM HER SIDE. WHEN I ASKED WHETHER IT WAS WRITTEN ON THE SIM CARD PACKET, SHE COULD NOT FIND THE INFORMATION. WHEN I ASKED WHETHER IT WAS WRITTEN ON THE PRE-PAID APPLICATION FORM, AGAIN THE TIME PERIOD FOR ACTIVATION WAS NOT WRITTEN. I REQUESTED THEM TO TRANSFER MY RS.250/- TO ANOTHER CARD OR ISSUE ME A NEW CARD. BUT THEY SAID THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE.
