There used to be a list for the numerous complaints made by me on the myvodafone (atleast for 90 days or so).
Now it no longer shows any complaints made by me, even after many requests to customer care.
I still get lot o[censored]nwanted SMS, even though I'm in Full DND service. When I call up customer care/chat they say the DND service is not active, when I shout at them..they put me on hold and then come back and say sorry its active.
Even though for unregistered telemarketers vodafone has no answer and its understandable.
But, for the past few months I get LM-YBDeal SMS, and each time I make a complaint, still this DND issue not getting any proper solution.
Will Vodafone and Trai do something ?
