Hi, I used GPRS service of 52 recharge for 10 days and it's last date was 21/Nov 12 AM. So I called customer care and asked to deactivation process. DND service and customer support is such a waste

Relationship no. 5.27611.00.00.100287 There used to be a list for the numerous complaints made by me on the myvodafone (atleast for 90 days or so). Now it no longer shows any complaints made by me, even after many requests to customer care. I still get lot o[censored]nwanted SMS, even though I'm in Full DND service. When I call up customer care/chat they say the DND service is not active, when I shout at them..they put me on hold...
