I had availed the 1GB 3G data pack for Rs. 249 on 16th November which was valid till 15th December. The connectivity for poor throughout and mostly all I got was 2g services. I was still able to manage my work. On 28th November, I got a thank you card from a mini store in Mahanagar. The executive told me that I can avail any benefit as a free gift. BUT, they did not tell me the disadvantages ie your existing service/ plan gets deactivated in case u use the thank you card. Not knowing this side of the story, which was supposed to be informed to me by the executive while handing over the card, I used this facility and got 45mb of 2G data. I wasn't made aware that my 3G pack would get deactivated. On confirming the same from the customer care executive, he said that I should have known this. Well, I don't design products at Vodafone, I'm a customer not a service provider. Had they made me aware of such a condition while handing over the card to me I would not have used it. Now my 3G plan is deactivated which was valid till 15th December, my remaining 700 mb of 3G data along with Rs. 250 went in the drain. I spoke to the customer care twice on 28th, they did not even care to give me a complaint number and just said that some senior executive would call me back. It's been 4 days now, but there was no response from their side. I called them again today, telling them that not only will I port out but I will also address the same on a consumer forum. They said, and I quote, ":IT'S YOUR PERSONAL CHOICE. OUR SENIOR EXECUTIVE IS NOT AVAILABLE, WE DON'T HAVE A SOLUTION. YOU ARE FREE TO PORT OUT. I asked them to reactivate my 3G plan with the data that was left, they said, we just can't. You did the recharge, you can only get the benefit of 2g data for 45mb. If you want then go and speak the the executive at Vodafone mini store. I'm lost for words. Now that I have been cheated, I want to make the other existing cutomers about this issue so that they don't face the same. I hope this write up reaches the right authority so that my 3G pack gets reactivated. I'm not asking for 250 bucks from them, all I need is the service in lieu of the payment I made for the same. In my last conversation approximately half an hour back, inspite of telling them that I wasn't given a complaint number earlier, They did not even register my complaint nor gave me a reference number.

    someone calling and giving miss calls from vodafone number [protected], i checked online its from tamilnadu it seems .I let others speak says wrong number and after a while again miss calls and calls. so, annoying..anyone just screw this arshole..such a pain why do people like this were ever born..a bad name for people's name.

      To whom it might ever concern, I am really not only disappointed with your customer care or agents either on the phone or in stores, but dissatisfied and very very tired of your pathetic way of dealing with your customers . I already went to your korba branch to switch my line to card system because I am tired of all mistakes you do on the invoices. I paid all my balances and signed all the papers, stopped all the USB's and data lines I am using and was promised by your agent Sara (phone #:[protected] that the transfer will happen in 24 - 48 hours. until now it is not transferred to the prepaid system and when I called today 888, your agent told me that I still a pending balance of around 250 L.E. I refuse to deal with your manipulation to close a line, and I am tired of dealing with all this unprofessional failed systems you are running and I am going to use all the social networks, word of mouth and every channel I can to prove your unprofessional and unethical behavior with your customers ... regretfully, a person who was once a very loyal customer

          I bought a 3G connection few months back from Vodafone main showroom at lower parel. The first month bill was rs 190, however, the 2nd month bill, to my shock and utter disbelief, came rs 4800.i immediately raised it their customer service team. Every time when i asked them for a data showing my usage, they have told me that the bill is correct and i will have to pay it immediately. when the fact is i have not downloaded a single aplication. i did not download any song, game, movie nothing, then how can my bill go so high??and why is it that they can prvovide me with the data that i have downloaded? i am not going to pay that amount for No reason. i ned detail explanation of my usage. then this harrasment does not stop here, there collection agents keep calling me every now and then and use the worst possible way of dealing.while the fact is i have made myself clear that i will pay but u need to convince me that i have used that much data.It's been over 5months now, but there is no end. I had to obviously suffer, my data card is suspended. But I immediately switched to Airtel and the maximum bill I have paid is 400 in the last 5 months. Then Vodafone goes one step further I. They link this dispute to my mobile service with them and immediately suspend that number, with an intention of paralysing my day to day activities. Thisi is real cheap response and display o[censored]tmost disregard to customer issues. I do not remember my 3G no but my mobile no is [protected], which they have linked to the 3G data card, for deactivating. I am not expecting any satisfactory service this time as I think the company has lost it's values in a desperate pursuit of business. However I am making a final attemp of resolution before I take further legal recourse.

          I got a sms on 15th June 2015, 3G DOUBLE DATA OFFER FOR Rs 147 1GB 3G DATA and I recharge but only 500MB data gave me. I request again and again to customer care but not help me...

            Issue in short Airtel offers a very good rental plan of Rs.100, I send request for port out, Vodafone retention team calls and enquires why do I want to port out. I tell them about Airtel offer, they say we will offer the same plan don't port out I agree, now its more than 5 months of follow up, still Vodafone has not sorted the issue. Will share recent reply which I got from Vodafone and the questions which I'm asking them Dear Mr. Nagrani, We have received your email dated 29/11/2013 for your Vodafone Mobile Number [protected]. As mentioned earlier we reiterate that, we would not be in a position to activate the month rental plan of Rs. 100 as the same is currently not available with us. We also assure you that your feedback on your Vodafone service experience has been escalated to the concerned authorities. Our service personnel have been sensitized to your concern and we will do our utmost to prevent a reoccurrence of such an experience. In case you need further assistance, please do call or email us. If you knew you could not offer me Rs. 100 plan, after FIVE MONTHS OF FOLLOWING UP, why did you ask me to get you a copy of Airtel plan? 5. Will Vodafone bear the expenses for the last 5 months in terms of additional rental paid by me for using Vodafone service instead of Airtel plan? Why don't you answer these questions instead of giving your PATENT reply that we cannot offer you the same plan as Airtel. And you escalating the issue to concerned authorities doesn't matter, will it solve my issue?             These all telecom companies are making fool of customers.. At the time of selling they should good offers but once you purchase it, they make your life misreable... TRAI should do about this...

              I'd recharged my vodafone 2G sim with 199 rs. unlimited internet pack. (Unlimited means: 2 GB at normal speed and after 2GB data exhausting, reduced speed at 64kbps). I've activated this pack for almost 3-4 times and it was also getting satisfactory speed, as mentioned in the plan. But in my last recharged pack, they provided me the reduced speed from the starting itself. Even though, 2GB has not been exhausted, they are giving me reduced speed, like 2-4 kbps. Too pathetic...! I would like to bring this issue to the Vodafone Care authority. (they always say, they are HAPPY TO HELP, but they nrever does so...) I am from Maharashtra circle (Nagpur)

                I was using vodafone postpaid number for more than 3 and half years and i am paying my bill regularly till now, but i was taken one free sim card that was given by vodafone erode office but it was not able to use and i was lost that sim also, but now they blocked my bill paid number, if i enquired they are telling that it was blocked by vodafone store for not paying the bill for my lost sim, . it was new thing i am hearing from worst network vodafone. Now my concern is i paid my bill to this number, but how can i pay the bill for lost sim? and before the due dtae they will send many sms pay the bill, even after the payment made from my side also they will send payment overdue i[censored] paid kindly delete, but why can't they enquire me regarding that? how dare they can block my bill paid number? while selling the product they are begging like some thing. but they cant able to inform?????

                    i am using no. [protected] for past few years and recently have been face many false bills of ISD calls which i have never made. earlier also i have faced this and complaint many times but never got any revert regarding this, always had to bill the false bills regarding which i am very frustrated over this, . this time its too much as the bill regarding the ISD calls is rs 4830. which i have never called and also i don't know the numbers on which calls have been made, ., please revert me as soon as possible.,

                      This is regarding my complaint reference number :[protected]. I had an internet plan (1GB - 3G plan) on my Vodafone mobile number which i got disconnected on 2nd Oct 2013. But in my bill (dated from 03 Oct 2013 to 02 Nov 2013), the amount (Rs. 250) for the plan is still added. I called the customer care, and at first they don't agree that I got the plan disconnected before the billing date, then after talking to a senior executive, they agreed with my point and then they asked me to wait for 48 hrs but nothing happened. I called them again after 10 days, they again told me that we have escalated the issue through e-mail, and wait for 48 hrs, but my issue is still not resolved. And even the amount is added to next month bill also. I don't understand why Vodafone team is talking so long to resolve a small issue. I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone from past 5 years and have never seen such bad response from the customer care team. I'm really disappointed with the service.

                        Hi, My name is Ankit Vijay, phone number +[protected]. My number is currently in the name of my employer. Few months back I received a mail from Vodafone that I need to transfer ownership from my company to my name else my connection would be disconnected. I immediately submitted my documents to Vodafone. Later, I was informed to submit my documents again (no reason was given for the same). I again all my documents. However, again it was rejected. This time the reason was given that my address didn't match. I again submitted all documents (for the 3rd time). I was assured that their team will take due diligence this time and make sure it is not rejected. Weeks after submitting the documents, after I didn't get any response from the team, I mailed Vodafone to ask the status. To my utter shock I was informed that it has again been rejected. I'm really fed up and frustrated of services provided by Vodafone. I'm already facing lots of issues with Vodafone network in my area (I'm fighting their customer care on this issue). Few questions to Vodafone: 1. What did they do with my documents? I do not trust them any more and I'm concern the documents might be misused by Vodafone.How can I get my old documents back? 2. Each time my documents are rejected I do not get any reply. Why Vodafone does not bother to inform me with reason of rejection? Is their any way I can take my grievance to DoT? Thanks!                             the number from which this kind of calls are coming is - [protected]. no time sense is there, calling now and then... while receiving the call the person is talking vulgar...this is a male voice..i have searched the location..it is near sealdah - Kolkata... myself staying at Kolkata and we are senior citizen (me and my husband).. my no, is - [protected]...please look into the matter...

                                Hi, I wanted to switch to Vodafone via Mobile Number Portability for my following 1 cell phones (existing service provider is Aircel.): 1. [protected] I received a call from Vodafone's Authorized dealer, S.K. Marketing, Radha Silk Compound Andheri (East) to switch to Vodafone via MNP. They came to my house on 19th November 2013 and collected the following documents: • Pan Card Copy • Aadhar Card Copy • 2 Passport Size Photo They told me that my number will be active within 7 working days and gave me 1 SIM cards. The details of the SIM cards are as below: SIM No:[protected]  For [protected] IMSI No. : [protected] However, my number was not active for 09 days and so I decided to call on the helpline number that they had provided : [protected] Call Lady Miss.Sneha Shirwadkar The helpline number of S.K. Marketing is very pathetic and when I threathed them they said they will process my form immediately i..e by Wednesday 27-Nov-2013 nobody is taking responsibility to tell me what is the procedure and the person is Sneha's Senior was very rude and didn’t wanted to help at all, told me this is technical problem and disconnect the call.                                 We called on your alternate number but were not able to speak with you on 27/11/13 and 28/11/13. We confirm that 97**68**68 is activated effective 26/11/13, however the same is pending for tele- verification. Kindly call on 117 from 97**68**68, and complete the tele-verification, post which within 2 hours the number will be activated.

                                  Hi I am Abhimanyu Bhasin I am using vodafone postpaid since 2008. Currently vodafone has come across the fraudulent bill adding regarding downloading and internet excess usage on my vodafone postpaid no [protected]. I have been using 3g plan since long on my vodafone, last month due to plan changes in vodafone I changed it from 375rs 3g 1.5GB plan to 199rs unlimited 2g plan, due to poor 2g services I planned to switch back to 3g from this month. As per my billing cycle starts from 24th of each month and ends on 23rd of each month I was informed my 3g 1 gb data plan for 250rs will start frm 12:00 am on 25th nov 2013 After using normal internet from 24 till date I went ahead to check my data usage as I am getting messages from vodafone as below -------'-'[protected]--- 1)this was on 24.11.2013 at 5:51 am You have used 80% of the internet pack on your number[protected]. You still have 185.76 MB balance. Dial *111# to check balance. [protected][protected] 2)This was on 24.11.2013 at 07:02 am Free 1GB Data pack is now active on your number [protected]. with a fixed monthly rental of Rs 250. Discounting rate applies from midnight on Vodafone network. Dial *111# to check account det ------'[protected]------- 3)this was also on 24.11.2013 at 23:41 Hello.You have consumed 200.01MB of data in your current bill.Please note, you can now save 80%. 2G Internet browsing rate reduced from 10p/10KB to 2p/10KB. [protected][protected] 4) this is the message I get when I type databal or data bal nd send to 111 Hello, you have consumed MB (approx) of data beyond your free monthly data allowance for which you are charged usage charges as per your plan. [protected]---'''------- Now I have been informed over the phone by customer care that I have consumed 450mb data, relationship manager confirmed I have use 1415mb of data from 24.11.2013. . If the data plan starts from midnight of 25.11.2013 at 12:00am then how can I use my 1 gb free datavon 24.11.2013 nd when my 3g plan started as per the above mess around 7am on 24.11.2013 then how can vodafone claim and send me a message tht till 5:51 am on 24.11.2013 I have use 80% of the data plan already. The customer care and relationship managers and helpless and blaming all on me, a person can not use 1 gb data in 5 hours and that too when the 3g was not activated also. My other query is I am charged evry month for downloading game on sme gobo.com, I have never done that and I dont have such game on my phone or for that matter any game on my phone. Its a fraudulent activity that vodafone is going on and if ita not been rectified in next 48 hours I am going to file a case against vodafone and switch to airtel. With all my efforts exhausted to cooprate with the customer care and relationship manager now I am wrting this formal complaint and making a CC to the consumer court as well and within next 48 hours will file an harassment case against vodafone india if my problem is not been resolved.                                     I was getting huge amounts of phone bills from Vodafone. I personally walked to the store and changed my talk plan.The next one month my bill was less. From this month onwards, I started getting huge number of bills and when I checked my plan is changed to old one. This is full cheating the customers .I am using thier connection from 4 years and they are playing like this. I am going to change to airtel now

                                    Now I got mail from vodafone that cooperate plan 299 doesnot exists.
                                    What plans they have now. They playing around and cheating the customers.

                                      This is regarding change of tariff plan on my mobile number with Vodafone. I am not able to understand the reason of such change. When it was confirmed to me by your representative that this plan will not be changed unless I send a request. Your representative confirmed me when he offered me Vodafone network and request me to shift my number to Vodafone. I moved to Vodafone as your representative offered me the plan having similar benefits which I had with the previous operator under corporate. As I have moved my number to Vodafone and now you want me to charge more for this. This is really un-ethical.

                                        Hi Vodafone team, this to inform u that I have activated a plan that is roaming incoming free on around 28th or 29th of October and I have deactivated on 22nd of November before my bill cycle and I have no information that I have to deactivate after the billing cycle then only it will my roaming incoming will be free ...no body of yours customer care person has told me that you have to deactivated after your billing cycle...I ll not pay this much of the amount or else I ll change the company...but I ll not pay it for sure...and my number is [protected]
