Took two weeks for prepaid card activation and even now my outgoing is still not working even though I had taken a recharge of Rs 250 at the time of taking the SIM card. I have made so many calls and emails and complaints. No proper response and massive delays. I’m totally fed up!

HI,

i have 3 vodafone numbers on my name. ONe is used by my Dad. We had payed all the 3 bills before time and have the receipt as well. But i have been receiving call from call centre of vodafone saying " one bill has not been paid " and we will deactivate the service, which they did. Inspite of me telling them its been done, i have the receipt, i provided them the receipt details as well... but what so ever i had to do this 4 times, to different people calling from call centre.. ( i really dont know ...how they say THEY ARE HAPPY 2 HELP ).

Now our bank show the entry of VODAFONE for the same bill been collected on 17th of April and we paid the bill on 14th...

so now can someone help me with some CEO email id..or any NEWS cahnnel site...where i can carry forward this of VODAFONE...

because of all this they have deactivated my DADA no... completely now..no out going and no incoming at ALL... my dad been suffering from his Business calls... BECAUSE of VODAFONE ERROR..or whatever... they dont even have a CLUE... i have mailed my complaint to vodafone care as well.. visited the store yesterday 3may again.. but no actions have been taken so far...

please some one help me in taking this further SERIOUSLY...

    i am Anil vara. i have VODAFONE postpaid CUG card which is given by company.
    i have been activated 1 GB GPRS internet plan on my mobile no. [protected]

    in that january month bill come 11270 Rs.
    i have been ask for detail bill in that its shows i had used 2 GB internet.

    same problem remain for first week in february.

    i have cheked the internet usage in my phone its found usage only 10 percent of that.
    same complain made in vodafone. they told we will check and inform u.
    after that problem get solve but the bill come for january they tell no problem found from vodafone side.

    difinately vodafone having technical error in wrong data counting, after my complain thet stabilised the system and lying that no problem found from their side.

    now the vodafone is right tahn they have to give the answer of my question.

    1. If there is no problem in data counting then why system automatically stabilised after my omplain.
    2. If there is no problen in data counting then why it is not ginving the massage of every 200MB usage.
    which normaly gives in stabilised system.
    3. my credit limit was 9000 Rs. but the bill of january month is 1127 Rs.

    i have been ask above question to vodafone customer care they were unable to answer,

    Vodafone — Wrong Deduction of Amount

    My Mobile no is [protected] , I,m vodafone customer since last 1 year
    but so many times i have experienced the problem of wrong balance deduction. in this month also they deducted Rs 100 when my uncle brought up the mobile to up. when i called on customer care no [protected] they told me that we don't have any detail regarding the deduction of this amount and u might have called up somewhere so ur balance is deducted.

    How it could be possible that they don't have detail of deduction of amount? if they don't have detail then how they come to know that the validity and talktime of the customer is finished and they used to send SMS for recharge.

    Vodafone — Bill amount problem

    My vodafone number is [protected](Chennai).As I was shifted to Mumbai I called up the customer care by the end of December and told them to close my connection. The connection was not closed by them which I was not aware and afterwards the bill amount got accrued.I'm not sure whether it is an original bill or a fake one and not sure who was using that SIM.In fact I missed the SIM from me. That was the reason why asked them to close the connection.

    In between I got bill for December and January and I was frustrated by seeing the bill for a closed connection.I replied back telling that I'm not sure about this bill amount.I had a really bad experience when a customer care executive called me on 23-Feb-2009 asking to pay the bill amount otherwise they will take legal action against me.The way of talking was very bad. I told that I'll be paying after 3 days.Then he told me about some legal action.Since I didn't have credit card I asked my friend to pay the amount (Rs.2750/-) on the same day and still I'm not sure whether the connection is closed or next month again I'll get a bill or not.Please take this up further

    COMPLAINT FOR WRONG BILLING & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Dear Authorities,

    1. I am a serving Army Officer posted in Chandimandir. We are using CUG services of Vodafone, with almost about 40-50 connections in our Unit. I am having Two connections out of that : [protected] & [protected].
    2. One Mr Ajit from Manimajra Branch, Chandigarh is handling the CUG services in our Unit. It is really sad for me to state that Customer Service of this Mr Ajit is very poor, and he simply does not respond to our complaints. I think Vodafone follows the policy of ‘Give Connections & Forget about them’.
    3. I am facing with “Wrong Billing” on both my above mentioned numbers since last Three Months, however even after repeated complaints made to Mr Ajit, no action has been taken by him. In fact, one of my numbers was disconnected without prior notice to me. And today the second of my numbers – [protected] – has also been de-barred without informing me.
    4. I also made requests for starting an SMS Pack o[censored]nlimited SMS for Rs 75/- a month on both my mobile connections to Mr Ajit, however inspite of giving the request in written letter form, the service was not started.
    5. It’s very sad to see that a reputed telecom company like Vodafone doesn’t have the staff who knows basic Customer Care. We in our Unit, are forced by Mr Ajit, to disconnect the Vodafone CUG (40-50 connections), and approach some other telecom company to provide us this service.
    6. It is a humble request from my side, that someone answer this email, and do the needful. At least there must be somebody who can take action against your own employee for not doing his duties properly, and who is responsible for losing you so many connections due to poor customer care.
    7. Also, if I don’t get a response from Vodafone side, I may have to take up this case in media and put it in Newspapers, so that everyone comes to know the kind of Customer Service provided by Vodafone.

    mere mobile me 10.17 INR balance tha. and mere mobile me 1000 min vodafone to vadafone free the.jab maine 30INR ka recharge karaya to vadafone ki taraf se mujhe 10 min vodafone to vodafone night calling ke liye mile. maine 10.30 pm par call ki to vadafone ne phle to 10 min night callinmg wale deduct kiye iske bad mera main balance deduct kiya fir phone disconnect ho gya .uske bad call klarne par mere 1000 min V2V me se deduct kiye.meri complain ye he ki jab me already V2V ke liye 1000 min purchase kar chuka hun to mere main valance ko kyun minus kiya gya.or jo 10 min night calling ke mile the wo vadafone me apne aap hi diye the.to jab mere pass 1000 min he to usme se deduct karne chahiye.jab maine customer care par phone kiya to wo bol rhe he ki ye company policy he. is tarah ki poliocy to company aapne profit ke liye banati he.isme to customer ka loss he. 1000 min already purchase karene ke bad bhi main balance kata ja rha he or wo bhi us free 10 night callling min ki vajah se jo company ne apne aap diye he aapne fayede ke liye.................plz aapse request he ki aap m,eri help kare or future me kisi customer k sath aisa na ho ye koshish karen.

    Vodafone — wrongly deduction of talk time

    Respected Sir..

    VODAFONE have deducted Rs. 30 from my talk time. and VODAFONE have deduct more than ten times within last month to this month.

    When I am calling to vodafone then all me your money will credited after 5 hrs. but it is not credited in to my account and also lock my mobile phone to call 198. We can say vodafone is the most cheater mobile service provider in INDIA.

    Problem:- I have Recharge My Number on dated: 11/03/2011 with 98(Net pack) and 50(for Talking)

    I have get balance with Rs. 42.00 on that day but next days my account balance shown in (-109.52)

    I have conversation with agent Mr. Anil Kumar on 14.03.2011 and he says that this is the technical fault and we have refund your balance on dated 16.03.2011.

    But till I have no recived any type of Balance from your end.

    today i have talking with agent and she told me that your complent is under proceses and you will refund your banalce on dated 18.03.2011

    I have face unneccsery dificulty regarding your prepaid department and she hold me up to 15 miniuts.


    Please do need full as soon as possible....

    Vodafone — Wrong AmounT DEDUCTION

    Hi Sir,

    I am facing issue from vodafone services i i tried to contact multiple time to

    their helplineno [[protected][protected]] but the are not giving proper

    answers.Please find below pointers of my complaints.

    1--Yesterday every second i was getting a popup information message of balance

    deduction which diverted my mind & i was about to met an serious accident i can

    come under a truck.

    2--Amount more RS.200 to RS.300 is deducted from my core balance
    indicating that i am using internet which i havent used this is cheked with

    Vodafone gpru team & they found that i an correct & they have given me a

    complaient no.[protected].

    Sir i am really mentally frustrated due to this & impeoper answers from

    vodafone agent please help me.

      i got my bbm 129 pack activated on 21 feburary 2013 and by thursday dated 28 feburary 2013 it stopped working.From then i have called the customer care for atleast 10 time (once every day) and i visited the vodafone store and they told me to change the sim which costed rs 25 and still i cant use my bbm.please help me!

        Hi,

        I had been using this telecom service (cell #[protected]) since 2006 and had never defaulted any payment, the reason for which my credit limit was increased to Rs 9000/-

        However a couple of months back when I started the Blackberry service (399 Unlimited plan) I had enquired the complete usage details with Vodafone customer support and was informed that the downloads were to be totally free, except for live streaming through Vodafone Live which would carry a certain charge.

        Since then I started using the service for browsing the internet and for downloading songs through BB browser. But to my surprise when I checked my bill status in mid November, the unbilled amount (without discounts) was to approx Rs 1800/-. I once again the customer care, and was assured that this amount would get deducted once the final bill is generated and the payable amount would be only for the Blackberry plan plus the rental and other call charges.

        Finally when I received the bill for the month of Dec 2012 on 28th Dec 2012, I was totally shocked to see the payable amount of Rs 6081.82/-. Again to my surprise, this time the customer care informed me that I had used Vodafone Live to surf the net on my handheld. It is hard to believe, how can I be charged for Vodafone Live when I have been using the Blackberry unlimited plan with the Blackberry browser. Further I was told to write a mail to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com which I did.

        I thought my query was answered as I had completely explained him that I was downloading the data from my Blackberry browser from normal websites and also I was not using any pay sites. Further, the back office team called me after listening to the call recording, and told that there was some confusion during the call and that the plan explained by the customer care was correct and hence the charges levied were also accurate. But I still fail to understand that when you admit that there was a confusion during the call, then how can you say the information given was correct? It seems like you are contradicting your own statement.

        Secondly I was also informed that the settings on my phone were altered by me to Vodafone Live and not to Blackberry browser. But again I fail to understand that when I had set the browser settings as guided by the customer care, then how would I change the settings when I know that the usage of Vodafone Live is chargeable?

        Moreover I was told by the back office team that I would be eligible only for a 20% discount on the bill considering my long term relationship with Vodafone. But why should I pay the other charges when the information provided was incorrect by your customer care?

        Further I made payments of Rs 700/- & Rs 300/- to avoid disconnection. Then I visited the Vodafone store on 02nd Feb 2013 and registered a complaint (#[protected] and was told not to make any bill payments and was also told that the Nodal Desk Mumbai team would call me / mail me in a couple of days. But nobody called me nor did they mail me, and the service was disconnected. I myself contacted the Nodal Desk asking about the status of the complaint and was told that they are still working on it.

        Its been 2 weeks now that the service has been disconnected and the bill amt has been elevated to Rs. 7889.09.

        Hope that my grievance would be addressed on priority.

        complain — Excess Bill & 20% Discount not given

        This month i have received bill for Rs 916, Detail mention below

        1. Local Call Charge 3
        2. Debits 750
        3. SR Taxes 93
        4. O/S Surcharge 70.

        Total pay before due date 916.

        Mine first question is why i have not been credited discount of 20% a scheme was running from your side
        which say if a customer take a broadband connection this time he will be given 20% for Six month from
        the month he takes discount which was communicated to us
        By your Customer help desk staff sitting at the desk Vidhayadhar Nagar, Jaipur.

        But In last month i have received discount but this month i have not received the discount
        Tomorrow 23-Jan-2009 is the last day of bill.

        Second complain is why i have been charged O/S Surcharge of Rs.70. Which i think giving complain on your

        Hi,

        "We are working on your concern", this is the same reply I have been getting from past couple of months.

        Now Vodafone has started sending their executives to my home to collect the outstanding payment. Its been 2 months that this issue remains unresolved. On 2nd Feb 2013 when I had visited the Hypercity (Malad West) Vodafone store, Ms. Jyoti Sonawane (store executive) had told me not to make any bill payment as the charges levied were incorrect and would get reversed. She also asked me to forward my earlier communication to her email ID. This is the 2nd time I am bearing the brunt of wrong information from the Vodafone staff.

        My Vodafone number has already been disconnected, but I request the Vodafone guys to confirm whether they will reverse these charges or will continue to follow up for the payment. This is causing a lot of mental strain and taking a toll on my health.

          My name is Naresh Kumar, I have got activated an Internet pack of Rs123 which is valid for one month with 1 GB data, and want to use this net pack on my PC but when I connect my PC with Internet using my NOKIA E63 phone as modem with the help of Nokia PC suit, in the beginning it gets connected but after 5 or 10 minutes it gets disconnected itself then I have to reconnect it. I have talked to Vodafone customer care a number of times but no customer care executive provided me solution of this problem they often put my call on hold and don't attend again or they started mobile helper ad massage. So I want to get solution of this problem.

              Since Morning I a trying to take out Duplicate Bill, but Vodaphone website is not working. I called 111 & post a request for Duplicate bill processing on my email Id. Then again I called up 111 ,First time Mr. Inderjeet (149787) and ask help from him, First of all he is not able to understand my Problem, I ask him to transfer my call to Senior but he say he is not able to transfer the call.
              After that I call 198 for complain and talk to Ms. Mitha, she say systems are not working so she is not to file a complaint, I ask him to transfer call to Senior she tranfer the call but it get disconnected automatically.Then I again call 198 talk to Gurjeet and ask to tranfer callto Senior he tranfer the call but it get disconnected automatically.same maner I talk to Ms. Pallavi, Ms.Rajvinder, Mr. Jaspreet. Then I have word with Ms.Pallavi (Floor Incharge) she said my Duplicate bill request is not Generated & she genrated the same at that time. Than I requestto discontinue my services then the call is transfer Ms. Pooja she check the all status but my problem was as it is.

              Is this the way a well known telecom company deals with Customer.

                I am requesting for hard copy of my bill and they never delivered and when I did not paid the amount they charged me late payment fine (Which is obvious) but is it not obvious that if a consumer is complaining again and again for the bill he is not getting it delivered. When called to there customer services they are the most Pathetic people sitting there. They reply you like they are giving you a loan. When we say that we will not use the services they said okay we will close your number.

                Is it the way to treat a consumer because of whom your business is running. I know that will not impact at all you guys but think if your services would be like this no one will use VODAFONE again. I am using vodafone since 2003. My first number was (Which now given to someone else when I got transferred to Delhi) [protected] and then in Delhi I purchase another vodafone which I am using till the date i.e. [protected] (I had no issues with this untill I purchase another vodafone) Then I purchased [protected] for which I am not receiving my bills and getting charged for late payment. If you want you can stop all the numbers but I will not pay a single rupee till the time that would not be settled soon.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have taken a post paid connection, [protected], with advanced rental of Rs.499/- under corporate connection from my company on Nov 15 2012. Outgoing calls are barred in a week's time stating that there are multiple connections. They have asked me to provide canceled cheque to avoid disconnection. I have told them to disconnect and refund my money. No response.

                    I am getting calls from collection team that I have to pay Rs.500/- outstanding!!!

                    I don't know from why should I pay Rs. 500/- again? That means either the person did not paid the amount to Vodafone or The paid amount s not reflecting in the right place. When I have asked that person he said the amount is reflecting in security deposit. Why this has happened no idea.
                    But I have received a legal notice mail from Vodafone. This is not expected from a MNC company and a market leader.

                    Another twist in the story is my Vodafone data card is barred, stating that this number, [protected], is linked with my data card. I have to pay Rs.500/- to unbar.

                    What kind of play this is??

                    I would request to suggest or solve my problem.

                    1. First I need my Data card to be activated.
                    2. Either Mobile number or Refund my money.

                      I am getting flooded by flash messages on my vodafone number. Have complained more than 10 times on 198, but still it doesn't stop. Each time they tell to send some "CAN FLASH" message to 144, deactivate flash on vodafone services in hanset, or they just take complains and say it will be stopped in next 4 hours. The message keeps on coming all day and night, whenever I have to use my phone, i need to cancel around 50-100 messages. I don't know why do these people provide such services if they do not have the expertise to do so. Can any one look into the matter more diligently or the customers just need to quit their service and switch to other service providers.

                      Same problem for me too. Vodafone have gone worst and the customer satisfaction is ruining. These people can't even control a flash SMS, that too send by them. Its Pathetic yaar. Worst experience that i have ever got from a service. Even a small emerging network services are doing good. I advice no one to go for this network.                         My mobile number is [protected]. I had subscribed free internet pack on 03.03.2013 . The pack worked fine until 06.03.2013 when suddenly I received a flash message of deduction of Rs. 121 (approx) on account of internet usage. When contacted the customer care on 198, he had no clue of the situation and after so much false excuses made by the customer relations executive, he finally agreed the mistake and assured me that the amount will be refunded to me in 48 hours and that he has lodged a complaint, however today 08.03.3013 I again called up 198 as the amount was not refunded and some another customer relations executive said there was no complaint lodged and that he cannot help in this matter whosoever and I have to go to the nearest Vodafone Store for resolving the issue. I cannot do that as I am a working man and my job does not give me time for all this and that too without any fault of my own. I believe these companies are white collar thieves and thugs who can rob anyone at anytime of their hard earn money. Cheaters. Please help me resolve the issue.

                        hutch prepaid connection — fraudulent deduction of money from account

                        i had taken a prepaid connection from hutch about seven days back. they have fraudulently deducted money from my balance amount. this has been done without my express consent or permission. they are only keen on making money without any regards for the customer. i have tried for at least 150 times to contact [protected] for help but in vain. the care executive at 111 ia always busy.

                            My house is in 8A block WEA Karol Bagh area, and we all face a big issue of network connectivity in the whole area. We have about 7-8 vodaphone connections in our house and all have the same network issues(call drops, no voice, voice cracking). We are a doctors family and have been using vodaphone since ages , but looks like its time we shift to Airtel. The RWA in our area is also making a similar complaint about Vodaphone. They all also want to shift to Airtel and have signed a complaint letter for the same.

                            Kindly help us raise our issue with Vodaphone or we all will be forced to move to other vendors.

                              I have been using the # [protected] which belongs to Vodafone know earlier orange than hutch &know Vodafone for the last 7 to 8 yrs I have had several issues in those years like getting billed for Internet secs for a good 6 months after cancelling it after a lot of call to the cust centre& visiting the gallery the issue got resolved after a year. That least of my problems in 2010 I got an alternate # [protected] for my husband & than moved to Goa my plan was changed to the cheapest roaming plan . In 2012 DEC my husband met an accident lost his phone I called the call centre & suspended the svc they asked me to collect the Sim from the Vodafone gallery in Goa unfortunately the galleries did not have the Sim as Mumbai numb for 3 months we had no connection when asked the call centre to send the Sim says will courier it to my place in Mumbai & ask my 65 yr old mother to courier it to me I pleaded to them to make an exception but nothing no sympathy on the accident & rudely talking I explained that my mother is too old still no changes & as per law no courier companies accept SIM card due to terrorists attacks. After a few days I get continuous calls to pay the bills for that # explained will pay the bill once Sim received but calls from the collection team kept on coming tell how fare is this finally I got the Sim & paid the bills. My concern here is why do they say happy to help when the cust svc agents all I have spoken to including supervisors are so rude & not professional at all how do they even get a job & if asked to cancel the svc they more than happy to do it they do not value cust loyalty .the only reason I m stl with Vodafone is coz the numbber I m using it for a lot time can port it over to Goa as Mumbai numbber please help I want the same numbber but not with Vodafone the worst customer svc ever.

                                  Vodafone — Extra charges on monthly bill

                                  the extra charges charged in the monthly bill (Bill Number#[protected]) for the month of November 2007. These complaints have been registered by the Customer Care Executive named Mohd. Azim Sheikh at 2.30pm IST on December 2nd 2007.
                                  Complaint Number#[protected] refers to Debit Reconnection Fee under Misc. Credits/charges in the bill foil, on discussing with the Customer Care Executive I came to know that this charge is due to exchange of faulty SIM, it’s very disappointing to see this charge to be put on the customer/consumer, since the SIM card being the property of Vodafone if there is any technical fault in the same that has to be addressed by the company and why the consumer is being charged for something which is not his fault, if I would have lost my SIM then I would be more than happy to pay off the same charges, for instance if something goes wrong with my handset is it my responsibility to get it rectified or Vodafone’s.
                                  Complaint Number#[protected] refers to SMS local under Messaging Charges in the Bill foil considering the fact that on the 96 messages the discount offered is 96 then howcome the Net Charges Rs.22.20 are being charged by the consumer.
                                  It is very astonishing to see such mistakes to be made by a leading Telecom company like Vodafone; also it’s hard to believe the kind of double standards maintained by the company while putting unnecessary charges on the consumer overlooking the TRAI guidelines put for all telecom companies in India. It’s not the matter of few hundreds of rupees but it’s about the ethics and reputation of a company which is used to play with trust of their consumers. Regarding these complaints I was assured to receive a call from an official to clarify about these charges by Mr.Azim on December 2nd 07 itself before 6 pm and then instead of a call I received a message on December 2nd 2007 at 8.30 pm saying my complaints to be addressed by December 4th 2007 but as expected there is no such call to address to the mentioned issues. I would really appreciate if you can look into the matter and get back to me with the solution for the same. My bill due date is December 12th 2007, hoping for some corrective action by then.

                                  I had taken a phone no.[protected] from the hutch as one year advance rent of Rs.499/-. After completion of one year, I have received a bill with the charges of one year advance rent as well as 149 monthly plans (Like Clip Charges, mobile to mobile-mobile rental, vodaphone pack etc.) without any intimation. It means two plans have been activated in a single no.
                                  I have paid the further bills, after making the complaint a number of times against the same. But unfortunately there is no proper response from the vodaphone. I have suffered a lot from the bad services of vodaphone.

                                    Couple of days back i got a call from vodafone sales team and they told me that there is a scheme going on switching your prepaid number to post paid number. They told me i will get 300 sms free, 800 mins, one vodafone to vodafone free calls & 1 gb 3g data for rs.150. Same i confirmed with vodafone customer care by calling on 111 and they confirmed us that some scheme is going on which is for today only and vodafon customer care people only arranged documents pickup and everything.

                                    Now my no. is already activated, i am still awaiting for for activation 1gb 3g plan for 150 and one vodafone to vodafone number to get free. I already had words with customers care many times and none of them are helping me out.they are just saying sorry

                                    Why your sales team given me wrong full information?I just need my 3g data plan for 150 and voda to voda one number free calls.

                                    Buddy, Vodafone is not an indian brand... so there are hight possiblities for the court to favour your side, if you file a legal compliant.. If you do not have time to roam to court just cancell the line... its waste to brak at dumb dog..

                                      I am fed of Vodafone services. They don't value customers at all. I have been loyal to Vodafone for over 5 years because of its unprecedented network reach. I applied for Postpaid to Prepaid conversion which took 6 days on 3 visits to happen. They never raised the credit limit for my number inspire of submitting my salary details with them, hence they kept deactivating services every month. Troubled I applied fro Post to Pre sim card and features. The Post Paid services have stopped but the Prepaid sim has yet not been activated. I am thinking of now ending my services with Vodafone thanks to their unconcerned nature towards customers and some of their superb customer desk handlers.

                                      Vodafone network is AMAZING but Vodafone services SUCK !!

                                      I had purchase a Idea SIM of Haryana about one & half month ago with ID Mobile no. [protected] and after eight or ten days services closed. Then I deposited my ID twice but no services is started. Your Dharuhera Idea Office service is very poor they don,t response about this matter.

                                      Vodafone — service not started

                                      hello, i m lavjeet (Mb No.-[protected]). i had paid rs 96 for internet services on my mobile. but it almost 2 weeks that they havn't startted service. i had called hem several times but they always said that we r working. earlier also i had suffered with the same problem but i ignored. but now it is too much. i dont know what to do

                                      I got the matter resolved. It did take alot of visits and repeated call backs. The Store Mangaer at Vashi helped me with the problem.

                                      However, you must keep a quality check for the cutomer attendants at your store (especially Vashi and Santacruz).

                                        I have started using Vodafone 3g from 4th March, 2013, thinking that it was the best option. But now, three days have passed and i have called the customer care four times and went to the Vodafone office today (6th March). First of all, i sent the code *444*1500# and Rs.1500 was cut from my balance (i had recharged specifically for this purpose) but i did not get any message stating that my request had been successful. So i thought that my internet was on 3g but the connection was really slow. As i've mentioned, I called customer care quite a number of times but their responses were all same, like, "Please hold, i'll transfer your call", "Please call from another number".....blah blah blah..... The 'E' sign on the top part of my mobile screen has also vanished and they told me my 3g was activated.

                                        So I couldn't waste my time and money on this anymore and i went to Vodafone Office in Koramangala. I told the representative my problems and he changed my settings (network mode) from "GSM/WCDMA" to "WCDMA only" and he told me to transfer my downloaded apps to my memory card, and told me that i had been using 2g and that he had changed to 3g. Then it was working fine until i left the office and reached home. Now I am facing the same problem again and the 'E' sign had gone.....again!!!!!

                                        I am really frustrated now and if a big company like Vodafone can't solve a small problem like this, why did they even introduce the 3g services??

                                        They should refund my deducted amount of Rs. 1500 if they are not capable of solving my problem.
