I Debjyoti Ghosh, have a 2G connection for the SIM number [protected]. I recharged my account with Rs 199 unlimited data pack on 19.02.2013; where I am, suppose to get the normal speed of 40 KBPS until 2 GB utilization and after that at a reduced speed. Quite for some days I was getting the internet speed of approximately only 10 KBPS, even if I my utilization is within 2 GB, where I was suppose to get the speed of 40 KBPS. Therefore, I had made one complain in Vodafone customer care on approximately 23.02.2013 with complain number “[protected]”. While making the complain I was told the complain will be resolved within 72 hrs. However, my complain was not resolved and nobody from Vodafone contact me for inquiry. So I again contacted the customer care for query about the status of the complain, so they told that the will solve the complain by 1 March 2013. But even after waiting till 1st March 2013, nobody contacted me and not even bothered to solve my problem.
So I am now forced to make a complain in consumer forum about this issue. Now my question to the higher authority of Vodafone is that whether my complain against the speed related issue will be addressed and solved or not. Vodafone might not have any responsibility towards there customer once they get the money from customer, but we customer have the value for money as well as time. For this issue even after taking so much valuable time from me they didn’t solved my problem.
If my problem is not solved, I will think and probably every one will think that higher authority of Vodafone have the consent to deprive the customer in this way. Then I can say new customer who are willing to take the connection from Vodafone please be aware and think twice before taking the connection, because no one is there to address your problem if anything goes wrong. Moreover, I can say that this is the last time I had recharged with Vodafone and probably if I am not get my problem solved, I will shift to any other connection
