I am getting flooded by flash messages on my vodafone number. Have complained more than 10 times on 198, but still it doesn't stop. Each time they tell to send some "CAN FLASH" message to 144, deactivate flash on vodafone services in hanset, or they just take complains and say it will be stopped in next 4 hours. The message keeps on coming all day and night, whenever I have to use my phone, i need to cancel around 50-100 messages. I don't know why do these people provide such services if they do not have the expertise to do so. Can any one look into the matter more diligently or the customers just need to quit their service and switch to other service providers.

Same problem for me too. Vodafone have gone worst and the customer satisfaction is ruining. These people can't even control a flash SMS, that too send by them. Its Pathetic yaar. Worst experience that i have ever got from a service. Even a small emerging network services are doing good. I advice no one to go for this network. Raise your complaint in consumer court and sue these people. We have right to do boss. Tc

    My mobile number is [protected]. I had subscribed free internet pack on 03.03.2013 . The pack worked fine until 06.03.2013 when suddenly I received a flash message of deduction of Rs. 121 (approx) on account of internet usage. When contacted the customer care on 198, he had no clue of the situation and after so much false excuses made by the customer relations executive, he finally agreed the mistake and assured me that the amount will be refunded to me in 48 hours and that he has lodged a complaint, however today 08.03.3013 I again called up 198 as the amount was not refunded and some another customer relations executive said there was no complaint lodged and that he cannot help in this matter whosoever and I have to go to the nearest Vodafone Store for resolving the issue. I cannot do that as I am a working man and my job does not give me time for all this and that too without any fault of my own. I believe these companies are white collar thieves and thugs who can rob anyone at anytime of their hard earn money. Cheaters. Please help me resolve the issue.

    hutch prepaid connection — fraudulent deduction of money from account

    i had taken a prepaid connection from hutch about seven days back. they have fraudulently deducted money from my balance amount. this has been done without my express consent or permission. they are only keen on making money without any regards for the customer. i have tried for at least 150 times to contact [protected] for help but in vain. the care executive at 111 ia always busy.
    down with the unilateral policies of hutch.

      Past One year we have never Used the GPRS Data Charges, even check last one record or previous bills.
      It is never used more than INR 4-10 Ruppess.

      When Informed to Customer Executive - don't want to listen.
      Escalated the matter, Mr Jaykant say he has power to waive 30%

      As a customer they don't want to to listen the customer - standard reply - GO TO vodafone gallery.

      None of the Agency could provide the full details.

      They just want customer to PAY THE MONEY ONLY.

      How to Resolve this....when Service provider sends the unjustified bill ?

        My house is in 8A block WEA Karol Bagh area, and we all face a big issue of network connectivity in the whole area. We have about 7-8 vodaphone connections in our house and all have the same network issues(call drops, no voice, voice cracking). We are a doctors family and have been using vodaphone since ages , but looks like its time we shift to Airtel. The RWA in our area is also making a similar complaint about Vodaphone. They all also want to shift to Airtel and have signed a complaint letter for the same.

        Kindly help us raise our issue with Vodaphone or we all will be forced to move to other vendors.

        Vodafone connection and network issues in BTM firststage
        there is signal week age and there is no tower

        I have been facing Network Problems, at my residence on 1st Floor in New Friends Colony, from last 5-7 years, Even After repeated complaints & numerous visits of Vodafone Team to my House, i have been only given assurance that it will be recitified soon, the network team is working on it.

        I wonder the level of Network team which has not been able to resolve the problem in 7 years.

        I will soon change to Reliance, which works perfectly fine at my place. Also would recommend everybody dont buy Vodafone, no service support at all.

          I have been using the # [protected] which belongs to Vodafone know earlier orange than hutch &know Vodafone for the last 7 to 8 yrs I have had several issues in those years like getting billed for Internet secs for a good 6 months after cancelling it after a lot of call to the cust centre& visiting the gallery the issue got resolved after a year. That least of my problems in 2010 I got an alternate # [protected] for my husband & than moved to Goa my plan was changed to the cheapest roaming plan . In 2012 DEC my husband met an accident lost his phone I called the call centre & suspended the svc they asked me to collect the Sim from the Vodafone gallery in Goa unfortunately the galleries did not have the Sim as Mumbai numb for 3 months we had no connection when asked the call centre to send the Sim says will courier it to my place in Mumbai & ask my 65 yr old mother to courier it to me I pleaded to them to make an exception but nothing no sympathy on the accident & rudely talking I explained that my mother is too old still no changes & as per law no courier companies accept SIM card due to terrorists attacks. After a few days I get continuous calls to pay the bills for that # explained will pay the bill once Sim received but calls from the collection team kept on coming tell how fare is this finally I got the Sim & paid the bills. My concern here is why do they say happy to help when the cust svc agents all I have spoken to including supervisors are so rude & not professional at all how do they even get a job & if asked to cancel the svc they more than happy to do it they do not value cust loyalty .the only reason I m stl with Vodafone is coz the numbber I m using it for a lot time can port it over to Goa as Mumbai numbber please help I want the same numbber but not with Vodafone the worst customer svc ever.

            Vodafone gave me wrong bill of 3800 and I have to pay to continue my service. I got offer o[censored]sing free internet of S3 device. I started using this offer and got bill of 3800 Rs though I have a sms of 3 GB still left to user internet. Nobody is listening to my request. Please help me out to tell me how can I get my money and register complaint for frustration.

              VODAFONE GAVE ME FREE BLACKBERRY SERVICES FOR 2 MONTHS I.E FROM 30/11/2012 TO 29/01/2013. AFTER THAT I GOT NOT CONFIRMATION CALL OR SMS THAT MY SERVICES HAS BEEN RENEWED WITHOUT MY CONSENT. ON 31/01/2013 ONWARDS I CHANGED MY HANDSET FROM BLACKBERRY TO SAMSUNG GALAXY ACE. I DID NOT USED THIS BLACKBERRY SERVICE FOR A SINGLE DAY IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, THEN ALSO IN MY BILL OF JANUARY VODAFONE HAS ADDED RS. 399/- AS MONTHLY RENTAL FOR BLACKBERRY MESSENGER SERVICES AND TAXES OON SUCH AMOUNT.

              WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE SERVICES WHICH IS RENEWED WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND WITHOUT INFORMING ME THAT IT IS GETTING RENEWED. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE SERVICES WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN USED BY ME.

              Vodafone — Extra charges on monthly bill

              the extra charges charged in the monthly bill (Bill Number#[protected]) for the month of November 2007. These complaints have been registered by the Customer Care Executive named Mohd. Azim Sheikh at 2.30pm IST on December 2nd 2007.
              Complaint Number#[protected] refers to Debit Reconnection Fee under Misc. Credits/charges in the bill foil, on discussing with the Customer Care Executive I came to know that this charge is due to exchange of faulty SIM, it’s very disappointing to see this charge to be put on the customer/consumer, since the SIM card being the property of Vodafone if there is any technical fault in the same that has to be addressed by the company and why the consumer is being charged for something which is not his fault, if I would have lost my SIM then I would be more than happy to pay off the same charges, for instance if something goes wrong with my handset is it my responsibility to get it rectified or Vodafone’s.
              Complaint Number#[protected] refers to SMS local under Messaging Charges in the Bill foil considering the fact that on the 96 messages the discount offered is 96 then howcome the Net Charges Rs.22.20 are being charged by the consumer.
              It is very astonishing to see such mistakes to be made by a leading Telecom company like Vodafone; also it’s hard to believe the kind of double standards maintained by the company while putting unnecessary charges on the consumer overlooking the TRAI guidelines put for all telecom companies in India. It’s not the matter of few hundreds of rupees but it’s about the ethics and reputation of a company which is used to play with trust of their consumers. Regarding these complaints I was assured to receive a call from an official to clarify about these charges by Mr.Azim on December 2nd 07 itself before 6 pm and then instead of a call I received a message on December 2nd 2007 at 8.30 pm saying my complaints to be addressed by December 4th 2007 but as expected there is no such call to address to the mentioned issues. I would really appreciate if you can look into the matter and get back to me with the solution for the same. My bill due date is December 12th 2007, hoping for some corrective action by then.

              Vodafone — Extra monthly charges

              Dear
              Sir/Madam

              I had taken a phone no.[protected] from the hutch as one year advance rent of Rs.499/-. After completion of one year, I have received a bill with the charges of one year advance rent as well as 149 monthly plans (Like Clip Charges, mobile to mobile-mobile rental, vodaphone pack etc.) without any intimation. It means two plans have been activated in a single no.
              I have paid the further bills, after making the complaint a number of times against the same. But unfortunately there is no proper response from the vodaphone. I have suffered a lot from the bad services of vodaphone.
              Kindly do the needful.

                Couple of days back i got a call from vodafone sales team and they told me that there is a scheme going on switching your prepaid number to post paid number. They told me i will get 300 sms free, 800 mins, one vodafone to vodafone free calls & 1 gb 3g data for rs.150. Same i confirmed with vodafone customer care by calling on 111 and they confirmed us that some scheme is going on which is for today only and vodafon customer care people only arranged documents pickup and everything.

                Now my no. is already activated, i am still awaiting for for activation 1gb 3g plan for 150 and one vodafone to vodafone number to get free. I already had words with customers care many times and none of them are helping me out.they are just saying sorry

                Why your sales team given me wrong full information?I just need my 3g data plan for 150 and voda to voda one number free calls.

                Buddy, Vodafone is not an indian brand... so there are hight possiblities for the court to favour your side, if you file a legal compliant.. If you do not have time to roam to court just cancell the line... its waste to brak at dumb dog..

                  I am fed of Vodafone services. They don't value customers at all. I have been loyal to Vodafone for over 5 years because of its unprecedented network reach. I applied for Postpaid to Prepaid conversion which took 6 days on 3 visits to happen. They never raised the credit limit for my number inspire of submitting my salary details with them, hence they kept deactivating services every month. Troubled I applied fro Post to Pre sim card and features. The Post Paid services have stopped but the Prepaid sim has yet not been activated. I am thinking of now ending my services with Vodafone thanks to their unconcerned nature towards customers and some of their superb customer desk handlers.

                  Vodafone network is AMAZING but Vodafone services SUCK !!

                  I had purchase a Idea SIM of Haryana about one & half month ago with ID Mobile no. [protected] and after eight or ten days services closed. Then I deposited my ID twice but no services is started. Your Dharuhera Idea Office service is very poor they don,t response about this matter.

                  hello, i m lavjeet (Mb No.-[protected]). i had paid rs 96 for internet services on my mobile. but it almost 2 weeks that they havn't startted service. i had called hem several times but they always said that we r working. earlier also i had suffered with the same problem but i ignored. but now it is too much. i dont know what to do

                  I got the matter resolved. It did take alot of visits and repeated call backs. The Store Mangaer at Vashi helped me with the problem.

                  However, you must keep a quality check for the cutomer attendants at your store (especially Vashi and Santacruz).

                    MOBILE NUMBER- [protected]

                    I have started using Vodafone 3g from 4th March, 2013, thinking that it was the best option. But now, three days have passed and i have called the customer care four times and went to the Vodafone office today (6th March). First of all, i sent the code *444*1500# and Rs.1500 was cut from my balance (i had recharged specifically for this purpose) but i did not get any message stating that my request had been successful. So i thought that my internet was on 3g but the connection was really slow. As i've mentioned, I called customer care quite a number of times but their responses were all same, like, "Please hold, i'll transfer your call", "Please call from another number".....blah blah blah..... The 'E' sign on the top part of my mobile screen has also vanished and they told me my 3g was activated.

                    So I couldn't waste my time and money on this anymore and i went to Vodafone Office in Koramangala. I told the representative my problems and he changed my settings (network mode) from "GSM/WCDMA" to "WCDMA only" and he told me to transfer my downloaded apps to my memory card, and told me that i had been using 2g and that he had changed to 3g. Then it was working fine until i left the office and reached home. Now I am facing the same problem again and the 'E' sign had gone.....again!!!!!

                    I am really frustrated now and if a big company like Vodafone can't solve a small problem like this, why did they even introduce the 3g services??

                    They should refund my deducted amount of Rs. 1500 if they are not capable of solving my problem.

                      I had put a request for activating GPRS service on my mobile on Monday Noon 1.30 PM, for which i got a reply from Vodafone Representative that it would be proccessed and activated within 48 hrs. Today afternoon (i.e Wednesday Noon 1.30 PM), when i again approached Vodafone Help Center, wherein I found that request was not even taken and they asked me to wait 24 Hrs for the request to be active. I even talked to their manager, but they seemed least bothered. I am still waiting for the service to be active. Very much disappointed for the services offered by Vodafone. Also they seem least concerned to satisfy customer, as they haven't started my GPRS service yet.

                      i ve Mobile No.[protected] from many year. Today Company had activated GPRS Service on my Mobile No.[protected]. and deduct my balance Rs21/- on my account. But i call help centre and remind this service but he/she not response me. i said u this Pls return my balance on my Mobile No.[protected]. and strictly action against this mobile company

                        happened with me .m not glad to say m very disappointed from your vodaphone company store service located in Sirhind.Recently on 19 Feb 2013 .I go to your store for my Number Port request ([protected]) Aircel to Vodaphone. they take 75 Rs on the same day after then when number is port to vodaphone .i vist the store minimum 4 time for my balance .But they guys making me fool they always said u got balance soon but still i can't recive my balance even they take extra money on 19 Feb 2013.
                        Samely before few month's back I go for port my another no [protected] they lost my documents & i gave new documents
                        and my port request process with in 2 month's.It will be down your company Image.Hope u will help me to solve this Issue..

                          I received a call from a vodaphone representative on 25th June, 2009 at 4pm from [protected] offering some postpaid connection. I have never come across a more rude person than him. He had no manners and behaved extremely bad way. In disgust, I cut the phone then he called back and said foul things. I am planning to leave the vodaphone connection and switch to Airtel.

                          I was using Vodafone for past 3 year in chennai. I started facing a problem from Deceber 2009. The problem was that my messages were not being delievered to one no of other network. I complained to customer care many times and everytime they respond that their techincal team is working and will resolve in 5 days. Finally I informed to customer care that I will not pay the bill if issue is not resolved till next billing cyle and I clearly instructed the cumstomer respresetative to mention the same in my complain. I waited till january 2010 to get the issue resolved but they dint resolve it so i decided to close the connection and sent a requested mail to vodafone care to stop the services. Since till that day they dint resolve the issue so I dint pay the bill as I had mentioned very clearly to customer representative. I had suffered a lot while talking to customer services. Now they are using very abusive langauage and threatening to my friends and family. They are menatlly harrashing my friends whome I had made calls in past. Please help me out. Thank you very much

                              My Name is Aadil hidayet Khan and my no. is [protected].I have not received my Jan'12 bill till the date. For that I am continues following with vodafone for my Jan'12 invoice. My billing cycle 6th every month but till date I have not received soft copy/hard copy. I have complain against this issue to vodafone three times (complain no. [protected]) but no one ready to resolve. In my organisation there is cut off date for reimbursement before 15th every month after that they will not ready to clear any bill. As per vodafone suggestion I have activate Go Green services so that they will send soft copy of my bill within 4 days after bill generate.
                              Now who will take responsibility to pay my Jan'12 bill.
                              I need you help regarding my frustration on Vodafone because they always behave like casual on any issue. .

                                Hi sir ,

                                This is srinivasa. I bought a Vodafone Mobile (Model 228 FM). After 1 month the screen was damaged . I contacted the nearest Vodafone center 4 times till now(since 2 months). It has 2 year warranty. But they are saying that 700 rs is being charged for the same(It is increased from 200 Rs to 700 Rs now ).I asked about the Changed charge. They are not giving the proper response.At last they said that What ever you can do that you can do. If the service provider is not responsible for the same who will be the responsible.regarding the Charge I contacted the Vodafone customer care and I have the complaint number .
                                Please give me an advise for the same.

                                  I Debjyoti Ghosh, have a 2G connection for the SIM number [protected]. I recharged my account with Rs 199 unlimited data pack on 19.02.2013; where I am, suppose to get the normal speed of 40 KBPS until 2 GB utilization and after that at a reduced speed. Quite for some days I was getting the internet speed of approximately only 10 KBPS, even if I my utilization is within 2 GB, where I was suppose to get the speed of 40 KBPS. Therefore, I had made one complain in Vodafone customer care on approximately 23.02.2013 with complain number “[protected]”. While making the complain I was told the complain will be resolved within 72 hrs. However, my complain was not resolved and nobody from Vodafone contact me for inquiry. So I again contacted the customer care for query about the status of the complain, so they told that the will solve the complain by 1 March 2013. But even after waiting till 1st March 2013, nobody contacted me and not even bothered to solve my problem.

                                  So I am now forced to make a complain in consumer forum about this issue. Now my question to the higher authority of Vodafone is that whether my complain against the speed related issue will be addressed and solved or not. Vodafone might not have any responsibility towards there customer once they get the money from customer, but we customer have the value for money as well as time. For this issue even after taking so much valuable time from me they didn’t solved my problem.

                                  If my problem is not solved, I will think and probably every one will think that higher authority of Vodafone have the consent to deprive the customer in this way. Then I can say new customer who are willing to take the connection from Vodafone please be aware and think twice before taking the connection, because no one is there to address your problem if anything goes wrong. Moreover, I can say that this is the last time I had recharged with Vodafone and probably if I am not get my problem solved, I will shift to any other connection

                                  Very strange to see that how Voda Sale guys make us fool . My self sushil upadhyay from Wagholi Pune - bought an internet connection
                                  against an assured and agreed plan 599/- 2G, 256 kbps per month .

                                  Scene starts from 10th march 013, Sales person smart man came at my home, gave me big big words, I thanked him for his dedication towards the customer.

                                  Ah then my turn of follow up starts after 4~5 days, good, daily assurance for activation, and Mr Asad also came to console in mid way on phone, and assured it to be activated in two days. No results, I wrote emails to Nodal Officer, after 4 days a response came, with a word i.e sorry, and, , , , so, , .
                                  Result is>> on 31march I went to Croma through I bought it, and given the dongle with sim back to the concerned . Today on 4th April 013 he called me that my internet con. is ativated yet I thanked him . But when I checked email, it offers me plans for confirmation as there is no plan which I was confirmed at the time of sale - and yes believable is that Croma person has today repeatedly confirmed that 599-unlimited 2GB-256 kbps- while talking on landline phone . Let us see what happens. I have prepared my self for taking serious step . let us see what happens.

The charges for the same are Rs.49 per month per bill. Please maintain a minimum balance of Rs.50 while placing the request. Kindly note that we will be able to provide only the outgoing (calls and SMS) details. Upon receiving your request, we will get back to you in 24 hours to validate the address and then the details will be sent to your address in 15 days.
