Dear Vodafone Officers,

Good morning!

As per your following advice, I went on 26 March 2011 at 2.45 PM to East of Kailash Vodafone Office and met Mr Waseem and Mr Manoj. In my presence they have sent email to the concerned section to activate my plan from pre to post paid. They have also assured me that I will be receiving a call within 2 hours on 26 March 2011 and my plan will be activated on Sunday.

Regret to inform you that till now neither I have received any call nor my plan has been changed. Still I am using my prepaid card and now balance is almost exhausted and not recharging the same as I have requested for post paid.

In view of the above, you are requested to kindly activate the same immediately else I will approach the higher authorities.

1. My plan will be activated within 48 hours after getting
confirmation and enquiry from the company.

    My mother(prepaid no [protected]) bought a Rs.30 voucher of vodafone on 21st of March 2011 which had the offer of having ISD calls at Rs.2.25 but when my mother called to UK this week she observed that the call rate was same as normal. She went to a vodafone store there they promised a solution but eventually did nothing. This is very harassing for a big telecom giant like the Vodafone.

      . first time i talked with mrs. rajinder kaur , after she transfer my call to her senior to mr. davinder singh
      i had complainted for 4 rs internet daily bonus pack regarding gprs settings. but they didn,t give me VMC reqiured settings
      . and he talked very rudely. This isn't the proper way to treat the customer.

      Vodafone — REGARDING GPRS

      My Name is Pratik Kale My new Vodafone Number is [protected]. This card i brought at 6th April n i activate GPRS service on that card . i have done the recharge of 99 on that card. All galleries system shows services is activated but in GPRS department my account shows in Minus balance. How could it pissible bcz i brought new card with possitive balance. i have given three complaints. i visited in gallery at 4 times. They giving time of 24 hrs but not getting resolution yet. I dont know what i will do. They are not doing my 99rs refund. I am very upset of Vodafone service. I will suggest everyone to dont use vodafone bcz of problems,services and its rudeness.

          Vodafone service provider was given many network problems to me.
          So i have to change the network to MTS through PORTING option.
          So i have sent SMS to 1900 on 21.03.2011.

          Then i had received unique code no: VT 422183. after that i have
          received immediate call from vodafone customer care center they have
          given offer scheme to continue on vodafone

          But i'm not accepted that offer and i said i don't like to continue on your
          Vodafone just release me to go other network.

          Then i given my id proof, photo and porting code to MTS dealer.
          That dealer received as "NOT SUCCESS FULL" and contact to current
          network" for my mobile number.

          at the same time i received sms from vodafone thats:
          ("Your porting request VT 422183 dated 22.03.11 has been rejected due
          to the porting code does not match the donor allocated porting code
          for this number request you to call our customer care at 111).

          Again i spoken to customer care centre they told:
          we added offers to you at today so from now you can't choose
          other network you must be continue only on vodafone network
          This is planned for arrest me.

          Without my confirmation (VODAFONE) they added newly offer scheme
          to my mobile number after PORTING.

          Again i contacted customer care, but they told: if you are accept our offer or not.
          you must continue vodafone network (or) do your knowledge but you can't do
          anything against our company.

          please note: Vodafone company was doing activities against TRAI RULE.

          moreover Vodafone has blocked d all my customer care centre link.
          they are doing against trai rules again and again.
          they forced and order me to continue with vodafone.

          i want release from vodafone network.

                My self Manoj Kumar. My mobile no. is [protected]. I got a SMS from VM-Offer on[protected] that "123 ka safar hai suhana, holi par hai sabb mast toh masti bhari duniya mein kho jaane ke liya dial karein 123(toll free)". I dialed 123 than IVR speak press 1/2/3 for english/hindi/punjabi. I press 2 for hindi & listen the call only 26 seconds and after that I disconnect the line without any press of any KEY. Next day[protected] I got another SMS that "hello, as per your request, Vodafone MISSU Alert Pack has been activated. Rs. 30 has been charged as service rental for 30 days. The service will get renewed on[protected]. To cancel send CAN MISSU to 144". I just dial 123 & Rs. 30 deduct from my balance. What this kind of chor bazari?????? Neither kindly nor please just credit Rs. 30 in my balance & stop your stupid MISSU service.

                  I am Ajay Kanitkar, my mobile number is [protected], I am using this vodafone prepaid connection from more then one year. I want to switch to postpaid services but with some other service provider(IDEA) as I am not getting the desired plan into Vodafone, I have given my first port out request on 28th February 2011 and today is 25th March 2011, till now I have given request for more then 12 times but every time I place a request the same is rejected by Vodafone. Every time they reject the request with a 2 reason.
                  1.Due to some contractiual obgligations and 2, doner code does not match with porting code, at the end of this mesage they write that call our customer care at 111 or visit to the nearst store. I have atleast contaced 12 times the 111, requesting for details on what obgliations are their due to which my number is not porting out and which I can remove. But every time I get this confirmation that please give request for one more time you will not face problem this time.

                  I think Vodafone should shut down their operations because they are not able to manage their customers. customers like me who are baging and requesting for help are cheated badly by VODAFONE, even I have tried to visit VODAFONE store but i managed to went late by 5 min. and due to which the gaurd has insulted me and didn't allowed to me to get into the store for my problem. my office hours does not allow me to visit the store on weekdays to I am not able to visit the store now.

                  Please help me with the solution, how can I take a legal action against VODAFONE. even I would like to highlight this issue to Media.

                  the way vodafone is treating me I would suggest that no one in this country should purchase VODAFONE connection.

                  vodafone SIMPLY THE WORST doesnot care about their customer. they changed my caller tone. simplycoing unwanted computer call 5 per day . totally disturbing me.

                  In my family it self they deducted this type of amount around 200 in last year it self in unethical manner.

                  This is Koushik Chakrabarti from Kolkata. My mobile number is [protected]. Same problem of Caller Tune happened to me yesterday. In the morning I got an SMS in my mobile saying that "Caller Tune service has been activated on your mobile. You will be charged at Rs 30/- monthly rental". I also checked that Rs 30/- was deduced from my Vodafone prepaid balance. This is totally ridiculous as I have never requested for Caller Tune service. I am a Vodafone customer for the last 8 years now and have never activated Caller Tune. When I called 198 to speak to customer complaint desk, they said an USSD code had been sent from my handset. I have no idea what that means and I am more than 200% sure that nothing of that sort has happened. This is totally unethical and Vodafone is cheating customers like this just to get Rs 30/-...Totally Shameless..!!!

                  I am writing to Consumer Forum not only to get my hard-earned Rs 30/- refunded from Vodafone, but to protest against this fraud and cheating strategy adopted by Vodafone and shamelessly routing it to us saying that customer himself has requested it.

                    As I Deactivate my subscription i.e., world cup message service.
                    The next day this service automatically gets activated.
                    I have already compliant vodafone customer care about this problem, they just gave

                    Vodafone — services getting automaticaly activated without my concern

                    i have been using vodafone services for last 2 years ...but since the time hutch has been taken over by vodafone its services has fallen short of commitments.
                    SOMETIMES callertune gets activated on its own and you dont even receive any msg informing you about it.
                    But the most recent problem which i have been facing is that vodafonelive gets activated on its own without even my concern...
                    what adds to my problem is that though vodafonelive cant work on my cell still its browsing and downloading charges are deducted from him...
                    I surely want to get this company sue for the inconvenience caused.
                    ECS facility activation started without inform me, your representive told me we inform u about that service, but did not call me. thats why debit happen in my bank account. what to do in this case.

                      This is A.Balakrishnan, VIT University vellore, I bought a vodafone usb 3g data card on 23 of march 2011, and i sent 3g activation message also but i could`t connect to 3g service, so i called to vodafone customer care, they told that there is no 3g service in vellore, but in vellore vodafone launched 3g service in two tower that towers are situated near VIT university, and in my mobile also it showes the 3g tower signel when i manualy search the net work, more than that some staffs came from vodafone and they showed the demo of vodafone 3g so only i bought 3g usb stick, today[protected] i calleed to vellore vodafone service and i directly met him. his name is mohan who is working in vellore for vodafone. he told that he send a email to concern department yesterday night[protected] at 09.37pm, but there is no response from vodafone. so i called to combature head office and i registered my complain, but still now thhere is no response from vodafone.
                      i am worrying lot for this, how can a multinational company can be like this, i spend 2100 for my usb stick i dot know what to do, so i am requesting please take action immediately

                        I have a Vodafone dongle, model K3570-Z which i purchased 19-march-2011 with unlimited plan @ of price 500/- pm. i got it activated 24-march-2011, with in 24 hours my connection was closed. i called customer care and got the information i have used my maximum usage and my connection is barred. at the time of purchase i have been told that my plan is unlimited downloading. but i m facing the problem with my dongle now. my Vodafone dongle number is [protected].my contact number [protected]. so please i am looking forward for your utmost reply.

                        Dear Friends,

                        I have purchase vodafone dongle, model K3570-Z from one authorized dealer of our town. My issue is that i am not saisfied with the speed of internet. The Broadband of BSNL was good in comparision of vodafone dongle. In my network the connection shows speed of vodafone is 3.6 Mbps but the actual speed is may be 200 Kbps. I viewing this Vodafone company is doing fraud with customers by advertising wrong impression of product.

                        As per my personal experience i am not suggesting any one to buy this.

                          Useless customer care

                          I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
                          My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
                          since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

                          I am Kamaraj one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
                          My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Delhi, no one is sincere here in working.
                          I went to Customer Care Centre at Anna Nagar, Chennai, India on 19th October, 2007 at 3.00pm and registered the complaint. One gentleman named Delli Babu attended me and asked my problems. In my bill September’07 Bill they have charged for OnMobiledownloads. I have not downloaded anything. I told him the same but he replied that I am not in-charge for the billing section and asked to contact some other fellow who is not present there. I waited more than one hour and after that also that person didn’t come and nobody else attended me.
                          Once again I went to Mr. Delli Babu and asked he is not there and nobody is attending me. He replied “You have to wait until they call”. I told nobody is attending me for the past one hour and how much time I can wait for ur call. He again in an irresponsible manner told “You have to wait until they call” and “I can’t help u in this regard”
                          This is the professional way of a Vodafone Customer Care Centre Executive at Anna Nagar, Chennai. I told him “I will complaint to ur Superiors”. He is least bothered about that and replied “u do as u like”. That incident gave me a bad impression about the Vodafone Customer Care Centre.
                          1) I want to know the purpose of Vodafone Customer Care Centre’s kept across the country. Is it to fool the Customers and to collect revenue for the company only?
                          2) Why Vodafone Customer Care Department which is having an international Brand image doesn’t train the Customer Care Centre Executives how to behave with the customers?
                          3) The time is precious for all and why they are delaying unnecessarily? They can collect all the queries/complaints and call and inform the messages/solutions on our complaints if not able to process/reply at that moment.

                          i launched a complain against service (internet connection of Vodafone) on 23rd November 2007, complain no is[protected]. my telephone no is [protected] .Their people have activated this scheme without my permission. And my I am paying 199 Rs. Per month. Even I did not applying this scheme and I am not using this scheme.
                          my number is [protected],iam not having network.iam calling the customer care but they are not taking the phone.please rectify the network problem.
                          Hutch is one of the most irresponsible services I have ever seen.

                          I took up a mobile phone and submitted all documents, identity proof and address proof. Still after a week, my service was barred for non-receipt of documents. Either Hutch need to kick out all their dealers who don't forward the proof documents to them or their staff who ignores the receipt of them.

                          Of course, talking to their customer care is as helpful as talking to a dog on street.
                          Hutch is the ( and let me substantiate. THE) most irresponsible services in India and maybe world.

                          They can vouch for a Guinness Records and will definitely win it.

                          i have purchased vodafone number from your dealer shop on last month. my number is [protected]. he told me that i will get Rs. 1300 minutes free calls voda to voda.but now i did'nt get any free calls. when i called in customer care they told me that if i recharge with Rs. 100 whithin 24hrs. then i will get it. but in my card detail not mentioned any thing about it. so, my opinion about your all services are worng because your diff. -2 executive provide diff- detail. i am not satisfie with your details. although in your some card display the details that if you will recharge with Rs. 100 every month then u will get 50 rs. bonus talktime. even i also recharge Rs. 250 in month of december. all the information which provided by your executive your dealer are fully wrong.
                          I would not be adding new things to the list of complaints against vodafone wherein Customer Service Executives would respond to your query.
                          The best part is that you receive a message within mumbai that you are on roaming and when you ask the Customer Service Executives they will keep you on hold supposingly addressing your query and after that there is a call drop.
                          you call up second time and explain all over again and again the same story.
                          then you give up calling as there is no response.
                          I am waiting for the TRAI decision which allows you to switch network service provider with the same number.

                          I am a Chandigarh based prepaid customer (number [protected] ) and have been facing a problem regarding my recharge .
                          I used ICICI Banking services to recharge my mobile.I recharged my phone through ICICI Internet online prepaid mobile
                          recharge facility on 10 jan,2008 the money was taken away from my ICICI account but no talktime was credited to my
                          vodafone acount.
                          I called up at Vodafone Care and the executive told me that its a temporary problem and would be rectified in one day, but the next day also I have the same problem. I have spoken to Vodafone Care executive wherein the executive told me that the problem would be solved within next 24 hours. The very next day (on 12 January 2008) when I called Vodafone to know the solution of my problem, the executive told me that it is in process and asked me to call later. The same process has kept running since then and I got the same response . Another executive asked me to drop into a Vodafone Shop as they could not do anything else but give me a new complaint number. I went to Vodafone Shop at Sector 22, Chandigarh on 12th Jan and they tell me that they are not familiar with the same service which i have used to recharge my number([protected]).During this process the behaviour of the excutives was not tolerable and SaTISFACTORY as i have called the VODAFONE the world's most reknowned telecom giant.
                          Vodophone E recharge from HOTSPOTS RETAILS PVT LTD,Shop no 84 Khanna Market,Lodhi Road-110003.

                          My wife had visited the shop on Sunday January 27 for recharge of Rs.2000/- to my phone no [protected].
                          The phone is on a lifetime rental scheme.
                          She was advised by the executive at the shop that that since she needed a full talk time recharge, she would need 3 seperate recharges of Rs 700/- each.
                          She agreed to his advice and paid him Rs 2100/-(invoice number[protected] dated 27/01/2008)in cash. The e recharge has not been completed till date(January 30,2008 16.20 hours)- two recharges have been received after tremendous followup. The third recharge is still pending inspite of repeated phone calls.

                          The callous attitude to customers and followups is amazing. On calling customer care we were told that they could not see any dealer informations and hence could not help us. We were advised to followup with the dealer.

                          I am fedup of calling the exceutive at the hotspot shop - Inspite of repeated calls to him nothing has been done. He was also reluctant to refund my money, and claims that he has received a confirmation that Rs 2100 credit has been given.

                          when i called on 111 customer care, on[protected], mr. himanshu patel rudely behaved me and denied to register my complain regarding reimursement of rs. 70 which was deducted due to system fault. i was very disappointed by the way of talking of mr. himanshu patel. i can't bear such kind of short temper executive who don't know how to behave with thier customer. it put a question on the reputation of your internatinal brand-name towards its custromer. if i will not get satisfaction of my complain, i will switchover to other company only due to such poor response given by the executive.

                          I got my replaced sim from Vodafone C-45(Okhla) on 22nd April08 and they promised me that it will be up and active max by 4 hours. Its 2nd day and when I call up the Customer Care they don't have any clue whatsoever.

                          If you guys do not have any clarity then why you commit such things to your customers. That shows your Negligence and not bothered when i told them that will take up this matter to Consumer Court. If you cant give better services then better to shut down your services.

                          Customer care is ridiculous and dont have any clarity what is happening. If i have taken the sim from Any of the stores its the responsibility of Vodafone to sort it out no matter how rather than giving me the unsatisfactory reply like go to the same store and get your problem solved.

                          In this june 5th I took one new vodafone prepaid connection from Velur Shop Name: Gulf Mobile at Thrissur. At the sane time I given my ID proof and one passport size photo for activation. Then yesterday morning my new connection temperorly disconnected. Then I called customer care. They talled my proof is not there. Then I went that shop, then I knew they didn't send my proof. Then they talled today morning they will activate my connection. Again I went at 2.00 pm on today, they can't activate the connection. So, now I am suffering last two days.

Miss Kavitha suggested me on 16th june 2008 that it can be change by recharging the card Rs 200. but still my card is on the same scheme and the outgoing amount is reducing by 0.99 pi . once again i made a call to customer care regarding the same but reply was disappontable. Miss Priya said that there is no scheme such that to chane the card like that. most of the people in customer care are not ready to give the proper imformation about the scheme change at last i lost my 200 rs due to improper information. one more guy in customer care said that put a case on vodofone and claime the amount of rs 200. so i am plaining to make these guys in task.

                          I have no due pending on the above number, just for this month only, but still from 20/06/2008 my incoming and out going are barred.

                          When I give a call to your call centre then I only hear a word Apologies and they don't have any idea or don't understand the meaning of the word.

                          They have not given any resolution except that I have visit the Vodafone centre as they can't help( This was a word from a floor supervisor).When I asked him what is the reason they told me that there is another number with your name which is ;- [protected] and this is corporate connection.

                          All the bill amount will transfer from [protected] to [protected] number when bill date expired for number [protected]. This was happen in the previous months and I have paid the bill for that and I have the receipt as well for paying 2500/- approximately, after that now they are asking the same amount again for the number [protected] to be paid.

                          In the month of march I called up at 111 and listen the outstanding balance for number [protected] and I have done the recording as well, according to that I have to just pay 200/- only nothing as, which I have pay in the same month.

                          But still my bill has not settle for [protected] and all calls are barred from the number [protected] and [protected] as well, then I request for the bill again from Jan -March, according to that I have paid the bill and its a confirmation from your side payment received on so and so date for so and so amount. According to that I have to pay just 600/- for the number [protected], and nothing for [protected].

                          I have activated a new offer that (Recharge of Rs.225 you will get Rs.200 talk time & 100 SMS Free) but should not get this free SMS service. Therefore, I spoke to the customer care executive Miss Arti and some two other people for that but three of them have disconnected my call.

                          last year i took vodafone Sim in November 6th... i took 6years plan Sim... but it worked only for a year i mean up to yesterday, from today onwards its not working... i called to vodafone care they are very irresponsible... not giving the information correctly. and now they r telling i need to send a message to customer care every year to get 6 years plan. but, now i don't have that facility because within a year i need to send message it seems. and if i want to get the same plan back means i need to recharge now for 200rupees, then only i will get the same plan after a month. but i am not sure whether i will get that plan or not because i cant believe vodafone. very bad service. stupids they didn't tell this thing when i bought, and i didn't get any message or call from vodafone about intimating my validity. really its a very bad service from vodafone. when it is hutch it is good when it changed to vodafone it is really bad. even customer care they wont respond properly. and there is no direct customer care number very bad services from vodafone.

                          I got new post paid connection in chennai recently. By mistakenly i have given wrong door no. At the time of verification I have given full address and one more contact address also given to Vodafone Enquiry Officer. He respond as 'My Collegue will come on tomorrow at ur second Address". Nobody is not come and phone is disconnected upto around 1 wek. Later I have given both addresses again. After long days they came for Verification. But not activate till now. I have raised complaint in Vodafone Customer care.

                          i am yasser a customer of vodafone.I bought one recharge coupon of 20rs and when i rub the confidential no whichis at the back bymistake first two digits and then I try to enter bymyself then it got barred.I immediately talk to customer care talking to J aved and got information that I removed your barring and go to vodacare and get another coupon in exchange and refill it after 2 hrs and when I went and tell about the mistake happened they reply me that it will take 7 days to recover and after i talk to senior, he sais it will take 4 wrkn days, so I really fed of your services that vodafone coulegues replying different ways to solve it .Please tell me the exact solution in this case.
                          I'm presently using a CUG number which was previously used by my colleague, who also had another personal Vodafone number of his own. Now I have been getting calls from Vodafone (every time a different person-[protected], [protected], [protected]) for the past few weeks asking about a pending bill payment for my colleague's personal number.                           I have been complaining about deficiency in service for over three months, unfortunately no action has been forthcoming from your side.

                          I have made numerous trips to your Dombivali gallery and registered my complaints.

                          I had visited the gallery on 30th November and the customer care assistant, noted my complaint and even showed me the same on her computer screen.

                          As a sign of protest and due to lack of any response or improvement of services from your side, I did not pay my bill. Subsequently, my outgoing calls were barred.

                          Upon visiting your gallery again on 12th December, 2008, I was told by your customer care assistant that no complaint had been registered on the 30th November, 2008. I find this kind of service very, very surprising. To add to the insult of not having any kind of proactive action on your part, the injury of not registering my complaints after assuring me the same have been registered is reprehensible.

                          I would now request top management to look into this without any further delay and loss of service to me.

                          Notwithstanding any action taken by you, if at all, given your track record of ignoring my complaints, I reserve the right to approach any legal forum, court or consumer redressal forums to give me justice.

                          Vodafone — Useless Customer Service

                          I had a corporate (billing) number ([protected]) from Vodafone and have asked the Vodafone people to close the number in August, as I resigned from the Company in August month. I cleared my August month bill and told them to close my account. But Vodafone has not closed my account till date. Their customer service is useless. They are charging me unnecessarily without providing me any detail bills. I am asking the detail bills of september and October month from last two months, but they have failed to send me any bills.
                          They are charging for a number which is closed from last four months, can you imagine ???
                          Their customer service is extremely useless and they are unnecessarily harrassing the customers.

                          Firstly i was using vodafone prepaid card.
                          One day some customer care exceutive called me up for some 175 postpaid scheme.I was interested in corp199 plan though i was told first you have to go for a postpaid plan atleast for 3 months and after that we will shift you to corp199 plan.
                          I happily accepted the offer and changed from prepaid to postpaid 175 plan.
                          Now since last 1 yr i am waitng for the change to corp199 plan.
                          Many a times i spoke to the helpdesk people(mrs. pooja) in vodafone care opposite Akbarallys in chembur. Everytime i get answers like
                          YOUR APPLICATION IS IN PROCESS
                          SORRY SIR WE DONT GIVE CORP199 PLANS LIKE THIS
                          YOU DONT FIT INTO OUR CORP CRITERIA
                          dam!!!
                          Why the hell you loosers(Vodafone) claim what you cannot deliver?????
                          I also told them "now i am using 5 vodafone numbers and you can check my bill payment records also then whats the problem now.Why u cant give me the corp199 plan?".
                          Then these people did some natak, taken the complain and gave me a new complain number.

                          To add more the funniest part
                          now also i get calls with same offers example" Take a new prepaid conection and then will shift this new prepaid to corp199 plan" huh!!!.

                          1 thing i have decided damit will return all my 5 vodafone connections now and this time will create a big scene in vodafone care centre oposite akbarallys before returning the connections.

                          i've been using this vodafone number for the past one year, and recently i activated the callertune, !! due to some reasons, i couldnt top up my mobile, my callertune got deactivated, now the worse part is - I've been charged Rs.30/- every month but ive got no callertune activated on my mobile - i don understand y is the management being is careless and taking no initiaitve to cross check the complaints

                          MOreover Vodafone customer care service is just useless cos no one answers the god damn phone!!
                          If things are persisting like this, I don think Vodafone would withstand the forthcoming generation !!

                          I believe Airtel is much better !!!

                            Myself Ritika Khurana, a customer of vodafone services. I have converted into vodafone from dolphin this january. My mobile no is [protected]. On 6th of march i used internet via wifi, but they deducted 100 for no reason. I tried customer care but that is the worst customer care i have ever seen. Then after few days if i send msg to more than 12 persons they deduct my balance. They have done it thrice. Even today they did the same. I have lost my rs 200 like this. I am not getting any response from their customer care. Its really not helping in any sense. If such negligence will continue, i am afraid to say that i have to leave vodafone and move the service provider with better customer care service.

                              Hi All,

                              Please be advise, I have raised a PORT-OUR request for my Vodafone # [protected] several times, but it has been denied from your end every time, I have also visited your stores each time when you dint approve the port-out request.

                              I want an explanation on this issue. What actually is wrong with my number its not a fancy number. Why are you not approving my request.

                              I am not a fool to visit your store and tell them about my request. Every time I visit they say me theses time the request will be approved.

                              Make sure this time I am given a proper reply and the reason for rejection.

                              My intension in writing this Complaint.... to make other understand what problem they will face while the want to PORT-OUT..... so its better to take a new connection instead vasting time with VODAFONE.

                                I am Amit kumar chauhan my vodafone number ([protected]) from New Delhi-110008 i am useing model number nokia N95 & i am faceing problem with vodafone service CALL DIVERT is not being done by your end when i am trying to activate CALL DIVERT its shows me request rejacted i have already five (5) time complaints on vodafone custmor care this is complaint num[protected] date 21/03/2011 at arround 10pm

                                you are requested solve my problem as soon as possibale.
                                plz take this seriously.

                                  I am using Vodafone Cellphone Connection and I am trying to port to BSNL. But whenever, I send a porting request to 1900, the message is not getting delivered and remains as PENDING.
                                  If anybody knows where I can lodge a complain it will be useful.
                                  I am not at all interested in continuing with VODAFONE.

                                  Vodafone cellular services — Deficiency of Service: Not providing numbers to which SMS (115 nos.) was sent from my cell phone

                                  Bill Amount : Rs. 1029.76
                                  Bill Due Date : 15.01.09

                                  In the above bill, messaging charges was indicated as Rs. 638.50 of which International SMS amount was Rs. 575.00 against 115 no. of messages.
                                  I strongly suspect that I didn't make 115 no. international SMS and asked Vodafone Customer Care to provide me details of numbers to which I have sent SMS enabling to verfiy if they were indeed sent by me. (There was no sent message records in my phone for the 115 no SMS).

                                  Despite repeated requests through mails and phone calls, Vodafone refused to provide the numbers to which SMS were sent, saying all the messages were originated from my SIM card only. Further, they could provide only details of calls made from my phone with numbers called on payment of Rs. 70/=. I reiterated my need for knowing the numbers to which SMS were said to be sent from my phone and was ready to pay Rs. 70/= for the same but Vodafone declined. Their tone and attitude was "Either take it or leave it". I have mails from Vodafone which can be forwarded, if need be.

                                  Meanwhile, in Dec-2008 around 16th Dec if I remember correct, my phone stopped working with a message "please insert SIM card" displayed on screen. I was forced to visit Vodafone service centre in Four Bunglows, Andheri(W), Mumbai for getting this problem solved. They then replaced my SIM card after which it is working alright. The old SIM card was retained by Vodafone and I strongly doubt that someone has mis-used that SIM card or my billing is wrong or somebody has hacked to make 115 nos. SMS from my phone.

                                  I am unable to verify the genuiness of the 115 SMSs unless Vodafone provides me with the numbers to which I am said to have sent the SMS.

                                  My submission is that this is service deficiency from Vodafone since they have NOT provided me the details I have asked for but have asked me to PAY.

                                  1. I need the numbers to which 115 SMSs were sent.
                                  2. Refund of extra amount charged.

                                  The payment was made by cheque on 14.01.09 in Vodafone Four Bunglows, Andheri West Mumbai Service Centre Vending Machine and receipt got.

                                  Around 18th Dec, I got a call from Vodafone to make payment. I explained that it was already done before due date and gave chq no.

                                  From 22nd Jan 2008, a highly IRRITATING recorded messages have started when I dial outgoing call that my bill is outstanding and payment should be made etc...

                                  I called up Vodafone Customer Care and one "Ali" attended. He said I have to send an SMS to stop the recorded message and their system shows no payment received. I was NOT ready to do that extra work as it was not my fault. During the discussions with Ali (around 11:15 AM on 22.01.09) the line got disconnected and I waited to see if he would call back. He Didn't. During the conversation he clearly mentioned that unless I sent the SMS, the recorded irritating message will NOT stop and he couldn't do anything else.

                                  Since Ali didnt call back, I rang up customer care again and one "Pradeep" attended. He said that the system shows my conversation with Ali and explained him my problem and what transpired with Ali. He was very helpful and said I need not sent any SMS and that he was doing the needful to stop the recorded message and it would be done in 15 minutes. I appreciated his helping nature and concluded thinking there is at least someone who understands but little I knew they were all FALSE promises. Till 23rd (TODAY) morning the recorded message didn't stop and finally I was forced to sent the SMS as desired after which the recorded message stopped. After sometime, another message came saying that they have received my chq and will be credited subject to realisation (after 8 days of my paying).

                                  Further, if anyone noticed, none in any customer care centre shows they are "Happy to Help"...their faces and actions are such that their tag line should change to "HATE TO HELP".

                                  So much for their customer care promises and it is absolutely repulsive!

                                  I AM USING VODAFONE MOBILE SERVICE.
                                  I HAVE A PROBLEM ABOUT SMS.
                                  I SEND SMS TO ANY VIDEOCON NUMBER SMS NOT DELIVER TO THEM.
                                  FROM OTHER COMPANY IT DELIVERS.
                                  I COMPLAIN TI TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THERE IS NO SOLUTION FOR IT.
                                  PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

                                    This is Abhinav Mishra. My contact No. is [protected]. I want to port out from the Vodafone services. But Vodafone is not allowing me to post out. They are indulging me in contractual agreement Obligation. I paid all the dues and deactivated all the addon services. But still they are not giving me specific reason not to port out. I went to the Vodafone shop on 19th March2011 at hyper city mall they canceled the contractual agreement on my #. They assured me that the contractual agreement is deactivated from now onward. But today as on 24th March2011 i call the customer care and again to confirm. They told me that it is again activated on 23rdMarch2011. I asked for the reason but they fail to give me clarification. Kindly give the solution for this harassment. I found the Vodafone services are worse.

                                    So what I did was searched through TRAI website where i can make formal complaints and for your relief you can make formal complaints to first a nodal officer and then to the Appellate Authority
                                    I have send a formal email to the nodal officer at vodafone today and waiting for their response

                                    send an email about your grievances if it is not resolved by the nodal officer then only send an email to the Appellate Authority

                                    Hey thanks for sharing your views. I sent the mail to the vodafone nodel as suggested by you.I already sent the email to the TRAI. but all are loosers. No reply reply from those. TRAI is also not taking these complains seriously. Vodafone itself is ruining its market value by not supporting their costomers. Vodafone is the worst service provider i have ever found till now date. Beleave me friends. Never go for the vodafone servives

                                    It's two days past but no one contacted me. I want something in written from vodafone. If you guys deactivated the contractual agreement obligation, so why vodafone can't give the approval in written? Still vodafone showing unprofessional approach.

                                      Hi,

                                      For last more than a month, I have been trying to follow up with Vodafone store rep for an issue on which I have got no updates from him despite repeated follow ups.
                                      The problem is that I have not been able to make any local or STD calls from my cell despite changing the SIM card and putting the SIM in a different handset. The irony is that I am not able to make any calls to vodafone customer care number also. The Vodafone store rep named Hamza who works in Kandivali East, Thakur Village (Mumbai) store told me that the technical team is looking into it howeverit's been more than 2 weeks that he has not been updating me.. the problem is I can't even get through to his number from my cell. The message that I get is either "Network busy" or "Error in connection" however i can receive calls from any number though. I have been messaging this store rep who does not update me on this issue.

                                      Please help me else i will get rid of your services and share my bad experience with all my known people around.

                                      Note : Have already sent mails to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com; Sushma.[protected]@vodafon​e.com and vodafonecare.[protected]@vod​afone.com however no response from anywhere at all.

                                      I am also facing exactly the same problem. Got the same responses from vodafone - replaced sim, technical team is looking into it, but no solution.

                                      Not sure what to do.

                                        This is Manjunath G N from Bangalore having Vodafone postpaid connection with mobile number [protected]. i have requested their executive to let me know the procedure for MNP and the amount to be paid by calling their Customer care in January. I have placed 'n' number of complaints on the same. every time, i will be told that their executive will get back to me with in 24 to 48 hrs of span. but, i wont get any calls from them. I have written mail to 'Corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com' too 10 days back. i didnot get any response for that also. So, i request you to take serious action against them and teach them a lesson so that they wont repeat doing same. Thanks in advance for your help. Please, help me to get rid of this hopeless vodafone network as soon as possible. you can contact me in the above said number for any further information.
