MYSELF KRISHAN GROVER MOBILE NO [protected] WHO HAS STILL NOT RECEIVED HIS POSTPAID MOBILE FOR THE PERIOD (FEB 06 2011 THROUGH MARCH 05 2011) TILL DATE. I HAVE SENT ATLEAST 21 MAILS AND SPOKE TWICE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ALSO BUT IT PROVED AS FUTILE EXCERCISE. EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO SPEND ATLEAST FOUR TO FIVE HOURS AND EXCHANGE SUCH IRRITATING MAILS.

I WOULD LIKE TO RELAY FOLLOWING MAIL SENT TO VODAFONE JUST FOR RETRIEVING MY MONTH POST BILL OF MY MOBILE FOR WHICH NONE OF NODAL OFFICER RESPOND . CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SEND THEIR REPLIES WITHOUT READING THE MAIL IN FULL AND SEND STEREO TYPE MAILS AND THEY FORGET. EACH TIME NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTIVE RESPOND WITHOUT GOING THREAD OF MAILS.
REFER COPIES OF MAILS SENT TO NODAL OFFICER/CUSTOMER SERVICE AS BELOW.

2. THREE INDENTITICAL BILLS FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2011 WHICH ARE ALREADY PAID. (No request was made for these bills at all)

NOW WHAT I DID:

3. I CALL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATATIVE AT [protected] AND 111 AND SPOKE TO NIBIL AROUND 05.15 PM ON MAR 7 2011 AND REQUESTED

FOR LATEST BILL FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH 2011 AND I WAS INFORMED THAT THIS BILL SHOULD REACH WITHIN 72 HOURS.

DO YOU KNOW :
4. THAT I DID NOT GOT BILL FOR THE PERIOD JAN 06 2011 TO FEB[protected] NEW RECEIVED AND
PAYMENT ALSO MADE FOR RS. 901/- .

THERE WERE 21 MAILS EXCHANGED AS REMINDER WITH VODAFONE REQUESTING FOR THIS BILL.

NO RESPONSE FROM VODAFONE TILL DATE. I HAVE SENT MORE THAN 14 MAILS TO VODAFONE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NODAL OFFICERS - VODAFONE BUT THEY ARE NOT MOVED. EVERYTIME THEY SAY BILL IS DELIVERED. IF BILL IS DELIVERED THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEND ME ACKNOWELGEMENT OF BILL DELIVERED, BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE POD. FURTHER THREE IDENTICAL BILLS FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2011 ARE RECEIVED .
THEY DO NOT READ EVEN THE PERIOD (BILLY CYCLE DATES) FOR WHICH CUSTOMER IS ASKING FOR ORIGINAL BILL . HOPE TO GET A BILL TODAY.

      I use blackberry handset the day i have subscribed for unlimited blackberry internet plan.{rs 399} still my balance was wrongly deducted still, i hve deactivated black berry plan,gprs n vodafone live in short no relation with internet or gprs still till todays date my balance is been cutted, i came to knw about this when i typed five to 111,
      regarding this i have mailled to the customer care through mail, visiting gallery regularly as if its my duty,n hve called to the customer care no. my problem is not solved, no revert, from last two months and they have also blocked my no so that i cannot call them again again had a talk with one of his superviser zubin and vodafone gallery{goregaon-w} executive-huzefa who has given meh wrong promises..n i have been harresed i am in big loss, want them to solve my problem n refund meh with suitable and fair interest.Other wise will surley drag them to consumer court.

      VODAFONE ESSAR LTD — Vodafone is Rejecting my Porting Request

      Vodafone is Rejecting my Porting Request
      Vodafone Rejecting MNP

      I am using Vodafone no [protected] (Karnataka) for the past 2 yrs . And i want to change my mobile operator Through mobile number portability from Vodafone to airtel.
      And i have submitted all the id proofs.

      However i received a message from Vodafone that my porting requests has been rejected. Because of Contractual obligition.
      I had gone to the Vodofone Store and paid the Monthly bill In Advance and also stated the problem, however they are still sending the Message to new Airtel(My New Service provider) they are simply delaying. Actually MNP is a customer right. but here airtel is denying that right for me.

      I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court for compensation.

      I contacted my Vodafone customer care about this issue no one has responding . Please. Help me sir

      VODAFONE ESSAR LTD — Non-execution of committed services

      Respected Sir,

      M/S Vodafone Essar has outsourced their MNP service to M/s Andromeda, i have submitted my docs and cash (Rs.370) to them on 16.02.11. After submission i was ensured that within 7 days my MTNL no. [protected] will be transferred to Vodafone but in vain

      i have called Vodafone several times but they are not interested to reply and informed me that they cant help in the matter.

      Also the customer care no. of Andromeda is not responding further there Pick up boys no. is switched off.

      i have also mailed them my complaint regarding the issue but no reply yet

      Seek your help, i have everything in proof. Please guide me further action for filing a case.

      Everytime these Mobile service providers get away by cheating consumers like this.

      VODAFONE ESSAR LTD — Complaint for Vodafone data USB STICK!!

      Hi,

      Myself Sachin Jadhav Using Vodafone DATA CARD No : [protected].
      I have purchased a USB STICK from S K Marketing wherein I was informed that I can use the stick with unlimited 3G data plans with 599 rental, but since I have taken I have faced many problems.
      Theere is no 3G plan with unlimited free usage, Please check the same & revert to me with correct details.
      Also if the same is not available I would like to cancel the Connection & would want my refund of rs1800 which I have paid.

      My Self Saiyed Shakil Ahmed My I have made complain regarding Balance deduction on 28 Apr 2011 and yet I am not satisfying with Your Company's Reply.

      I have made call Vodafone to Vodafone number from this No [protected] at 27th apr 2011 despite of My night balance They have charge call rate.and My Bal was -24 (Aporx) at that night.and they also deducted my night Minutes so how can it possible to deduct both the ways just Reply me ASAP And solve My problem.I have used Vodafone card since last 5 years I have never facing such problem form Your side.Now I am very Disappoint with you.If I will not satisfying with your reply than it is possible that I will switch on to another Company so please provide me convince-able answer.

      An unwanted health pack service activated on my cell no. today and rs.35 has been deducated from my a/c.plz deact this service and give my refund amount.
      On 3rd june my balance is Rs.204 ...

      At evening i got this message -
      "Hello! Vodafone Cricket VF Alerts is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs 30 has been deducted. Your current Balance post service activation is Rs 174.62. To cancel send CAN VACKT to 144."

      than i check my balance is Rs.174 only ...

      Than i call vodafone customer care and tell this thing they said they deact this service and refund my 30rs in 4 hour ...

      I wait and i got this message -
      "Your subscription to Vodafone Cricket VF Alerts has been deactivated."

      but my Rs.30 is not refunded yet ...
      Now when i am trying to call vodafone customer care my call disconnects automatically ...

      now tell me what should i do ...

      this is 1st time happen with vodafone...

        I have purchased USB broadband stick from Vodafone Store New Panvel on 02.12.2010. Receipt of the same is by the name Connect (India)Mobile Technologies private ltd. Sales representative told me that its speed was between 156 to 256 kbps depending on the location. After using it at different locations I found that its speed was varying from 0 to 60kbps which was not sufficient to surf the web as it takes almost 15 minutes to open a single page. I went to the store and deposited the USB stick with the store to get it repaired. After repairing it at the service center they told me that it was okay but when I checked at their Vodafone store in presence of the sales representative speed was varying from 0 to 60kbps. This was of no use to me & I asked them to reimburse the purchase cost. Till date I have not got the reimbursement and also the USB broadband stick repaired.
        I lodged the complaint with their customer care center. I have record of various correspondence with them done through email.

        I have suffered financial loss & mental agony in dealing with them from last three months with no positive response.

        I hope i get your help in getting the justice.

        same issue shailesh its speed is very slow i have boght 3G USB mobile broadband using it for last 5days . the speed which vodafone promises off course maximum speed @7.2.MBPS in last 5days i have not recd even 1 Mbps speed. it waves between 90 to 104 KBps. i should have read your post before done some surfing before making a purchase decision.

        I am facing same problem in Lucknow UP-East circle Very slow speed not even 3G but working on EDGE service
        3g USB Stick Wrong information

        I was sold Vodafone 3G USB dongle on Feb - 2011 for Rs 1500/- at vodafone vashi store. I was told that the unlimited usage
        plan of Rs 599 will work on 2G as well as 3G network.

        When I questioned that how I would get 3g speed at this much cost, I was again told that as you are existing customer.
        when 3g broadband would be launched I would get the same speed on existing plan and I would not require to change plan.

        Every time I use to call up I was told the same thing and now when I approached Vodafone customer care I found out that this plan is
        applicable only on 2G network and the charges will be different for 3G network. I was shocked to know that I was fooled to believe
        that I could use this plan for both 2G and 3G network.

        I requested them to take back USB dongle and refund me the money. I was advised by Vodafone care executive to go to Vodafone Care Centre for refund.
        When I approached Vodafone care centre they refused to take back. I again called Vodafone care and they said it can’t be returned. This is a case of
        Misstatements of facts and incomplete information given to me and inducing me to buy the USB 3G dongle.

        Again on 17’Th of April I went to Vodafone store Vashi and spoke with the manager over there. She said that as you are existing customer you would be
        able to use 3g speed at plan of Rs 599. (Even she was under same impression. The same thing was told to me by Vodafone Chembur store)
        Then just to confirm she called up somewhere and then said, sorry you will have to go for the new 3g plan.

        I asked her why I was given wrong information; she said that even we were not aware of these things at that time (Feb 2011 to 17 April 2011)

        The plans are given and you have not mentioned that these plans are for 2g network.

        The same is printed on your 3g usb stick broachers.

        I am really shocked after getting such false information from Vodafone. I am using Vodafone since last 8 years. We have 8 Vodafone
        connections in my family. I never expected all these marketing strategies from Vodafone.

        Vodafone — speed of vodafone usb net connect is very slow

        speed of of vodafone usb net connect is very slow its not at working properly it takes too much time to process
        Even I have been taken for a ride. Eventhough the mobile connection speed as in their panel is over 7 Mb, the true download speed on the right side of the panel shows not more than 90 Kb at any time. I have to set my gmail to HTML view to read my mails. The regular gmail view does not load. Nowhere near Tata Photo speeds. As I write this, I am downloading a windows update of 24 Mb. Even after 30 mins it has downloaded only 25%. Pathetically slow. I am told that this is because of theEDGE connectivity and I have to opt for 3G. I have burnt my fingers. I have ditched the Vodafone USB stick and written off the 1300 bucks and am moving to Tata Photon, IDEA or Aircell where I believe they are true to their stated speeds. Dump the Vodafone USB stick is what I say.

          Sir/Madam,
          Around 13th March, I recieved call from Vodafone Care that they are offering an Unlimited dedicated Data Plan of Rs 500 per month and told me that there is no FUP specifically.

          So i bought the sim for Rs 250.it is dedicated sim for data no call or msg san be sent or recieved.
          it was activated on 17th March.

          Sir, it worked fine for 3 days in which i surfed and downloaded data.
          (Note :- No chargeable data was downloaded)
          On 21th March it stop working it gave error "Network Service could no be started".

          So i called vodafone care told them the problem. They told mein that the unbilled usage have exceeded the credit limit and it will be cleared in the end of cycle till then i can not do surfing or download data.
          SIR AS TOLD EARLIER I TOOK THIS PLAN ONLY BECAUSE I WAS TOLD IT WAS AN UNLIMITED DATA PLAN WITHOUT ANY FUP. BUT DUE TO VODAFONE FALSE INFORMATION AND BILLING SYSTEM MY PLAN IS LIKE A LIMITED DATAPLAN.
          THERE SHOULD BE NO DATA LIMIT FOR A UNLIMITED DATA PLAN WITH NO FUP AS TOLD BY THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.

          Since then i have called and told my problem to vodafone care. As the call to vodafone care are charged much of my money and time have been wasted on it.
          I want to take serious action against the company for this type of misleading information and inconvenience to the customer. iwant to send this information to TRAI company should be heavily fined for this kind of behaviour.

            I have been trying to get my 5 phone lines transferred from one of my company's name to another, for the last 2 months.

            In the process the Vodafone Store manager stopped returning my calls and broke any sort of phone correspondence. I had to send my office boy to the branch every time I had to reach him.

            Then I called the customer service, to complaint against this and facilitate the pending job. Since then it has taken another month and I have spoken to executives, team leaders, floor managers and even the manager. Every time they say they call back. they never do.

            Finally they admitted they don't know what the problem is and that they are unable to process my request and maybe I should try speaking to the Nodal Officer.

            I have been trying the Nodal Officer's number for a week and a half but it is always busy. I have sent him a message but I have received no call back.

            I feel like this is what is called 'Manmani'! There seems to be nothing I can do to get service from them.

              Very recently I had opted for portability from Idea to Vodafone IN and without my asking the Alerts have been activated on my phone no. [protected]. On their website, there is no option to deactivate the services. It is very difficult to reach the customer care executive on 111. I do not want any optional services from Vodafone without my prior consent. I request that the above service may be deactivated.

                I have got Vodafone Sim registered in my name 3/4 years back. Now this days, I am receiving Alerts on Cricket News, Movie masal pack, astrology etc. After all my records, I could not deactivate them, inspite of visiting vodafone office frequently. And the company is deducting my balance daily. I just want to know the procedures for deactivating them. Morever, we vodafone users are not getting bonus cards of Rs.59/- which adds Re.1/- and aftivates power for two months.

                    Vodafone is trying to misguide the services being provided by them. I am using vodafone basic plan of Blackberry Prosumer Lite in which I am paying Rs 299 per month. In this plan only mail and messenger is being provided so I have install watsapp application messenger which comes into the category of messenger plans. So suddenly they have started charging for it which are the amounts are very high.

                    So I just want to know it whether consumer should be aware about the plan being automatically being activated in there handset or not. There basic plan of Vodafone live is being activated automatically which was being stated by there consumer care department.

                    I want the Train and consumer court to show some light on it

                        i have post connection of vodafone. I wanted to get in converted into prepaid connnection so i went to the vodafone mobile store at JMD Mall Gurgaon( near SAHARA MALL) on 26th feb 2011. I met one of the executives sitting there. He suggested me that not to get it converted into prepaid. rather he gave me some schemes on the local and national sms and std calls. i agreed. i didn get my number converted into prepaid. that executive told me that the sms scheme and call rate scheme will be activated on my phn with in 72 hours. so i was a bit relaxed thinking that my phone bill will not exceed my budget nw. but even after 72 hours when i did not get any confirmation of service activation from the service providers then i called up at the customer care. they told me that the services will be activated in next billing cycle. my phone billing cycle is 20th to 20th of each month. i requested them to please get it activated and told them about the conversation held at the JMD Mall Moblie store also. They told me that the request has been forwarded to head office. MY phone bill is just due the msgs only. because i am in a habbit of messaging to my friends. now when i got the scheme of 5 paise per sms whether it be local or std then i kept sending msgs thinking that i have the scheme activated on my phone. but after few days when i called up again at the customer care then they again told me the same thing that the scheme will be activated in next billing cycle. i.e from 20th march 2011. Nw my question is that when that executive whom i met in the mobile store at JMD mall gurgaon, knew that the scheme will be activated in next billing cycle, why did he told me that it will be activated in maximum of 72 hrs. now my phone bill is 4300 ruppees. Had he told me that the scheme will be activated in next billing cycle, i would have got it converted in to prepaid that day only. My complaint is simple that i want full compensation on my phone bill. i want all the sms should be charged 5 paise per sms instead of 1 rupee (local) and 1.50 rupee (std) per sms. the service request number given by the executive at the mobile store is [protected]

                              I'm using vodafone for last 4 yrs in Kolkata. My mobile was switched-off from yesterday (19/03/2011) evening about 8 PM. Today evening (20/03/2011) while I switched on my mobile at 5:30 PM (17:30) I got 2 SMS from VODAFONE -

                              FISRT SMS sent: 20/03/2011 15:35:48 - "Hello!
                              Your request for caller tune activation has been received and will be processed within 4 hours. We will let you know the status by SMS shortly"

                              SECOND SMS - sent: 20/03/2011 15:37:34 - "Hello, Caller Tune is activated on your phone. Monthly charge Rs. 30 or Re 1/day. ............

                              How can it be possible? VODAFONE called in my mobile no. which was switched-off at that time and got my confirmation though my mobile is switched off.

                              VODAVONE IS CHEATING US IN THIS PROCEDURE. Rs. 30 has been deducted from my mobile balance as well.

                              Is this kind of service we're expecting from vodafone? Is vodafone is playing game like this?? So Is this the kind of company vodafone is? Cheating with the people by giving callertune forcefully without informing and deduct amount automatically.

                              Vodafone customer care is giving a non-sense service. They never solved any critical case. They'll say to call them after 12 hrs or they'll say that they'll contact you but never call you back.

                              Why we'll be the ultimate victim? One more thing this is not the first time this is occurring. I've faced problem earlier also. At that time vodafone theft Rs. 100 from me.

                              So, I want to say all the people who want to take advantage of mobile no. portability and want to shift to VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION, don't take this type of mobile connection which can deduct your rupees without any reason even if your mobile is switched-off and avoid this type of harassments.

                              vodafone/mobile service — Vodafone cheating us thru giving caller tune forcefully

                              I'm using vodafone connection for last 4 yrs in Kolkata.
                              On 07/06/2010 11:30 AM I've got call for activated caller tune thrice.
                              All the times i've ended the call with end button.
                              At night I've got message - "As per your request caller tune has been activated on your mobile no.
                              Rs. 90 Will be charged for 3 months rental" and Rupees has been deducted from my balance.
                              How can it be possible? However, while I'm calling customer care they're saying
                              that we can't give you price back and It is good to hear caller tune.
                              Perhaps you've activated it.

                              So Is this the kind of company vodafone is?
                              Cheating with people by giving callertune forcefully without infoming
                              and deduct rupees automatically.
                              Is this the kind of service we're paying for? Everytime cutomercare will say anything and we'will
                              be the ultimate victim. One more thing this the not first time this is occuring. I've faced problem
                              earlier also vodafone has theft Rs. 150 from me.

                                  I used to receive calls and sms from Vodafone and other companies for promotional schemes etc. And for this, they used to debit my prepaid
                                  account for Rs. 5/- to Rs. 30/- as per their charges.

                                  After discussing with Ms. Anita Dhumsingh Rathod and Mr. Rizwan from Vodafone Customer Care, I activated DND in order to stop receiving such unwanted promotional calls & sms. ( DND 0 message sent by me to 1909 on 7-3-2011 at 12:17:18 p.m. and accepted by Vodafone on 7-3-2011 at 12:42:05 ).

                                  I was told that within 7 days, the DND service will be activated.
                                  However, they are still deducting Rs. 5/- every day from my prepaid balance for
                                  "Sawal 20 Lakh ka" and such type of things.

                                  I want to stop receiving such type of messages and calls which unnecessarily
                                  disturb me and also reduces my mobile balance.

                                  Please do the needful at your earliest and oblige.

                                  Vodafone — unwanted GPRS

                                  I m Pankaj Kumar, mobile no. [protected] having no need of GPRS, but your company activated it two or three times without any request frm my side and deducted/ charged Rs. 50 every time unethically & unlawfully. the same was not even used by me.

                                  also, there is One more problem in my another mobile No. [protected] ( being used by my brother Nerraj Kumar),

                                  you have activated "Bhakti Sagar" music service on this number again, without any request from me or my brother, the details as follows:

                                  17 Apr to 18 May
                                  19 May to 19 June
                                  19 June to 19 July
                                  20 Oct to 20 Nov
                                  20 Nov till now

                                  it is interesting to note that the service is deactivated and activated again in quick succession on the very next day and again charges are levied, whereas the said services are not of any use to me or my brother and both o[censored]s do not want to avail of the said servce and request you to cancel/ deactivate the said services from both the mobile numbers with immediate effect and further refund/ recharge the mobile numbers with the amount that has been unnecessarily deducted from our account as this is highly unfair and unfrinedly practice on the part of the company. The consumers are made to suffer and bear charges for no fault of theirs. the consumers are being taken for ride by the company as we are having a prepaid connection and you deduct the charges staright away, without any confirmation/ request from the consumers, which may be due to your faulty systems.

                                  The said practices have not only cause me financial loss, but have unnecessarily caused my anguish and harrassment, and i am compelled to rethink over my association with your company for your such practices.


                                  plz do the needful asap, else we shall be constrained to take up the matter with higher authorities, including any legal action for the blatant unfair practices on your part.

                                  Vodafone — Unwanted GPRS, pramotional calls and messages activation

                                  I am a very old Pre- paid consumer of vodafone telecom services using phone no. [protected]. My GPRS has been activated since May 2009 without any request from my side and every month again it get activated and deduct my balance automatically. I do not need this facility of GPRS at all and also i never use it.
                                  Anther complain is that I receive many unwanted promotional calls and vulgar SMS which is really not tolerable. Being a Government Employee while important meeting I receive vulgar massages which is really shameful. Since i am not a technical person it is difficult to understand how to get rid of above mentioned problems. Several times i call Customer Care but they are unable to solve my problem. So I request to Stop GPRS and Unwanted promotional calls and messages from my mobile so that I may able to get facilities of vodafone mobile as per my comfort.

                                  Vodafone Prepaid Mobile Service — Debit of charges for unwanted services

                                  Vodafone has debited my Prepaid Mobile account ([protected]) in the name of some unwanted service. At night (10.59pm)on 11.11.2010, I got a msg-Your Daily News has been activated, as per your request. and some charges were debited to my account. I confirm that I had not sent any request. I complained this to Vodafonecare and requested for reversal of charges debited. They replied the the service was activated at my request, and thy will not reverse the charges. This is very disgusting to know and I feel cheated.

                                  I wish to inform you that similar deduction was done for my other mobile no-[protected] in the name of MCI charges on 20th or 21st August. However, then the charges were reversed at my request.

                                  I alsowish to inform you that there was a call fromVodafone on 13th Nov (approx10.00am) regarding conversion of my Prepaid mobile to Post paid.
                                  Its Executive tried to convince me by telling the drawbacks of Prepaid mobile service, He said that some Charges are being deducted in the name of some services (and said- Usually customers are unaware of this), In case of Post paid mobile service such deductions wont happen.

That, during the this problem, I wasted hours in communication at 111 and [protected] dialling from my Vodafone no., for for explaining my problem, but still I could not communicate on these nos. The pre-recorded messages are keep on repeating in a loop. Then I dialed from other no, i could able to talk at [protected]. This is also there policy for earning, which is not justifyable/correct.

                                      2. Based on the Vodafone executive instructions, I have followed accordingly (by recharging and waiting for activation of services) but still it was not activated. Again I got the same msg that you used internet before the activation. Please ask to VODAFONE How many months / years will take to activate this Pack.

                                      2. As I had purchased the Vodafone Data card device and paid already lot of money for the 2GB pack activation/internet, because of that, I am running behind for Vodafone. Otherwise there are many other providers who are offering good services in cheaper rates now. But due to the data card which I have purchased, I am trying to be with Vodafone. But now I may not be more with Vodafone.

                                      3. I had also noticed during the visits time at VODAFONE stores, I also found others who were facing this kind of problem, but they might not communicate as I am doing.

                                      4. Now sir, I would like to ask for compensation of the same (the problem which I have faced becuase of VODAFONE services) from VODAFONE (IData Card value + Recharges value + time + harasmen all) and you decide the same, by understaing the problem in deeply.

                                      5. Finally, it is the choice of VODAFONE and your (authorities instructions) to VODAFONE that you would like to keep me with Vodafone or not. The customer will find out their other way, if he is facing problem (in terms of communication services or network services or cheaper services).

                                      I have just informed you the status of VODAFONE services. Again it is upto you (The higher authorities, who provides the licenses) that how you will handle this. I have done a lot from my side.

                                      1. First Recharge 2GB Pack in Rs. 95 on 21st Feb. 2011 at 10:30 A,M.
                                      2. Since that period, I am running behind (through e-mails, visiting to the stores, customer cares, nodal officers, Appealing authority etc at all places) Vodafone for 2GB Internet Service activation. But could not get till today the 2GB Pack activated.
                                      3. As per vodafone cheating, in between I have got 5~6 time recharged due to the negative accounts happened, even without usage of my internet.
                                      4. Last 2 days back, I again went at Vodafone stores at Gurgaon (Palam Vihar) and their I came to know that the VMC is activated. I got the messages also for 2GB usages. But today 05 March 2011, I am again not able to use the Internet because of the negative account.
                                      5. After that I communicated at [protected] customer care, there I found that the 2GB plan was not activated and because I used internet from since 2 days so the account went in Negative. I am very much disappointed with the kind of activities by Vodafone. It is horrible.
                                      6. I have already wasted a lot of money, time and harrasment to get this internet service/pack. But till today from 21st Feb 2011 to 05th March 2011 (12 days passed) I could not get the same.
                                      7. In todays time, if they are providing this kind of services to customer, they should not be in the field of customer services. As per my experience had with Vodafone, in customer services it is 0% while having the all facilities of communication.
                                      8. The Vodafone is cheating me (customer). Because I had taken the Rs. 95 internet 2Gb Pack but I have paid around 10 times more by cash and here I am not adding my precious time and problem faced due to the same.
                                      9. Vodaone systems are not transparent and nor able to provide the services to customer. From top to bottom, all are useless for me. If this is the case, then the Vodafone does not qualify for these kind of service providers. This is all not acceptable.


                                      I request you to review my case and take appropriate actions against VODAFONE and also request you to arrange the activation of my 2GB internet pack alongwith my all recharges reverse which I have done without my usage of internet, without any more delay. I have been cheated by VODAFONE and push me in problems a lot.

                                      Till now the service is not activated. I have already paid (95+85=180 Approx double of the pack) but till now I was not able to use the Internet Services. Again I checked the no. account no and got the recorded messages that your account is in minus 40 Rs. It is the limit of any thing. If you add this amount also into the same then its mean 180+40 = 220 including the the 95 Rs pack, I have to paid. It is drastically an example of cheating by Vodafone. I request you to correct (reversal the amount) and start my services. You have crossed your all limits.

                                      I am very much annnoyed with Vodafone. Please take the imemdiate actions.

                                      I am saying that I just tried to connect and used "USe 144" command also to know the staus. But I could not get and for that , I wasted my more than 2 hours Then I went at your Vodafone store and till today I am following up to you (Vodafone) but no activation of services. You can understand that how much time and money I have wasted in useless activities. The followups are the non value added items for customer but for you it is value added items because you have made like this systems which creates problems for customer and makes money for you.

                                      I again request you to kindly confirm me about my services activation.

                                      0.6. But I did not get the msg of 2g usage. So I tried to do by USE 144
                                      option to get the msg. But unable to start the internet. Then I went to your
                                      Vodafone Mini store. But could not get it activated.

                                      Now today, I discussed with yuor Vodafone customer care. (1) it is very
                                      difficult to talk tou the executive for the concerns. Anyway, from your
                                      executive, I came to know that my balance is gone by approx.Rs.-55 rs while
                                      there were the positive account was approx. Rs.16. I want to tell you that I
                                      used only USE 144 to get the msg only. I did not use your internet.

                                      I have requested to your executive to make it correct. I am also requesting
                                      you to make it correct and start my services. Please underatnd that I did
                                      not use it if it is used by system, then I can say that your system is
                                      cheater.

                                      Please note that If you also would be unable to do so then please understand
                                      that you will loose your one customer. Because I am cheated by you. You must
                                      listen your customer;s problem. As I have already purchased 2GB pack. So in
                                      this case, I can thick for one month but later on I will search for the new
                                      way.

                                      Please look into the matter and request to do the needful.

                                      Myself Shreekar A. Gudi from karnataka, India. My cell no. [protected] to this number i am facing too much problem from last 3 days I am not able to use mobile internet.. due to some error like "Unable to connect check your network settings. I have called to customer care and share my problem.. but they were not responding correctly. Please kindly do the needful and oblige. Hence i would have called to customer care more than 10 times. But i still didn't get a satisfaction.

                                        Kindly look into the matter and request you to take necessary actions against VODAFONE.
                                        In short, I would like to state as below:-
                                        1. First Recharge 2GB Pack in Rs. 95 on 21st Feb. 2011 at 10:30 A,M.
                                        2. Since that period, I am running behind (through e-mails, visiting to the stores, customer cares, nodal officers, Appealing authority etc at all places) Vodafone for 2GB Internet Service activation. But could not get till today the 2GB Pack activated.
                                        3. As per vodafone cheating, in between I have got 5~6 time recharged due to the negative accounts happened, even without usage of my internet.
                                        4. Last 2 days back, I again went at Vodafone stores at Gurgaon (Palam Vihar) and their I came to know that the VMC is activated. I got the messages also for 2GB usages. But today 05 March 2011, I am again not able to use the Internet because of the negative account.
                                        5. After that I communicated at [protected] customer care, there I found that the 2GB plan was not activated and because I used internet from since 2 days so the account went in Negative. I am very much disappointed with the kind of activities by Vodafone. It is horrible.
                                        6. I have already wasted a lot of money, time and harrasment to get this internet service/pack. But till today from 21st Feb 2011 to 05th March 2011 (12 days passed) I could not get the same.
                                        7. In todays time, if they are providing this kind of services to customer, they should not be in the field of customer services. As per my experience had with Vodafone, in customer services it is 0% while having the all facilities of communication.
                                        8. The Vodafone is cheating me (customer). Because I had taken the Rs. 95 internet 2Gb Pack but I have paid around 10 times more by cash and here I am not adding my precious time and problem faced due to the same.
                                        9. Vodaone systems are not transparent and nor able to provide the services to customer. From top to bottom, all are useless for me. If this is the case, then the Vodafone does not qualify for these kind of service providers. This is all not acceptable.


                                        I request you to review my case and take appropriate actions against VODAFONE and also request you to arrange the activation of my 2GB internet pack alongwith my all recharges reverse which I have done without my usage of internet, without any more delay. I have been cheated by VODAFONE and push me in problems a lot.

                                        Note: I have written to all higher authorities in this regards, but unable to get any reply / solution. All are sleeping. There are no feedback given to customer.

                                        Request to all who are responsible and authorised to review this case and resolve this.

                                        Hope for a quick actions.
