Its so same that vodafone 4g intenet speed is worst than 2g. Can't do anything in this stupid network. Who is the owner of this network? Does he does not think about his customers and their money, or does he only think about the profit. If you run your company this way, it all will all go in vain. No respect to this network atall 0.000 out of 100. Please think about your customers and their money that they pay for internet service

      Vodafone has deducted ₹45 excl taxes from my account without authorisation on my prepaid sim. When contacted on 198 they are saying ppu nazara pack was activated through 'advertisement'. I don't understand how this got activated as i have not authorised any such payments. Also even they don't have details of what service pack it is or it's details. Kindly take action to resolve the same at the earliest.

      As per our recent conversation, you had suggested to download the TRAI CMS app on Google Play Store to register a complaint and get refund.

      However, the app shows there are no VAS services active and when a message 'STOP' was sent to 155223, I received the same response.

      However as per your records and conversation with your executives they confirmed that the money deducted was towards PPU Nazara Pack.

      Your company itself is giving contradictory answers from 2 different persons for the same issue

      Kindly resolve the same.

        Adecco contract was finish since 2017 to transfer to ikya,

        That time i had transfer to my pf adecco to ikya. That was successfully done,

        But still not view in my ikya passbook, so where is my pf???

        Adecco customer care is not support & other option is not available

        Please help me,

          Hi, vodafone deducted the 49 rupees with this description dnld-wwap_dls0049_ppu_kin01467053..
          I have not downloaded anything and i use wifi for internet and not data package. I don't know how many times this has been done previously, this time i noticed and decided to take action.
          At this point where other msp are giving free services you are charging unexpected deductions

          I am currently out of country so i am not able to pick your call.
          Also i have mailed to you against this complaint on your customer mail id "[protected]@vodafoneidea.com".
          1st mail : - 15th feb —
          Reply on 16.02.0202 — my mail id is not registered with you.. But i have registered through vodafone app.
          2nd mail :- 17th feb — again — but no reply
          3rd mail :- 18th feb (At 9:58am) — again — but no reply
          4th mail :- 18th feb (At 2:46pm) — again — but no reply
          5th mail :- 19th feb — again — but no reply yet..

          For small issue your are taking very long time.

            I have recharged rs 36 where it was mentioned that i will receive a validity of 28 days but after i have recharge the customer executive told that if i recharge for 48 then only i will get the validity. So why have you given the wrong details while the recharge. We dont want like this fake company who cheat on the general public. I think i will have to port this sim. Thank u for this service.

            This is a problem with every operator. I have faced similar issue. The information provided online is very confusing. Some recharges come with unlimited validity and some come with 28 days validity.
            The issue is if you recharge with unlimited validity then only the money gets added to account but not validity and this trick is not stated by any operator clearly and they loot customers like this.
            e.g. if your current plan expires on say 10-Feb-20 and you recharge 100 Rs unlimited validity then Rs 100 get added to account but the expiry still remains 10-Feb-20. You get 28 days only when you recharge with a plan that has 28 days validity and this information is not stated by operators clearly.
            I am disappointed with every operator and mobile services are now no longer affordable to customers. All operators have become greedy as they are incurring losses. They are finding ways to 'Steal' money from their subscribers.

              I m sahil, a user of vodaphone idea company and has recently suffered a cheating in internet usage calculation! I had taken plan of 600 rs of daily internet 1.5 gb. I consumed 1.17 gb of daily data of 1.5 gb but it shows only.08 gb left of daily usage! Vodaphone is cheating in reporting daily usage of data! It has happened with me 5th time on continuos basis

                Been trying to port out, but I'm unable to send message to 1900, even the customer care at the store near my house (goregaon west) they can not do it. I can message every one but except 1900. Every time I call the care executive they just raise a compliant, I visit the Vodafone store they also raise a complaint, but no one is trying to solve the problem. In this two day I have visited the Vodafone store 4 time and called several time still this issue is not resolved.

                  Iam not satisfy with your internet network
                  Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
                  To send sms to 1900 for porting...
                  But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
                  By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

                  1. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
                  2. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

                  Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...
                  Plz help me...

                    I recharged Rs. 149 for my motherVodafone prepaid mobile and pay the amount using online indian bank. But the recharge was successful message was coming but not activated my mom mobile and
                    even did not receive any SMS for this recharge while Rs. 149was deducted from indian bank account. Transaction details as follows
                    Please do the needful to get it corrected or return my money as early as possible.

                      I came to canada temporarily and intended not to use phone services and recharge with minimum talk time so that my number ([protected]) is kept active. I don't want to choose vodafone's insanely costly international roaming services but vodafone has been playing foul play by adding services like 'rs. 1 store' without my acknowledgement so obviously vodafone know i am going to deactivate it by responding with stop message thereby charging international roaming packages instantly again without my acknowledgement and now my phone balance is showing -163.62/- (Minus). How is that possible considering the fact that i am a prepaid customer? The very reason i have shifted to prepaid from postpaid is such cheating habits of charging unwanted things. This is pure mental harassment. I want justice.

                      Now seems my sim incoming sms is blocked too. My Bank accounts are linked with this number which is my mistake. Attached the screenshots of sms's of regular recharges I have made. I will spread the awareness through Social Media or even Tiktok. Vodafone is the most sickest blood sucking Service Provider of India. FYI: As i mentioned in comments, I have never received call from Vodafone. Any communicated shall me made through Whatsapp or social media since the sim is blocked from incoming and outgoing. Your reasons of me not responding your calls are invalid and not true.

                      I have completed from last 7 days 4g network not working and R sign showing in roaming I am in ambala city from last 20 days and from last 7 days I am facing this issue after a lot of complaints none is ready to given the resolution of my problem..

                      I think you did not understand the points that I have mentioned in my complaint. Since i did not activated roaming plans, all my outgoing calls are de-activated from your end. I am using this number for Whatsapp though which is my only source of communication to my family and friends in India. I did not received any call from Vodafone India which you mentioned on[protected]. May be you meant[protected] and even that i haven't received. Also i would be charged for receiving roaming calls too. I have received sms warning though about my number being deactivated for not using call services for a while. For your information, I have recharged with 245/-(84 days) on[protected] and 49/- (28 days plan) on[protected] just so not to lose this number. After all this, I got notified that my balance is -163/-. Even in the worst case, if you want to subscribe any package on my behalf without my consent, you should reject it when I don't have the required balance being a prepaid account. But No. You would go to any extant to leech money from innocent customers like me. I request you to address my issues without even calling me like how you activated Rs.1 package without my consent. How come my balance is -163/- when i am using a prepaid sim? Attached the screenshots of relevant sms. Hope Vodafone India make my balance to 0 ASAP.

                          For the Vodafone number [protected], which was previously an Aircel number and in 2018 I ported to Vodafone, all the services, outgoing/incoming/SMS, have been suddenly withdrawn from around 10:30 PM of 12th Feb 2019. I seriously don't know the exact reason behind this withdrawal of service. When I am calling someone, the voice over I am getting is, 'Your Service is temporarily withdrawn', though I have promo activated and balance as well...

                          I am from amethi city o[censored]ttar pradesh. As you well know 5g service is ready to launch in india but there are also many villages which are using 2g internet services.in our area village - nara, post-adhanpur, musafirkhana, amethi, 227813. We are using 2g internet services particularly in vodafone-idea limited. I had recharged my number of rs 599 but what is the use of this if we can not get the service properly.

                          So i request you to please do something in these areas also.

                            I am having issues with my vodafone postpaid mobile bills from last 3 months. I could see there is an extra amount (Rs. 300-400) added for internet data usage while i don't use the mobile data much. Rather i cannot use it due to poor vodafone network in pune. Nevertheless, i had to pay the bills after the bill generation because i was not having any proof for not using the mobile data.

                            But for the current month - feb (Unbilled amount), i started keeping an eye on the bill amount in the vodafone app. And even if 1.36gb data is remaining out of 2.53gb, it started applying the extra mobile internet charges. Attaching vodafone app screenshot for the reference.

                            I have raised the complaint (4-[protected]) this time prior to bill generation but didn't get any response. I am porting to different network provider so want to settle this issue asap.

                                    I have 2 vodafone connections. Primary and secondary (The disputed number) [protected]. On a recent trip to jordon & israel, i had taken an international pack on my primary number and accordingly paid inr 11000 on my return, the secondary phone was mostly switched off other than taking photos for 2 hours in jordon (Completely switched off in israel. On reaching jordon i received an sms on my primary phone that data is being switched off as it is a high tariff country not covered by a network, i had assumed similar process on the secondary phone. But then i was charged inr 48850 on my secondary phone ona single day use. As mentioned i had used it for 2 hours to take snaps assuming my data network is closed as per sms. I have the following complaints : 1) why sms not sent / data not blocked on one phone - when the same was done for another phone - this is playing with customer trust 2) my credit limit is 15, 000 (Document attached). So the fact that my credit limit was breached was never informed to me is the second breach of contract. 3) i don’t believe there was any consumption of voice & data within 2 hours. My location was in a middle of wadi rum desert where there was no network at all. I had taken an international roaming pack on my primary vodafone number and have already paid 11, 000. There is absolutely no reason why i would use my secondary phone i have now paid 15000 (Although i don’t believe there was any usage). Even after already paying inr 26, 000 to the company, on false bills, the vodafone collectors are repeatedly calling / threatening me and asking for payment of inr 34, 389. Please help me resolve this.

                                    I have raised a complaint through nch and it is under investigation, even then vodafone is sending 2-3 goons every day. They are harassing my security & not letting me go out of the house. I have been advised to file an fir, but the moment these guys see the police van, they are running.
                                    Seems this company is run by a bunch of crooks!

                                      I'm vodafone customer from last many years. Recently received message of juice up pack from vodafone "hello. You are currently active on the juiceup pack. Your 15days subscription of rs.75 will be charged on the[protected]. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free)."
                                      I failed to understand whats juice up pack and when it was activated and charged on my account. It happened twice. Its unfair and criminal practiced by vodafone.

                                      I have not applied for any pack but still from several days I am getting messages saying that I have applied for juiceup pack or child pack or parent pack and I have to wait for the confirmation for 2 hours. Then in 2 minutes only I get a message that it has been deactivated because I am not having balance to pay the bill. But why would I even pay the bill if I have not even applied for any such pack. Ki dly solve this problem or I will have to change my number as I can't afford these problems.
