Hello sir,

I have try to complete deactivation my mobile last 5 months but no one executive complete guide me & help me.
If i am go to in store they reply me server busy or call to customer care.
If i call in customer care they reply me to go in store.

How can i complete deactivate my postpaid connection?

I have logged complain a few days ago about Network and Data service is bad your executive said that it will be solved.But till now I have same issue . About this all I have been suffering lots of problem .If you can't solve my issues that please let me know.Other wise I have to Port my number in other Company.

    Today (25/02/2020) morning i have been using instagram website (Duration 10 mints) only. But the data exceeds more than 1.1 gb and i also get vodafone sms alert. But i didn't use too much data and in my phone there is no background running data. I have called to customer care number and they told me to check background running applications and i was checked there is no running applications in background. Now i am having 300 mb left alone out of 1.4 gb. Kindly do the needful

          +[protected], contact number from where missed call come. Just one rung and hang up. Please stop this. Also there is notices regarding such number. Why u not block it from your side.. Make filter available for this and i am literate so can search and tell tou. But there are 50 % population is farming community. How they check on internet, if thre information stolen then this become obstacle in digital india initiative.

            I have been trying to close my vodafone number and informed many times on customer service but they don't disconnect instead ask me to visit the store which i am not able to as there is no store available in the vicinity. Every time they generate a bill i ask them to close the account but the call centre people are very rude and adamant not to close it. Please close my account asap

            I getting Vodafone service error: 0x5 on my mobile screen in every minute .
            Its quite irritating, I have already deactivate FLASH service through SMS and also in my mobile setting

            please help me
            Their claims about good 4g speeds are blatantly false. I get about 50% strength on 4g signal and still get only 40-80 kbps speed. Like what the hell are they doing. I got a daily data pack and always waste about 0.5-1.0 gb of data because these [censored]ers can't provide us with atleast a proper 3g network speed even on 4g network.

              Dear team,

              I am in need of the history of my incoming and outgoing call history from 1st february 2020 till 22nd feb 2020 of my vodafone number.

              There are complaints received from various authorities that they are getting calls from my number and also there are fake calls that are being routed through my number. I doubt my phone is hacked and somebody is using telephone facility.

              I am very much worried about the consequences and therefore, please help me to get the call history to see what is happening.

                I am using vodafone prepaid connection. As and when required i do a prepaid recharge. The issue is that now vodafone maintains two accounts for one prepaid number. One account showing main balance and another dedicated account showing recharge balance.

                In vodafone app i only get to see the main balance. This is misleading. See this picture. It says my main balance is 1.80 rs however i have also recharged for rs 100 therein.

                Vodafone app does not have any provision to view the dedicated balance. This feature should be added to the app as soon as possible. I am using the latest version as available on google play store.

                This is not a personal issue or number specific issue. This is how the App is designed and app should show all balances under one account or a number i.e. main + dedicated. What is shows is only the mail balance. This issue is number agnostic. You can test it out on your own Vodafone prepaid number as well. I have to every time dial *111# to check all balances. Feature in app would be nice to have. Thanks.

                I have a offer for related callertune.recharge Rs249.and get 360 days callertune offer and unlimited song selection for any extra charge.but this plan is not activate I try many times and customer care executive not Resolve my problem and give me wrong answers.so plz solve my problem.

                    We’re facing too much network issue. My house is infront of a railway station, still things doesn’t work properly. We hold 5 voda numbers within the home. Earlier we’ve complained and it was informed that complete network throttle is issued, but no effect whatsoever. If this cannot be fixed, we’ll shift to another network, that is the last option.

Does he does not think about his customers and their money, or does he only think about the profit. If you run your company this way, it all will all go in vain.                           Vodafone has deducted ₹45 excl taxes from my account without authorisation on my prepaid sim. When contacted on 198 they are saying ppu nazara pack was activated through 'advertisement'. I don't understand how this got activated as i have not authorised any such payments. Also even they don't have details of what service pack it is or it's details. Kindly take action to resolve the same at the earliest.

                          However, the app shows there are no VAS services active and when a message 'STOP' was sent to 155223, I received the same response.

                          However as per your records and conversation with your executives they confirmed that the money deducted was towards PPU Nazara Pack.

                          Your company itself is giving contradictory answers from 2 different persons for the same issue

                          Kindly resolve the same.

                              Hi, vodafone deducted the 49 rupees with this description dnld-wwap_dls0049_ppu_kin01467053..
                              I have not downloaded anything and i use wifi for internet and not data package. I don't know how many times this has been done previously, this time i noticed and decided to take action.
                              At this point where other msp are giving free services you are charging unexpected deductions

                              I am currently out of country so i am not able to pick your call.
                              Also i have mailed to you against this complaint on your customer mail id "[protected]@vodafoneidea.com".
                              1st mail : - 15th feb —
                              Reply on 16.02.0202 — my mail id is not registered with you.. But i have registered through vodafone app.
                              2nd mail :- 17th feb — again — but no reply
                              3rd mail :- 18th feb (At 9:58am) — again — but no reply
                              4th mail :- 18th feb (At 2:46pm) — again — but no reply
                              5th mail :- 19th feb — again — but no reply yet..

                              For small issue your are taking very long time.

                                I have recharged rs 36 where it was mentioned that i will receive a validity of 28 days but after i have recharge the customer executive told that if i recharge for 48 then only i will get the validity. So why have you given the wrong details while the recharge. We dont want like this fake company who cheat on the general public. I think i will have to port this sim. Thank u for this service.

                                This is a problem with every operator. I have faced similar issue. The information provided online is very confusing. Some recharges come with unlimited validity and some come with 28 days validity.
                                The issue is if you recharge with unlimited validity then only the money gets added to account but not validity and this trick is not stated by any operator clearly and they loot customers like this.
                                e.g. if your current plan expires on say 10-Feb-20 and you recharge 100 Rs unlimited validity then Rs 100 get added to account but the expiry still remains 10-Feb-20. You get 28 days only when you recharge with a plan that has 28 days validity and this information is not stated by operators clearly.
                                I am disappointed with every operator and mobile services are now no longer affordable to customers. All operators have become greedy as they are incurring losses. They are finding ways to 'Steal' money from their subscribers.

                                  I m sahil, a user of vodaphone idea company and has recently suffered a cheating in internet usage calculation! I had taken plan of 600 rs of daily internet 1.5 gb. I consumed 1.17 gb of daily data of 1.5 gb but it shows only.08 gb left of daily usage! Vodaphone is cheating in reporting daily usage of data! It has happened with me 5th time on continuos basis

                                    Been trying to port out, but I'm unable to send message to 1900, even the customer care at the store near my house (goregaon west) they can not do it. I can message every one but except 1900. Every time I call the care executive they just raise a compliant, I visit the Vodafone store they also raise a complaint, but no one is trying to solve the problem. In this two day I have visited the Vodafone store 4 time and called several time still this issue is not resolved.

                                        Dear Vodafone,
                                        I recharged Rs. 149 for my motherVodafone prepaid mobile and pay the amount using online indian bank. But the recharge was successful message was coming but not activated my mom mobile and
                                        even did not receive any SMS for this recharge while Rs. 149was deducted from indian bank account. Transaction details as follows
                                        Please do the needful to get it corrected or return my money as early as possible.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
