I do complaint in vodafone regarding call drop problem on sep - 2019 to continue. Every time vodafone close my complaint without resolution. Vodafone given me mis call 2 to 3 time than close my request by writing we are trying to contact you but you not take our call. Ni one listing us from vodafone for call drop problem since 2019. We are 45 member in our company to use vodafone sim in over area. My complaint no 4 - [protected] on dtd[protected].

I think after the AGR ruling, Vodafone services have gone worst.

Every call gets drop after 30 seconds and you need to dial again

Don't know what strategy it is . Finally decided to port, but as of now it looks there are no option for GSM based operator and relying on WhatsApp call with all clients
Lost my mobile with vodafone sim - need to block.

    I recharged my number with a plan for 500 rs talktime which stated that it had unrestricted validity. I thought that meant that there is no minimum date for usage. But after recharge it specified that the validity is 28 days. This should have been made clear while recharging itself. I want a refund as i don't use that much amount in such a small period.

    I did not recieve a resolution. Instead I got a couple of fraud phone calls asking for all the credid card details. This was highly disappointing.

      Respected sir/madam,
      I am not yet get my security deposit submitted when i choose my no as post paid and transfer it to prepaid on 13 th march 2019 from vodafone store chandannagar and my local sheoraphuly mini store refused to do anything as i tranfer it from chandannagar store not from him. I think there must be a problem in your system otherwise why you not yet refund deposit as already 11 months gone after date of refund of deposit. What is your thinking about this and i think that you are a 100% cheater clearly prove that. So i get a quick early and positive response from your end

        Hi, vodafone deducted the 49 rupees with this description dnld-wwap_dls0049_ppu_kin01467053..
        I have not downloaded anything and i use wifi for internet and not data package. I don't know how many times this has been done previously, this time i noticed and decided to take action.
        At this point where other msp are giving free services you are charging unexpected deductions.

        Reply on 16.02.0202-- My mail id is not registered with you.. But i have registered through vodafone App.
        2nd Mail :- 17th Feb -- again---- But No Reply
        3rd Mail :- 18th Feb ( at 9:58AM) -- again---- But No Reply
        4th Mail :- 18th Feb ( at 2:46PM) -- again---- But No Reply

          Since few days, i am getting very low speed such that i am not able to browse any website, play any online games, youtube or anything. It generally happens everyday between 7-12 p. M. I think at that time a lot o[censored]sers might be active but i am not able to open any website because of low internet speed. Speed is awesome in day time or morning but it gets worse between 7-12 p. M, please do something to solve this problem.

          Thank you, i can see the improvements in speed even at 7-12 p.m, now it only happens sometimes near 9 p.m. I think vodafone is best in terms of internet connectivity and speed, I will soon mark the complaint as solved.

            We are using vodofone cug numbers in the company of tuticorin & chennai.
            When connect the call, call connected but our voice not heared to caller or caller voice not heared to ours. Sometimes call voice breaking. Our phone speakers are perfectly working good condition. Only problem is the connectivity. Advise to install boosters for connectivity.

                  I have 399 rs plan my vodafone number 9819xxx899 one woman called and explained me lower plan but it was 7th feb and i wanted to wait till 15th feb completion of my billing cycle so i said no thanks to her.

                  To my shock these vodafone guys changed my plan and the data of 87gb dispappeared from my account. I asked them multiple times but they are ignoring my inquiry. Pls note vodafone has this habit of looting money by changing plans and giving misleading plan info etc.

                  Pls help me get my 87gb back.

                  today same woman called me from [protected] & [protected] who had called on 7th to sell me a plan of vodaphone. she was keeping me on hold for prety long time like 4minutes and then wasnt coming back.
                  she called me thrice and all three time i asked her where is my 87GB she was keeping me on hold and was going to get the info and was having no answer. Then she gave call to someone else. I told her i want to hear that i said
                  i want to start a new plan i want to hear it pls play the call record. She told me ok and then hang up!?

                  Vodafone. guys you are theives of Z grade catogory take it from someone who was using your billing in 2004 and was paying 1600 rs bills. Same type things that time too.

                  Pls give me the stollen GB back or I dont want to ever use your service. I was forced to take postpaif number by
                  your tardeo gallery people. I paid 500rs each month since. I have not used a single benefit from this number and little what had as 87GB thinking i will use it. You stole it. Without any permision.?? so all the money i paid is gone in loss.

                  If i asked the woman that i would think of the lower amt plan on 15th as the billing cycle is 15th. Then why she did not call me on 14th to reconfirm..? why without reconfirming thesome stupid plan was activated hurriedly on 10th..?

                  Why have you outsourced consumer complain kind of imp task..? some ghati women i could hear yelling in the background of the caller greeshma or something like that the name was.
                  If you are not serious abt adressing consumers then what is your future..? Pls return the 87GB or take the number i have ended up paying 3k rs i think just in the pursuit of retaining an old number..!

                  Thanks to your gallary people who duped me and forced me into taking postpaid, I knew it will not end well. Your billing plans are a scam to loot people..! Ditto this time too.

                  I miss my phone and i blocked my vodafone number and take a duplicate sim on the same number but by this time that number is not active... i paid 145 rs and buyed from the shop with all requirements

                    I am your customer from last 9 years.
                    I am very satisfied from your service.

                    But from last 2 times, i am very unsatisfied.

                    I am residing in germany.

                    I went to your store, in december 2019 one of your executive devika agrawal, vaishali nagar store, ajmer, rajasthan.

                    She didn't respond or behave properly with me.

                    Today morning, my sister went and she (Devika) again did the same.

                    My query is regarding my amount deduction, every month automatically caller tune activated. I asked why.

                    She said i don't know.

                    This is not the way.

                      Deducted Rs.99 from my vodafone number account on 11.2.2020 for international roaming charges when i have not applied for roaming nor activated roaming option. I did not make any calls or use internet on roaming either. Still an amount of Rs. 99 has been deducted as roaming charges I please request u to look into the matter and reverse the charges deducted

                        I have requested to change my postpaid to prepaid ([protected]), after that I moved to USA on 25th Jan. And my postpaid sim stopped working on 8th Feb. But I am unable to activate new prepaid sim as tele-verification isn't allowed from international roaming.
                        Is there any other way to tele verify from another number/email ?
                        Without this number, I'm not able log in to my company portal, not getting OTP is major issue.

                        Vodafone India charged me additional 459 ruppes by telling I called a special nber(9 digits) starting with 561 and spoke for 59 minutes on Dec 4 2019. This is impossible as I was driving that day during that time

                          When I make outgoing calls, , it says, your service has been temporarily withdrawn, please contact customer care for further assistance, , .. I made a call to customer care and they says to visit vodafone office nearby to rectify the problem! When i complaint about my problem in vodafone office they said the problem will be rectify in half an hour and advised me to restart my mobile but nothing works!!

                            I want to port from vodafone to other circle for that i am trying to send sms to 1900. But its not allowing me to send that message and other messages are working fine.

                            I have tried many times to send port message and it keeps on blocking or not allowing me to send sms. Vodafone customer care is also not working and it keeps on redirecting it to main menu again and again.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              My mobile got damaged in the month of jan'20 which i have purchased in may 2019.

                              After submitting claim over email there was no response then, i chose to submit through mobile site after many follow-ups i got the documentary requirements and finally after 20-25 days, to my surprise, the claim was rejected by the insurance company saying my claim is beyond 24 months of cover.

                              I mean how come 24 months gets completed just in 8 months for normal people.. Is there any separate calendar for an insurance company or vodafone??

                              I have been chasing issue over call and email without success.. I have sent another email today after which, i am going to keep posting this incident on my facebook, linkedin and twitter handle. Also, i will file complaint with competent authorities for justice!!

                                  My voda postpad no is [protected] i got my bill this month is 1500 + and it comes usually 470 + only so i can not pay it if you can make this bill correct than ok otherwise i have to choose another service provider and take an action on it as soon as possible because i have to go for port my no if you are unable to make this bill correct.

                                    I am frequently travelling usa. And earlier i was idea customer and they never charged me for roaming without its activation, and now since 1 year i mnp to vodafone and eveni am prepaid customer, they charged me for international roaming without its activation.
                                    Once i asked them they said if i only get network in my phone internationally vodafone charged me, is it fare??
                                    When complaining to responsible person they just said its international roaming charge, once i asked for its detail to checked ny them for usage they said for that i =have to pay more 50 bucks to see it.
                                    This is rediculous they are just making my account balance in negative everyday and stoped my outgoing sms service without any notification.
                                    Somebody please help me to fight against this corporate.

                                      Hi team,
                                      I got an issue where my bill is 1200 for january and i have not payed bill. My actual amount should be 300. When i approached vodafone care, they said 800 rupees extra was added for amazon prime membership.
                                      Here i said without my intimation why was this renewed.
                                      I will pay only my amount that is : 300.
                                      I will not pay amazon prime amount.

                                      Please let me know if you could hep me. If not im ready to quit vodafone.

                                        I am an user of Vodafone since long and in Dec'19 i have registered with Vodafone Mobile Shield protection plan as being a Vodafone Red Plan Customer. Registration was done after fulfilling all the requirements of said Mobile protection plan being provided by Vodafone in partnership with New India Assurance (as insuarance provider) and DSS PRO (Plan management on behalf of Vodaone. Accidently on 1st Feb 2020 my mobile phone got damaged and screen broken (still in working condition). Immedialtely i intimated the DSS PRo and folloed the steps advised by them and got claim intimation number. As per the list of documents provided by their customer care helpline number [protected] on dated 01.02.2020, i have submitted all documents through mail on [protected]@dsspro.in and also uploaded on their portal http://vf.dsspro.in/upload-claim-documents.php
                                        Now i am following up with them since last 7 days for claim approval but not getting any positive response. Customer care helpline not responsing even after 30 mins of call waiting repeatedly and no reply from mail also.
                                        Vodafone, DSS PRo and New indian Assurance all three are cheating with Users and acting irresponsible. No other channel of communication is available neither any escalation matrix is provided. Thats why i am here to raise a complaint for resolution of my issues. Best possible resolution is : Claiim approval and reimbursement of repair as per estimate/bill.
