You have done it from your end and you have stollen 87GB from my account. Pls send explanation for that. I dont know USSD code for changing the plan so dont lie that i have changed it via USSD etc

Updated by nimmi999 today same woman called me from [protected] & [protected] who had called on 7th to sell me a plan of vodaphone. she was keeping me on hold for prety long time like 4minutes and then wasnt coming back.
she called me thrice and all three time i asked her where is my 87GB she was keeping me on hold and was going to get the info and was having no answer. Then she gave call to someone else. I told her i want to hear that i said
i want to start a new plan i want to hear it pls play the call record. She told me ok and then hang up!?
Vodafone. guys you are theives of Z grade catogory take it from someone who was using your billing in 2004 and was paying 1600 rs bills. Same type things that time too.
Pls give me the stollen GB back or I dont want to ever use your service. I was forced to take postpaif number by
your tardeo gallery people. I paid 500rs each month since. I have not used a single benefit from this number and little what had as 87GB thinking i will use it. You stole it. Without any permision.?? so all the money i paid is gone in loss.
If i asked the woman that i would think of the lower amt plan on 15th as the billing cycle is 15th. Then why she did not call me on 14th to reconfirm..? why without reconfirming thesome stupid plan was activated hurriedly on 10th..?
Why have you outsourced consumer complain kind of imp task..? some ghati women i could hear yelling in the background of the caller greeshma or something like that the name was.
If you are not serious abt adressing consumers then what is your future..? Pls return the 87GB or take the number i have ended up paying 3k rs i think just in the pursuit of retaining an old number..!
Thanks to your gallary people who duped me and forced me into taking postpaid, I knew it will not end well. Your billing plans are a scam to loot people..! Ditto this time too.
I think you did not understand the points that I have mentioned in my complaint. Since i did not activated roaming plans, all my outgoing calls are de-activated from your end. I am using this number for Whatsapp though which is my only source of communication to my family and friends in India. I did not received any call from Vodafone India which you mentioned on[protected]. May be you meant[protected] and even that i haven't received. Also i would be charged for receiving roaming calls too. I have received sms warning though about my number being deactivated for not using call services for a while. For your information, I have recharged with 245/-(84 days) on[protected] and 49/- (28 days plan) on[protected] just so not to lose this number. After all this, I got notified that my balance is -163/-. Even in the worst case, if you want to subscribe any package on my behalf without my consent, you should reject it when I don't have the required balance being a prepaid account. But No. You would go to any extant to leech money from innocent customers like me. I request you to address my issues without even calling me like how you activated Rs.1 package without my consent. How come my balance is -163/- when i am using a prepaid sim? Attached the screenshots of relevant sms. Hope Vodafone India make my balance to 0 ASAP.
