I keep getting msgs that i am active on re 1 store & that rs 99/- will be deducted for above service. I have never asked for this service, hence not understood, why i should pay! service problem

I was having two mobile connections from vodafone (Now vodafoneidea) almost for the last fifteen years.

Because of lot of problems in their services, like disconnection of phone anytime and other such problems, i was compelled to switch over to airtel in respect of both the numbers.

Now i have received the bill for around rs.722/- but from nowhere do i get details as to in whose favour should i draw the cheque.br...

poor internet connection

Since past few months the vodafone internet connection at our location has become worst. We can't even use whatsapp or google. The whole money that we spend for getting a good internet connection goes all in vain. So i would just request you to take a proper action for this and help us use a full fledge 4g connection in real terms.

It’s not the first time i faced this problem!

They activate some pack and deduct the balance on my prepaid number and have to call customer care to complaint and get the refund. They give some random reason that i had clicked on ad on 3rd party website etc. Which i never did.
