I came to canada temporarily and intended not to use phone services and recharge with minimum talk time so that my number ([protected]) is kept active. I don't want to choose vodafone's insanely costly international roaming services but vodafone has been playing foul play by adding services like 'rs. 1 store' without my acknowledgement so obviously vodafone know i am going to deactivate it by responding with stop message thereby charging international roaming packages instantly again without my acknowledgement and now my phone balance is showing -163.62/- (Minus). How is that possible considering the fact that i am a prepaid customer? The very reason i have shifted to prepaid from postpaid is such cheating habits of charging unwanted things. This is pure mental harassment. I want justice.

Now seems my sim incoming sms is blocked too. My Bank accounts are linked with this number which is my mistake. Attached the screenshots of sms's of regular recharges I have made. I will spread the awareness through Social Media or even Tiktok. Vodafone is the most sickest blood sucking Service Provider of India. FYI: As i mentioned in comments, I have never received call from Vodafone. Any communicated shall me made through Whatsapp or social media since the sim is blocked from incoming and outgoing. Your reasons of me not responding your calls are invalid and not true.

I have completed from last 7 days 4g network not working and R sign showing in roaming I am in ambala city from last 20 days and from last 7 days I am facing this issue after a lot of complaints none is ready to given the resolution of my problem..

I think you did not understand the points that I have mentioned in my complaint. Since i did not activated roaming plans, all my outgoing calls are de-activated from your end. I am using this number for Whatsapp though which is my only source of communication to my family and friends in India. I did not received any call from Vodafone India which you mentioned on[protected]. May be you meant[protected] and even that i haven't received. Also i would be charged for receiving roaming calls too. I have received sms warning though about my number being deactivated for not using call services for a while. For your information, I have recharged with 245/-(84 days) on[protected] and 49/- (28 days plan) on[protected] just so not to lose this number. After all this, I got notified that my balance is -163/-. Even in the worst case, if you want to subscribe any package on my behalf without my consent, you should reject it when I don't have the required balance being a prepaid account. But No. You would go to any extant to leech money from innocent customers like me. I request you to address my issues without even calling me like how you activated Rs.1 package without my consent. How come my balance is -163/- when i am using a prepaid sim? Attached the screenshots of relevant sms. Hope Vodafone India make my balance to 0 ASAP.

    Or mujhe mila h 200mb data or m usse sahmat nhi hu agar mujhe pta hota esa hoga to m ye recharge karta hi nhi.
    Mai chahta hu ki mujhe mera paisa wapas mile.
    Mere sath fraud hua h.

      For the Vodafone number [protected], which was previously an Aircel number and in 2018 I ported to Vodafone, all the services, outgoing/incoming/SMS, have been suddenly withdrawn from around 10:30 PM of 12th Feb 2019. I seriously don't know the exact reason behind this withdrawal of service. When I am calling someone, the voice over I am getting is, 'Your Service is temporarily withdrawn', though I have promo activated and balance as well...

      Respected sir,
      I am from amethi city o[censored]ttar pradesh. As you well know 5g service is ready to launch in india but there are also many villages which are using 2g internet services.in our area village - nara, post-adhanpur, musafirkhana, amethi, 227813. We are using 2g internet services particularly in vodafone-idea limited. I had recharged my number of rs 599 but what is the use of this if we can not get the service properly.

      So i request you to please do something in these areas also.

        I am having issues with my vodafone postpaid mobile bills from last 3 months. I could see there is an extra amount (Rs. 300-400) added for internet data usage while i don't use the mobile data much. Rather i cannot use it due to poor vodafone network in pune. Nevertheless, i had to pay the bills after the bill generation because i was not having any proof for not using the mobile data.

        But for the current month - feb (Unbilled amount), i started keeping an eye on the bill amount in the vodafone app. And even if 1.36gb data is remaining out of 2.53gb, it started applying the extra mobile internet charges. Attaching vodafone app screenshot for the reference.

        I have raised the complaint (4-[protected]) this time prior to bill generation but didn't get any response. I am porting to different network provider so want to settle this issue asap.

                I have 2 vodafone connections. Primary and secondary (The disputed number) [protected]. On a recent trip to jordon & israel, i had taken an international pack on my primary number and accordingly paid inr 11000 on my return, the secondary phone was mostly switched off other than taking photos for 2 hours in jordon (Completely switched off in israel. On reaching jordon i received an sms on my primary phone that data is being switched off as it is a high tariff country not covered by a network, i had assumed similar process on the secondary phone. But then i was charged inr 48850 on my secondary phone ona single day use. As mentioned i had used it for 2 hours to take snaps assuming my data network is closed as per sms. I have the following complaints : 1) why sms not sent / data not blocked on one phone - when the same was done for another phone - this is playing with customer trust 2) my credit limit is 15, 000 (Document attached). So the fact that my credit limit was breached was never informed to me is the second breach of contract. 3) i don’t believe there was any consumption of voice & data within 2 hours. My location was in a middle of wadi rum desert where there was no network at all. I had taken an international roaming pack on my primary vodafone number and have already paid 11, 000. There is absolutely no reason why i would use my secondary phone i have now paid 15000 (Although i don’t believe there was any usage). Even after already paying inr 26, 000 to the company, on false bills, the vodafone collectors are repeatedly calling / threatening me and asking for payment of inr 34, 389. Please help me resolve this.

                I have raised a complaint through nch and it is under investigation, even then vodafone is sending 2-3 goons every day. They are harassing my security & not letting me go out of the house. I have been advised to file an fir, but the moment these guys see the police van, they are running.

                  I'm vodafone customer from last many years. Recently received message of juice up pack from vodafone "hello. You are currently active on the juiceup pack. Your 15days subscription of rs.75 will be charged on the[protected]. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free)."
                  I failed to understand whats juice up pack and when it was activated and charged on my account. It happened twice. Its unfair and criminal practiced by vodafone.

                  I have not applied for any pack but still from several days I am getting messages saying that I have applied for juiceup pack or child pack or parent pack and I have to wait for the confirmation for 2 hours. Then in 2 minutes only I get a message that it has been deactivated because I am not having balance to pay the bill. But why would I even pay the bill if I have not even applied for any such pack. Ki dly solve this problem or I will have to change my number as I can't afford these problems.

                    I think after the AGR ruling, Vodafone services have gone worst.

                    Every call gets drop after 30 seconds and you need to dial again

                    Don't know what strategy it is . Finally decided to port, but as of now it looks there are no option for GSM based operator and relying on WhatsApp call with all clients
                    Lost my mobile with vodafone sim - need to block.

                      I recharged my number with a plan for 500 rs talktime which stated that it had unrestricted validity. I thought that meant that there is no minimum date for usage. But after recharge it specified that the validity is 28 days. This should have been made clear while recharging itself. I want a refund as i don't use that much amount in such a small period.

                        I am not yet get my security deposit submitted when i choose my no as post paid and transfer it to prepaid on 13 th march 2019 from vodafone store chandannagar and my local sheoraphuly mini store refused to do anything as i tranfer it from chandannagar store not from him. I think there must be a problem in your system otherwise why you not yet refund deposit as already 11 months gone after date of refund of deposit. What is your thinking about this and i think that you are a 100% cheater clearly prove that. So i get a quick early and positive response from your end

                          Hi, vodafone deducted the 49 rupees with this description dnld-wwap_dls0049_ppu_kin01467053..
                          I have not downloaded anything and i use wifi for internet and not data package. I don't know how many times this has been done previously, this time i noticed and decided to take action.
                          At this point where other msp are giving free services you are charging unexpected deductions.

                            Since few days, i am getting very low speed such that i am not able to browse any website, play any online games, youtube or anything. It generally happens everyday between 7-12 p. M. I think at that time a lot o[censored]sers might be active but i am not able to open any website because of low internet speed. Speed is awesome in day time or morning but it gets worse between 7-12 p. M, please do something to solve this problem.

                            Thank you, i can see the improvements in speed even at 7-12 p.m, now it only happens sometimes near 9 p.m. I think vodafone is best in terms of internet connectivity and speed, I will soon mark the complaint as solved.

                              We are using vodofone cug numbers in the company of tuticorin & chennai.
                              When connect the call, call connected but our voice not heared to caller or caller voice not heared to ours. Sometimes call voice breaking. Our phone speakers are perfectly working good condition. Only problem is the connectivity. Advise to install boosters for connectivity.

                                  I have a vodafone mobile number.For the last 10/12 days i am receiving unnecessary calls from them from different phone numbers even in my busy hours.When i pick the phone there is a computer generated message. I am fed up with their irritated practice.
                                  Kindly advice how can i get rid from this company,

                                    I have 399 rs plan my vodafone number 9819xxx899 one woman called and explained me lower plan but it was 7th feb and i wanted to wait till 15th feb completion of my billing cycle so i said no thanks to her.

                                    To my shock these vodafone guys changed my plan and the data of 87gb dispappeared from my account. I asked them multiple times but they are ignoring my inquiry. Pls note vodafone has this habit of looting money by changing plans and giving misleading plan info etc.

                                    Pls help me get my 87gb back.

                                    I wonder what you are going to tell me over the phone which you can not state here..??? Pls note i have not requested to change the plan. You have done it from your end and you have stollen 87GB from my account. Pls send explanation for that. I dont know USSD code for changing the plan so dont lie that i have changed it via USSD etc

                                    today same woman called me from [protected] & [protected] who had called on 7th to sell me a plan of vodaphone. she was keeping me on hold for prety long time like 4minutes and then wasnt coming back.
                                    she called me thrice and all three time i asked her where is my 87GB she was keeping me on hold and was going to get the info and was having no answer. Then she gave call to someone else. I told her i want to hear that i said
                                    i want to start a new plan i want to hear it pls play the call record. She told me ok and then hang up!?

                                    Vodafone. guys you are theives of Z grade catogory take it from someone who was using your billing in 2004 and was paying 1600 rs bills. Same type things that time too.

                                    Pls give me the stollen GB back or I dont want to ever use your service. I was forced to take postpaif number by
                                    your tardeo gallery people. I paid 500rs each month since. I have not used a single benefit from this number and little what had as 87GB thinking i will use it. You stole it. Without any permision.?? so all the money i paid is gone in loss.

                                    If i asked the woman that i would think of the lower amt plan on 15th as the billing cycle is 15th. Then why she did not call me on 14th to reconfirm..? why without reconfirming thesome stupid plan was activated hurriedly on 10th..?

                                    Why have you outsourced consumer complain kind of imp task..? some ghati women i could hear yelling in the background of the caller greeshma or something like that the name was.
                                    If you are not serious abt adressing consumers then what is your future..? Pls return the 87GB or take the number i have ended up paying 3k rs i think just in the pursuit of retaining an old number..!

                                    Thanks to your gallary people who duped me and forced me into taking postpaid, I knew it will not end well. Your billing plans are a scam to loot people..! Ditto this time too.

                                    pls note i have not got any assistance or solution from Vodafone.
                                    I miss my phone and i blocked my vodafone number and take a duplicate sim on the same number but by this time that number is not active... i paid 145 rs and buyed from the shop with all requirements

                                      I am your customer from last 9 years.
                                      I am very satisfied from your service.

                                      But from last 2 times, i am very unsatisfied.

                                      I am residing in germany.

                                      I went to your store, in december 2019 one of your executive devika agrawal, vaishali nagar store, ajmer, rajasthan.

                                      She didn't respond or behave properly with me.

                                      Today morning, my sister went and she (Devika) again did the same.

                                      My query is regarding my amount deduction, every month automatically caller tune activated. I asked why.

                                      She said i don't know.

                                      This is not the way.

                                      Request you to take appropriate action.
