For the last few months vodafone has been deducting rs 49 per month without my knowledge. I went to their store today and was told that it was a deduction for some promotional activity and they are now going to stop the deductions. I haven't signed up to any such thing. Can you refund the deductions asap as these amounts were taken from my account without my knowledge?

I learnt recently that I had negative balance on Vodafone. I recharged the phone as I was not able to send message through google pay.

After recharging of INR 249/- too, my balance is not shown positive.

On checking on phone, I can make calls but because of negative balance, I am unable to update bank account with google pay.
No refund as yet!!!

Have had a customer service staff calling me and offering a refund but in real terms no sign of it. It's been over ten days. A totally unprofessional and deceitful company. Robs customers of their funds.

    I have settled all my dues for vodafone number [protected]. I no longer use this number. I have requested multiple times to close it.
    I have again got a new bill regarding the unused number.
    Please cancel the bill and send dues cleared acknowledgement mail immediately.

    This screenshot is for the extra amount I got wavered after multiple complaints.
    Apart from this there were multiple customer care calls through which I could not reach Vodafone on December and January.

    I am using Vodafone([protected]).
    From few days i am receiving OTP from 17863 number. So i need information on why am i receiving the OTP and OTPs are generated for what purpose.
    Also if it is for any subscriptions, this can be Unsuscribed.

      A couple of months ago i had filed to suspend my india number as i was moving out of the country. I had filed an online mail and also recieved a mail saying my number has been suspended but i am still recieving bills every month without any usage.
      I have followed up with vodafone so many time and they have told me to process it. I also paid two months bill last time but there was no response.

        I faced the issue of vodafone network and its internet service from last few months. Whenever i calling someone every time call drops happened. Moreover i got no service issue in many areas due to this no service network status i was unable to call or message to anyone or neither they contact me coming to the internet service - i was not even got 4g speed as they suggest did not even get emails from the other side as well. I complaint about the same to vodafone customer care many times but they unable to resolved the issue and even unable to get feedback from them.

            Because of poor reception in my area i want to change my operatorto jio who has better network signals in kolshet road, thane

            But vodafone is blocking the first step, that of sending sms to 1900 to initiate the sms.

            My messaging is working and have enough balance, i immediately confirmed toby sending test message to my daughter which received.

            I miss many important calls because of poor network and i cannot change operator. My outgoing calls connect only rarely.

              My vodafone number is [protected]. On 25th february 2020, some kind of vas service was activated on my number without my cinsent and an amount of rs. 21 was deducted from my main balance.
              I trued to contact vodafone complain number 198 but they denied the refund.
              As per trai rule any telecom service provider can not activate such services and deduct balance without consent of the customer.
              I request you to process the refund immediately.

                Hi, i am facing the vodafone network issues pertaining to call drops, sudden voice and data disruptions very frequently. I am residing in bagalore, the technology hub of india but services are such poor even a smallest rural town would be better than this. Even 2-3 times in bangalore, whole vodafone network was suspended for few hours without prior intimation.
                Vodafone charges so much for postpaid connections but when complained about the services, they give same reply every time - "we are looking into it".
                Hey, vodafone, please stop fooling people now, if you cannot serve beter for the amount of money we are paying, please tell that you are not worth of it and tell.
                I am very much disappointed by the network conditions inspite of paying such high monthly rental.
                Government of india must look into the issue at earliest.

                  I Saurabh Talwar using a Vodafone mobile number [protected].
                  I recharged a pack for internet data on[protected].

                  But it is not working till now, I called to customer care so many times and according to the guidence update the settings, clear the cookies, restart the phone so many Times, eject and insert the sim. But still data is not working.

                  I'm vodafone user for many years, last month rescharged for rs.79/- with a 28 day validatity, hardly used it as i have alternate number. Now due for renewal, i have got a message saying rs.24 deducted for 14 days renewal. When i checked balance it shows mere rs.2/- as balance. What happened to the primary and secondary balances which should be more than rs.150/-. Worst, no way to contact vodafone, this is not the first time such fraudulent activity, request you to kindly look into this and do the needful

                    Vodafone staff rashid ali sits at borivali west store opposite tribhavan bhimkji jewell.
                    He cannot help for query talk to person whom request bis given over and above customer cannot ask him what he is doing at counter where he standing and store manager came and apologize for his behaviour is this service vodafone give and customer expects from vodafone. Every time we have to waits for 20/30minutes.

                      I am highly disappointed and want to sue vodafone as they are aren’t taking any care of my issue. I have complained several times but they are not doing anything. I went to there office address in jaipur as well but i am facing issues again and again. I have wasted my money and please contact me asap. I want vodafone to pay all the compensation of my time and money which i have given to them. They are not taking care of any issues and just taking money. They have many times deducted my data without i have even used it. When i call to someone, i have to call 15 times because everytime the call gets failed and i have to put my phone in airplane mode

                        My vodafone no. [protected] which was ported in vodafone 6 months back in mysuru, karnataka is deactivated now. I got the message from vodcare to submit the documents on 25/02/2020 and on 26/02/2020 i submitted the documents but still it got deactivated. I have to go through interview calls. I missed my call today.
                        Will it get activated, otherwise this time i will take this case to huge level, because of this i missed my interview call.

                          Its time to end this relationship.
                          You have sent me an outrageous amount of bill of rupees 3620.
                          When i went to the store they informed me that i was in bngladesh when these charges incurred.
                          However i have enough evidence that i was in india when you charged me for my incoming calls.
                          I want this to be fixed asap, so that i can port my number to another provider.

                            For years, i have been bombarded with spam calls, particularly from real estate agents and companies. Do you not understand the meaning of the word no?

                            For example, if a woman staff from your office says no to s*dual harassment, will it mean yes? No, right? The same way, when disinterested people like me say no to unsolicited calls, it means no, we are fed up of your spam calls. I have reported this continuous trolling by these call center marketers several times to 1909 but to no avail.

                            You people love psychoanalysing your customers in a bid to understand them better, right? Then, here is some for you. Whatever mismanagement you do on a small scale to achieve your short term goals actually affects the whole country in the long run. Because of the ever increasing mushrooming of real estate properties, illegal immigrants to the country are wreaking havoc by residing in one of the pigeon holes you have built everywhere after buying them from you. Then, all this results in widespread violence when the leader of the country tries to drive out illegal aliens just like it is happening in delhi right now. Your third party real estate partners who call people up every day and troll them in the name of marketing need to shut down their call centers. They are antinational. Whether you like it or not, you will be forced to run out of india if you do not stop this constant spamming.

                            The truth is that the disinterested people will never buy from the real estate companies and they are wasting everyone's time, energy and money, including their own. Those who are interested in real estate nowadays are criminals and crooks.

                            Earlier, I purchased a pigeon hole several years ago for its brand name and when I lived there, I regretted having wasted my hard earned money in investing in it because it was not just a pigeon hole but a hellhole that made my life miserable and I decided to never invest in real estate after that (please do not abuse this information to convince me that things have changed and lies like that.) I realized then that I should live happily in my old place and not ever regret it. I do not want anymore unsolicited marketing calls. I will otherwise need to curse the real estate spammers to lose everything they have.

                              Physical address verification for 4 new connections are pending and no one has visited yet.

                              I cannot answer to calls because of the nature of job I am in to.

                              The only time I can answer to calls is after 6pm or on sat/sun.

                              Customer care is not at all helpful and is unaware of the process. I am asked to visit the store instead.

                                  Today (25/02/2020) morning i have been using instagram website (Duration 10 mints) only. But the data exceeds more than 1.1 gb and i also get vodafone sms alert. But i didn't use too much data and in my phone there is no background running data. I have called to customer care number and they told me to check background running applications and i was checked there is no running applications in background. Now i am having 300 mb left alone out of 1.4 gb. Kindly do the needful

                                    Today (25/02/2020) morning i have been using instagram website(duration 10 mints) only. but the data exceeds more than 1.1 GB and i also get vodafone sms alert. but i didn't use too much data and in my phone there is no background running data. i have called to customer care number and they told me to check background running applications and i was checked there is no running applications in background. now i am having 300 MB left alone out of 1.4 GB. past few months before same problem occurred again i am getting same problem. Please do the needful

                                      I have claimed full settlement for my PF no. PYBOM[protected] with required documents and couriered through speed post, tracking id ES[protected]IN, which already got delivered at your banglore office on 23/01/2020. Till now i have not received my claim and i am unable to check status
