I'm a vodafone customer for the last 13 years, having mobile number [protected].

On 29th nov. 2019, i received following sms regarding activation of re. 1 pack & rs. 60 balance was deducted, without me sending any request for the same.

Sms - 1 : -
Hello! Re 1 store pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 14 days rental of rs.60 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.34.48. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). Please follow the link http://re1store.com. offer! Now enjoy free profile tune on callertunes app, click k8s47. App. Goo. Gl/app. Listen to your favorite songs, call 1234 (Tollfree)

Due to busy schedule, i was unable to call them back and inquire about it.

On 10 dec 2019, i received another sms

Sms-2 : -
Hello. You are currently active on the re 1 store pack. Your 28days subscription of rs.99 will be deducted on the[protected].in order to continue to enjoy the service, please ensure that you have sufficient balance in your account. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). Offer! Now enjoy free profile tune on callertunes app, click k8s47. App. Goo. Gl/app. Listen to your favorite songs, call 1234 (Tollfree)

Post which, i called vodafone customer care to inquire about the service & its deactivation & balance refund.

Customer care replied bluntly that "its a third party service & balance cant be refunded back."

Plz help me with the above issue

    Dear Sir,
    I am using vodafone number [protected] since so many years now.

    Issue# 1
    First, Vodafone charged Juice pack fraudulently on number causing me expense of INR 75.00. Then, I called customer care yesterday and lodged a complain against it via Reference# C003-[protected] and executive told me that this service is deactivated and charges will be refunded. But today only I checked my bill and amount was still charged to me.
    I again called customer care today and executive told me that nothing is done on my request and filed a new complaint via reference# C003-[protected].

    Issue# 2
    I lodged complain against network problem via reference# C003-[protected]. Today I received a call from number +[protected] and they assure me that they will resolve the problem. And after asking me, if they are closing the complain; they said no, after resolution only complain will be closed. But only after few seconds, I got message that complain has been resolved.

    Is this how vodafone is serving the customers now? Implying fake charges to earn some extra revenue? Providing fake information by customer care executives?

    I hope you will take some action on it.

      There no network coverage in my location. When dialed it shows as not registered. None of our vodafone connected mobiles rings. No other service provider functions as well. Outside home also same issue. Communicatin has bcome very very difficult. Please resolve st the earliest.

      Erlier vodsfone was available a little bit. Hence my connections ported to voda
      However now there is not at all coverage.

I do`nt understand what is happening in yor company. There is no other way except approaching trai and consumer court. Pleasee reply immediately

        This is in continuation of my talks with complaints section customer care officer today through my mobile xxxxxxxxx4 at around 9.45pm by contacting the number 198. After noticing the sms to my mobile that outgoing calls will stop on 5.11.19, i tried to recharge for validity through my debit card two days back. But it was not successful. However i had in my credit in my mobile account rs. 53.5 at that time. Hence i tried to find whether any command is available in the mobile to convert a part of this amount for recharge purposes, and i found that the command *567*7# is meantfor free recharge. I applied this command and an amount of rs 35 was recovered from my credit and now the balance available is only rs. 18.5. Though the amount rs. 35 was recovered, the validity was not extended, bu i got an sms conveying that he validitywill expire on 3.11.19.
        I did not knowhow the expiry of validity could advance by 2 days (Ie, 3.11.19 instead of 5.11.19), after recovering an amount of rs. 35.

        However, today i received sms that the validity will expire on 5.11.19, and the validity has not been extended.

        I explained all these today to the customer care officer, but he replied that i have paid rs 35 for gambling purpose. I replied that i have paid this amount for recharge last month and hence i meant that the command for free recharge and also the recovered amount of rs. 35 were only for recharge for validity extension, as there was no indication, such as gambling purpose, against the command *567*7#. And i also requested the customer care officer to convert this amount for validity extension, since i had not gone for gambling. But your officer refused to do so.

        Hence i would request you to kindly look into this issue and convert this recovered amount of rs 35 for validity extension and extend the validity period for 28 days.

        I have done a wrong recharge
        For recharging my friends vodafone number I have done it for my number
        So can i transfer my plan to the other number
        Sorry for the inconvenience, he got his mobile phone back. I am taking back my request

        My father has lost his mobile phone and I want to block his Vodafone mobile number [protected].as any one who have stolen the phone can misuse number.
        I am getting very less internet speed although network and signal strength is full. This is not at all 4g speed at all. Speed was much much better few months ago but now it is nothing.

        I think my problem is solved, I am getting good speed again, i think vodafone is still the best network compared to others in terms of internet speed.

        still waiting for vodafone customer care to respond. Internet is still unstable although network strength is full.
        Sir i recharged my phone with a small pack of 33 rs. Which i was told that approx 27 would be given but high access fees of rs. 26 was charged leading to balance of only 1 rs. I want to file a complain asking for a answer to my incident.

              Hi i have given conversion request from post paid to prepaid in vodafone kammanahalli store. They charged me 249 for first recharge of prepaid sim
              And have given a new sim to me and they said it will get activated once i receive a message on deactivation of post paid. On 4 th december my post paid sim is deactivated and then i have changed the sim in my phone to new prpepaid sim. I have called 59059 to activate it. It asked for last 4 digits of adhaar number and year of birth. I have provided the details as per my record. But still the number is not activated.
              I called the vodafone customer service by dialing 199. They said that the store where i paid for first recharge is not open yet for the day and as soon as they open the shop, the number will be activated.
              I waited for entire day and it was not activated. Again i called customer service on 7th december, and this time they registered a complaint number as well. But still it is not activated. The complaint reference number is [protected]. Today when i call and asked to check the complaint status, they sy that there is no complaint registered? I am surprised. Whats this? Why are u playing with people's money?

                Please note that in nov 2019 i had recharged my vodafone number [protected] rs. 100/- where the plan said validity: n. A.
                Now the company is saying the plan expires after 1 month even when the amount of rs. 95/- is balance!!
                They are asking me to recharge minimum rs. 24 or rs. 35 / - to continue the services. I have written them mails but they are not listening.
                The interaction number with them are : interaction no.[protected] / [protected]

                I am unable to send any e-mail to them as the message received is there inbox is full.

                When the validity is given as na, then it means that the the calls can be made and received as long as there is balance. Asking to recharge every month is ridiculous and un-acceptable, as while charging it was not declared that every month the validity has to be renewed.
                They are not taking complaints on telephone and the e-mail is also blocked.
                This is harassment and a good fine should be imposed on them for not resolving my complaint and causing agony. And ofcourse my mobile services has to be restored with unlimited validity.

                  Sir,
                  Vodafone has activated juiceup pack on my mobile without my consent on 4.12.2019 and deducted an amount of rs.35/- from my balance. My mobile number [protected] is prepaid connection and now the company has sent another message today i. E. 8th december 2019 to maintain balance in my account so that they could deducted rs.75/ from my account to continue the above pack beyond 11.12.2019. Since i have never requested to activate juiceup pack on my mobile i want deactivation of this service from my mobile and also want refund of amount of rs.35 already deducted by the company.
                  I am trying to deactivate the above service from my mobile but could not succeed as every time i receive message 'invalid request'.
                  I want proper action and early response on my complaint.

                      I have been writing to vodafone regarding bad internet connection. I have taken a red traveller plan of 699 and since 2 week iam having 2g neywork. I can neither use internet for my work nor for any entertainment. As the network is 2g i can not surf and iam paying bill for no service. I need immediate action. And i have also received an sms that my issue is resolved. However its more bad now. I have been staying at same location since 6 months and its only 2 weeks iam facing this issue.

                          I have subscribed to prepaid vodafone mobile number [protected], rs.100 pack having unlimited validity.

                          But now vodafone is saying validity is expiring on 07 dec 2019, which is absurd.
                          To continue outgoing call service i need to recharge again, whereas my balance is still rs. 95/-. According to vodafone to continue service minimum rs. 24/- will be deducted every month to keep the service going.
                          My complaint with vodafone interaction number is [protected].
                          And now i cannot communicate with them on email as all the emails are bouncing back.
                          When we recharged rs. 100/- pack never it was indicated that every month recharge will still be required!
                          Please help

                          When we recharged, it was written no validity, then how the validity is expiring now??

                          I tried to call up Vodafone customer care since there email Id vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com is not working ( it says mailbox is full, try later. I tried for last 24 hrs, but same thing happened. It seems they have blocked my email address), but even they are not ready to register my complaint.

                              I migrated my vodafone postpaid to prepaid its more than 24 hours after address verification, but still the service is not resumed, i contacted customer care number of times they said service will resume in 4 hours it did not happen again i called they said it will take 24 hrs it did not happen, again i called they said it will happen after 12:00 am. They took 496 3 months plan money at the date of migration. I am missing important calls from past 24 hrs... Please do the needful.

                                I am using a postpaid rental plan of vodafone which entitles me to get vodafone iphone forever service wherein i can get my iphone repaired by paying just handling charges. I raised a claim request with reference id: lb2wrp0x68 for my device repair on vodafone iphone forever app. However i have been chasing and calling them ever since my phone was collected. After 4 days and continuous calls the phone reached the service center and again 4 days have passed and no updates have happened since. I have been calling customer service but no response has been provided yet. I feel cheated with their ervice after paying the handling charges also.

                                  One day i woke up to a message saying" you are currently active on the english seekho weekly pack" and rs 21 have been deducted from your account. I was very busy so i ignored it until recently another this happened again. I called your customer care service and they said (After being on hold for 5 minutes) that they cannot refund me the amount because there is no way that this gets automatically activated. But after coming to this page, it turns out that there are many people who have the same complaint i. E. This service is getting activated automatically.
                                  Now, i am done with your # services. This has happened many times before and now i cant take this anymore. I have already sent a port request. If you still refuse to focus on your customers, you will go from almost bankrupt to a totally bankrupt company.
                                  P. S. - nobody wants to learn english from someone who provides us calling and data services so stop fabricating such services to mint money from your users. You should be thankful that we have not left you.

                                    I have recharged my mobile with rs. 299 package on dec 3rd as vodafone app showed the validity is 70 days.. Post recharge it shows validity is 28 days and the customer service rep says the plan benefits changed the previous midnight.. Which doest make any sense. If they have changed the plan their app shouldnt reflect the validity of 70 days and its nt a customers mistake if they havent updated their website... I have asked them to either extend my validity by taking the extra amount for the validity of 70 days or refund my amount back so that i can buy a different package for 70 days validity as paying 300 rps for 28 days is very high... They say they cant do anything though i sent multiple emails with screenshots to prove their app showed incorrect details
                                    The customer service ppl were least helpful and one of the sup that i spoke to was rude and also disconnected my call while talking which is very unprofessional. They say their back end team will call me.. It has been 5 days but no one bothered to resolve this...

                                      I am unable to send sms from my vodafone number. First i called up customer care, they asked me to update sms center number which did not work.
                                      When i am going to vodafone stores they say that the sim is from other location so they cannot help. On raising a complain they are closing it stating its not an issue and asking me to wait.
                                      No body knows how to resolve it. Even if i want to port my number to some other connection, i cannot do it as i cannot send sms. The only option i have is to disconnect which i cannot do as it is my primary number.

                                        Sir मैंने 2011 में वोडाफोन सिम (मोबाइल नो [protected]) एक्टिवेट कराई थी तो मुझे टॉकटाइम and लाइफटाइम वैलिडिटी मिली थी जो 2023 को समाप्त date show कर रही थी लेकिन vodafone कंपानी ने हमारी सारी सर्विस 5 अगस्त 2019 को बंद कर दी ।
                                        मैंने इनके हेल्प center से call की तो उन्होंने कहा कि आपकी वैलिडिटी समाप्त हो गयी है आपको अनलिमिटेड pack य 35 का रिचार्ज करना पड़ेगा।जिसकी वैलिडिटी 1 महीने होगी उसके बाद फिर से आपको रिचार्ज करना होगा अन्यथा फिर सुबिधा बंद कर दी जायेगी।
                                        मैंने कहा मेरे नंबर की वैलिडिटी लाइफटाइम (2023) है तो all सुबिधाये क्यों बंद की वो बोले हमारे नियम change हो गए
                                        मैंने कहा अपने जबसे नियम लागू किये उससे बाद में एक्टिवेट हुई सिम पर नियम लागू होना चाहिए
                                        जो सिम नियम लागू होने से पहले एक्टिवेट हुई उस पर नियम लागू नहीं होना चाहिए। उन्होंने मना कर दिया
                                        मैंने काफी बार शिकायत की। वोडाफोन हेल्प सेण्टर ठीक से बात नहीं कर रहे। और अब प्लान भी महंगे कर दिए आज 49 का रिचार्ज कंपल्सरी कर दिया कल 100 का कर देंगे।
                                        सर हमारा निबेदन है कि हमारी लाइफ टाइम वैलिडिटी एक्टिवेट कर दी जाय अन्यथा वोडाफोन पर क़ानूनी करवाई की जाये ।
                                        मै वोडाफोन पीड़ित ग्राहक दीपक कुमार धन्यबाद महोदय जी।
