prepaid plan validity

Please note that in nov 2019 i had recharged my vodafone number [protected] rs. 100/- where the plan said validity: n. A.
Now the company is saying the plan expires after 1 month even when the amount of rs. 95/- is balance!!
They are asking me to recharge minimum rs. 24 or rs. 35 / - to continue the services. I have written them mails but they are not listening.

I have subscribed to prepaid vodafone mobile number [protected], rs.100 pack having unlimited validity.

But now vodafone is saying validity is expiring on 07 dec 2019, which is absurd.
To continue outgoing call service i need to recharge again, whereas my balance is still rs. 95/-. According to vodafone to continue service minimum rs. 24/- will be deducted every month to keep the service going.

I migrated my vodafone postpaid to prepaid its more than 24 hours after address verification, but still the service is not resumed, i contacted customer care number of times they said service will resume in 4 hours it did not happen again i called they said it will take 24 hrs it did not happen, again i called they said it will happen after 12:00 am. the stupid "english seekho weekly" subscription

To whomsoever it may concern
One day i woke up to a message saying" you are currently active on the english seekho weekly pack" and rs 21 have been deducted from your account. I was very busy so i ignored it until recently another this happened again. I called your customer care service and they said (After being on hold for 5 minutes) that they cannot refund me the amount because there is no way that this gets automatically...

amount deducted from account without consent

Date of incident: 21/11/2019

I get a message that rs. 49 has been deducted from my account although i did not do any such activation. I demand that my money be refunded right away.

I raised the complaint with vodafone at twitter immediately within minutes. Asking them to stop the service and refund my amount. Today, 05/12/2019, after repeated followups over twitter and getting the same response, gauri from vodafone...

I have recharge of 35 rupees on [protected], because this was the same thing which happen with me twice, why this access fee every time when every i recharge and that also without notice, if the company wanna take money from their costumers atleast information. If this continues to deduction I think I should change the operator for better service...

I am very well aware of internet usage and i am sure that i have been wrongly charges rs 99 for this. I have not clicked any link. And when i am asking for explaination all i get from customer service is that you have been billed correctly this happens with me very often on both my numbers. My account gets debited for the service which i have never used. This is cheating the customer in broad daylight...
