I am a vodafone user since from 2012 and this is the first time i am having a complaint like this. I got BILL OF 150/- EXTRA in dec month from vodafone saying that juice up pack is activated as per my request. I have never requested or claimed to activate this service. Without customer knowledge how can a service provider activate a pack. They are not ready for reversal of Rs 150 although they deactivate Juice up pack ., I humbly request you to please get my money reversal

    Today From morning not working internet.i called customer care many times.but they are not helpful.and second time no option is there to talk with customer care.still now I can't able to connect internet.i recharge unlimited pack for two months.but for today I can't realised that internet problems may happen.this very bad experience to me.

      Juice up service has been activated without my consent and you have charged rs. 150/- for the same in my last bill.

      I have never requested for this service. I realized it only when i checked my last bill.

      I have deactivated the service now. As you have charged me for a service which has been activated without my consent. So, please revert the charges in the earliest and let me know when it is done.

        The problem started when I was on my business tour abroad in the month of August 2019. I requested them to activate International Roaming services to my number so that I can get my OTPs and messages. While after some time i received several messages. One of the messages was correct for the activation of international roaming. While another message was surprising to me, it was for activation for iRoamFree Auto. I instantly informed Vodafone about the same. They assured me that it will not be levied in my bill.

        Subsequent to this, I received the postpaid bill for the month of August. The charge of 599 is levied as One Time Charge for iRoamFree Auto. I made a complaint to Vodafone again and they said that the said amount will be adjusted in the next bill. As I was out of the country and don't want any trouble with the network provider, I paid the bill in full.

        But, just to my surprise, they levied the same charge in the month of September also. I complain and they said that it will be resolved in 48 hours but hard luck no reply. Additionally, I requested them to discontinue my Internation Roaming Services as I returned on 25 September 2019.

        For the bill of October 2019, when I already requested them to discontinue International Roaming Services. They had levied the charges of Rs. 149.

        This thing is continuous with the bill of October, November and now December 2019.

        I am fed up of this complaining ###.

        I already requested for the portability to avoid further extra charges. But the portability will not reimburse me the extra charges levied by them.

        I request you to take up the matter and get me reimbursed the extra amount paid by me.

        For portability, i will be paying the bill of December in full but i need reimbursement.

        The total claim is Rs. 1645 plus penalty of Rs. 10, 000 for my mental pain and stress are given by them.

          Hello Sir/madam

          my wife used to subscribe to astro services from vofafone. One astrologer named Prem pandit has told her that he can do Black magic and see inside her home using crystal. Now she has become paranoid and this has taken a toll on her health and lot caused a lot of mental stress and trauma. I want Vodafone to apologise and issue a clarification statement.

            Sim replacement service is one of the worst service from vodafone. They want you to go for postpaid and loot all your money. I experienced the bad scenario from vodafone store in chennai in this vodafone store: #44, armenian st, parry's corner, george town, chennai, tamil nadu 600001.

            My wife lost her phone and she is not well enough to visit the vodafone store as it is far from my home (Around 15 kms). I took all the documents of her and mine and visited the store. The aadhaar document clearly mentioned both our name and relationship as wife. But the vodafone store guy refused to provide replacement sim. He gave just two option, 1. The person named in the sim should physically visit the store 2. Migrate to postpaid.
            I recently recharged her for 365 days validity plan which is having validity of 11 months. If i change to postpaid all my money is lost. But the vodafone store guy says only the mentioned two option is possible and it is the policy of vodafone. Worst vodafone, very worst.

              Dear complain board authority,

              This is to bring your kind attention that vodafone deliberately disabled/deactivate/stopped my outgoing sms service from no-[protected].
              I raised complain vide no.[protected] on 19th dec 2019, but nothing was happen.
              Vodafone enabled inbound sms service for their advertisement/flash message whereas blocked my outbound sms service purposefully.
              I really condemn their unfair business practice.
              The purpose of vodafone customer service is to make you full and waist your time. They told me that my phone is not working properly but they don't know that if phone is not working then no sms service will not be carried out.
              Hence i downloaded apps to run ping test by phone info check and surprisingly found that vodafone make "message waiting" status : false as if no message will not be reached to their destination as waiting status is false.

              After raising complain over here i received call from number [protected], who introduced himself as a person from Complain Board and suggest. me to refill VODAFONE SMS Pack, which cost Rs29/- .When I discard his suggestion he force me to let him know about banking details as if he will do it in behalf of me..
              Please let us know who belonging this number.
              I want to address this incident to stop such fake activity.

                I have been residing near channayakanpalya Arch ( Bangalore 560073) since 2 years and since two years I have been asking vodaphone to add up a good network coverage near my place and it's been hectic to get this fixed hence I dropped 3 msg to port my number to jio since jio network works works well at this place.. But I did not receive mnp after sending port for 3 times as well. I m not able to port this number nor able to fix network issue

                My residence is near by this School like 5 min walk towards the road dead end! And once I reach the dead end from the school network drops and reconnect from 3g to gprs and then to 4g later to No Service.. Example u can see in my 2nd snippet.. While raising the Concern also my phone is in no service mode.

                  I have a postpaid connection with Vodafone company I have taken monthly plan which not exceed to rs 400. This month I have received a bill of amount 900, which is more then my limit.
                  I have called to Vodafone customers care he told me that you have made a special call from this no.but I didn't made any such call and special no not provided by customers care or not mention in monthly call details sheet and Jan month bill show in Vodafone app 400 above without completed this month sheet to be attached so I m not satisfied with this excess bill. because of Vodafone bad service and excess bill charges.
                  I hope you will look into this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Since i called back to deactivation after the due date, i did not receive any refund. For remaining services, i managed to call vodafone customer service on-time to deactivate and get the refund.

                      In one case, as my balance was low, they could not activate the service and it was put on hold. And the service will get activated the moment i do a recharge.

                      I have to check my sms every day to see for any balance deduction and vas activation. Then call back immediately to deactivate it and request for a refund.

                      Looking for some guidance on how to stop this unsolicited activation of vas service and also to get back my rs 66/-.

                      One part of the issue was addressed :
                      (i) Full DND activation -- By sending sms START 0 to 1909
                      (ii) Deactivation of Vodafone Flash Service -- By sending sms CAN FLASH to 144

                      Hope after this, I will not receive unsolicited VAS service.

                      Other issue of refund of Rs 66/- is not resolved. I was told that its not possible to refund that amount.
                      I have a concern with this and would like to escalate.

                      Can anyone guide me on Where and How to escalate this issue ?

                        Iam a victim of the same problem. I recharged my phone with rs 296 after porting to vodafone and today when i checked my balance it was -312 rupees when i called the customer care they said mms were send from. My mobile number charged at 3 rupees per sms. When my balance is zero how can the mms be sent from my mobile and it would take 100 mms to reach - 312 rupees which is illogical. They said that some auto mms sending application is installed in mobile which is absurd and illogical. I want vodafone to reset my balance to zero as soon as possible.                           In last 3 days two vas services automatically activated on my number.
                          27th dec - games portal pack - deducted rs.35/-
                          29th dec - vodafone health services - deducted rs.14/-
                          I did not activate any of this and deactivated said services on day of activation.
                          Refund my balance and do not activate any vas services on my number.

                            Vodafone number is [protected] which is no longer in use...

                            This is the 2nd time i'm raising a complaint through this forum... Yet, no response from anyone... And i'm running behind this since the past 2 months... And these fraudsters are still shamelessly sending me bills for the service i've not used...

                            Vodafone postpaid is stealing money from customers even after cancelling their service...

                            Due to their bad service i requested to cancel their service 2 months ago... I've used it only for a week after i took their connection..

                            While taking their connection from vodafone store in btm i made a payment of 300 and then the plan was 299 and then they assured me that i cancel the connection any time... But, now in bills i can see the plan as 399. Fraudsters...

                            I repeatedly requested them to cancel their pathetic service.. But, they are still charging me.. They are still sending me bills...

                            I'm not using vodafone service due to their bad reception and slow data speed and poor customer service... But, they're still charging me...

                            I don't understand why are they stealing money from people?
                            I don't understand why are they demanding money from people who didn't like and used their product and service?

                            I don't understand why is it hard for them to disconnect the service even after repeated requests for disconnection from me? I'm running behind to get the justice from vodafone robbery attempt since the past two months... I want justice...

                            Please provide me a solution from vodafone fraud...

                              Vodafone seems to have started a new scam. They deduct the money from your prepaid balance (Without even informing you via text message), almost twice/ thrice every month, and then when you randomly check your balance, you get shocks.

                              When you then contact the customer care asking them about it, they say that they cannot file a complaint because the complaint has to be filed within 24 hours. (Logic is lost on vodafone here)

                              Now after that, even if you are successful in registering a complaint request, and then follow up with them on its status, they say that there was an error in creating the request. (Why are such incapable people still there? They had one job)

                              After this, you need to call them uncountable amounts of time to get back "your" money, that "you" put in the balance for something that "you did not do"

                              I have an account with vodafone for past 9 years. Never had i ever faced such issues only until june 2019. Since then i have been calling the customer care atleast thrice every month. This has become my part time job.

                              The latest deduction in my account was rs. 49 that was wrongfully deducted. The only reason i even recharge the sim card is because it has been linked with so many accounts and would be troublesome to change the contact number everywhere.

                                  Without my permission, some random pack gets activated, and my money is deducted from the prepaid balance.
                                  This is the second time that i'm facing this issue.
                                  Received the msg "thanks for activating games portal now you can play unlimited games"
                                  The pack is tv_vfplay180d.
                                  Kindly refer to the corresponding screenshots attached.
                                  Please refund the money associated with this pack.

                                  If this is not taken seriously, then i'm going to opt-out of all vodafone services and definitely port my number to some other network provider. And i would never recommend vodafone to anybody.

                                    My brother number [protected] number is continues. Because this number march-2019 to closed. My brother go to vodafone store and given wrong infotmation.

                                    She say that this number start for450 pay and start this number.
                                    My brother call me and say that 450 pay and start. I talk to she agent and tell me antiviruse securty for pay and rechaged. I go to ahamedabad vodafone store and number check and information give for this number.
                                    This number allready sell another number and this number is not your name. This is proper information. Location vodafone store: vodafone store, kaveri, shop no-1, 2, 3, 4, aakash complex, nr hotel, st bus stand rd, veraval, gujarat 362265
                                    Give security antiviruse for your numebr. What security antivirus?

                                      I have recharged pack of 3 months but still it's giving the worst speed and connectivity.
                                      Kindly check it out and resolve it asap.
                                      At any moment of time the internet just lost and speed is also getting slow.
                                      I am using the same network from 5 years but it's giving so much issue recently.
                                      Kindly check it out of else i m good to port into another network.

                                        I never subscribed for vodafone games portal pack. Yesterday ₹35 is deducted from my account for games portal pack. I want vodafone to return the money they have deducted from account. Last week i raised the same complaint for hungamma play pack for deducting money withouty permission. Am not subscribing to any value added service but money is being deducted without my permission. Severely condemning vodafone for this.
