Sir ported my BSNL number into Vodafone number. Now I came into roaming. I tried to connect with 59059 for Tele verification for sevaral times.But it not working. A system generated sound is being repeating 'The number you are dialling is not correct'.Pls tell me how to solve this problem.

I ported my BSNL number 9932854639 to Vodafone .Today I latched onto Vodafone .I inserted my new Vodafone sim and got network.After that I tried to call 59059 sevaral times but it's not beneficial.Services of this SIM card is now fully off. I can't contact with any one.My email is [email protected].

      I had done my vidafone postpaid bill payment from inditab.com on my phone number [protected] and money was deducted from my kotak bank account from more than 3 3 days.annd still my payment not done in vodafone and my money is not refunded in my bank account. and while doing bill payment it shows payment successful but recharge failled.it is showing payment status payment 1150 received by inditab !

      i had made postpaid payment then why your site it is giving error recharge status. recharge of vodafone mobile is failled.
      also got error if recharge failled and money deducted from bank account then refund will come within 48 hrs. and as per my knowladge it happened 4 days still my money is not refund my bank account.
      I still tried to contact inditab but they are always busy and not responding to it.

        I am dheeraj chauhan, i have port my number from idea to vodafone and it successfully happened on 11th oct 2019.

        After that frc 249/- is also completed successfully on the same day, but from that day to till now i am unable to make any calls (Outgoing calls not working). Incoming calls working fine.

        On 28th november i replaced my sim from vodafone store, nirman vihar, but no changes in my problem even now my problem is increased as i am unable to send any text messages, not receiving otp from any one, outgoing calls completely stopped.

        In the month of october i sent some emails to vodafone support team, but they are unable to resolve my issue till now, but this is the end of my patience level, because i can’t port my number to new network until 3 months is completed and this is my primary number, all accounts are linked with it and every day i am facing so many issues because of this.

        If this thing is not in your hand kindly suggest and to the do the port process so i can port my number to some other operator.

        It’s already around 2 months i am raising the same issue to you again and again, please check the status and resolve the issue asap.

          For last three months i am getting wrong bill from vodafone. For instance in the bill for the period 1st nov 2019 to 30 nov 2019 one value added service charge of rs. 40/- has been added. But i have not used any value added service in this phone. This phone is never used for internet service. So how value added service is added in my bill it is not understandable. So you are requested to take necessary steps to correct the bill and to avoid such mistakes in future.

            Now in oct 19 and nov 19 voda generated and inflated my bill saying that there was call to number 55555. I don't understand why companies are making us fool. I hereby request to reverse these charges and late fee etc to enable me to make payment of bills.

                Myself vodafone customer, contact no. [protected] and i had done a recharge of rs.45 via my bank mobile app for the above mentioned number and in return i got this msg from vodafone : "rchrg of mrp rs45.0 on 02-12-19 successful. Full talktime rcvd rs.0. Gst rs 6.86, access fee rs. 38.14, new bal rs. 3.88. Transid ka[onr[protected]].
                " now can anyone please explain me that even after deducting the gsttax of rs.6.87, why was additional amount of rs.38.14 was deducted under the subtitle of "access fee" and is it fair that i got just rs.3.88 as talktime for the recharge of rs.45 on full talktime..? Is this the quality of service vodafone is planning to give to its customers by looting them in this manner..?? Requesting vodafone team to please look into this matter and sort out the same, if vodafone team thinks its right for doing so then requesting the team to please justify the same if such access fee details if its mentioned in telecommunication laws and articles.. Requesting vodafone team to please share the details with public for the same.
                Now i really going to port my vodafone no. To airtel or else because vodafone provides very bad service and even they do not provided any offers also.

                  My services are suspended since 10 days and i have submitted number of requests but still these are not working and vodafone don't have any answer.

                  I have tried everything, did call customer care 100 times, visited store (Sector 14 gurgaon) multiple times.

                  Neither they are approving mnp nor they are able to active services on my postpaid number nor they are migrating my number to prepaid

                  I am fed up with vodafone service (A organisation which even don't know why they are suspending customer's services.

                  Very very very very poor customer care service. Already wasted a lot of time and suffered a lot, don't want to waste more time on Vodafone. Not recommended Vodafone for any new user.

                    "Hello ! Do not disturb status is active on your Vodafone number and Vodafone Flash service has already been deactivated."

                        I’m a vodafone customer since very long time.. I have been complaining for network issues indoors my home since last 2 years but to no avail..

                        I have lodged several complaints in their customer service center but all the time i have been given a standard response stating “we have escalated your issue to the relevant department and you will get a resolution “. But i regret to inform till date i have not received a resolution, in fact the network quality is going from bad to worse (Literally no service indoor my home).. When i try to port only then they call me back and offer several offers of discounts and blah blah.. Which i’m not interested in..

                        I’ve had enough and now i want to officially file a complaint against vodafone india seeking a compensation for providing false promises and looting my money (I have four postpaid numbers for which i’ve been paying bills, yes i may have delayed few payments owing to poor network quality and the false promises made by vodafone)

                        Kindly assist me in raising this further with monetary compensation as this is a clear case of cheating wherein they could have just told that network issue cannot be resolved and i could have looked for alternative solutions

                                My name is chandrakant.

                                I want to change my sim from postpaid to prepaid for that i went to the malad west gallery near liberty garden on 17th sept and explained everything to the executive miss bharti who was attended me and she said that i have to pay 804 rupees till date and my postpaid sim will disconnect and i have to purchase new sim insert new prepaid sim and i had given all the relevant documents her, but that time i was having 1000 rupees they said they don't have change, so i paid money online very next day 706 and then on 21st again i went to the gallery but that day bharti was absent then i explained all this matter to new girl and i paid remaining amount 140 rupees which were till date on 21th sept. Also i had new sim card for which i paid 149 rupees. But the postpaid sim was still continued and the new bill is generated till 10/11/2019, why should i pay the balance amount when i cleared everything and i paid already 140 rupees to date on 21th sept. Later i hospitalized for one month from 30 september to 25 october got surgery and now i am on bed rest and now they have disconnected my outgoing also.

                                My question is, why didn't they stopped my postpaid number when i have paid all the amount. I have complaint many times by email but the answer is the same, will get back to you soon we are working on it.

                                Please look into the matter immediately and solve this as soon as possible.

                                    The internet services/data services on vodafone mobile number is not working during evenings from 6pm to 12 am. This is happening from past 15 days.

                                    The above mentioned complaint of Vodafone Network issues and Internet connection persists as such and nothing has been done from Vodafone to resolve the issue. Moreover this internet connectivity problem persists not at a particular area, but around the Kozhencherry Town, as checked at nearby areas too. 4G internet connectivity of Vodafone is a problem not pertaining to a particular tower or area.

                                      I submit a porting request my vodafione number ([protected]) to BSNL on 20.11.2019. When i leave this company then why vodafone hold my porting request. When train order port complete within 7days why vodafone hold my porting request. Thank you

                                        I recharged ₹ 458 to my Vodafone Number [protected], on 22/11/2019, 12:12 PM through My Vodafone App,
                                        Order ID:[protected].but recharge was unsuccessful and ₹ 458 deducted ( ₹408 from my SBI Account + ₹50 deducted from Vodafone Vouchers) after 9 working days no refund was given to me
