They give me the number for auto deduct from my fone which is *444*24# & this service is free. I am also activated auto deduct service on my number. But they replied me your service was expired on 27th nov 2019 so we cann't proceed your request. First you recharge rs35/-...

Idea is the worst network i have ever seen in the state of maharashtra, and you have merged your network with them that impacts the vodafone customers badly. Your cc executives are too smart in making fake commitments.
Since, 12th september 2019, i am following you guys for the same issue but no results.
