I have recharged my mobile with rs. 299 package on dec 3rd as vodafone app showed the validity is 70 days.. Post recharge it shows validity is 28 days and the customer service rep says the plan benefits changed the previous midnight.. Which doest make any sense. If they have changed the plan their app shouldnt reflect the validity of 70 days and its nt a customers mistake if they havent updated their website... I have asked them to either extend my validity by taking the extra amount for the validity of 70 days or refund my amount back so that i can buy a different package for 70 days validity as paying 300 rps for 28 days is very high... They say they cant do anything though i sent multiple emails with screenshots to prove their app showed incorrect details
The customer service ppl were least helpful and one of the sup that i spoke to was rude and also disconnected my call while talking which is very unprofessional. They say their back end team will call me.. It has been 5 days but no one bothered to resolve this...

    I am unable to send sms from my vodafone number. First i called up customer care, they asked me to update sms center number which did not work.
    When i am going to vodafone stores they say that the sim is from other location so they cannot help. On raising a complain they are closing it stating its not an issue and asking me to wait.
    No body knows how to resolve it. Even if i want to port my number to some other connection, i cannot do it as i cannot send sms. The only option i have is to disconnect which i cannot do as it is my primary number.

      बिषय- वोडाफोन सिम वैलिडिटी सम्बंधित।
      Sir मैंने 2011 में वोडाफोन सिम (मोबाइल नो [protected]) एक्टिवेट कराई थी तो मुझे टॉकटाइम and लाइफटाइम वैलिडिटी मिली थी जो 2023 को समाप्त date show कर रही थी लेकिन vodafone कंपानी ने हमारी सारी सर्विस 5 अगस्त 2019 को बंद कर दी ।
      मैंने इनके हेल्प center से call की तो उन्होंने कहा कि आपकी वैलिडिटी समाप्त हो गयी है आपको अनलिमिटेड pack य 35 का रिचार्ज करना पड़ेगा।जिसकी वैलिडिटी 1 महीने होगी उसके बाद फिर से आपको रिचार्ज करना होगा अन्यथा फिर सुबिधा बंद कर दी जायेगी।
      मैंने कहा मेरे नंबर की वैलिडिटी लाइफटाइम (2023) है तो all सुबिधाये क्यों बंद की वो बोले हमारे नियम change हो गए
      मैंने कहा अपने जबसे नियम लागू किये उससे बाद में एक्टिवेट हुई सिम पर नियम लागू होना चाहिए
      जो सिम नियम लागू होने से पहले एक्टिवेट हुई उस पर नियम लागू नहीं होना चाहिए। उन्होंने मना कर दिया
      मैंने काफी बार शिकायत की। वोडाफोन हेल्प सेण्टर ठीक से बात नहीं कर रहे। और अब प्लान भी महंगे कर दिए आज 49 का रिचार्ज कंपल्सरी कर दिया कल 100 का कर देंगे।
      सर हमारा निबेदन है कि हमारी लाइफ टाइम वैलिडिटी एक्टिवेट कर दी जाय अन्यथा वोडाफोन पर क़ानूनी करवाई की जाये ।

        Sir,
        I am using vodafone prepaid mobile connection (Mobile number: [[protected]]). Money has been deducted from my prepaid account without my consent in the name of weekly subscription charge for english seekho weekly pack. I have never subscribed for such a service. I have the sms message showing that in my phone which i can produce as evidence but i cannot send any screenshot as evidence because my phone is not a smartphone. Please take necessary action in this regard.

          Date of incident: 21/11/2019

          I get a message that rs. 49 has been deducted from my account although i did not do any such activation. I demand that my money be refunded right away.

          I raised the complaint with vodafone at twitter immediately within minutes. Asking them to stop the service and refund my amount. Today, 05/12/2019, after repeated followups over twitter and getting the same response, gauri from vodafone informed me that their system is showing that the amount was charged because of an app download. If i did download, why would i request a refund and raise the complaint immediately? Also, it is not my fault vodafone's system is erroneous. What about consumer rights, trust, and values? Also for a matter of rs 49, why is this taking so long time?

          Thus, I had raised the complaint within 14 mins. However, Vodafone kept stalling me on Twitter giving me vague responses and updates that they are still checking with the team. Today I got a call from Vodafone personnel stating that since this is more than 24 hours, Vodafone cannot refund. That means, there is indeed a refund policy but the fact that it is beyond 24 hours is not my mistake, because it is Vodafone who kept stalling.

          Secondly, they are giving me an excuse that their system is showing a download (although I have not downloaded anything). Hence, is Vodafone calling its consumers liar? In that case, tomorrow Vodafone might deduct Rs. 200 or even more and state that "system is showing download". What about consumer rights and my fear of this incident happening again? I demand a refund because that is the only way Vodafone can show that it values me as a consumer.

            My vodafone account has been debited with 15rs in the name of some english seekho weekly pack. I never subscribed for this. This is also not the first time this has happened.

              I have recharge of 35 rupees on [protected], because this was the same thing which happen with me twice, why this access fee every time when every i recharge and that also without notice, if the company wanna take money from their costumers atleast information. If this continues to deduction I think I should change the operator for better service

                I am very well aware of internet usage and i am sure that i have been wrongly charges rs 99 for this. I have not clicked any link. And when i am asking for explaination all i get from customer service is that you have been billed correctly this happens with me very often on both my numbers. My account gets debited for the service which i have never used. This is cheating the customer in broad daylight

                  Sir ported my BSNL number into Vodafone number. Now I came into roaming. I tried to connect with 59059 for Tele verification for sevaral times.But it not working. A system generated sound is being repeating 'The number you are dialling is not correct'.Pls tell me how to solve this problem.

                  I ported my BSNL number 9932854639 to Vodafone .Today I latched onto Vodafone .I inserted my new Vodafone sim and got network.After that I tried to call 59059 sevaral times but it's not beneficial.Services of this SIM card is now fully off.                       I had done my vidafone postpaid bill payment from inditab.com on my phone number [protected] and money was deducted from my kotak bank account from more than 3 3 days.annd still my payment not done in vodafone and my money is not refunded in my bank account. and while doing bill payment it shows payment successful but recharge failled.it is showing payment status payment 1150 received by inditab !

                      i had made postpaid payment then why your site it is giving error recharge status. recharge of vodafone mobile is failled.

                      I still tried to contact inditab but they are always busy and not responding to it.

                        I am dheeraj chauhan, i have port my number from idea to vodafone and it successfully happened on 11th oct 2019.

                        After that frc 249/- is also completed successfully on the same day, but from that day to till now i am unable to make any calls (Outgoing calls not working). Incoming calls working fine.

                        On 28th november i replaced my sim from vodafone store, nirman vihar, but no changes in my problem even now my problem is increased as i am unable to send any text messages, not receiving otp from any one, outgoing calls completely stopped.

                        In the month of october i sent some emails to vodafone support team, but they are unable to resolve my issue till now, but this is the end of my patience level, because i can’t port my number to new network until 3 months is completed and this is my primary number, all accounts are linked with it and every day i am facing so many issues because of this.

                        If this thing is not in your hand kindly suggest and to the do the port process so i can port my number to some other operator.

                        It’s already around 2 months i am raising the same issue to you again and again, please check the status and resolve the issue asap.

                          For last three months i am getting wrong bill from vodafone. For instance in the bill for the period 1st nov 2019 to 30 nov 2019 one value added service charge of rs. 40/- has been added. But i have not used any value added service in this phone. This phone is never used for internet service. So how value added service is added in my bill it is not understandable. So you are requested to take necessary steps to correct the bill and to avoid such mistakes in future.

                                Myself vodafone customer, contact no. [protected] and i had done a recharge of rs.45 via my bank mobile app for the above mentioned number and in return i got this msg from vodafone : "rchrg of mrp rs45.0 on 02-12-19 successful. Full talktime rcvd rs.0. Gst rs 6.86, access fee rs. 38.14, new bal rs. 3.88. Transid ka[onr[protected]].
                                " now can anyone please explain me that even after deducting the gsttax of rs.6.87, why was additional amount of rs.38.14 was deducted under the subtitle of "access fee" and is it fair that i got just rs.3.88 as talktime for the recharge of rs.45 on full talktime..? Is this the quality of service vodafone is planning to give to its customers by looting them in this manner..?? Requesting vodafone team to please look into this matter and sort out the same, if vodafone team thinks its right for doing so then requesting the team to please justify the same if such access fee details if its mentioned in telecommunication laws and articles.. Requesting vodafone team to please share the details with public for the same.
                                Now i really going to port my vodafone no. To airtel or else because vodafone provides very bad service and even they do not provided any offers also.

                                  My services are suspended since 10 days and i have submitted number of requests but still these are not working and vodafone don't have any answer.

                                  I have tried everything, did call customer care 100 times, visited store (Sector 14 gurgaon) multiple times.

                                  Neither they are approving mnp nor they are able to active services on my postpaid number nor they are migrating my number to prepaid

                                  I am fed up with vodafone service (A organisation which even don't know why they are suspending customer's services.

                                  Very very very very poor customer care service. Already wasted a lot of time and suffered a lot, don't want to waste more time on Vodafone. Not recommended Vodafone for any new user.

                                        I’m a vodafone customer since very long time.. I have been complaining for network issues indoors my home since last 2 years but to no avail..

                                        I have lodged several complaints in their customer service center but all the time i have been given a standard response stating “we have escalated your issue to the relevant department and you will get a resolution “. But i regret to inform till date i have not received a resolution, in fact the network quality is going from bad to worse (Literally no service indoor my home).. When i try to port only then they call me back and offer several offers of discounts and blah blah.. Which i’m not interested in..

                                        I’ve had enough and now i want to officially file a complaint against vodafone india seeking a compensation for providing false promises and looting my money (I have four postpaid numbers for which i’ve been paying bills, yes i may have delayed few payments owing to poor network quality and the false promises made by vodafone)

                                        Kindly assist me in raising this further with monetary compensation as this is a clear case of cheating wherein they could have just told that network issue cannot be resolved and i could have looked for alternative solutions
