You Guys are the most ridiculous service providers I have ever faced, you have generated a wrong invoice of 1298 and you guys are calling me to pay the same, Complaint has raised multiple times but no resolution.
Why should I bear that cost which I haven't used it? a complaint has raised mANY TIMEs but no resolution.
Such a pathetic service, that why people switching on other providers.
You are sending me autogenerated mails, stop sending these.
I have all the recorded calls so I can also file complain in consumer court for the same.

I have already mentioned that the bill was incorrect and I was also not awared about that package which was changed by you guys without any information.
Even, I specifically told your CUSTOMER CARE guy that please stop my internet if you are not providing internet service in my current package which is changed by you.
Kindly check all the details I told them I will only pay monthly charge which was 199 rest I will not pay because that charges isn't apt.
You guys are imposing that amount on me.
I am not the responsible for that I have paid my all the monthly bills on time but you guys started manipulated by adding ### charges.
Even, when I had unlimited internet you guys has added internet charges in the bill and luckily I have noticed that then I raised a complaint against that, you guys has removed that charge.
So why I am saying this because I can't trust on your bill I was using postpaid Vodafone from last 2 years but this is the reason I have changed my no. Postpaid to prepaid.
Throughout my pregnancy I had very disturbed with you guys. Evey day I got your calls and every months I had to rectify bills.
I was fed up with Vodafone.
P. S. I will pay only monthly rental which was 199 which is GENUINE amount rest is not my responsibility to pay that charges is unfair.

I am getting legal notice over mail, I mailed them but no response.
Such pathetic services, I will never ever take Vodafone subscription again and will not suggest to others.
Mine number [protected] is always available and infact i had a talk with vodafone care i cant remember the name but her number was [protected] & after a detail discussion she said to give a call after 5 min. but still im waiting for her call & suffering a lot for mine blocked sim
