Sir,
I'm using vodafone number since last 17-18 years as a postpaid sim card whose number is [protected]. Last month when i tried to go form postpaid to prepaid after getting over charged by company first they tried to make excuses that gumasta certi is required etc-2 when i tried to port to other service provider they agreed to transfer it without gumasta. Again i visited the vodafone store & cleared all my dues + 10 days in advance. Again after few days they rejected the transfer when i visited the store they refused when asked for reason they were unable to explain in spite of i have cleared all the dues.
Any how i took mine form back that i dont want to go for postpaid to prepaid & again applied for port but within 2 days my sim was transferred to prepaid (In spite of i took my form & documents back). Again i visited to store as mine sim was not working due to insufficient balance i paid the whole amt they asked for & got started my sim. (When i asked that why now it got transferred when i already took my documents back he simply replied it has been done by ho)
It worked for 10-15 days very well but all of sudden on 12/11/19 my sim was blocked without any prior notice & even i don't know that my services were blocked and all my customer were complaining for not getting touch with me. Again i visited the store & according to them it will take 3 days after submitting the necessary form, now kindly explain me the following points

1. If gumasta certificate was not necessary than why i have to visited 3 times to store wasting my time & money
2 in spite of paying full bill amt & 10 days in advance why my from was rejected.
3 when i took my transfer application back & it was already rejected why my sim transferred to prepaid from postpaid.
4 again when visited to store why they took the recharge amt and started mine sim (In spite of that they were aware that i have took the form back) if there was some issue why they not pointed out at that time
5 from 12/11/19 mine sim is blocked since morning why they did not intimate me before so that i can submit the necessary documents in time
6 i'm the customer since last more than 18 yrs as a postpaid customer at least they could have do the favor of not blocking the incoming.
7 who will bare for the loss of business im facing today due to blocked sim & mine net charges. Outgoing charges which i have already paid for these blocked period.
8 since last 3 days the customer care drops 1 msg saying that the problem will be resolved soon but nothing is going on.

So it is requested to do the needful asap to get me out with this as all mine registered otp comes in it & i'm helpless in mine bank transaction & other work also.
Now it feels that we are the criminal who has used vodafone sim since last 17-18 years.

At last plz help me to come out with the mistake of not porting my sim earlier. Since i have not paid my vodafone bill & thay have blocked me plz contact me on [protected]

The day I complain here I got a call from Vodafone customer care regarding issue I was facing.They assured to get the issue solve ASAP again it took time but at last the issue have been solved only due to the complain I have registered at consumercomplaints.in Once again thanks a lot

Mine number [protected] is always available and infact i had a talk with vodafone care i cant remember the name but her number was [protected] & after a detail discussion she said to give a call after 5 min. but still im waiting for her call & suffering a lot for mine blocked sim

After repeated request still mine sim is not active.Seems that using vodafone for 18-19 years was my biggest mistake.On friday the vodafone person took all my documents & said it will start within 1-2 days & yesterday I got mail from appellate.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com it may take 5 working days to get it solved.Now our Honorable PM says Digital India & all my banks OTP are registered with this number I'm helpless to use online bank transition.It is blocked since 12/11/19 & next 5 days means almost 15 days which may be very short period for vodafone but as a client for me it has lost most of my business & my client are suffering a lot as I'm attached with service business so a proper number to give proper service means a lot me

Very-2 bad response mine number is blocked since 15 days and all mine bank accounts/ online marketing/otp is attached with this number.After submitting all necessary documents still it has been not started.it seems that using sim 18-19 as a postpaid was my biggest mistake or appyling for postpaid to prepaid was my mistake.

Sir what to do even after repeated request the issue has been not solved.even after submitting all documents 5 days have passed but no reply from vodafone.How to take legal action in this matter
I have recharged or 84 days unlimitted pack for rs 399 bt still i am unabel to send message . it shows message not send evry time i try to send message to someone

    We had paid the postpaid vodafone bill on 8 november 2019. Till date the cheque is not cleared and i keep getting calls for the amount not paid. Even after taking care of the payment that was made much in advance of the due date in the drop box that is provided, where we usually use to make the payment. This time our cheque is not cleared from the drop box at mtnl office bandra. Please give us a satisfactory answer and make sure that it is cleared.

      I am using Vodafone sim card. I have not activated any service to my mobilenumber. Still caller tune service is activated on my mobile without my permission.And they charged me 99 Rs. There is no message comes to me regarding thisactivation. Yesterday I come to know regarding this Caller tune. And today I calledcustomer care of Vodafone to Refund it immediately. But they refused to Refundit. It's cheating.Its fraud.

          You Guys are the most ridiculous service providers I have ever faced, you have generated a wrong invoice of 1298 and you guys are calling me to pay the same, Complaint has raised multiple times but no resolution.

          Why should I bear that cost which I haven't used it? a complaint has raised mANY TIMEs but no resolution.
          Such a pathetic service, that why people switching on other providers.
          You are sending me autogenerated mails, stop sending these.
          I have all the recorded calls so I can also file complain in consumer court for the same.

          Attaching mail:

          I have already mentioned that the bill was incorrect and I was also not awared about that package which was changed by you guys without any information.

          Even, I specifically told your CUSTOMER CARE guy that please stop my internet if you are not providing internet service in my current package which is changed by you.

          Kindly check all the details I told them I will only pay monthly charge which was 199 rest I will not pay because that charges isn't apt.
          You guys are imposing that amount on me.

          I am not the responsible for that I have paid my all the monthly bills on time but you guys started manipulated by adding ### charges.
          Even, when I had unlimited internet you guys has added internet charges in the bill and luckily I have noticed that then I raised a complaint against that, you guys has removed that charge.
          So why I am saying this because I can't trust on your bill I was using postpaid Vodafone from last 2 years but this is the reason I have changed my no. Postpaid to prepaid.
          Throughout my pregnancy I had very disturbed with you guys. Evey day I got your calls and every months I had to rectify bills.
          I was fed up with Vodafone.

          P. S. I will pay only monthly rental which was 199 which is GENUINE amount rest is not my responsibility to pay that charges is unfair.

          Stop generating fake bills please, my problem is still not solved yet.
          I am getting legal notice over mail, I mailed them but no response.
          Such pathetic services, I will never ever take Vodafone subscription again and will not suggest to others.

            Hi vodafone officials team, this is regarding my vodafone connection [protected]. I had recently requested for a plan change from next billing cycle which starts from 10th and had requested new plan should not be implemented before billing cycle. The lady customer care operator on 7th nov when i called, confirmed me that new plan will activate from 10th nov as billing cycle starts from 10th and prior to that old plan will be active and i will be entitled to old plan discount of rs50. When bill came post 10th, i see my discount on old plan taken off. Called customer care, they are reluctant to help saying lady by mistake activated plan from 7th. Why should i suffer for customer care's mistake. I repeatedly told her i want plan change from next billing cycle and she confirmed me, yet my earlier discount went for a toss. Please ensure i get that discount in my next bill along with my current plan's discount which is active now. Please resolve issue and confirm asap.

              I recharged rs. 69 for my vodafone prepaid mobile [protected]via https:// shop/vodafone/in/shop-prepaid-easyonline-recharge. Jsp and paid the amount using onlinesbi on 16th nov. But recharge not done till today 18th nov2019, i have not receive any sms for this recharge while rs. 69 was deducted from sbi account.

                My name is lalit kumar. I am a vodafone user. Every moth i have to pay for an unwanted bill. And no need to say for the value added services it will activated automatically even after my deactivation. I have complained the customer care but my vodafone app displays the same bill amount.                   Hi, today morning after i made a talktime recharge of inr 100 for my vodafone number [protected], i started receiving msgs about activation of some hungama play and music packs and money was directly deducted from my balance for the same. When i made many calls to the customer care, they told me that i had activated the packs on 10 nov. 2019 and the money has been deducted for that and it cannot be refunded. This was shocking to hear because i have never replied to any msgs requesting activation of the mentioned packs and these packs were directly activated by vodafone without my consent. This looks like some fraudulent activity from the company's end so i request to take the necessary action against the company and help me get my refund.

So i last complain online vodafone corporate care. There officer call & trust me solution the complain within 2 days to date 11/11/2019. But today date no solution of my complain.                       The 4g network is very poor and the internet speed in my aera is very slow. We are 4 family member and all are use vodafone network and they all have 399 pack. If there is no speed why we are paying them for all this. Our village on nh9 and i think near big road must no issue with network. There is 2 k. M away tower of vodafone but why my pick range from 8 k. M of romaning this is discusting please fix it

                        Dear vodafone,

                        Today i recharged rs.399 for my vodafone prepaid mobile via my vodafone app and pay the amount using icci debit card. But the recharge was not done and i receive a sms from vodafone that this recharge is not available but rs. 399 was deducted from icci account. I add the images of vodafone message and transaction details.

                        Please do the needful to get it corrected or return my money as early as possible.

                          I was using vodafone postpaid from more than 5 years, recently in my new office i was not getting proper network and tried to port out, before porting i switched to prepaid so that vodafone may not reject request due to any billing related issue, i have given port request on 13 nov, on 16th nov i got msg that the request is rejected due to "the number or range have been connected to less than 90 days". If i am on same network from last 5 years, how could be this reason to reject porting request.

                            charging unnecessary amount over amazon prime subscription in the name of 18 % gst

                            I am a postpaid member of vodafone and have taken a plan of rs. 399 which turns out to be rs.472 after 18% tax (As told by vodafone cc) which i pay regularly.
                            In 2018, i was given amazon prime subscription for free by vodafone and it got expired in october 2019. To renew it, they added it in my bill cart along with the bill of rs. 472. So instead of buying it from amazon, i decided to buy it from vodafone again. Upon asking for clarification...

                            I have visited vodafone store in akurdi, pune on 3 september 19 and paided the bill and requested to terminate the connection. The employee has confirm me the same but now again the bill has generated and asking me to pay 470/-

                            Now the customer care person has wrongly updated the case then why should i suffer and pay the bill which i haven't used. Its their fault and need to get it rectified and reverse the amount and give me the confirmation.

                            First of all i am frustrated with the vodafone services and asking me to pay which i haven't used. This is pathetic service.
                            Now again i have visited the store and he told me that i have zero rental plan and still i have been charge..

                            I got the call from customers care and i have confirmed to close the numbers, they have wrongly put remark in my case and billed me again

                            I am requesting from july and still it's not terminate and billed me unnecessary

                            I want to get this sort asap and revert me urgently

                              I registered a complaint on consumer complaint forum about a product not received on dmire. Immediately i got call from some number stating they are from consumer complaint forum government team. And said they would refund my dmire amount of 3257 and 2000 compensation. For that process they asked me to open google pay type [protected]@okaxis and type voucher code of 16892 and press pay. After doing that i would receive an option of refund. But i did not get such option. Instead 16892 got deducted from my account. Requesting to get refund.

                                I am using vodafone in maharashtra since last 8/10 years, suddenly without any reason my outgoing/incoming text messages are barred. After enquiring and complaining multiple times to the customer care / service centre, vodafone is not de barring my sms services and are providing immature reasons. It has been a very long and irritating issue for me, please help me resolve it otherwise i have no option than porting out.

                                  I opted for data entry jobs on quikr.com. I got a call from the vodafone company for work from home online jobs. They asked for rs 1999 for security purpose and told money will be refunded in 24hr not refunded. Next they told me sir you need to pay rs 3710 then our system will refund back that rs (1999 + 3710) just in 2hr. Why they needed rs 3710 for document verfication. As student i said sir i dont have money they told sir until u pay rs 3710 we cant refund back the security. After sending 50 data entry which they were not concerned about. After 2days they said sir u dont have a noc certification. You need to pay rs 3250 our system is not taking it otherwise u will not get back the money u deposited early. As student i got into this web because for me rs 5709. I was helpless at that moment. I had to pay rs 3250. They are now not pick up any calls and sent 5 mails not responded a single mail. I have all the emails sent by them initially for payment. And numbers of the providers.

                                  First of all I am not a vodafone mobile user, second I have opted adn registered for Vodafone Work From Home Online Data Entry Job from this site http://www.homeworkonlinelink.com/. Second is this your verified mail id or not please check [protected]@gmail.com. I have all mails sent by them and numbers too. They are not responding to my calls and mail.Thank u

                                    Sir,
                                    I am using vodafone prepaid mobile connection (Mobile number: [protected]). Rs 21 has been deducted from my prepaid account on 17.06.2019 without my consent in the name of weekly subscription charge for english seekho weekly pack. I have never subscribed for such a service. I have the sms message showing that in my phone which i can produce as evidence but i cannot send any screenshot as evidence because my phone is not a smartphone. Please take necessary action in this regard.

                                      I am trying to deactivate this number from a long time, but my request is not being taken care. I have been receiving fake bills not from long time but the customer care says it a genuine bill and i ask them to deactivate. They say that they have taken the request but i still receive the bills and no deactivation. This is not the way how you treat you customers. It has been worst experience.

                                      If this is the case then why am i getting calls everyday from customer service and asking me the same question ' "Why do you want to discontinue our connection?"

                                      I am really pissed off with this, i want to discontinue means discontinue, there should not be any question. Please help me in this regards. I feel these people are frauds...i really want to say many things in anger...
