I transferred my vodafone number from corporate to personal and i came into roaming. Now when i call 59059 it says that number is incorrect. I have tried customer care multiple times but they don't provide any solution.
I am in trouble as it is my primary number that is used in banking. Please suggest any solution.

I am neither able to find any vodafone store near to my home where i can get any help.

    Respected sir, iam s. Usha. I have been using vodafone services for 2 years. At first the messages are sent properly. But now i can't send messages to anyone. Without sending messages i cannot access into my paytm account. Iam trying for nearly 6months to send message but it becomes fail. I request you to kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

    I've been using Vodafone since almost 4 years and it has the worst data network ever. I have major issue with my data network, I have complained more than 7 times but it's of no use. I want to port my sim in next 3 months if this issue isn't solved
    I am a Vodafone prepaid user and my present balance is rs.-124. I am working in Saudi Arabia and when I turned my Indian number, the provider charged me Rs. 124.00. Could you please explain why this is happening for a prepaid number?

      Since 4 month i am still waiting for resolution from vodafone services provider end.

      Kindly refer the incidences.

      I have requested vodafone staff to disconnect my postpaid number"[protected] on call, reason, i am planing to moving out of country for 2 month due to some personal work but staff insist me to continue the service and informed me to not to user the services and once you will resume back to india than call us customer care to waive of the non usage rental.

      As per the update by vodafone advisor, i called may time to customer services to resolve the issues and waive of the amount but no one is taking ownership of my issue.

      Vodafone supervisor informed that as per policy we not able to waive of the fix rental and accepted on call there is a mistake from vodafone advisor who given a wrong information to me, voc of supervisor on call: feedback share with the advisor for given wrong information to the you". Apology and make the payment.

      I have asked question to supervisor that you are accepting the problem from your advisor side problem but still your are asking me to pay the amount. No answer from supervisor end.

      I have all the call recordings and email with me.

      More than 30 mails i have already sent to vodafone but no resolution yet and my number still disconnected by vodafone.

        Everytime whenever my balance is more than 50, they deduct it and even they don't inform us
        There is no msg no, no notification of deduction. When i call them they said it will not gonna happen again and refund my amount
        But this time they deducted my 100rs and saying it won't be refunded. How am i gonna know that my balance got deducted, if they will not inform me. They don't send a msg or not even any notification.
        I am a student how can i afford this again and again. I know which service is chargeable or which not. This deduction is just to rob people's and don't even inform them.

        I am tired of complaining them again and again
        I made 10 calls withim 2 months
        I am # disturbed by this thing and gonna take a legal action against them.

        First of all refund my all deducted amount and then if this happen again. I will change my sim and goint to complaint in a legal way. I am going to complaint in consumer court against it

          Teribel service. Without my permission always cut money even if i never use any service. Don't give any message regarding any money cut or service terminate. Really disappointed by vodafone. Even my incomening calls also terminate. Very disappointing vodafone is one of my favourite now i can't say that. I understand outgoing service stop but why incoming call also terminated within country they are free of charge. My data also wasted whenever activated it never work what to do. Its robbery.

            I have been billed for 200 rs of vas service charges, while i have never used any such service. This is just pure cheating for additional income.
            And i had reported network issue multiple times in last 1 year but there is no solution given, instead they have started cheating through additional billing. This is really pathetic awrvoce, fedup of such service now and seriously thinking to port out.

              From my phone (Samsung s6edge) out going call not connected (Vodaphone sim number [protected]). I complain in vodaphone by call in 198. And my complain number is [protected] 05/09/2019. After complaining they told me ur complain should be resloved befoe 11/09/2019. But till date my complain is same no action taken by vodaphone. They closed my complain without my confirmation..

                I want to migrate from postpaid to prepaid and i messaged them for it i got the message that there executive will call me within the 48 hours of my request but i made this request on 6/09/2019 and today is 14/09/19... I didn't received any call from them. Even though m making request from 1 week but every time m getting the same message but no one is calling dont know the reason whether they are having dumb employees who dont know the meaning of 48 hours... I want that my problem should resolve as soon as possible...

                    Hello Team,

                    I have sent the email with the below details to their appellate and corpcare ID. I haven't received their response in last 1 week. I have intentionally masked numbers in the below details.

                    There have been random deductions on my prepaid numbers xxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxx. The first instance occurred on 26th August 2019 for my xxxxxxxxxx wherein Rs. 49 was deducted from the account for some WAP service. When I called Vodafone customer care I told them that data is disabled on this number (you can check data consumption logs) and there is a pattern lock on the phone which holds this number then how come something getting activated without my knowledge. They apologized for the deduction and credited back the amount. After a week again on my xxxxxxxxxx Rs. 99 was deducted. Obviously annoyed by this I called the customer care again and told them that why they have deducted Rs. 99 without my knowledge. They told me that caller-tune has been activated on the number. I told them again that this number is kept aside in my home and no one even touches it how come random things are getting activated all of a sudden. Again the executive apologies, refunded the amount. I was really annoyed and have told him to disable the activation of any random service without my voice confirmation, he obliged it and taken the request.

                    Today when I checked I could see that Rs. 49 has now been deducted on my other number xxxxxxxxxx. I called their customer care and had a long conversation with floor supervisor Malathesh. I explained to him the same thing what I have explained to other executives in past that the data service is disabled on this number (you can check data consumption logs) and it is kept aside in my home. Just to bring it to record I am using Moto C Plus handset which is a dual sim phone and it contains both my numbers (xxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxx). After my explanation the counter explanation given by your supervisor was really worrisome. According to him though data is deactivated if my phone is connected to Wifi, some pop-up may come from Vodafone and if the app get downloaded I will get charged. I was really surprised to hear that. It is like you are spamming my phone. I asked him to disable all such downloads and disable any such service activation to which he said he can disable VAS service but cannot disable any pop-up based download.

                    My grave concern is, with my phone locked how is it possible for some random thing getting downloaded on my phone without my knowledge and that too from Vodafone. Also, why all of a sudden this started happen when my main account balance is quite high on those numbers (xxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxx). The other numbers (xxxxxxxxxx / xxxxxxxxxx / xxxxxxxxxx) where I am maintaining near Rs. 100 balance I have never seen this happening. You can check your records. I do not have time to have lengthy conversations with your customer care executives / supervisors over and over again.

                    Solution which I am looking for: Can you disable any involuntary download or service activation from Vodafone which may result in deduction of balance on ALL PREPAID NUMBERS? I have been told by Malathesh that since it is more than 24 hours since the amount has been deducted he can't reverse it. Let me ask you, can you reverse it?

                      Vodafone india is accepting recharges for 4g network and providing only 2g network in the area of pune. After doing recharge of ₹199 for vodafone 4g network, i was not able to receive the desired network. I called their customer service, and those guys told me that 4g network is not available in my area due to various issues, after asking for the refund to the vodafone india, they disconnected my called and not receiving my call anymore. I can understand that ₹199 is not a small number, but looking at the number of customer of vodafone in pune area, they must have cheated thousands of people in their service.

                      In the era of 4g, and city like Pune, Vodafone is only providing only 2g network . Worst service, if they can't provide the desired network, then why are they accepting recharges for it . I am not even able to cll. Getting internet speed of 0.01 kbps constantly.

                        I mr. Varadkar having a small office in kurla (Nehru nagar), we all are facing a big problem of voice network, we all staff are using the vodafone network. We are approximately 20+ staff of vodafone family.
                        We do not get a single stroke of network.
                        Kindly help us regarding the network issue.

                          Hi,
                          I am currently working in Magarpatta SEZ office and the vodafone network of this location is so bad.
                          I called customer care multiple times but everyone's reply are same. They told us our network team will call you but till time I am not received any call from Vodafone network team.
                          What's the exact problem? I don't know but the response of Vodafone team is too bad. they have not understand the customer current situation and also they have not take the problem as a high priority.

Today seems 99 rupees has been deducted neither with my permission nor my awareness which is absolutely cheating the network company their subscribers. And i don’t know why these type of nonsense of the vodafone company. It is strongly instructed to refund to my account at once. My account number [protected]

                                  The broadband connection is not working for the past few days. Have been calling customer care for the past 2 days. Every time they are assuring that the technician will come but no one is coming yet. They start disturbing 6 days before the plan expires to recharge again but can't provide proper service when needed.

                                    I had traveled to uzbekistan in june 2019 from the 21 to the 28. I used my vodafone number -[protected] sparingly and mainly by connecting to free wi fi services. The only service message i received on sms or other channels during my travels was that i was out of vodafone coverage and normal rates would apply. There was no service message as to what these rates would be and for what services.

                                    I was shocked when 4 days into my trip i received a message that my gprs services would be disconnected to avoid misuse. I addition my voice services were also cut without notifications or any emergency number to call to find out the reason. I was left stranded by vodafone in a foreign country with no means of communications and any type of service.

                                    Luckily, i was able to contact "the relationship manager" who told me my unbilled charges were inr 44, 000 in 4 days! I was shocked for several reasons : my credit limit was inr 20, 000, there was no message to the effect i was crossing any limit.in my 14 years as a vodafone customer and in all my travels globally, i had rarely exceeded even 6/7k. When asked why i had not been told all this and there was no transparency, he had no answer.

                                    Returning to india, i was in for another shock when i got a bill of inr 53000 despite the phone services being stopped almost a week prior. I then complained to their customer care in writing several times without any satisfactory answer. Their stance was basically a vodafone user has unlimited liability when travelling overseas and no credit limits apply!!

                                    I asked them where this was ever communicated and got no answer... This smacks of fraud and abuse of services and assumes vodafone users can be abused at will by the company.

                                    I never received any response to my last letter for 2 months from vodafone care. Only when i wrote to the vodafone ceo, did someone call me to try and resolve this. And they tried bargaining with me by offering a 20% discount on inr 54000 when they had no right to even bill me this. It seems vodafones business strategy is to overcharge and then negotiate hoping consumers will settle and wont be bothered to complain and pursue this.

                                    In the meanwhile despite no response from them, they sent me a bill on sept 3 with payment due on sept 18. Then i immediately also received a summons from their collection dept to appear on sept 14 in court to settle this via arbitration.

                                    How is this even possible and lawful where a notice is issued without a service provider being held accountable or answering any questions before the bill is due?

                                    I have now written to the entire vodafone management and the birla group who own idea highlighting the unethical and fraudulent practices among other things.

                                    Vodafone needs to take back all charges that were made without any consent or information.

                                        I had asked vodafone to provide me cheapest international roaming plan in the month of may 2019. They provided rs. 149 plan and when i came abroad, they charged me rs. 2500 for 9 mb data usage whereas i had already asked them that my number should only receive sms. This happened 4 months ago and i had emailed them to sort out the bill which they did not do. They kept on charging bill on my mobile number and today after 5 months that i am not using that number, they are calling my friends and family members and threatening them to pay a bill of rs. 5700. I don't understand how they can charge some unacceptable amount on rs. 149 plan. They call from different personal numbers anytime during day or night (My relative received a call at 10 pm indian time from a personal number) even on whatsapp. I have already emailed them again to help to sort out the bill (We informed them to reply on email but they still keep calling) but they keep on calling and messaging my family members every few seconds. I don't know how can they call anyone from my contact list and ask money to them. Infact they have called some people who are not even on my contact list and i myself never called them so i suspect this might be a serious data theft case. I am afraid my personal data is being shared for some hazardous causes and if they are running some scam. Not sure if vodafone has hired some recovery company who blackmail and threaten users, and rob their personal details. Now they are threatening to file a case on me and defame me by calling all contacts from my billing information (I believe this is not allowed to them). All this has disturbed me a lot and i am now going through mental trauma. Please help me as soon as possible to resolve this as this is really affecting me.

                                        None of the customer service have responded. They are just sending pre scripted replies and even after certain attempts to contact via email, they have now sent me a legal notice and asked to pay the bill within 5 working days. I email'd the contacts provided in legal notice, but they did not reply either. This is a clear loot.
