I am followingup for update my payment details at vodafone customer care, but till date my payment not updated in vodafone and continuous payment reminder coming inspite of payment made to them vide above reference id.

not allowing me to send port sms

Vodafone doesnt work in my area and they are not resolving the issue. Numerous complaints on email but no reply. When i call, they keep On hold and say it will be done but no response happens. This has been going down since past month.
