Dear sir/madam,
My name is pravin, staying in jogeshwari east mumbai, in my family, we have 5 vodafone connection, my sel[censored]sing 2 vodafone sim as primary and secondary, every 3 month i do recharge of 509/- on each number.
I have network problem, in my residence, my call is disconnected sometimes, and in another situation i am not able to make any call because of low network range, as well as can't access internet which give me.0.5 kbps speed on 4g sim i pay for internet to internet service provider at my location there is no use of vodafone sim, i am planning to port my all number to other operators, i am tired of calling and complainting to vodafone about this issue but no one taking any action, when i raised the complaints, vodafone customer care close my raised ticket without providing solutions.
I have registered first complaint last year 2018 (Reg no is [protected]). Again i raised the complaints several time, from last 3 month july-aug-sep 2019 i made complaint like this. I got the call from vodafone executives regarding this and they accept this is network issue which i am having its from vodafones end, and they will implement new network tower in my location also they had gave me last timeline of 28 sep 2019, still nothing done from vodafone ends.
So this is the final letter/ attempt to continue with the connection. Please escalate and do the necessary steps to solve my problem as early as possible, or we have other choice of mobile network operators.

When we try to connect to CUSTOMER care, it says "welcome to the fastest 4g network", i would suggest them to change it to, "Hi welcome to the worst ### crap network, we have her to make your life miserable"
Disappointed, Want to change the network now. no hopes ate all from Vodafone anymore
