Vodafone decided to disable. My sim for. No reason on sunday.. After an sms that i need to resubmit my docs to store.. I called customer care they didn't help as they dont knw what happened. I visited store server is down they cant help.. I visit store again they tell me to take a new sim..
Reson for deactivation is dot audit??? No proper info given plus my main account balance of rs 521 and 499 recharge for 84 days made 0 which was valid for another 3 months. Such a torture by vodafone..

    This is my mother's no, she is quite old and doesn't use online applications that much apart from whats app & paytm. She was charged for some in app purchases for which we paid after having a word with the company and they promised that its the final amount and we don't have to pay extra, but again next month they sent a bill including the in app purchases when i had a word with them they gave me a complained no "3/[protected]" and said that they will get back for this but despite of providing a solution they kept on calling for bill payment and now even disconnected her number.

      I have vodafone mobile shield. 2 months back i had my mobile screen damaged and contacted the respective customer care for the resolution. With the claim number: [protected] after submitting the docs and verification i have handover the mobile for screen replacement. Literally close to 2 months, yesterday 30/09/2019 i have received my mobile vivo v11 pro with new screen changed. After checking the mobile i found the fingerprint option is not working and the phone itself does not have the option of fingerprint. It seems the parts are changed from the phone or they might have fixed with incompatible screen. Today again i called the customer care, they said they itself will call me and no reply. What is happening and it is purely disappointing. Seems you are people are taking phones and changing the parts from the phone. Literally cheating people with mobile shield. I am paying you every month on my mobile bill for this option.

          Dear sir,
          I am writing on behalf of senior citizen. The problem started in march 2019 when request for post-paid to pre-paid was made at store with store manager thakur village. Paper work was submitted and post that payment for bill generated in following months not accepted by manager. Stating it will get settled after completion of pre-paid application. Till date it never got initiated from store level as confirmed by other location store manager. The complaint has been email to appellate as advised by senior recovery officer of vodafone on 30/08/2019. There has no response or resolution provided till date. This advise was based on interaction of senior recovery officers and store manager. Yet the manager did not abid by the procedure. The harassment calls continue to other family member as the number in question stays deactivated by vodafone, even after been aware that case is with appellate. Most importantly the senior citizens number has been regularly deactivated initially in april & may 2019. From june onwards it has been completely deactivated by vodafone service provider. Yet the bills are generated and sms sent minimum 4 times a day to family member. Calls minimum 6 time in a day to family member.

          There has been no resolution provided by the company. Till date no official has called or contacted . Only bill payment threatening emails continue to be received. The mobile number still stands deactivated with bills generated with penalty. An apology letter is emailed every week by different Appellate officer but post that no revert or resolution.

          You have an alternative number on your data base. Which is being used by your recovery agents to make calls for past 4 months to harass. Kindly check. Also I would like to convey yourself that as a family of senior citizen who's only mobile number Vodafone has been deactivated by your self and in dispute form 6months. If the number is not activated immediately (as it is your store managers who is at fault) or with a solution not provided I will further these grievance at state level, as harass, right of customer deprived, inconvience and not to forget a senior citizen and family put through mental agony and stress.

            Sir,
            I am using vodafone prepaid mobile connection (Mobile number: [protected]). Rs 21 has been deducted from my prepaid no. From last month without my consent in the name of weekly subscription charge for english seekho weekly pack. I have never subscribed for such a service. I have the sms message showing that in my phone which i can produce as evidence but i cannot send any screenshot as evidence because my phone is not a smartphone. Please take necessary action in this regard. And refund my deducted ruppes.

              Hello,

              I've been observing that from last two months quality of my mobile network connection has drastically degraded. My 4g connectivity along with the call quality both of them have been impacted. Despite of having 4 g connection internet sleet on my mobile is less than that of a 2g connection. And the problem is not just being faced by but also by my family members who have vodafone connection as well as my colleagues in my office. So, this is not just the problem with my connection but across the network. I did raise a complaint to vodafone informing them about my problem. But, nothing has been done so far.                 This is to notify that vodafone-idea customer care and vodafone store andheri east has done a blunder and cheated with me.
                I have port my delhi number to mumbai and it took complete 4 days to get the sim activated post it barred from vodafone.

                Now my point is why it took 4 days when the customer care executive told 4 hours.
                Also why there was no information on the same and a lack of communication?
                Why only a customer to call to get an update?

                Who is going to bear the loss of my business and money??
                Because of this stupid work done by vodafone which took complete 96 hours to get it resolved??

                I had visited 12 times to vodafone andheri store leaving all my official and personal work just for this pity work.
                I have aslo called more than 10 times to vodafone customer care and every time a new mail was coming and a new executive was getting assigned.
                Every time they were asking 4 hours to get it resolved.

                Such a pathetic/irritating /harassing experience i got from vodafone.

                I want my money back which i lost because of such bad work done by vodafone.

                  Hi,

                  I am addressing a serious matter to you, listen carefully.
                  1st is that no i am not at all experiencing a best possible unstrapped services with vodafone.
                  2nd, it's been a week since i have been struggling to get my network, writing mails throughout, living in a new city with no mobile number, problem not solved in a week and your customer executive ms. Jagriti who sits in greenpark vodafone centre south delhi, she forgot to give me a sim while registration.
                  I went to her twice and still she did not give me any new sim and i was under impression that my old sim will be ported.
                  It's entire her fault whatever vodafone had made me suffered in last 6 days.

                  Who will be responsible for this? You have given me the worst experience of all time.

                  And last i had already paid my bill of previous month through google pay, i have attached the screenshot for your reference.
                  For such poor and awful service i have received in last 7 days i want to get my sim changed from postpaid to prepaid in coming days.

                  I don't want your postpaid service.

                  And last warning if you will bother me further i will go public and tell the world what horrible service and employees you have hired.

                  I had filed this complain longtime back that i want to change my sim from postpaid to prepaid and i had visited vodafone center as well but your customer care told me that it cant be change and i have to use atleast 3 months.
                  Inspite of receiving such horrible service you guys are giving another headache.

                  Please confirm me on this mail and ask your customer service to be more transparent and helpful instead of decisiveness.

                    My name is pravin, staying in jogeshwari east mumbai, in my family, we have 5 vodafone connection, my sel[censored]sing 2 vodafone sim as primary and secondary, every 3 month i do recharge of 509/- on each number.

                    I have network problem, in my residence, my call is disconnected sometimes, and in another situation i am not able to make any call because of low network range, as well as can't access internet which give me.0.5 kbps speed on 4g sim i pay for internet to internet service provider at my location there is no use of vodafone sim, i am planning to port my all number to other operators, i am tired of calling and complainting to vodafone about this issue but no one taking any action, when i raised the complaints, vodafone customer care close my raised ticket without providing solutions.

                    I have registered first complaint last year 2018 (Reg no is [protected]). Again i raised the complaints several time, from last 3 month july-aug-sep 2019 i made complaint like this. I got the call from vodafone executives regarding this and they accept this is network issue which i am having its from vodafones end, and they will implement new network tower in my location also they had gave me last timeline of 28 sep 2019, still nothing done from vodafone ends.

                    So this is the final letter/ attempt to continue with the connection. Please escalate and do the necessary steps to solve my problem as early as possible, or we have other choice of mobile network operators.

I had a trust on Vodafone for quite a long time, but from past few months, it has crossed every limit and tested all the patience I have, I wish I cud complaint and get it escalated. I even tried changing the sim changing the phone and every option that it says in automated call. Why, why, why have you made the interface such a disaster, that we can not connect you guys and tell you our problems.

                    When we try to connect to CUSTOMER care, it says "welcome to the fastest 4g network", i would suggest them to change it to, "Hi welcome to the worst ### crap network, we have her to make your life miserable"

                    Disappointed, Want to change the network now. no hopes ate all from Vodafone anymore

                      My name is amirtha pandian & my mobile no is [protected]. I want to give complain against vodafone retention team & their customer care team. I generated a porting code vt341563 on 12 sep 2019 to port out from vodafone. I received a call from vodafone team asking not to port out & in lieu of that they will provide waiver on my bill amount which was calculated excessively without my knowledge. When i was asking him about the waiver confirmation, he asked me to check the bill amount in my vodafone app. But the bill amount not reflected any waiver. Today 27 sep 2019 due date for my bill, i made a call to 198 to complain on their telephonic customer care, they told me that it was a wrong commitment & they can not provide me waiver & asked me to wait for atleast 24 hours to give some resolution. Really it is a big cheating & fraud done by vodafone team. & i will suggest people to avoid vodafone.

                        This is related to postpaid to prepaid migration of my number [protected] which started from september 10, 2019. As per the norms, i have put up several requests with the customer care and also submitted the relevant documents thrice to the store regarding my number's postpaid to prepaid migration but till date there has been no update. Every time i visit the store they ask me to pay some amount to clear the unbilled outstanding and similarly i log a request with the customer care regarding the same, but the service requests gets closed without any update. The store is very far away from my house and to travel to the same, i nearly have to spend around rs 300 round trip in a cab along with the unbilled amount which they ask me to pay every time but it has been now more than 3 weeks now that the issue remains unresolved. I have repeatedly logged complaints with vodafone customer care and every time they provide em a new service request number but after a 1-2 days they get closed without even informing me about any update. Being a customer with this company for the past 11 years, i never expected such behavior from them and they don't even tend to understand that. The company does not even value the customer relationship and seems like they have been cheating me by increasing the unbilled amount every time and by asking me to pay more and more. I need a quick resolution on this as i am in great dilemma that what exactly is being done with self attested documents which i need to re-submit again and again. Even after complaining to their appellate desk did not help me anyway. There has been no responses to my emails which i have sent to them and the maharashtra vodafone care. Kindly look into this urgently and provide a solution to me. I have attached the screenshots of the list of complaints which i have logged till date.

                          Its very dissapointed from vodafone india.
                          Last 30 days im suffering from same issue there customer care agent is also useless. Customer care agents only taking complaint but no proper solution.
                          Today again too hard network issue by vodafone, again they took by complaint and gave me [protected] this complaint number
                          Every time they are steps up their level of customer dissatisfaction worst and pathetic service by vodafone.

                          So kindly those who are customer of vodafone plzz port your network in someother but don't be in such
                          # networks.

                          This time im going to post this on every social media..

                          I know vodafone don't care if their some customers will port out.

                              Hi! I have never ever subscribed to any plans but for god's sake i have been trying to reach the customer care which is really impossible via call! I have been texting the damn "stop" msgs as per instructions but it gets reactivated without my knowledge and u guys keep deducting 21 rs every single time n its been like 200+ rs been deducted from my balance! Please solve the damn issue!

                              I am facing the same problem. Twice already my money has been deducted for this 'english seekho' to which I have never subscribed. It is very frustrating that I am messaging STOP and still no deactivation is happening. This is a terrible way to treat your customers!!!

                                  Hello my name is ramesh ahuja and i'm 80 year old. I am using your vodafone service since past 16 years and never have a bill's gone beyond 700. But in the month of july i received a bill to the fund of 8800 for dome international spam message as confirmed by the vodafone store. Now the bill stands at 11k without me using the phone from past 3 months. If you see the phone records they say only 2 calls were made that shows the usage. Now on top of that i have started getting threatening calls from collections which in itself is illegal. Your executive has even visited my place twice and started abusing me. Kindly look into it

                                      I am user of a vodafone cell no since y2003.in earlier communication i have provided adequate attachements (Sms, mails) as proof which actually vodafone should have on its system to cross-check. But gallery person said that this number belonged to xyz from[protected]. Here i want to say that, i have been recharging this number from various platforms like retailer, netbanking, paytm, phonepay, mobikwik since then till 14-sep-2019. I have not yet recieved any sms, mail or call from vodafone for any changes done. Also i am using still this number for incoming and outgoing since y2003. Nobody has called this number to enquire about xyz.

                                      Visited gallery on[protected] to resolve the name change issue. I had balance of rs 33 on the sim card of last week which avoided to speak upon or credit back. Here i was provided a new sim as resolution with rs 249 recharge. Here i feel sad that their were no cross check to check rightful owner of [protected] as your system till then showed was shrikant. Very easily i was provided new sim. Any other person beyond me, he or she could this way procure new sim. I hope you understand what my fear is
