Hi

From past one month, i am trying to port my number but vodafone has blocked messages to 1900. I have recorded there calls also. They are harassing and saying that you cannot as you need permission from us which is very stupid. There network is stupid. Sometimes i am stuck and the phone does not work.
I want to lodge a complain aginst them.

I have to change to a better network for my own security. It is difficult to stay connected

    Respected sir/madam,
    I have paid rs1475.68 on the month of august2019 and my monthly package is of rs299 because i have dowloaded a music app which vas been downloaded bymistakely from my phone yet i have paid all the charges and closed the oustanding payments of rs1475. Therefore again this month vodafone has been charged me of rs 1561. Which has been wrongly placed in my name and when m generating complain they are again saying i have downloaded app which i hav been not. So do not gve any wrong coments to any wrong peopele i will only pay amy package amount. Therefore request you to cancel the huge amount which have been generated wrongly on my name.

      I went on 17 aug, 2019 on vodafone gallery thane for post paid to prepaid. I paid 165 rs extra and new prepaid card rs.254 but not done my no post paid to prepaid, for 17 aug i went to gallary 4 time but till date not convert my no. I give online complaint but not solve it recently i went to gallary on 3 rd sep i paid again rs.85 they told me the no will be convert within 48 hrs. But till date my is not converted.. My no.         Hi,

        I got my mobile damaged while attending a call in office on 29th april 2019. Since the mobile is covered under insurance provided by red shield through “new india assurance company”, i raised a claim under claim no. [protected] on 29th april 2019. Due to some personal reasons i was out of town and not assessable to documents required for claim, my 1st claim was not processed.

        After speaking to customer care, i was instructed to raise new claim (Claim no. [protected]) which is done on[protected]. After raising the claim, all the documents required for claim is submitted with the clarification to [protected]@dsspro.in.

        Now the second claim is rejected by “new india assurance company” due to non-submission of repairs bill of 1st claim. I hereby want to clarify that there is no repairs done in 1st claim, 2nd claim is done to reimburse 1st claim only.

        Hope you may reopen my 1st claim or process the 2nd claim.

          I want to port my vodafone number. So i tried to to send port message from my vodafone number to 1900. But always getting an error message "failed to send message".
          I have been trying to send this port message since almost a month now. Still the same issue.
          I got to know that the vodafone company is blocking the customers from sending the port message so that the customers stay with the vodafone.
          But i need to port out of vodafone.

              I have taken international roaming services in the starting in end of april for 14 days and same was closed in may 1 week. The company has taken rs.3000 security deposit which is to be returned post surrendering vodafone international services. But this never happened. I am following up for my money since then but they are not returning it and keep on adjusting against my upcoming bills. I demand my refund of deposit along with interest on amount for the period the money is not refunded to me. Further, i want compensation for the inconvenience caused to me. The company is just cheating and sitting on client's deposit. Money is nvere returned.

                I opted a family plan of ₹749 from vodafone. This includes a data of 120 gb for 3 nos.
                Internet is not working on my associate nos. For which i lodged a complaint to vodafone for this on 28aug19, is still not resolved. Chasing them daily on this but they are prolonging.

                Moreover, sending false messages that it is worked upon.

                Kindly help me.

                  I ported my vodafone postpaid number to prepaid & the executive told me that it will get activated within 3 days and i came into roaming. Now when i call 59059 it says that number is temporarily withdrawn & to contact customer care. I have tried customer care multiple times but they don't provide any solution. Also arranged my friend to visit borivali west, mumbai vodafone store but no proper guidance provided.
                  I am in trouble as it is my primary number that is used in banking. Please suggest any solution.

                  I am neither able to find any vodafone store near to my home where i can get any help.

                      Vodaphone has now started playing games in india. I am from delhi and now they are charging money for 4g network and giving 2g speed so that the net pack does not get finished and gets transferred to their account. I recharge every three months with 399 plan and now i see vodaphone speed gone down to 2g. Once in a month say for 5 days they give good speed and after that they reduce the speed. They have thousand excuses of giving low speed internet in the name giving 4g speed of internet giving 2g. All have started playing dirty games. When these people couldn't compete with reliance jio now they have started playing this dirty game. I live in delhi and all the time i see net speed equivalent to 2g and the page is loading and loading. Earlier also when i used to recharge and see the net balance vanished i also started playing the dirty game and used to recharge with 10 rupees and finish it as soon as possible. It seems i have to start this game again. I will now again recharge only 10 rupees and finish it. This is very dirty game. It will not last long and will bring loss to the company in billions. People have started feeling the pain. They stop the internet speed when it is highly required. Earlier just 6 months back everything was working fine. Just recently they have started this dirty game of eating the internet balance. The balance will not get finished and will get into their account and they will get profit. After all where does the balance goes? Certainly unused balance goes in their pocket only and is not carried forward for next day. It is already 100 percent profit game as hardly people use internet daily 1-2 gb. Very few people like me has requirement. And when they find the person doing this they reduce the speed bringing to 2g. And look samsung has taken a mobile phone worth 1 lac rupees with 5g hardware. India is living in homo sapiens age and thinking of buying 5g mobile worth which will become obsolete in 2 years. I had heard in childhood indians are brainless #. And see these people running to buy 5g mobile worth a lac of rupees which will become obsolete in 2 years with no proper after sales service, no proper samsung repair centre as i live in delhi. They don't have proper good outlets to serve the nation with free servicing. They must have showroom all over the metros. And see the govt of india involved in bogus useless activities not concentrating on the main main problems. Huge amount of money these foreign companies are making in billions and trillions of dollars and in the name of giving good service they have small shops here and there to show off. Everyone is playing dirty games. And this lac of rupees mobile with 5g hardware what will be the use when these companies have learned india can do nothing. And they are the boss and giving 2g internet speed in the name of 4g. Charging money for 4g internet and giving 2g speed by vodaphone is highly objectionable. I doubt my complaint will be read and taken seriously. Just wrote this complaint.

                        My self ashok kumar singh, my vodafone number is [protected]. Re 1 store pack has been activated and 3 rupees deducted from my balance. This all is done without my consent. I have never requested for this pack and never received any call regarding this pack.

                            I have activated family plan and applied for adding on two more postpaid numbers last month. However i didnt get them in my family plan instead separate bills have received on both numbers with default vodafone red plan activated on both of them (399 each) without my prior consent. I was told at the time of adding on request that i will have vodafone red together plan under which primary number will have 399 per month while the rest will have 199 per month but as i have mentioned earlier my request has not been fulfilled due to uncertain reasons. Due to this i have to bear extra amount and still plan is not activated in spite of my repeating calls to customer call center since last week and several personal visits to vodafone center (I have been told about technical glitch due to vodafone-idea merger which shouldn't be my concern being a loyal customer paying regular bills).

                              All the document required for claim has been shared as required by the company.
                              My one plus 6t mobile was purchased from amazon which is the only seller in india for one plus and provided the pfd invoice as provided by amazon which does not show imei in which no fault is of mine and above that imei is confirmed through he screen mode and same imei was retreived while registering for insurance secondly invoice says original for recipient as it is not a tax invoice and phone was ordered from my wife shivangi as a gift on my birthday and we are recently married so that any documented proof apart from wedding invitation card which i shared with the team along with her pan and adhar which actully is not required at all logically because at time of registering same phone is used with sim of vodafone to register for insurance.
                              Please get the needful done so that claim the appropriate amount as per process.

                                Dear sir,
                                I am a prepaid customer with cell no [protected].
                                Recently from the last 4 days i am not getting calls. (Incoming calls not getting). Out going calls working..
                                I had been to your gallery in s v road in goregaon west and complainted about this. The agent told me that she has registered the complaint and a email has been sent for rectifying this. She said within 24 hours my complaint will be addressed,.
                                But more than 48 houres still there is no response and my phone still is not receiving incoming calls.
                                I tried contacting your customer service 3 or 4 time and i was told
                                1. Remove the sim and replace.
                                2. Go to settings and put the network operator as vodofone.
                                Nothing has resulted in solving my problem.

                                Please advise me as what to do?

                                  My prepaid sim cards are not activated because am unable to call 59059 for tele verification! After numerous attempts calling customer care and visiting the shop they tell me that this call has to be made only from the home base in karnataka sheet i purchased the sim. I now stay in chennai and have no plans to visit there!
                                  What can i do? I have the same problem with my wife’s sim card too,

                                    Greetings!

                                    Since I am unable to get a helpful response from Vodafone IN, I am turning to you as a last resort. This complaint is for regarding my mobile number [protected], which I have this premium purchased in 2013 by paying huge amount and its current market value is around one lakh rupees. In and around August 2018, I have done MNP of my mobile no: [protected] to Vodafone India (Mumbai) from Airtel (Mumbai) as I was facing some network issues in my area.

                                    The outgoing and incoming calls have been restricted on my number [protected] by Vodafone without any notice. In and around June 2019, I was unable to recharge above mobile number via Paytm. I tried several times but failed. Then I visited Vodafone Store - Mahavir Nagar, Mumbai – 400067, there I share my experiences with the one of the Vodafone executives and he told me that he has raised the complaint to the technical team and your number will be activated in next 48hrs.

                                    Since then, I have confronted them on several occasions through calls and my personal visits to the Vodafone store, but my requests have been ignored. When I ask their customer service team over a call to enforce and expedite my case, they say they will, but they do nothing.

                                    The outgoing and incoming calls have been restricted on my mobile number till date which I am using since 6 years.

                                    On one occasions, Vodafone customer service team has shared the email address of their higher authorities and asked me to write them. On 8th August 2019, I have written an email to Appellate.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com but to my shock, they replied to my email and informed me that they have permanently de-activated my mobile number [protected] without any prior intimation and also asked me to pay Rs. 1, 00, 000/- (One Lakh only) to activate the service on my number. How can I pay Rs. 1, 00, 000/- for my own number. This is a loot from these corporate goons.

                                    I have again mailed them asking why they de-activated my number without any noticebut to utter dismay they never replied to my last email till date.

                                    I write you in the hope that you can persuade and ask Vodafone India Customer Support Team to honor all the terms of its terms and condition. On numerous occasions I have tried to discuss the situation with the Vodafone customer support team through calls and personal visits, but they are unwilling to cooperate. In short, I cannot solve the problem myself, and I want to avoid hiring a lawyer unless it becomes absolutely necessary.

                                    I can enclosing the copy of the email from Vodafone Appellate Team to this mail proving that Vodafone Customer Support team has violated their terms and condition on several occasions and started unfair trade practices by charging Rs 1, 00, 000/- to activate my mobile number which they de-activated without any prior intimation. Unfortunately, this regrettable performance reflects poorly on their entire corporation but they doesn’t care for anything. I request your assistance in resolving this problem.                                     I have visited Kandivali West, Mumbai - 400067 but my query haven’t resolved yet. Mr Devendra, Vodafone Service Advisor attended me and asked me that Backend team will revert back on this.

                                    In short, I’m still waiting for my Vodafone Number [protected] (Prepaid)

                                      But they send me bill with the mail that i used 20GB per month and also 25 GB extra and for extra usage of 25GB they are charging 500 extra of my bill.

                                      I checked in my phone that data usage of month it is 19 GB. And i asked them to provide me per day data of month.

                                      Could you please provide me the daily data usage records for this month so that i can cross check with my phone details. Because i have checked the same in my phone setting and the value have big differences. I get free 20 Gb data and as per your record i have used extra 25 data.
                                      Please provide me per day data usage. I will cross check this and then i will pay my bill.
                                      If I didn’t get your any kind of response from your service i will contact consumer forum with the records i have.
