Vodafone doesnt work in my area and they are not resolving the issue. Numerous complaints on email but no reply. When i call, they keep On hold and say it will be done but no response happens. This has been going down since past month.
Once I went to Delhi and network came so I tried sending SMS for porting but it failed. Normal sms went but porting one didn't. They have blocked porting code. Not replying to emails or calls. Zero network since 3 months stil paying full bill but no network.

    Last month the balance in my vodafone number account was 145 rs. After 23rd aug they deduct 24 rs to increase my validity and i got the masage about that but when yesterday i checked my balance i was shocked, my balance was only 70rs instead of 121 rs.

    Now when i called to customer care they said i have subscribe some link which i don't know and they deduct those charges. I did not get any message for that and when i said i want my money back they reply that they will not return any money. This is a fraud. Help me what should i do?

      I have recharged of Rs.499 on dated 12th Aug, 2019 in Vodafone number thru Freecharge mobile app but still I haven't received recharge benefit or any confirmation massage. I have contacted freecharge they said recharge was successful but still I haven't received. then i have contacted vodafone they said recharge is not show. I ask refund to vodafone & freecharge for unsuccessful recharge but they both are not ready to pay. Recharge amount is debited from my account same i have share all the details like statements, screenshot to vodafone & Freecharge but they both are blame eachother.
      Please do needful in this case.

      First I have contacted to Vodafone thru mail sent in for refund but they said recharge is not successfully & refund is sent to freecharge. then i have sent mail to for refund and they said Recharge is successful is showing and if not received recharge then contact to Vodafone.

      I have received one time call but due to some reason i didn't pick up the phone.

      I also contacted to bank for any refund amount is pending to credit but they said no any amount to show for credit.

        Vodafone again deducted 28 rs from my vodafone balance on 16th mobile no [protected] whose message i received on 18th sept and rs 24 also on 3rd without my knowledge of any service activation. I saw the msg today on my mobile. Earlier also i had same experience from their side. I have not activated any such service from my side and now their customer care executives not ready to listen me. Do we recharge our balance for these chutiya. Plz help.

            Myself vodafone customer, contact no. [protected] and i had done a recharge of rs.45 via my google pay app for the above mentioned number and in return i got this msg from vodafone :

            "rchrg of mrp rs 45 on 18/09/19 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs 0, gst rs 6.86, accessfee rs 38.14, new bal rs 40.72. Transid onr[protected]. Congratulations! You are now eligible for extra rewards on your recharge! Dial *999# or click bit. Ly/voda_mer within 72hours of recharge to claim reward."

            Now can anyone please explain me that even after deducting gst of rs.6.86, why was additional amount of rs.38.14 was deducted under the subtitle of "access fee" and is it fair that i got just rs.0. As talktime for the recharge of rs.45 which was full talktime offer? Is this the quality of service vodafone is planning to give to its customers by looting them in this manner..?? Requesting vodafone team to please look into this matter and sort out the same, if vodafone team thinks its right for doing so then requesting the team to please justify the same if such access fee details if its mentioned in telecommunication laws and articles.. Requesting vodafone team to please share the details with public for the same

              Most pathetic service I have ever seen. I lost my number [protected]. I have visited 5 times vodafone store at China Link Building Daigonally opp. Goregoan Sports Club, off, New Link Rd, Ekta Nagar, Malad West, Mumbai but they are not concerned about the activation of my SIM as it is a Delhi number. Every time they ask me to wait unnecessarily and still the SIM they gave me is not activated. I have called customer care atleast 10 times but they activated someone else SIM at my number. So today I left the SIM in the store itself and they are not concerned at all. Never using a Vodafone number ever again. My current number is [protected]

                It’s not the first time i face this problem! They activate some or other pack and deduct the balance on my prepaid number and having to call the customer care to complaint and get the refund. They give some random reason that i had clicked on ad on 3rd party website etc. Which i never did. They fail to understand and the executives are rude in their stands that it is activated only by my consent.
                One that i remember was english seeko pack that was recently activated.

                Today it was a caller tune and 66 rs was deducted. Having called up they say the same reason. I haven’t opened my browser at all and had left the phone on charge.

                I have now again been fooled by adding some English seeko pack without my request and 21 rs has been deducted ! This is very annoying and it’s the third time it’s happening to my number ! Can this be looked at on priority or else I’ll port my number out of Vodafone.

                V did not opt for any of the VAS services .
                Even though v r charged for it. V request u to plz deactivated the services, and deduct the amount charged for it, as v did not active it nore used it.
                V r ur customer since 10 years.
                V hope u will clear our issues.

                  I am acustoer of vdafone data card service. Data card no is [protected]
                  Value added service of rs. 99 has been charged in last two months bill (Bill nos are 12iwb[protected] & 12iwb[protected]).
                  After complaint to vodafone rs.99 has been waived against bill no.12 iwb[protected]. But amount charged for another bill no was not waived as confirmed by vodafone customer mail.
                  Please note that i am not using data card since more than 6 months where as i am paying bill. As i am not using data card there is no question to activate for value added service.
                  I have not received any call from vodafone which they have assured to call me.

                    Right now many of them are struggling with vodafone network.i am trying to come out of the network frustration by porting out such a pathetic experince. 1st time i called customer care they told its downtime which was not 2nd time 2nd agent cleared there was no downtime and told 1st agent lied.3rd time i was told to check handset settings and followed by 4th time.As i am a techie i know the protocols to follow like airplane mode/switch off phone/changing handest. After 4 calls and series of days they launched my compalint without informing me they closed it. After this again a complaint was launched which i am not aware what the status would be.

                      I converted my postpaid connection to a prepaid one on my number +91 [protected] on 6/09/2019. I have been trying to activate this sim for the past 2 days and I still haven't been able to activate it. Really pissed off about vodafone's customer service.

                        I have migrated from postpaid to prepaid in mumbai.. Now i am not able to activate my sim by calling 59059.
                        The only solution customer care and nearby vodafone gallery are able to provide is that i should go back to mumbai to activate my sim.. Mumbai gallery said i could activate my sim from anywhere. I haven't faced such hassle in jio or even airtel

                        I have wasted a lot of my time contacting customer services of Vodafone who keep saying I have to come back to Mumbai to do my tele verification. I was not made aware of that while buying the sim..now I just want my money back which I paid for the sim..and also please confirm that nothing else can be done from Vodafone's end...this is complete harrassment and I vow to never use Vodafone again..I am losing important calls everyday including my bank's OTPs

                        Really very disappointed with network service. It's took to much time to open any new page and if I go for downloading any apps or application or any thing's it's is wastage of time.Dear board members please look into it, if you want to become top network providing company.

                          Ported my jio number to vodafone and i came into roaming. Now when i call 59059 it comes that number is incorrect. I have tried customer care multiple times but they don't provide any solution.
                          I am in trouble as it is my primary number that is used in banking. Please suggest any solution.

                          I am neither able to find any vodafone store near to my home where i can get any help.

                              My vodaphone number number is [protected]. Name : priya srinivasan. I would like to get a resolution on my bill payment and connectivity issue at the earliest.

                              In the month of august i was traveling to us and took up an international package for 5999/-. When i landed in us the service did not work. My husband had promptly tried to contact your service centre and inform about the same. On landing up back in india i have tried to resolve the issue with regards to the charges with your customer service more than 3-4 times. The issue has been logged with them as well. They have been unable to waive my charges or assist me further in anyway in form of proactive communication. The service team has promised me immediate resolution via escalations but has not met their commitment. To my further agony my service has been disabled today. This morning i had called 199 and registered another issue nbr : [protected] - vodaphone (Pls refer).

                              After having visited a centre in bellandur bangalore 560103, i was given the above email address to take this up further. I would likely a higher authority to please look into this huge inconvenience caused to me. I will not be paying for the services that was not provided to me. Please resolve asap. Your poor services leaves me with no choice but to seek an alternate provider!!!

                                The mobile phone connection (Vodafone network) is given by dist. Authority (Govt. Of west bengal) & maximum reimbursable amount is rs.400/- per month. Unfortunately, i used to receive the bills with absurd amount with very few exceptions till august, 2018 and after my complaint over mobile to customer care, the amount reduced to 234.80/- from the very next month. Surprisingly i have received 11 bills for 11 different months of same amount rs. 553.42/-. Is it quite realistic? As a result of that i had to pay an additional amount of rs. 3074/-.
                                My average bill is around rs.235/-, but i used to receive the bills worth around rs.550/- for a long time before my objection over phone. I also like to mention that the actual claim amount should be much higher than the claimed amount rs.3074/- as i only claimed the amount exceeded rs.400/- per month which i had to pay.
                                I sent three successive letters to the vodafone authority to work out the purpose & this is unfortunate that no action has been taken from a reputed company like vodafone.

                                  Its been 3days now and still the SIM isnt activated. Always customer care says its activated but we are neither able to make calls neither able to receive calls on the same. We have been dealing with vodafone for past 13years but horrible service they are giving and not even resolving the issue.

                                    I have recharged with Rs. 49 through the vodafone app but the recharge was not successful though the money was taken and the same is reflected in the bank transaction statement. I have called the customer care and was ensured to be refunded but has not been reflected in my account.

                                      Saturdays night my old was deactivate due to port in vodafone, sunday morning I inserted new vodafone sim and try to call 59059 for tele verification but not able to call
                                      I called several time to customer care from my another no. but they also not able to help me out.
                                      I suffered whole day sunday to activate my vodafone sim.
                                      Customer care said me to visit vodafone store, I visited and found mostly Vodafone stores are closed due to sunday.
                                      Why company complete my porting process while next day is weekend.
                                      Due this behavior of vodafone I missed my important calls.
                                      It effected my important works/calles scheduled for weekend..

                                      Only and only Vodafone's poor service is completely responsible for that. Will Vodafone compensate for my inconvenience?

                                      I register this issue on 15 se 2109,

                                      It was related to active/completing my trleverification because I was not able to call on 59059, it should be takes care on immediate basis by you,
                                      But you are replying me after 5 days.
                                      Although it was resolved on 16 se 2019 morning automatically.
                                      So please tell me what you did to resolve that issue.
                                      Did a recharge of Rs 45 and access fee charged was Rs. 38.14 and GST of rs 6.86 so talktime was 0.
                                      Oh i regret already porting to Vodafone.. will have to port out soon.

                                        I am charged Rs 574 for calling some 51717 number. They claim this is some spl number.why would i call such number which i dnt even know exists. The number charged is [protected]. The case complaints were done by many ppl so i am expecting good response and refund of 574+applied taxes asap.
