I registered a complaint with vodafone mumbai on 19/08/2019 over phone (Details of complaint attached below). After complete inaction, i emailed them on 21/08/2019. Since then, nothing has been done regarding my constant emails and requests for updates, yelling multiple times over the phone because the vodafone team insisted on calling me 10-20 times everyday during working hours. I have received no updates from the vodafone gallery at goregaon (E), which the vodafone customer care had promised over 10 days ago. These are the new complaint reference numbers every time i receive when i question them asking for updates:
4-[protected]; 4-[protected]; 4-[protected]; 4-[protected]; 4-[protected]; 4-[protected]; 4-[protected]; 4-[protected]

I only receive calls everyday from a new vodafone representative asking me to reiterate all the details of my complaint and saying my number will be disconnected within 48 hours. This has been repeated every day for the last 7 days. My postpaid sim is still active and my prepaid sim hasn't been activated. I also am being asked to pay bills i shouldn't have to, even though the deactivation has been delayed through no fault of my own. I am forced to take legal action against vodafone mumbai for such inefficient, apathetic work and a team that is bent on harassing customers.

Over two weeks ago, around 2nd august 2019, i approached the vodafone gallery at goregaon (E), mumbai to convert my postpaid vodafone number to prepaid (+91 [protected]). I carried the necessary documents, paid the required amount to cover my postpaid bill as instructed by your customer service agent, filled out the form and paid the fee for the prepaid sim. I was assured that the process would be done in 4 to 5 days and that my postpaid sim will be deactivated after which i can insert my prepaid sim and use the phone. until now, despite several calls and attempts to find the status of the request, i have not received a single update.

    The complaint is about excess bill printed for [protected].
    I am have been requesting to share the accurate details of data usage in the bill april'19 for which you have printed bill [protected] for 17707/- and if you check past history of my bill i am using this number for many years and been paying bill before due date without outstanding or any delays.

    But i m unhappy the way you have disconnected outgoing calls in my number on 30th april without any prior informing which has caused tremendous inconvenience to me

    Sorry to say but i am unhappy the way your customer care executive keep calling continuously during office hours and putting pressure on me to pay bills also one of your customer care executive spoken to me in rude manner.

    I wanted my non utilised bill amt to be waiveoff and give actual utilised bill outstanding to pay it
    Recently i paid 1200/- bill amount.

    Thanks and hope to come with positive way settlement and mutually agreed

      Dear sir,
      I have been a pretty old vodafone customer. Currently i am having issues with my sim card. It's constantly showing "sim card registration failed". I tried to swap with other mobile, clean the sim, clean the slot etc but to no avail. I will appreciate if you can do something about it at your earliest. Your positive response will be much appreciated.

        Please donot never postpaid of idea/vodaphone celluler. There is mr surendra soni a totally robber person (Surender. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com). If your plan have any packegae they will charge you 4 time multiple with additional charge. So idea company lost and get merge to vodaphone and vodaphone doing same work with customerm. Please do not take any postpaid service from vodaphone/idea.

          My name is naval kishor, user of one mobile no [protected] which i got ported from vodafone to airtel. At the time of port, i paid my vodafone bills twice, and after port i got the confirmation from vodafone customer care that i will receive the refund in the form of cheque. But on the other hand, i have been receiving many calls and emails for payment of rs. 561.00. I explained on calls and shared the proofs of payment and explained that i have no amount due rather i will receive refund.
          Even after raising issue to customer care, i at last wrote to grievance department after receiving an email threatening me for legal actions. After email, i received an call and the vodafone executive, ekta, apologized and promised that i will not be receiving any calls or emails on the same. However, it is not yet stopped, i again received email on 27th aug regarding legal actions for not making payment of rs. 561.00.
          This is now getting unbearable. I don't how would they stop, so now i am finally writing to consumer forum to get solution over it.

          I have not been contacted by Vodafone, however i am still getting the emails for legal actions. This is so frustrating now.

            Dear sir/madam,
            All the time iam facing the same issue in vodafone network, barring service activating in my present number which i’m using from 4+ years (Titanium customer) if i didn’t pay that alternate number bill. Why you people are barring my current number for not paying another number? All the outstanding amount i cleared in my present number, but i can’t able to call or use net connection, i called to customer care to know the status of barring, they simply telling, some dues are pending thats y barring activated in ur number sir once you cleared automatically barring will be deactivated like that once i clear the payment also the same issues continue, again and again i called to know the status, that time they telling sir your using another number in your name know sir, in that number dues are not yet clear once payment done only this number barring will be deactivated. Iam really upset about your service, wrong information providing by all the side. Just pls be frank to say sir that you clear all the mobile bills in your name only we have to clear barring service like that. Worst... I never face this type of issue in any network. Now i cleared all the vodafone mobile number bills. I don’t know who will give you rights to block my number instead of another number payment. Thank u so much for your lovely service

              I am vodafone prepaid mobile user no [protected]. Since from last 15 days there is no signal in my mobile. I visited vodafone customer care center rajinder nagar industrial area 4 times and submitted all my connected documents. They promised me for signals and provide me new sim every time. But still there is no signal in my mobile. I tried vodafone customercare many times but they also did not solve my problem. I asked them for their service head to talk to me, but no response. Even appelite team promised me from 5 days to resolve this issue but still zero signal.

                As my money was looted from my mobile account in the name of some random game (Claimed that i internally activate it by customer care) which i can't able to find in my mobile. The customer care executive told me that it my fault to use smart phone, if i use smart phone same thing will be happens. They told me that when it get activated i will get a msg for deduction and validity and details, but when i asked that i didn't get one she replied you may have deleted it. How come i can delete it without receiving it. They have looted 80 rs from my account now i want to port from vodafone to other network i can't able to send port msg to 1900. I tried to send to 1900 instead it's going to 900 and got failed. No response from vodafone customer care... Nice keep it up

                  I am a vodafone customer having my mobile no. [protected]. I am facing a wrong amount of deduction by the company from my main balance while i am on international roaming on 08.08.2019 of rs. 200, on 11.08.2019 of rs. 100 and on 18.08.2019 of rs. 500. After when i am registering my complaints on the company portal they said they deducted the balance because i received a call in international roaming but on all the said date i didn't get any call on my no. So company making me a fool and when i am asking the details they are not provide any geniune reason for this deduction.

                  I want my money back. & assurance from the company that they will not do such miistake in future with me.

                    It's not even a month i have bought the number and facing so many problems. No network coverage anywhere wherever i go. No internet no calls nothing. I have complaint multiple times for this but no action has been taken so far. Kindly resolve the issue now it's really frustrating now. I am facing this issue everywhere and everytime. Nobody is responding regarding this complaint. Even i was given wrong information before buying a sim card. Everybody in your organization is misleading the client. Do look this matter as part and get the problem resolve.

                      I recharged of rs 199 and my accessfee cut is 168.64 and get is 30 rs then my balance is 1.50 why access fee is cut?
                      Vodafone your service is very slow compair to jio hence i canvert my vodafone sim int jio
                      At least jio not cut the access fee then why you cut it i post my complete beacause i recharged of rs 199 for by bussness work when i call you said balance is far low please reachage again

                        I sent the message on 3 August for the bill but till now I have not received the details of my Vodafone bill, nor have I received the mail on my mail and your service center people never give a correct answer and after that I have 23 august I had messaged the bill of 2 months on, to which no response has been received, please help me as soon as possible.

                          Hi,
                          I was a Vodafone Postpaid Customer and using service from more than a month. On 15th of Aug my sim card showed defected hence it is not in use from that day only and same has been informed to Vodafone by email. Asked them to deactivate the services as i am not using this sim and convert this into prepaid connection, I will pay my outstanding amount.
                          After a telephonic conversation by one of Customer care executive, She assisted me in written (Email) to visit any Vodafone store nearby you and pay outstanding amount 600 /- which was current bill of month of Aug then you can convert connection into prepaid.
                          As suggested by her i went to one of Vodafone Store placed in Sector 22 Gurgaon, They informed that you have to visit only main store placed in Ansal plaza (On email it was clearly mentioned that you can visit any vodafone store) When i went to Ansal Plaza and i asked them to close the connection and i do not want to use it any more. They said you have to pay outstanding 600/- and the bill generated till now 499/- and 7 days advance payment.
                          My bill cycle started from 23rd and i have to pay till 11th of next month i.e last day to pay.

                          I don't understand when my Sim was not in use after 15th of Aug and i have used this for 23rd to 15th of Aug then why i need to pay 600 /- for last month and 499 for next month and 7 days advance payment.
                          I was trying to convert it into Prepaid but sorry now i cant bear the loss for long even can't handle a rude behavior by the store executives.
                          Not expecting any solution from you guys as it 's being 15 days to raised a complain still you are making fool.

                            I recently recharged my mobile number with a 245 rs full talk-time recharge.
                            Few days into the recharge a couple of 'know your videos' and 'caller tune' value added services got activated without my initiation and the amount got deducted from my balance amount.
                            I noticed the message and de-activated the value added services which got de-activated within 30 mins.
                            However, the amount deducted from pre-paid balance is not refunded.

                            Please look into the matter and the appropriate re-reimbursement for the same immediately.

                              the customer care number 55666 is not functioning properly.

When i am trying to call that number after i hear the ivr when they tell me select option the phone is getting disconnected. Please get in touch with us and let me know the plans and procedure to change my plan.

                              Port message not sent from my vodafone number [protected]. When i contact the customer service representative they will says you wait some time after that your msg hs been sent. They will deduct my account balance when i call a toll free number when i contact the customer service representative they will says this is a tolled number so i want to port my number.

It really shows how irresponsible you guys are.                                   I've been a Vodafone user since 2012. I am travelling on an international trip, and activated the i-roaming pack (INR2695 for 4 days) today morning, since I'll have business calls to make.
                                  3 minutes into a call, my line cuts off due to low balance. I burnt through INR 250 rupees despite having a roaming pack which gives me 120 mins free per day. I recharged for INR1000 talktime because the call was important and I couldn't miss it. That got burnt through in ~12 mins.
                                  Getting through customer care for Vodafone is an absolute nightmare, and I've spent two-three hours on hold, and listening to Vodafone advertising itself as a caller tune. I finally managed to get through to them twice, and while both said a complaint has been raised and I'd get a confirmation sms, nothing happened. The website indicates there is no complaint raised for my number, and i never received any SMS.
                                  Pathetic, making customer support so horrible to navigate so that people would give up. After 7 years, actively thinking of shifting to a service that 1) does not defraud its customers through illegally charging for calls, and 2) does not treat customers like cattle

                                    But currently i have using this number only. I have another number vodafone
                                    [protected]. But i dont need to use that number. Because that sim was
                                    Recently changed to vodafone operator (Tata docomo to vodafone).
                                    Now i have some issues, regarding the [protected]. I need to
                                    Use this sim [protected] instead of [protected]. But without blocking
                                    The sim how can i divert all messages and phone calls
                                    Because i cannot divert to these calls because o[censored]r vodafone rules and regualtions (Only six month call transaction only divert calls).

                                    So please advice me

                                      I am a vodafone postpaid customer. Last month i upgrade my plan to 499 plan.
                                      That time i received a waiver of rs. 117 which they shown in current bill as adjusted but they also added rs. 263 + tax as adjustment charges.
                                      For same to ask i raised a complaint to vodafone support team using their chat room on 22nd of august 2019. On that complaint they replied that "issue will get resolved in 24 hrs". Which is won't happened, so i contact them again twice they said it will get resolved dont worry.

                                      Today on 28th august 2019, when i checked status of that complaint i found that without any solution they have marked that complaint closed.

                                      Is this a way vodafone work?
                                      If someone ask them to start new service they do it immediately because they are getting money, but if someone asked for wrongly charged money they won't bother it, they just neglect it.

                                      Shame on you guys, shame on saying world's leading telecom service provider.
