I am facing a lot of issues regarding the bill amount on [protected], [protected]. We have already paid the bill but still, we are notified regarding the bill amount every now and then. Also, the number [protected] is showing as inactive on the system of the customer care which is not being resolved till date. I strongly condemn on this and also there are a hell lot of issues which is being faced.

      I'm a vodafone customer (No. [protected]) and i'm facing problems;

      1) very bad network problems not able to make calls as i can't hear properly

      2) not getting internet

      3) no tower

      4) i'm not able to talk to customer care now as not able to hear

      5) when im able to talk they are not solving my network issues wen i called they said they will resolve my problem but no proper response because of this i will change vodafone services i want network issue to be solved

      Very bad services and very bad response before vodafone had good name that's why i bought vodafone sim i think i had made a mistake by seeing ur response now to customer

        I am receiving unwanted flash messages from vodafone on tambo a1800 which is a keypad phone and not a smartphone. I have browsed a lot of searches' results but everywhere it the solution via vodafone services is given for smartphones only. Every time the flash message appears and 3 rupees is deducted from my account. The vodafone customer service is also not cooperating with us. The customer service executive says that the subscriber has sent a lot of messages to a number which the executive cannot disclose to the subscriber. Even after visiting the vodafone local service centers, and doing all the text messages from the cellphone such as stop, can flash, etc to various numbers; the flash messages are not stopping. I require immediate resolution.

          Grievance details : calling number : [protected] mobile / landline number (In which the problem persist) : [protected] connection type : post paid complaint number : not provided activate plan :rs. 249/- rs 99 /- (Extra charged) issue : consume called her to lodge a complaint against the mentioned company as he stated here that he has the vodafone company's issue as he state here that he company activated the plan with out informing him and they charged a more then there plan and as consumer said that they didn't say to the company to change there plan and now company said that they said and they didn't have any proof of that.. And has consumer stated here that they didn't used the number for internet still they charged... Expected : wants proper solution as soon s possible wants refund back as soon as possible

            I have requested to close my vodafone postpaid number on 28th may 2019 next day i got call for confirmation stating it will be discontinued within 7 days. But after 10days they generated new bill for me and till the date my number is not closed. Even after raising multiple request and complaining about it they r generating bill and harassing me for payment which was generated after my closer request.
            I have send multiple mails, talked to multiple executives, went to store but still my request is not processed and they are harrassing me every day for payment.
            It is mistake from vodafone that the connection was not discontinued and thus bill was generated and now they are asking me to make payment for 2000 for that.

              When my pack, is valid till today why the renew pack has overwrite the existing pack due to this i get less one day validity

                मे Sumen Mondal ओर मेरा मोबाईल नंबर [protected] मे वोडाफोन का रेगुलर ग्राहक ओर मे जुलाई से वोडाफोन कस्टमर केअर कॉल कर के शिकायत किया, मेरा एक लोकेशन मे नेट नही चल रहै, वोडाफोन कस्टमर केअर से शिकायत दर्ज किया, 2 दिन के बाद मे वोडाफोन नेटवर्क टीम से कॉल आया और बताया 31.08.2019 को आपका नेटवर्क के प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हो जाए । फिर भी नही सॉल्व हुआ फिर कस्टमर केअर को कॉल किया 09.09.2019 को । कस्टमर केअर से बताया कि 08 से 10 दिन के अंदर आपका प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हो जाए गा फिर भी नही हुआ है

                सर 21.09.2019 को 14:07 बजे वोडाफोन कस्टमर केअर से[protected] इस नंबर से कॉल आया और बताया है, जो आपका नेट वर्क का प्रॉब्लम चल रहा था सॉल्व होगया है । फिर भी मेरा शाहबाज़, कमल पड़ा, अलीबाग, रायगड़, महाराष्ट्र, 402108 इस लोकेशन मे नेट नही चल रा है । ओर कोभी कोभी 5 मिनिट नेट चलता है फिर बंद होजाता है, सर हमारा प्रॉब्लम को सॉल्व कीजिये ।

                  Dear Sir/Mam,
                  My name is Nikhil residing in Kolkata, West Bengal. Big telecom companies are starting to charge for various value added services without the approval of the customers. A few days ago it happened on my sister's mobile number of Bharti Airtel Limited's airtel mobile number and today it has happened on my Vodafone number. On speaking to the consumer representative via the complaint number I was provided with a lie that I had activated it via an sms and they cant do anything about it. It is a blatant lie because at present I am actively using another post paid number. These kind of irregular deductions are becoming a dangerous habit of these telecom companies. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                    I am Customer of Vodafone Since 8yrs. Till date I Never raised any Complaint nor Had an issue with Vodafone expect Coverage Problem which I frequently face due to that I am using Alternate Airtel Number.

                    This Number [protected] is my Business Number and Personnel Number as well.

                    Recently I travelled To Malaysia and Singapore on 21st Aug to 29th Aug 2019 and Activated Roaming.
                    I didn't answer Incoming calls and Use to Cut the Call. But its I am not aware or no one educated me or atleast when International roaming activated they never told me that If you Cut the Incoming Call they will bill be Rs.70/-
                    Even Customer Service are not aware that they arguing with me if we cut the call why will Vodafone billed.

                    Vodafone closed many Customer Service stores across Hyderabad which I really faced Problem finding it.

                    When I called Customer Care they say Go to Store. Three days I searched for stores. I went to Himayathnagar its closed. Next day went to Punjagutta Nagarjunag circle its close. Third day I went to SP road its also closed. Day4 went to SR Nagar then its Open but Lady is Vary Rude and I spoke to her just for 2min she is not even ready to explain WHY or its it written anywhere if CUT the call it will be billed.

                    Now its been 15days I lost my Business due to No Outgoing for my Phone I missing many calls its embarrassing and also feeling shameful.

                    NO ONE KNOWS IF WE CUT THE CALL IT WILL BE BILLED TILL NOW .

                    Please Resolve My Problem On Prioirty basis.

                    Now I got bill of Rs.8, 000/- approximate and My Outgoing also barred. TO check my Billing Details I have to face lot of Issues.

                      This is to bring your attention that i use vodafone prepaid connection since 12years.in our area the network coverage is sufficient. It always shows 4g volte and full signal.
                      While playing other network services it is working fine, my average network speed is always shown 500-600kbps.
                      But when comes to the vodafone play app it seems disgusting.
                      The vodafone play app is continuously buffering all the time. Whereas the other video streaming services is working fine.
                      So please look into the matter seriously.

                        Vodafone doesnt work in my area and they are not resolving the issue. Numerous complaints on email but no reply. When i call, they keep On hold and say it will be done but no response happens. This has been going down since past month.
                        Once I went to Delhi and network came so I tried sending SMS for porting but it failed. Normal sms went but porting one didn't. They have blocked porting code. Not replying to emails or calls. Zero network since 3 months stil paying full bill but no network.

                          Last month the balance in my vodafone number account was 145 rs. After 23rd aug they deduct 24 rs to increase my validity and i got the masage about that but when yesterday i checked my balance i was shocked, my balance was only 70rs instead of 121 rs.

                          Now when i called to customer care they said i have subscribe some link which i don't know and they deduct those charges. I did not get any message for that and when i said i want my money back they reply that they will not return any money. This is a fraud. Help me what should i do?

                            I have recharged of Rs.499 on dated 12th Aug, 2019 in Vodafone number thru Freecharge mobile app but still I haven't received recharge benefit or any confirmation massage. I have contacted freecharge they said recharge was successful but still I haven't received. then i have contacted vodafone they said recharge is not show. I ask refund to vodafone & freecharge for unsuccessful recharge but they both are not ready to pay. Recharge amount is debited from my account same i have share all the details like statements, screenshot to vodafone & Freecharge but they both are blame eachother.
                            Please do needful in this case.

                            I have received one time call but due to some reason i didn't pick up the phone.

                            I also contacted to bank for any refund amount is pending to credit but they said no any amount to show for credit.

                              Vodafone again deducted 28 rs from my vodafone balance on 16th mobile no [protected] whose message i received on 18th sept and rs 24 also on 3rd without my knowledge of any service activation. I saw the msg today on my mobile. Earlier also i had same experience from their side. I have not activated any such service from my side and now their customer care executives not ready to listen me. Do we recharge our balance for these chutiya. Plz help.

                                Vodafone again deducted 28 rs from my vodafone balance on 16th whose message I received on 29th Sept and rs 24 also on 3rd without my knowledge of any service activation.i saw the msg today on my mobile.earlier also I had same experience from their side.i have not activated any such service from my side and now their customer care executives not ready to listen me.do we recharge our balance for these chutiya.plz help.

                                  Myself vodafone customer, contact no. [protected] and i had done a recharge of rs.45 via my google pay app for the above mentioned number and in return i got this msg from vodafone :

                                  "rchrg of mrp rs 45 on 18/09/19 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs 0, gst rs 6.86, accessfee rs 38.14, new bal rs 40.72. Transid onr[protected]. Congratulations! You are now eligible for extra rewards on your recharge! Dial *999# or click bit. Ly/voda_mer within 72hours of recharge to claim reward."

                                  Now can anyone please explain me that even after deducting gst of rs.6.86, why was additional amount of rs.38.14 was deducted under the subtitle of "access fee" and is it fair that i got just rs.0. As talktime for the recharge of rs.45 which was full talktime offer? Is this the quality of service vodafone is planning to give to its customers by looting them in this manner..?? Requesting vodafone team to please look into this matter and sort out the same, if vodafone team thinks its right for doing so then requesting the team to please justify the same if such access fee details if its mentioned in telecommunication laws and articles.. Requesting vodafone team to please share the details with public for the same

                                    Most pathetic service I have ever seen. I lost my number [protected]. I have visited 5 times vodafone store at China Link Building Daigonally opp. Goregoan Sports Club, off, New Link Rd, Ekta Nagar, Malad West, Mumbai but they are not concerned about the activation of my SIM as it is a Delhi number. Every time they ask me to wait unnecessarily and still the SIM they gave me is not activated. I have called customer care atleast 10 times but they activated someone else SIM at my number. So today I left the SIM in the store itself and they are not concerned at all. Never using a Vodafone number ever again. My current number is [protected]

                                      It’s not the first time i face this problem! They activate some or other pack and deduct the balance on my prepaid number and having to call the customer care to complaint and get the refund. They give some random reason that i had clicked on ad on 3rd party website etc. Which i never did. They fail to understand and the executives are rude in their stands that it is activated only by my consent.
                                      One that i remember was english seeko pack that was recently activated.

                                      Today it was a caller tune and 66 rs was deducted. Having called up they say the same reason. I haven’t opened my browser at all and had left the phone on charge.

                                      I have now again been fooled by adding some English seeko pack without my request and 21 rs has been deducted ! This is very annoying and it’s the third time it’s happening to my number ! Can this be looked at on priority or else I’ll port my number out of Vodafone.

                                      V did not opt for any of the VAS services .
                                      Even though v r charged for it. V request u to plz deactivated the services, and deduct the amount charged for it, as v did not active it nore used it.
                                      V r ur customer since 10 years.
                                      V hope u will clear our issues.
