activating packs / caller tunes without consent

It’s not the first time i face this problem! They activate some or other pack and deduct the balance on my prepaid number and having to call the customer care to complaint and get the refund. They give some random reason that i had clicked on ad on 3rd party website etc. Which i never did. They fail to understand and the executives are rude in their stands that it is activated only by my consent.

I am acustoer of vdafone data card service. Data card no is [protected]
Value added service of rs. 99 has been charged in last two months bill (Bill nos are 12iwb[protected] & 12iwb[protected]).
After complaint to vodafone rs.99 has been waived against bill no.12 iwb[protected]. But amount charged for another bill no was not waived as confirmed by vodafone customer mail.
Please note that i am not using data card since more...

Right now many of them are struggling with vodafone network.i am trying to come out of the network frustration by porting out such a pathetic experince. 1st time i called customer care they told its downtime which was not 2nd time 2nd agent cleared there was no downtime and told 1st agent lied.3rd time i was told to check handset settings and followed by 4th time.As i am a techie i know the protocols to follow like airplane mode/switch off...

sim activation in roaming

I have migrated from postpaid to prepaid in mumbai.. Now i am not able to activate my sim by calling 59059.
The only solution customer care and nearby vodafone gallery are able to provide is that i should go back to mumbai to activate my sim.. Mumbai gallery said i could activate my sim from anywhere. I haven't faced such hassle in jio or even airtel...

tele verification of ported sim card

Ported my jio number to vodafone and i came into roaming. Now when i call 59059 it comes that number is incorrect. I have tried customer care multiple times but they don't provide any solution.
I am in trouble as it is my primary number that is used in banking. Please suggest any solution.

I am neither able to find any vodafone store near to my home where i can get any help....

extravagant bill amount

The mobile phone connection (Vodafone network) is given by dist. Authority (Govt. Of west bengal) & maximum reimbursable amount is rs.400/- per month. Unfortunately, i used to receive the bills with absurd amount with very few exceptions till august, 2018 and after my complaint over mobile to customer care, the amount reduced to 234.80/- from the very next month. Surprisingly i have received 11 bills for 11 different months of same amount...

Its been 3days now and still the SIM isnt activated. Always customer care says its activated but we are neither able to make calls neither able to receive calls on the same. We have been dealing with vodafone for past 13years but horrible service they are giving and not even resolving the issue....

recharge not successful, money deducted.

not able to call 59059 for televerification

Saturdays night my old was deactivate due to port in vodafone, sunday morning I inserted new vodafone sim and try to call 59059 for tele verification but not able to call
I called several time to customer care from my another no. but they also not able to help me out.
I suffered whole day sunday to activate my vodafone sim.
Customer care said me to visit vodafone store, I visited and found mostly Vodafone stores are closed...

extra charges in bill

I am charged Rs 574 for calling some 51717 number. They claim this is some spl number.why would i call such number which i dnt even know exists. The number charged is [protected]. The case complaints were done by many ppl so i am expecting good response and refund of 574+applied taxes asap....

complaining about unable to send messages to any number

unfair deduction

Everytime whenever my balance is more than 50, they deduct it and even they don't inform us
There is no msg no, no notification of deduction. When i call them they said it will not gonna happen again and refund my amount
But this time they deducted my 100rs and saying it won't be refunded. How am i gonna know that my balance got deducted, if they will not inform me. They don't send a msg or not even any notification.br...

vodafone postpaid billing

I have been billed for 200 rs of vas service charges, while i have never used any such service. This is just pure cheating for additional income.
And i had reported network issue multiple times in last 1 year but there is no solution given, instead they have started cheating through additional billing. This is really pathetic awrvoce, fedup of such service now and seriously thinking to port out.

outgoing call not connect

From my phone (Samsung s6edge) out going call not connected (Vodaphone sim number [protected]). I complain in vodaphone by call in 198. And my complain number is [protected] 05/09/2019. After complaining they told me ur complain should be resloved befoe 11/09/2019. But till date my complain is same no action taken by vodaphone. They closed my complain without my confirmation.....
