Dear concern,

My self ashok kumar singh, my vodafone number is [protected]. Re 1 store pack has been activated and 3 rupees deducted from my balance. This all is done without my consent. I have never requested for this pack and never received any call regarding this pack.
Look into this matter and take legal action.

Earlier I have filled a complaint against un authorized pack activation and money deduction, but you haven't take any action.
Please take legal action.if you are unable to take action, inform me. I will try another platform like DOT.

      I have activated family plan and applied for adding on two more postpaid numbers last month. However i didnt get them in my family plan instead separate bills have received on both numbers with default vodafone red plan activated on both of them (399 each) without my prior consent. I was told at the time of adding on request that i will have vodafone red together plan under which primary number will have 399 per month while the rest will have 199 per month but as i have mentioned earlier my request has not been fulfilled due to uncertain reasons. Due to this i have to bear extra amount and still plan is not activated in spite of my repeating calls to customer call center since last week and several personal visits to vodafone center (I have been told about technical glitch due to vodafone-idea merger which shouldn't be my concern being a loyal customer paying regular bills).

        All the document required for claim has been shared as required by the company.
        My one plus 6t mobile was purchased from amazon which is the only seller in india for one plus and provided the pfd invoice as provided by amazon which does not show imei in which no fault is of mine and above that imei is confirmed through he screen mode and same imei was retreived while registering for insurance secondly invoice says original for recipient as it is not a tax invoice and phone was ordered from my wife shivangi as a gift on my birthday and we are recently married so that any documented proof apart from wedding invitation card which i shared with the team along with her pan and adhar which actully is not required at all logically because at time of registering same phone is used with sim of vodafone to register for insurance.
        Please get the needful done so that claim the appropriate amount as per process.

          Dear sir,
          I am a prepaid customer with cell no [protected].
          Recently from the last 4 days i am not getting calls. (Incoming calls not getting). Out going calls working..
          I had been to your gallery in s v road in goregaon west and complainted about this. The agent told me that she has registered the complaint and a email has been sent for rectifying this. She said within 24 hours my complaint will be addressed,.
          But more than 48 houres still there is no response and my phone still is not receiving incoming calls.
          I tried contacting your customer service 3 or 4 time and i was told
          1. Remove the sim and replace.
          2. Go to settings and put the network operator as vodofone.
          Nothing has resulted in solving my problem.

          Please advise me as what to do?

            Hi
            My prepaid sim cards are not activated because am unable to call 59059 for tele verification! After numerous attempts calling customer care and visiting the shop they tell me that this call has to be made only from the home base in karnataka sheet i purchased the sim. I now stay in chennai and have no plans to visit there!
            What can i do? I have the same problem with my wife’s sim card too,

              Greetings!

              Since I am unable to get a helpful response from Vodafone IN, I am turning to you as a last resort. This complaint is for regarding my mobile number [protected], which I have this premium purchased in 2013 by paying huge amount and its current market value is around one lakh rupees. In and around August 2018, I have done MNP of my mobile no: [protected] to Vodafone India (Mumbai) from Airtel (Mumbai) as I was facing some network issues in my area.

              The outgoing and incoming calls have been restricted on my number [protected] by Vodafone without any notice. In and around June 2019, I was unable to recharge above mobile number via Paytm. I tried several times but failed. Then I visited Vodafone Store - Mahavir Nagar, Mumbai – 400067, there I share my experiences with the one of the Vodafone executives and he told me that he has raised the complaint to the technical team and your number will be activated in next 48hrs.

              Since then, I have confronted them on several occasions through calls and my personal visits to the Vodafone store, but my requests have been ignored. When I ask their customer service team over a call to enforce and expedite my case, they say they will, but they do nothing.

              The outgoing and incoming calls have been restricted on my mobile number till date which I am using since 6 years.

              On one occasions, Vodafone customer service team has shared the email address of their higher authorities and asked me to write them. On 8th August 2019, I have written an email to Appellate.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com but to my shock, they replied to my email and informed me that they have permanently de-activated my mobile number [protected] without any prior intimation and also asked me to pay Rs. 1, 00, 000/- (One Lakh only) to activate the service on my number. How can I pay Rs. 1, 00, 000/- for my own number. This is a loot from these corporate goons.

              I have again mailed them asking why they de-activated my number without any noticebut to utter dismay they never replied to my last email till date.

              I write you in the hope that you can persuade and ask Vodafone India Customer Support Team to honor all the terms of its terms and condition. On numerous occasions I have tried to discuss the situation with the Vodafone customer support team through calls and personal visits, but they are unwilling to cooperate. In short, I cannot solve the problem myself, and I want to avoid hiring a lawyer unless it becomes absolutely necessary.

              I can enclosing the copy of the email from Vodafone Appellate Team to this mail proving that Vodafone Customer Support team has violated their terms and condition on several occasions and started unfair trade practices by charging Rs 1, 00, 000/- to activate my mobile number which they de-activated without any prior intimation. Unfortunately, this regrettable performance reflects poorly on their entire corporation but they doesn’t care for anything. I request your assistance in resolving this problem. If I can supply any other information, please call me at +91-[protected]; +91-[protected]

              I trust you and your organization will look into this matter and see that proper action is taken to uphold the law and preserve the beauty of your organization. I will gladly do what I can to be of assistance.

                But they send me bill with the mail that i used 20GB per month and also 25 GB extra and for extra usage of 25GB they are charging 500 extra of my bill.

                I checked in my phone that data usage of month it is 19 GB. And i asked them to provide me per day data of month.

                Could you please provide me the daily data usage records for this month so that i can cross check with my phone details. Because i have checked the same in my phone setting and the value have big differences. I get free 20 Gb data and as per your record i have used extra 25 data.
                Please provide me per day data usage. I will cross check this and then i will pay my bill.
                If I didn’t get your any kind of response from your service i will contact consumer forum with the records i have.

                  In Oct 2018, I had ported from Vodafone to Airtel after clearing all my pending dues. Vodafone had confirmed that the pending dues from my end are 0 before porting went through (which must be recorded in Vodafone conversation records). In Nov 2018, I received a mail from saying a pending due of Rs 353 is there which I need to pay. I replied on the very same day that I had cleared all dues, so to verify the same and provide me with the bill of Rs 353 if I need to pay in case of any confusion. I did not get any reply on the same.
                  After 11 months today, 3rd Sept 2019, I again receive a mail from Vodafone as a Legal Notice saying that I have ignored any mails from Vodafone and asking me to pay 353. There is no bill attached for the same.
                  1. I had replied back to Vodafone in November 2018 itself, after which I got no mail from Vodafone. Now it is making false claims that I have ignored their earlier mails.
                  2. I do not have problem in paying, but my monthly plan was for Rs 299 and with tax it came around Rs 350. I had cleared all my dues and only then Vodafone had confirmed my number can be ported to Airtel. I tried calling Vodafone and I was told I used the vodafone network for 5-7 days while porting request was going through. I have asked for details bill as to how I have been charged for 5-7 days the same amount as my monthly bill. To this, Mr. Himansu Das from Vodafone very rudely replied how will he know I should go to vodafone store and check. It is very inconvenient for me to go to Vodafone store to check 1 year old records. I asked Mr. Himansu to please send the bill on mail or my address but he was very rude and started shouting that my Airtel network will be disconnected.
                  3. After this I called Airtel customer care, they confirmed my pending dues during time of portability was 0 and I should ask for detailed bill since there are a lot of online scams ongoing.

                  I don't understand why I should pay without detailed bill. I want to know why and how I was charged the monthly bill amount of Rs 353 for 5 days o[censored]sage as claimed by Vodafone. Vodafone is threatening me with legal notice and making false claims that I have ignored all their previous mails when I have clearly reached out for verification on their last mail. Vodafone had not replied to me with the detailed bill 11 months ago.

                      My number is - [protected] and i raised a request with vodafone to activate my international roaming plan on 19 may 2019, i talked to vodafone customer care. They said it will be activated in 24 hrs, i reached the usa and the phone is not active. I contacted again through 18 twitter messages, numerous mail, and hours and hours spent with customer care, every time they kept telling me that it will be activated, turn on your phone and turn it off, take out sim, tick this option, uncheck that option, select that option and made me check every option possible for 20 days.in a different country without a phone, which is linked to all my banking services, personal services, vodafone kept torturing me for 20 days.in the meanwhile, i was told to select all options on app and website possible because nobody had the decency to fix it. I was told to turn international plan option multiple times during this period and when the number got activated after all this, i was levied 2000 rupees extra because there was this option which was ticked one day during these 20 days of experiments. I immediately got it turned off by talking to customer care (Within 2-3 minutes) but apparently that was my fault and i was supposed to pay. I clarified this to customer care again and again but everybody is talking like a recorded tape and no body is ready to take the responsibility. Even the case numbers that they shared with me were fake because when i asked other customer care to check my case number, i was told that the case number doesn't exist. Today after a month of my last conversation with vodafone, my wife gets a call from an advocate saying that the amount is due, which i do not have a single record that there was a reminder to me regarding resolution of the complaints i raised. This is absolutely unfaithful, deceitful, treacherous behavior and vodafone should take responsibility. After 8 years o[censored]sing vodafone services, i am the most hurt customer they could have gotten. Shame vodafone!! Does vodafone has some dignity left to right this wrong?

                        This problem seems to be a common one that consumers have posted over the years!
                        I ported my karnataka circle prepaid airtel sim to vodafone. Then i keep getting sms that i need to call 59059 to activate it but the call goes invalid! I got this done in a bangalore vodafone store and now i'm in mumbai. Customer care and mumbai store personnel are asking me to go and check with the store where i did the port! They won't check the issue themselves but expect customer to go back to the store in a different city for no fault of mine. It's been 15 days and no resolution.

                          I'm a Vodafone customer having no.- +91 [protected] was travelling to Dubai and Oman so got a IR Pack activated of Rs.2695/- with 4 days validity on[protected]. My no. was working fine in Dubai and then I had a flight to Oman on night of 1st Sept'19. On reaching Oman my phone shows no signal. And being in a Foreign country at night its very difficult without phone so I called the customer care no. that time only at 12:54 AM IST and asked for their help They got me registered with a complaint. I asked them Please can you have this on Priority basis they told me sir it would be done soon. But because of not working whole night I called again on Vodafone support today i.e. 02-09-19 morning then they told me that it would be done between 10 AM - 6 PM since I was having my lots of works to do I can only wait. I waited till 6 PM but didn't get any response from them which they promised to communicate through Phone no. or via Mail on calling again they asked to wait for 4 hrs more and it will be sorted out. I asked them to transfer my call to a Senior Executive they told me that I would get a call back within half-a-hour (i.e.08:10 PM[protected] but till now No response.
                          This is the sheer negligence of Vodafone towards their Customer that on continuos request no steps being taken and going cool with it.
                          I am highly disappointed with your Response.
                          And being a user it's a very expensive plan for me of Rs.2695/- having validity of 4 Days only and on getting it seeing it not working could get angry/disappoint anyone.

                            I am vodafone demo holder and my demo app has been misused
                            as my app is being used by someone else in other area and various recharges have been done from it. I was unaware of this since today

                            i received message of recharge done from my mobile app.
                            So after enquiring a lot i was shocked to know that recharge is done from my app amount cut from my balance but i didnt do the recharge.

                            So please help me as i dont know since when this is going on. What can i do about it ??

                            will i receive recharge amount back???? and as so how???

                              This is 5th time i am reaching to you people for unavailability of network (Voice, data) at b 107 sector 41 noida. I have prepaid and post paid both connections but i am not getting network to either of them

                              Previously i called a month back at customer care for the same and told me that the issue will be resolved soon. But i am facing the issue from last 3 months. And today i called at customer care and ask them to transfer the call to senior, she kept me on hold for 10 mins and hold off the call.

                              Such a terrific services of voda have made customers to switch to other telecom services. I have dropped you mail as well but no response from them also.

                              I want to shift from vodafone postpaid to prepaid coz i dont use it more and it is waste of money for me my num is [protected] and email is [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I have been customer of vodafone postpaid service since last 6.5 years. I repeatedly complained about poor network problem in my residential area.

                                  Vodafone customer care always notes my complaints and forward to network team. However still there is no action taken to resolve this issue.

                                  As per your complaints procedure all the complaints are automatically closed after 7 days after complaints received. Such type of response is considered as non-scientific and non - professional.

                                  Customer care and network team are unable to resolve the poor network issue in my residential place.

                                  They don’t even provide time limit to resolve poor network issue as they consider it is confidential information.

                                    Hi. So basically i bought a prepaid sim in delhi but live in haryana. After reaching haryana, i can't call 59095. It keeps saying that "aapke number pe ye suvidha uplabd nahi hai". Like what non sense is this? I get it that since it is a delhi number it needs to be activated in delhi circle but the vodafone store where i bought this sim from did not tell me of any such thing. He obviously very well knew i was from haryana. And now i'm stuck with this unactivateable sim and can't figure a way out. I am not going to delhi any time soon and definitely won't just to activate a phone number. Kindly find me a solution.

                                      I my vodafone sim has been gone through no network coverage since 8th aug 19. It always shows 'emergency calls only'. I inform customer care and visited shop several times but no result. I already recharged their 84 days unlimited pack, but i can't use them. I am in very much difficulty with this situation. They couldn't take me seriously.

                                        I registered a complaint with vodafone mumbai on 19/08/2019 over phone (Details of complaint attached below). After complete inaction, i emailed them on 21/08/2019. Since then, nothing has been done regarding my constant emails and requests for updates, yelling multiple times over the phone because the vodafone team insisted on calling me 10-20 times everyday during working hours. I have received no updates from the vodafone gallery at goregaon (E), which the vodafone customer care had promised over 10 days ago. These are the new complaint reference numbers every time i receive when i question them asking for updates:

                                        I only receive calls everyday from a new vodafone representative asking me to reiterate all the details of my complaint and saying my number will be disconnected within 48 hours. This has been repeated every day for the last 7 days. My postpaid sim is still active and my prepaid sim hasn't been activated. I also am being asked to pay bills i shouldn't have to, even though the deactivation has been delayed through no fault of my own. I am forced to take legal action against vodafone mumbai for such inefficient, apathetic work and a team that is bent on harassing customers.

                                        Over two weeks ago, around 2nd august 2019, i approached the vodafone gallery at goregaon (E), mumbai to convert my postpaid vodafone number to prepaid (+91 [protected]). I carried the necessary documents, paid the required amount to cover my postpaid bill as instructed by your customer service agent, filled out the form and paid the fee for the prepaid sim. I was assured that the process would be done in 4 to 5 days and that my postpaid sim will be deactivated after which i can insert my prepaid sim and use the phone. until now, despite several calls and attempts to find the status of the request, i have not received a single update.
