I was a Vodafone Postpaid Customer and using service from more than a month. On 15th of Aug my sim card showed defected hence it is not in use from that day only and same has been informed to Vodafone by email. Asked them to deactivate the services as i am not using this sim and convert this into prepaid connection, I will pay my outstanding amount.

I recently recharged my mobile number with a 245 rs full talk-time recharge.
Few days into the recharge a couple of 'know your videos' and 'caller tune' value added services got activated without my initiation and the amount got deducted from my balance amount.
I noticed the message and de-activated the value added services which got de-activated within 30 mins.
However, the amount deducted from pre-paid balance is not...

I want to change my corporate postpaid plan for this number when i am calling 199 getting a msg to call 55666 for corporate number. When i am trying to call that number after i hear the ivr when they tell me select option the phone is getting disconnected. Please get in touch with us and let me know the plans and procedure to change my plan.
Please provide a alternate number to get in touch....

Port message not sent from my vodafone number [protected]. When i contact the customer service representative they will says you wait some time after that your msg hs been sent. They will deduct my account balance when i call a toll free number when i contact the customer service representative they will says this is a tolled number so i want to port my number....

I've been a Vodafone user since 2012. I am travelling on an international trip, and activated the i-roaming pack (INR2695 for 4 days) today morning, since I'll have business calls to make.
3 minutes into a call, my line cuts off due to low balance. I burnt through INR 250 rupees despite having a roaming pack which gives me 120 mins free per day. I recharged for INR1000 talktime because the call was important and I couldn't miss it....

I am a vodafone postpaid customer. Last month i upgrade my plan to 499 plan.
That time i received a waiver of rs. 117 which they shown in current bill as adjusted but they also added rs. 263 + tax as adjustment charges.
For same to ask i raised a complaint to vodafone support team using their chat room on 22nd of august 2019. On that complaint they replied that "issue will get resolved in 24 hrs". Which is won't happened, so...

The network of vodafone is just pathetic in chandigarh manimajra it park area.
I am not able to receive or placed any call from my office it is just like hell. That in office i am not able to talk to anyone on my phone it just shows no service all the time and network bar is 0. With reference to the above subject, the above number was prepaid.My Brother stopped using that card for some time.now after some time he approached your vodafone gallery in Mumbra to activate this card.

The executive on work told him that you have to first activate this card as postpaid and after 35 days this card will convert in prepaid.He paid Rs.500 to that executive because he dont know the process.

Sir my problem is below i mention
1) 28 july 19 i have subscribe amazon prime member rs 499₹ for 1yrs under scheme of youth vodafone & the same time i was having subscribe for one month amazon prime due to this 499 plan was denyed to activated for your side & it's was told money will refund with in 2 day but still i didn't received amount,
2) again i tried youth plan on 30 july 19 due to congection in network payment completed...

Dear sir/mam-
Recently, i recharged my mobile number [protected] with a pack of rs 30 just to resume the calling services on my phone which were barred. I got a talk time of rs 39 and a validity of 28 days. Few minutes later, i got a message on my phone stating that "sports pack has been activated and rs 35 has been deducted from your account". I distinctly remember that i did not activated any vas for my number.

An amount of INR 21 was deducted from my Vodafone no. [protected] on August 22, 2019 for a value added service which was not activated by me. The customer care executive didn't resolve my problem. I would like a refund of the deducted amount and discontinuation of any VAS still active on the no. and also any further unecessary activation should be prevented....
