I got my sim converted to 4g on 4 oct 2019. This is a corporate number and active since almost 5-6 years now. The executive at the vodafone store told me it will be active within max 2 hours. It has been 24 hours now and after almost 8-9 calls to customer care team my sim is not working. As this number is connected to all my communication and banking i am not able to call anyone nor use my banking service for payment. Even now the team is asking me to wait till evening. What nonsense is there? It is like a mental frustration and loss for me since this is also my official number.

    This to bring to your notice that my mother use vodafoneidea [protected] she only use conventional old model non smart phone to receive and make calls only.
    The vodaidea team is putting gprs services without her knowladge and making deduction every day week or months.

    When she asked me to check i found so many sms of service activation and gprs deductions on her phone.

    Please i request you to not to activate any services from sales team and please refund all unnecessary deductions amounts for gprs and hello tunes services.

    Rs.10 charged for opting dialer tone service on dated[protected].
    Charges are correct hence, waiver is not possible
    If you want stop data services against deduction to avoid data charges call 1925 ivr (Toll-free) and select option 1 to activate to data consent.
    Sms "start" to 1925 (Toll-free) to start data concent.

    Dear siddhant,

    As you said there is only 10 charges for dialer tone can you please let me know which dialer tone is opted by my mother please call the number and listen to your self i had never heard any dialer tone whiile calling my mother no ([protected]).

    Further more most of the time the number has issue of incoming and outgoing even now i am unable to call there is no incoming and outgoing its says the number invalid even though it has validity up to 11 oct.

      I shifted from jio to vodafone via mnp and moved out of my home network.
      Now while i was in roaming i received network signal on my new sim.
      I tried calling the vodafone tele verification number 59059 but am getting a response like "the number you have entered is incorrect".
      I tried contacting vodafone customer support at 198 but they are saying that they can't do anything about that.

        Please provide me the reason of deactivating my sim card.
        Which is done with out my knowledge and permission.

        I need to know the reason first of all and secondly reactivate my sim which is in running state.

        My vodafone sim was on running condition at got to know that the same was deactivated from your side. Kindly reactivate the same or provide me the solution for the same as it is a pre paid connection and i want the same in same service. How can service provider cut the connection without any information to the customer.

          I have same complaint as other consumers has. Fraud company.

          Different order but different delivery. Completely bogus people.

          Ordered 2 shirts on 26th sep'19. Got confirmation from ecottoncountry. Got update on 28th sep;19 from bookmywatches about cod shipment [protected]. Paid inr998 on cod. Saw a small parcel with altogether different shirts of road side low quality.
          Have sent 3 complaints on their id - care. [protected]@gmail.com. But mails are till date answered.

            I am Kamini Mehta, using Vodafone network since 8-9 years and this time I am very disappointed by Vodafone service from 2 months Vodafone start unwanted service on my number and deduct my balance, this time again they deduct my balance and inform me today by SMS, when I call them for return my balance, they denied. They deduct 21 rupees from my balace.

              I have requested multiple times to change my bill cycle from 3rd of every month to 10th but the customer care is of no help. They told me they cant do it for corporate numbers and and asked me to drop a mail, which i did. But there has been no response. Please help. It has been more than a month.

                I dose my payment last time. Which was my payment. He had to do 1500. Accidentally increased to 15000. My first complaint was 01-sep-2019 03:50:42 pm. And my complaint id was no. C004-[protected]. And than. L have complane15 to 20 times. But no response from your team yet. I went to your vodafone store too. Gave a complan number and said that the money will be returned within 15 days. To confirm i call 198. Your successor has said that. Your complaint is over because of technical error. That it has been 1 month but i have not found a solution yet, i want a solution as soon as possible. I have been with vodafone for 8 years, i did not think

                  I’m in dubai, so i wanted to raise request thro mail to migrate postpaid number [protected] to prepaid. My brother approached vodafone store, tirunelveli. They shared mail id chithra. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com, no action taken, again my cousin went to store they gave another mail id vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com. Sent the request no action taken, to called to cc. Now one more mail id given corporate. [protected]@vodafoneide.com. I sent mail and bounced back, again called cc, now shared corporatecare. [protected]@vodafonidea.com., this one also bounced back, again called, now cc representative was updating me u can’t raise migration through mail. And i raised the complaint as i was given wrong information for these many times and days/months. Representative shared the ticket no [protected]. But no mails regarding complaints received yet. The main reason to convert to postpaid is as there is no network inside home, this was also complained many times. No action taken. Many years im customer of vodafone with prepaid of mine and postpaid of my parents and family, this consequence lead to disconnect other connections as well. I[censored] really serious about this complaint, i can share the numbers which i want to disconnect if i proper response. It is upto you to retain the customer,

                      Dear team,

                      In my vodafone number automatically deduct 66 rupees for caller tune. I'm already raised one complaint for the same. Vodafone customer executive told that we deactivate the caller tune and the amount will be refunded with 24 hours. Currently cross the time period of 24 hours, but i did not get any update and refund from vodafone side. More time i'm trying to connect with vodafone customer care but call is not connected. Please check the issue and do the needful.

                        I am not having good network of vodafone and even after fast internet recharge, i am facing slowness in internet speed.

                        I want to port my number from vodafone network to other.

                        Vodafone is not allowing to send the port message to 1900 and i am getting error for message sent failed.

                        This is not appropriate and very unprofessional if vodafone is having this attitude.

                              I have Activated i Roam Free 599 plan on my Number and used it to call india twice in a month and it should be charged @ 1198 Rs . But they send me a bill of around 5990+ monthly rental and Taxes saying i have used Internet Which i have not and gave all the Proofs and i mail Corporatecare.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com asking for clarification on below Questions

                              1. How can my Mobile Connect to Internet after I disabled the APN settings and Data Roaming ?
                              2. How is That possible to just only Consume 1 MB of Data every time as per your Bill?
                              3. The Timings of The Data usage as per the Bill for Example

                              They Dont reply to Below and Beat arounf the Bush saying their biilling is Accurate . I am fed up with This . Attaching all the required Images Below

                              I gave them all the Proofs showing my Settings in Phone that dont allow to connect to Internet and aslo the Data usage on my Mobile showing 0 MB in September 1-30 where as per their bill i have used 3 MB

                                I have experienced worst network issues and customer service support from vodafone.

                                Vodafone have automatically charged amazon prime subscription on my number. I have called them on 24th september to check such unnecessary charges and revert back. But this request got closed due to technical error. Called them 30th sep and 01 oct. So far no luck and all calls got barred. Time to switch such waste network. Spent time of around 2 hours with customer care to restore my calls but no luck. I am not able to use my vodafone app as well to pay the amount. But i have done payment for last 2 months but still calls not restored. The reason given by vodafone care is that i need to pay amazon prime subscription. This is insane.

                                Vodafone is pathetic in service and day by day becoming worst in bangalore. Time to switch.

                                  When i tried to port from vodafone to airtel, i received fake call from [protected], saying that they call from airtel and asked me to send stop mnp to [protected]. After sending they asked for that sms to send back.
                                  Only after sending i found they fooled me to stop porting. So again started from first and now changed to airtel.
                                  Now when i tried to change my another number same call came from unknown number asking to send stop mnp.
                                  If vodafone wants to retain customers, they have improve not fool customers. Never ever i will go back to vodafone nor allow any body known to me.

                                  Why it is not worked and which day is started? Plz
                                  When i am trying to make outgoing calls, not registered on network is the error observed. Unable to receive incoming calls too for prepaid number.
                                  I am a retailer of vodafone.I am not receiving any service from your salesman (not good behaviour salesman) from your distributor since 1 month and are neither attending my calls.Please take a speedy action as my customers are returning back.

                                      In the last week i recharged my vodafone mobile. But till today i am not able to use the mobile data due to the slow network speed. When i contacted the vodafone customer care they told that they will solve the problem soon. But till today it is not solved. Now when i am trying to contact the vodafone customer care they are not taking my call. I recharged my vodafone account for 199 rs. Either i want this recharge amount as refund or they should solve my problem of network speed.in this same area jio is providing high speed data. Then why vodafone can't?. I want my problem to be solved.

                                      My phone is showing the message -Sim Card Rejected and due to this i m unable to make any contacts through this number.There was no intimation regarding the stoppage of services at any time of the day .Kindly help and give a speedy solution to this.
                                      Having lost my phone, procured a replacement SIM card 7 days ago. The sim hasn't been reactivated yet despite multiple round of conversations with the customer care executives, Vodafone store representatives . No resolution seems to be in sight.

                                        I've been observing that from last two months quality of my mobile network connection has drastically degraded. My 4g connectivity along with the call quality both of them have been impacted. Despite of having 4 g connection internet sleet on my mobile is less than that of a 2g connection. And the problem is not just being faced by but also by my family members who have vodafone connection as well as my colleagues in my office. So, this is not just the problem with my connection but across the network. I did raise a complaint to vodafone informing them about my problem so please check

                                        I want my incoming and outgoing call detail. I have lost my call detail of my vodafone number [protected]. I want incoming and outgoing sms detail also of this number.
