This is to notify that vodafone-idea customer care and vodafone store andheri east has done a blunder and cheated with me.
I have port my delhi number to mumbai and it took complete 4 days to get the sim activated post it barred from vodafone.

Now my point is why it took 4 days when the customer care executive told 4 hours.
Also why there was no information on the same and a lack of communication?

Hi! I have never ever subscribed to any plans but for god's sake i have been trying to reach the customer care which is really impossible via call! I have been texting the damn "stop" msgs as per instructions but it gets reactivated without my knowledge and u guys keep deducting 21 rs every single time n its been like 200+ rs been deducted from my balance! Over last 3 months, i have received atleast 30 calls regarding due payment of an erstwhile colleague of mine which was a nepali resident and has left india around 3 months back and with whom i am not in contact with anymore.
Even after telling this to your customer care personnel it has not been taken into consideration. I had taken this issue with customer care but to no avail.

Since 4 days my postpaid sim is not working, after receiving a mesg from vodafone saying that my verification was done negative and to contact vodafone office near me to re-verification.

I submitted my documents for the same, then i had a live chat with two representatives, sent them a mail stating my problem... But till now nothing happened. This is really the worst service i have ever seen...
