I’m in dubai, so i wanted to raise request thro mail to migrate postpaid number [protected] to prepaid. My brother approached vodafone store, tirunelveli. They shared mail id chithra. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com, no action taken, again my cousin went to store they gave another mail id vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com. Sent the request no action taken, to called to cc. Now one more mail id given corporate. [protected]@vodafoneide.com. I sent mail and bounced back, again called cc, now shared corporatecare. [protected]@vodafonidea.com., this one also bounced back, again called, now cc representative was updating me u can’t raise migration through mail. And i raised the complaint as i was given wrong information for these many times and days/months. Representative shared the ticket no [protected]. But no mails regarding complaints received yet. The main reason to convert to postpaid is as there is no network inside home, this was also complained many times. No action taken. Many years im customer of vodafone with prepaid of mine and postpaid of my parents and family, this consequence lead to disconnect other connections as well. I[censored] really serious about this complaint, i can share the numbers which i want to disconnect if i proper response. It is upto you to retain the customer,

    Please provide me the reason of deactivating my sim card.
    Which is done with out my knowledge and permission.

    I need to know the reason first of all and secondly reactivate my sim which is in running state.

    My vodafone sim was on running condition at got to know that the same was deactivated from your side. Kindly reactivate the same or provide me the solution for the same as it is a pre paid connection and i want the same in same service.

      Dear team,

      In my vodafone number automatically deduct 66 rupees for caller tune. I'm already raised one complaint for the same. Vodafone customer executive told that we deactivate the caller tune and the amount will be refunded with 24 hours. Currently cross the time period of 24 hours, but i did not get any update and refund from vodafone side. More time i'm trying to connect with vodafone customer care but call is not connected. Please check the issue and do the needful.

        I am not having good network of vodafone and even after fast internet recharge, i am facing slowness in internet speed.

        I want to port my number from vodafone network to other.

        Vodafone is not allowing to send the port message to 1900 and i am getting error for message sent failed.

        This is not appropriate and very unprofessional if vodafone is having this attitude.

Is [protected] and when i contacted to the customer care service of vodafone they told me that it was a company's technical difficulty and i was not able to use my internet for 2 days so i wanted my data to be refunded but they said that its not possible and we have to bear that loss

              I have Activated i Roam Free 599 plan on my Number and used it to call india twice in a month and it should be charged @ 1198 Rs . But they send me a bill of around 5990+ monthly rental and Taxes saying i have used Internet Which i have not and gave all the Proofs and i mail Corporatecare.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com asking for clarification on below Questions

              1. How can my Mobile Connect to Internet after I disabled the APN settings and Data Roaming ?
              2. How is That possible to just only Consume 1 MB of Data every time as per your Bill?
              3. The Timings of The Data usage as per the Bill for Example

              They Dont reply to Below and Beat arounf the Bush saying their biilling is Accurate . I am fed up with This . Attaching all the required Images Below

              I gave them all the Proofs showing my Settings in Phone that dont allow to connect to Internet and aslo the Data usage on my Mobile showing 0 MB in September 1-30 where as per their bill i have used 3 MB

                I have experienced worst network issues and customer service support from vodafone.

                Vodafone have automatically charged amazon prime subscription on my number. I have called them on 24th september to check such unnecessary charges and revert back. But this request got closed due to technical error. Called them 30th sep and 01 oct. So far no luck and all calls got barred. Time to switch such waste network. Spent time of around 2 hours with customer care to restore my calls but no luck. I am not able to use my vodafone app as well to pay the amount. But i have done payment for last 2 months but still calls not restored. The reason given by vodafone care is that i need to pay amazon prime subscription. This is insane.

                Vodafone is pathetic in service and day by day becoming worst in bangalore. Time to switch.

                  When i tried to port from vodafone to airtel, i received fake call from [protected], saying that they call from airtel and asked me to send stop mnp to [protected]. After sending they asked for that sms to send back.
                  Only after sending i found they fooled me to stop porting. So again started from first and now changed to airtel.
                  Now when i tried to change my another number same call came from unknown number asking to send stop mnp.
                  If vodafone wants to retain customers, they have improve not fool customers. Never ever i will go back to vodafone nor allow any body known to me.

                  Why it is not worked and which day is started? Plz
                  When i am trying to make outgoing calls, not registered on network is the error observed. Unable to receive incoming calls too for prepaid number.
                  I am a retailer of vodafone.I am not receiving any service from your salesman (not good behaviour salesman) from your distributor since 1 month and are neither attending my calls.Please take a speedy action as my customers are returning back.

                      In the last week i recharged my vodafone mobile. But till today i am not able to use the mobile data due to the slow network speed. When i contacted the vodafone customer care they told that they will solve the problem soon. But till today it is not solved. Now when i am trying to contact the vodafone customer care they are not taking my call. I recharged my vodafone account for 199 rs. Either i want this recharge amount as refund or they should solve my problem of network speed.in this same area jio is providing high speed data. Then why vodafone can't?. I want my problem to be solved.

                      My phone is showing the message -Sim Card Rejected and due to this i m unable to make any contacts through this number.There was no intimation regarding the stoppage of services at any time of the day .Kindly help and give a speedy solution to this.
                      Having lost my phone, procured a replacement SIM card 7 days ago. The sim hasn't been reactivated yet despite multiple round of conversations with the customer care executives, Vodafone store representatives . No resolution seems to be in sight.

                        I've been observing that from last two months quality of my mobile network connection has drastically degraded. My 4g connectivity along with the call quality both of them have been impacted. Despite of having 4 g connection internet sleet on my mobile is less than that of a 2g connection. And the problem is not just being faced by but also by my family members who have vodafone connection as well as my colleagues in my office.                           Vodafone decided to disable. My sim for. No reason on sunday.. After an sms that i need to resubmit my docs to store.. I called customer care they didn't help as they dont knw what happened. I visited store server is down they cant help.. I visit store again they tell me to take a new sim..
                          Reson for deactivation is dot audit??? No proper info given plus my main account balance of rs 521 and 499 recharge for 84 days made 0 which was valid for another 3 months. Such a torture by vodafone..

                            This is my mother's no, she is quite old and doesn't use online applications that much apart from whats app & paytm. She was charged for some in app purchases for which we paid after having a word with the company and they promised that its the final amount and we don't have to pay extra, but again next month they sent a bill including the in app purchases when i had a word with them they gave me a complained no "3/[protected]" and said that they will get back for this but despite of providing a solution they kept on calling for bill payment and now even disconnected her number.

                              I have vodafone mobile shield. 2 months back i had my mobile screen damaged and contacted the respective customer care for the resolution. With the claim number: [protected] after submitting the docs and verification i have handover the mobile for screen replacement. Literally close to 2 months, yesterday 30/09/2019 i have received my mobile vivo v11 pro with new screen changed. After checking the mobile i found the fingerprint option is not working and the phone itself does not have the option of fingerprint. It seems the parts are changed from the phone or they might have fixed with incompatible screen. Today again i called the customer care, they said they itself will call me and no reply. What is happening and it is purely disappointing. Seems you are people are taking phones and changing the parts from the phone. Literally cheating people with mobile shield. I am paying you every month on my mobile bill for this option.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I am writing on behalf of senior citizen. The problem started in march 2019 when request for post-paid to pre-paid was made at store with store manager thakur village. Paper work was submitted and post that payment for bill generated in following months not accepted by manager. Stating it will get settled after completion of pre-paid application. Till date it never got initiated from store level as confirmed by other location store manager. The complaint has been email to appellate as advised by senior recovery officer of vodafone on 30/08/2019. There has no response or resolution provided till date. This advise was based on interaction of senior recovery officers and store manager. Yet the manager did not abid by the procedure. The harassment calls continue to other family member as the number in question stays deactivated by vodafone, even after been aware that case is with appellate. Most importantly the senior citizens number has been regularly deactivated initially in april & may 2019. From june onwards it has been completely deactivated by vodafone service provider. Yet the bills are generated and sms sent minimum 4 times a day to family member. Calls minimum 6 time in a day to family member.

                                  There has been no resolution provided by the company. Till date no official has called or contacted . Only bill payment threatening emails continue to be received. The mobile number still stands deactivated with bills generated with penalty. An apology letter is emailed every week by different Appellate officer but post that no revert or resolution.

                                  You have an alternative number on your data base. Which is being used by your recovery agents to make calls for past 4 months to harass. Kindly check. Also I would like to convey yourself that as a family of senior citizen who's only mobile number Vodafone has been deactivated by your self and in dispute form 6months. If the number is not activated immediately (as it is your store managers who is at fault) or with a solution not provided I will further these grievance at state level, as harass, right of customer deprived, inconvience and not to forget a senior citizen and family put through mental agony and stress.

                                    Sir,
                                    I am using vodafone prepaid mobile connection (Mobile number: [protected]). Rs 21 has been deducted from my prepaid no. From last month without my consent in the name of weekly subscription charge for english seekho weekly pack. I have never subscribed for such a service. I have the sms message showing that in my phone which i can produce as evidence but i cannot send any screenshot as evidence because my phone is not a smartphone. Please take necessary action in this regard. And refund my deducted ruppes.

                                      Hello,

                                      I've been observing that from last two months quality of my mobile network connection has drastically degraded. My 4g connectivity along with the call quality both of them have been impacted. Despite of having 4 g connection internet sleet on my mobile is less than that of a 2g connection. And the problem is not just being faced by but also by my family members who have vodafone connection as well as my colleagues in my office. So, this is not just the problem with my connection but across the network. I did raise a complaint to vodafone informing them about my problem. But, nothing has been done so far. My complaint reference no. C004-[protected].

                                        This is to notify that vodafone-idea customer care and vodafone store andheri east has done a blunder and cheated with me.
                                        I have port my delhi number to mumbai and it took complete 4 days to get the sim activated post it barred from vodafone.

                                        Now my point is why it took 4 days when the customer care executive told 4 hours.
                                        Also why there was no information on the same and a lack of communication?
                                        Why only a customer to call to get an update?

                                        Who is going to bear the loss of my business and money??
                                        Because of this stupid work done by vodafone which took complete 96 hours to get it resolved??

                                        I had visited 12 times to vodafone andheri store leaving all my official and personal work just for this pity work.
                                        I have aslo called more than 10 times to vodafone customer care and every time a new mail was coming and a new executive was getting assigned.
                                        Every time they were asking 4 hours to get it resolved.

                                        Such a pathetic/irritating /harassing experience i got from vodafone.

                                        I want my money back which i lost because of such bad work done by vodafone.
