The network of vodafone is just pathetic in chandigarh manimajra it park area.
I am not able to receive or placed any call from my office it is just like hell. That in office i am not able to talk to anyone on my phone it just shows no service all the time and network bar is 0. Pls do somethink over here from network issue otherwise i havent any other option then to port it. As i am very old customer of vodafone and really dont want to port.

I did 3 recharges of INR 16, 1495 and 36 on my Vodafone prepaid no. To my shock, amount was deducted but all the 3 recharges were unsuccessful. So, I request you to kindly refund the amount of all the unsuccessful recharges and let me know why am I not able to recharge???????????
I have complaint about mobile network. 2g network already installed in my village. I have problems with 3g proper network in my village.more than 1000 people joined vodafon network but did not satisfied so I request you installed a 3g network in my village.

    I am a prepaid user of vodafone and my current balance is -2.99, i dont understand in prepaid service, how a service provider provide you service with negative balance. This happens to me previously 2 times i have raised this issue with vodafone but they are not taking it seriously. Can you please help me out in solving this matter with vodafone.     I m not able to get verification message to link my bank account in phone pay app please resolve this as soon as possible.. It's seems a problem of every month i had to call every time a new problem has created u stop my message service.. I totally frustrated with this network...

      With reference to the above subject, the above number was prepaid.My Brother stopped using that card for some time.now after some time he approached your vodafone gallery in Mumbra to activate this card.

      The executive on work told him that you have to first activate this card as postpaid and after 35 days this card will convert in prepaid.He paid Rs.500 to that executive because he dont know the process.

      On immediately next day i immediately dropped mail to your customer service that the gallery done fraud with us by giving wrong information for making incentive.

      Every time new executive called us and enquired same point so many times but no output.

      Now i received a bill of Rs.599 and i dont understand why should i pay because of your executive.

      Now i request you to please adjust this amount and convert my sim card to prepaid.I will never pay Rs.600 .

      You can deduct from your executive salary.

        I have already recharge with 569/- 3GB perday on 2nd Aug
        So yesterday bymistake I have recharge with 199/-

        So please cancel 199 recharge as I have already avail 3gb per day offer 569/- which is valid till more 60 days.

        I have attached screenshot for transaction number so please cancel my last recharge of RS 199 and refund the money as I have done online from ICICI netbanking

          Sir my problem is below i mention
          1) 28 july 19 i have subscribe amazon prime member rs 499₹ for 1yrs under scheme of youth vodafone & the same time i was having subscribe for one month amazon prime due to this 499 plan was denyed to activated for your side & it's was told money will refund with in 2 day but still i didn't received amount,
          2) again i tried youth plan on 30 july 19 due to congection in network payment completed but further not process. I have also payment throw paytm.
          They have confirmed that amount transfer vodafone. But still i have not received the amount neither membership confirmation.
          Total amount is 499 + 499 = 998 ₹
          Kindly look in to the matter seriously & do the needful.

            Dear sir/mam-
            Recently, i recharged my mobile number [protected] with a pack of rs 30 just to resume the calling services on my phone which were barred. I got a talk time of rs 39 and a validity of 28 days. Few minutes later, i got a message on my phone stating that "sports pack has been activated and rs 35 has been deducted from your account". I distinctly remember that i did not activated any vas for my number.
            Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and process a refund of rs 35 for the above mentioned number

              I ported my number from jio to vodafone due to vodafone iforever plan which provides mobile damage protection through servify.
              after porting my number to vodafone my mobile iphone 7plus got damaged. so as per plan i raised my complaint to servify through vodafone iforever application.as per company instruction i couriered my device to servify and they promised me to repair the my device in authorised service centre. i send my device on 29/07/2019 through professional couriers and they received devise.
              but the problem was the servify people not responding to mails properly and negligence answer from customer care. please help me to sort out the problem.

                An amount of INR 21 was deducted from my Vodafone no. [protected] on August 22, 2019 for a value added service which was not activated by me. The customer care executive didn't resolve my problem. I would like a refund of the deducted amount and discontinuation of any VAS still active on the no. and also any further unecessary activation should be prevented.

                  Vodafone charges for toll free numbers starting with 1800 even after doing a 398 unlimited recharge on prepaid connection.
                  If there is no balance it does not allow to make the toll free calls even after the unlimited recharge is done, i have done the recharge of 398 valid for 84 days and this is the 2nd day still it is not allowing me to make calls to toll free numbers, this is very disappointing, a similar recharge on jio does allow the to call the toll free numbers, this is the reason why everyone is moving to jio and the day is near when everyone will leave vodafone

                    Hello sir/ma'am
                    Myself vimalendu chauhan, i have been using vodafone since 3 years. But today i faced such problem which i have never imagined. Today in the evening suddenly 14 rs got deducted from my main balance for sending sms to a particular no. To which i have never contacted in my life and to my surprise i even don't know how my sim sent message to that no. As it is not showing in my phone record. For my surprise this amount got deducted when i was talking to ambulance (108) for taking my friend to the hospital, for proof i am attaching screenshot of call details as well as last amount deducted from main balance (Vodafone app), how can someone call and message from a phone at the same time? I am very disappointed from the service of vodafone. When i tried to contact customer care (198) from phone no. It is clearly saying your validity has been expired on 19th august, now another thing how can i send messages to someone if my validity is expired?? For proof i am attaching 3rd screenshot of my last recharge on 19 th august that also before expiration of validity (23:59)
                    Please look into this matter and provide proper justice on this issue.
                    As today thay have cutter 14 rs tomorrow they can also cut 140 if they want.
                    So please look into this matter it's my humble request to you.

                    Not even now previous also same issue not providing proper service to customers and negotiating customer support. 4G data speed not even 2 mbps then why they are providing 4g service they can give 2g service only.

                    So please provide proper network services.

                      I done vodafone 399 rupees recharge at a time then company reply for not successful recharge, then after some time i retry for recharge for rupees 459 and it show message for successful recharge and tarif go to activate.
                      After 18 min another message by company that your recharge is reply by 399 rupees recharge.
                      I call customer care for solve my issue, they deny to any kind of help

                        I have postpaid number of vodafone and every month i used to recharge with 299 tarif and they provide me 20GB data per month.

                        But they send me bill with the mail that i used 20GB per month and also 25 GB extra and for extra usage of 25GB they are charging 500 extra of my bill.

                        I checked in my phone that data usage of month it is 19 GB. And i asked them to provide me per day data of month.

                        Could you please provide me the daily data usage records for this month so that i can cross check with my phone details. Because i have checked the same in my phone setting and the value have big differences. I get free 20 Gb data and as per your record i have used extra 25 data.
                        Please provide me per day data usage. I will cross check this and then i will pay my bill.
                        If I didn’t get your any kind of response from your service i will contact consumer forum with the records i have.

                        No, i don't think so that you guys called me there is no call and no email regarding that .
                        if you have any prove than send me that email .
                        Whenever I try sending PORT msg to 1900, its shows msg failed to send. The vodafone network over the past few months has been worst and hence I decided to opt out of the service but the port msg isn't working. Solution ?

                            I am not able to use internet data since 17-august.so far no resolution. I have raised this complaint with vodafone custom care on 21-aug-2019.I have called their customer care multiple times and they did not provide me right resolution and keep telling me to wait for another 4 days.

                              I had a recharge of rs 100 on 19/8/2019
                              After that my chota credit service ws deducted
                              But recently i checked my last 3 deductions and it displayed a deduction of rs 50 for the service i haven evn started...
                              I need my balance back as i havent activated any service on my number and the balance is deducted without any reason...
                              And 50 is a big amount for deducing without any reason and i havent even received any sms regarding activation of any kind of service

                                Iam not satisfy with your internet network
                                Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
                                To send sms to 1900 for porting...
                                But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
                                By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

                                1. I did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing sms barred... But monthly iam recharging
                                My mobile not less than 150rs.
                                2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
                                3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

                                Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...
                                Plz help me...

                                  I visited vodafone branch located at byculla. I want to activate my sim card. My sim card is prepaid and when i go to mustafa sir he force me to changing prepaid to postpaid. I complaining about his in manager room but its useless.
                                  He told me that i[censored] dont buy postpaid card your sim will be block by vodafone limited. As now i have to pay 499 rupees per month. There is no issue for payment there is a issue for postpaid sim which is useless for me. I just want my prepaid sim back and disconnect postpaid to prepaid.

                                    I am a unhappy customer of vodafone... Using iphone 7+handset before formatting my iphone the things were normal my imsg was working my local msges were going proper... But howeverly i formatted on 1aug n was unable to access the imsg... Den i made a complaint on 06th aug &d executive said will get a call by 12th aug howevely i managed to wait so much but she asked me to update my message center and after doing that i was unable to send my normal msg i had a balance of 4rs and 90days recharge... I wanted to access my net banking which the msge wasn’t going and i realised my local msges aren’t working and so again i called up on 19th aug... There i go with one executive ms kiran she dint knew firstly how to speak to the customer i don’t know what # was she talking but she told me dat i am her troubled customer for her, on constantly asking for the sr person to take my call n solve d query no sr person attended my query... Firstly she said der is no sr person available den when i asked her where is ur supy/manager on dat she said he cannot come on the call and without my concern she disconnected my call on my face... Then again i called immediately and some ms. Xxx answered the call on asking her for ms kiran she denied dat she can’t come den i explained her d whole scenario of my problem n d executive did to me n asked her to get a sr person on d call after waiting for almost 20mins i get a sr person on d call n der she register my complaint n gave me an assurity of geting my problem solved wrote a mail tooo!!! But today is 23rd august yet my problem is not solved n i am stuck with my net banking no more options... As my local msges ain’t going... On asking to give my prorata refund dey denied.. As i don’t want to be a part of vodafone anymore no good executives available... No help nothing... I don’t know what do i do with... I am left with no options... N will spread the world not to be a part of vodafone... Vodafone got the worst network, worst staff

                                      I want to prepaid this number with postpaid,
                                      For which i have not been provided prepaid sim by you even after calling 8 times vodafone store and three times customer care call center for the last 2 months till date.
                                      I followed every procedure you mentioned, i followed all the conditions of the conditions, i also made full advance payment of all the documents that you asked for.
                                      I also went to the vodafone store on the dates you mentioned, but we did not get any support nor was my problem solved.
                                      Surprisingly, after vodafone has such a huge empire, such a small work is not being done, for that we are getting a date by date

                                        I ported my no [protected] from idea to vodafone. But vodafone take rs100 for only sim but they gave nothing. On 21 august i received message from vodafone that sim is active dial 59059 for televerificationbut when i dial 59059 the call is automatically cut and say contact customer care. Even i diall toll free no call cuts automatically no customer care response. Customer care response is misleading. Please resolve my televerifiaction issue
