I am using no: [protected] from past 5 years with vodafone.
I contacted vodafone customer today as i was unable to send the port request due to network issues and shocked with response received from support on this request.
Firstly spoke to chaitra from customer care who informed i am not eligible for port as my prepaid number shows balance of - 267.00rs and because of my recharges yesterday 47.00 rs is deducted and i owe vodafone another 220.00 rs.
When asked how the balance went negative and why i did not receive any message or nobody from customer card not contacted me, she did not had any answers and insisted me to visit vodafone store. When i asked her repeatedly why account went in to negative, her response was rude and informed she can't help on details, then i asked for supervisor.
Secondly spoke to supervisor naveen kumar who had rude behavior from the beginning and informed me that i should be following up with vodafone on my account balance and i should have raised a complaint with vodafone when balance was showing negative and vodafone is not responsible for informing users on their balance and they will only send promotional offers but not customer balance details. When i insisted him on how can a prepaid number has -267.00 rs balance as prepaid i will recharge and use the service, he didnot had any answers and wanted 24 hours time to get the details and he was very rude and not able to understand my concern on how balance went into minus and why vodafone did not call me or message on this. I had to take another escalation to get rid of this guy to avoid the rude response.
Finally spoke to floor supervisor govind chauhan, who was polite on the call, but still couldn't answer on how balance went into negative and why i was not contacted by vodafone by sms or call to inform me that my balance went into negative.
Please feel free to contact me [protected] for any clarification. Thanks you very much for customer support team for giving me additional 2 to 3 reasons why i should be porting out of vodafone.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i want to port my these number [protected] (vodafone number) to other telecom company.i tried to send message of port but failed everytime. company block the message of port. please take strict action on vodafone company.
