On july 30th i sent an email to vodafone cs team requesting to change plan from corporate to individual and to activate rate together plan of 598 (For two numbers). However, they activated and 399 plan each number and no further information on the same.

After 10 days i called to customer support team for asking the status. They responded, that the corporate plan is deactivated and need to pay 399 on each number. I sent so many email. But no proper reply and no cs team is looking the email completely. Everytime i call the customer support team they said system issue unabel to change the plan.

    I have traveled to uae on international roaming pack of rs 149.in the 10 days since my arrival, i have received exactly one call. However, my vodafone bill has reached an alarming 9226 rs! The reason cited is data usage.

    First, absolutely no internet has been used on the phone.

    Second, we got an sms from vodafone care on the date of travel saying that mobile data services on this number have been kept off. Further, it said that if i wish to activate the data services while on international roaming, i have to send an sms to a given number with a given code. I did not send any such message. So, even though my data services were off, vodafone has applied a gigantic sum on this number.

    Third, for the last 3 days, we have been calling/ emailing vodafone customer service to get this issue resolved. However, no responses have been made other than asking us for screenshots of this message. We sent the screenshots, but they have made no action not it.

    Fourth, the outstanding amount has been rising even though the phone is switched off, and services suspended (Number blocked).

    We would like the bill to be revised as soon as possible to remove the fraudulent charges and reflect the real usage.

    The user of this number is a senior citizen, and is very stressed due to this issue and the subsequent lethargic behavior of vodafone's customer service employees. Our entire family has been vodafone users for more than 10 years. This is how loyal consumers are rewarded by vodafone!

      Dear sir/madam, i am writing this email on behalf of my wife (Vodafone account no.[protected], who needs your help to reverse the unwanted charges being levied by vodafone in the month of june & july. She moved to china in june but still wanted to keep the india no# active, as the same is mapped to a lot of indian apps/websites for local transactions. The day she left india, mobile data on the india no# was proactively turned off via phone settings and she was conscious enough not to pick-up any incoming call on the india no#. However, vodafone applied hefty unwanted charges in the june & july bill, mostly for internet usage and some for incoming calls. Incoming calls # 2 - were received from a no# ([protected]) which doesn't even seem to an india no#. Going by the mobile phone call history, there was an incoming call but it wasn't picked-up. Internet usage (Multiple times) - one can make a mistake to use mobile internet on the india no# once or twice but definitely not for a week. Besides, if you refer the june & july bill, one will fail to understand where does international roaming charge of rs. 10, 921.07 come from, as it was charged in the month of july (11 june to 10 july) but for the period 1 to 6 june for which there was already an international roaming charge of rs. 2, 647.49 in the june (11 may to 10 june) bill. How is it possible to charge the customer twice for the same usage/period and that too with two different amounts. We have spoken to them multiple times but each time they behave dumb by giving a generic response that these charges are genuine without any proper justification/evidence to support their statement. This is a clear case of company taking undue advantage of the situation (User being abroad) and applying unwanted charges assuming the user will not come to know. She has already paid rs. 7000 so far and was also going to pay the remaining until i found it and told her not to fall prey to such cheap gimmicks. We are ok to pay the monthly bill & taxes thereon but the undue phone call & internet charges should be reversed and remaining money should be refunded immediately. Need your support to resolve this case and help to get our money back.

        The Customer care of Vodafone informed that we have failed the number 51717 for 45 minutes on 31-07-19, where the phone was not at all uses on the particular day, since the kept switch off for Tirupati Balaji Darshan. More or than the phone in an keyboard phone and not even smartphone and using by an old lady of 73 year.

          I'm complain network issue time face below response:
          (1) complain starts february but still not reply.
          (2) three times call different days on number 198 but response is customer care executives is reply technical issue we are not take your complain now call you later.
          (3) 16 august vodafone executive not responding any questions. But i am clearly hear to other peoples voice of call centre, second time support person hitesh bhai disconnected my call and third time not executive is hold my phone.
          (4) every time complaint taken by customer executive helpline but not issue solve till date.

            I have ported to jio network in 2018, i have cleared all the due payments. Now vodafone started demanding me to again pay the outstanding or else they will file a case against me for not making the outstanding payment. To avoid this confusion i have made a payment and called their customer care they said there is not any outstanding such. Infact they send me an cheque for the excess amount payment but the cheque was out dated so i didn't deposit it.
            But again they asking me to pay. They are really making people fool.

            This activity should stop and give back my excess amount + outstanding amount back at the earliest.

              Hi,
              Recently i recharged my number with 399 which says free calls and data. But on calling amount of rs. 30 got deducted from main balance. I need you to refund. It's cheating when you say unlimited calls and 1.5 gb data for 84 days and then deduct from main balance. Call centre doesn't respond to calls. It keeps ringing. The amount was deducted when i made a long call. For short calls no amount gets deducted.

                Dear vodafone,

                I am a customer of vodafone postpaid service and my phone number is [protected]. From the past few months i didn't use my number for any kind of service but still i got the bill of 1202 rupees. This amount in not fair according to me and i'm a student, i'm not able to pay this much amount so here i would like to request you to kindly waive off my extra bill. So that i'll pay the remaining amount and i want to deactivate this number. Because i'm very dissatisfied with the vodafone service. How is this possible when i never use the service of vodafone and there's a bull generated with amount of 1202.
                I am unable to pay such a huge amount please waiver this amount so that i can pay the pill as soon as.

                  They are charging me for many packs which i have not activated like english seekho weekly when i am a double mba why would i need english learning app.

                    I tried recharging my mobile today with inr 169 plan that have unlimited calls and dataa 1 gb per day for 28 days. I used icici netbanking for payment. Payment is deducted from my bank account, but vodafone had stated as follows:

                    Looks like the transaction status is pending at bank end. Please wait for 1 hour before transacting again.

                    I waited for more than 2 hours. Finally, decided to recharge again for the same plan with that bank account. Again, i got the same notification with deduction of inr 169 again from my account.

                    I verified transaction status from my bank end through customer support and my online accounts. All the transactions are success from the bank end.

                    I want my amount to be credited again to the bank.

                        I write to inform that due to unprofessional, irrational, lack of knowledge from staff end and make money process of company end today submitting the complaint.
                        Last month a request of postpaid to prepaid number submitted thru customer care and got the reply to please visit store for further process. On first visit store agent denied to do and said that she only be do on completion of bill cycle which is not mandatory at all but not raise the voice. On next visit they denied to do on the basis of server down. Third visit they denied on the basis o[censored]pgradation of system. Then again i reached to customer care then get assured that it will do on next visit so kindly wait for 24 hours. On my yesterday visit they totally denied that they have information regarding the same and system not taking the information.

                        Its just money making by put customer to again and again on bill cycle. Charge.50paisa per minute from my side due to irrational behaviour of staff whenever reach to cc.
                        No official is bother about it and force a customer to pay bills monthly without resolving the issue.

                          When i call customer care then they says that welcome to indias fastest network... I[censored]r network is fast then why network problem and net problem occurs in ur fastest network...
                          I complain 5 to 6 times your provider just say that it will be resolve sholtly bt how much time it will take?
                          If your network is not proper in city areas then why you say that indias fastest network first improve your service...

                              I am not able to recharge my vodafone number nor am i getting any calls or messages so kindly provide a solution for this... During the calls they say my number is not valid.. And hence cant call.. When i try to recharge they say there's no such number kindly input a valid number.                                     I recently received a message from VGVFCARE 13th August, 2019 about disconnection of my prepaid number that was Changed from postpaid a month back. I paid all bill amounts and also pap from new connections. And there was no amount pendant but this message was showing a amount pendant 207.85 rupees pending. I tried to contact Vodafone but every time they said to call on postpaid helpline. And post paid helpline number doesn't work unless it are calling from a postpaid. I called in care many times but nobody helped me with this message. This is really problematic for customers as no customer helpline support and understand matter clearly. I didn't expected this from Vodafone. I hope Vodafone service Will take care of this matter.

                                      Sub: regarding refund balance deduction of 99 by unknown nexgtv services

                                      My name is pradip. I have got balance deducted 228-129=99 by between 1pm-1:30pm on my number [protected].

                                      I have not got clicked any kind of services like nexgtv and vodafone app.

                                      I do not have high end device on this number its an handy basic feature phone with no web kit.

                                      So how can i suppose to get download with no web kit.

                                      Autodebited by naming the unknown content services like nexgtv and vodafone app.

                                      Please refund the deducted balance 99 and i call 198 at 1:37 pm dated 13 aug 2019 about the issue.

                                        On saturday 10aug18, i placed online order for prepaid sim and paid money. I received a confirmation that the sim will be delivered on sunday, 11 august. I was tracking the shipment online and was surprised to see that the sim is delivered and activated on 11aug19.in reality i didn't receive the sim nor did anyone called to set an appointment. Suddenly received a sms saying the ecomex couldn't reach me and i need to call them back. I did call them and they promised that the sim will be delivered on 12aug between 8am and 12noon. No calls, no sim till 2pm. So called ecomex and vadofone call center for my disappointment they do could not provide satisfactory answer why the delay is and the person from ecomex suggested that i call vodafone and ask refund. I called vadofone and spoke to ajith and he promised a call back.. It's 6pm on 12aug and i haven't received a call back or sim. What a frustrating and time consuming experience so far.. Extremely disappointed the way vodafone service is provided by poorly trained staff..

                                        Today, I received a notification that the Sim order has been cancelled as per my request. I never requested for a cancelation. So I have no choice but to seek full refund.. One of the worst experiences I had with Vodafone.. Shame!!!
