Sub: removal of mobile tower in midst of residential area at roof in 7 tomb road behind hdfc atm and andhra bank. Samata colony.

We would like to lodge complaint on cell towers placed in roofs of three houses at 7 tomb road behind hdfc atm and andhra bank. Samata colony hyderabad – 5000008 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation and generating high radiation

We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the tower is removed immediately from house in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

    This is regarding my number [protected]. I have been over charged. I activated international roaming in July but just used 1.5 MB for which charges should be around 800 however I have been charged more than 2600, so my bill comes out to be 4225.
    I have called Vodafone customer care [protected] on Sunday - 18th Aug 2019,
    & I was told that the complaint has been raised to fix it & I will get a call back & bill would be corrected. however no body called & on 21st when I called back I was told that it is in process check after 6pm,
    Now when I talked to the customer care he says there is no such request with them.
    I am being harassed by Vodafone. I have spent more than an hour with them & still no luck

      On 18/08/2019i have requested my plan to postpaid to prepaid in mira-bhayander vodafone store. I had paid my bill before my cycle i. E.549/-rs. They given me new sim card and also taken one month talk time charges of 249/- rs. Now today call came from vodafone store and saying that your pospaid to prepaid plan has been cancelled. Now they saying that you have pay more 645/- rs. Normarly my paln was 399/- per month plus gst comes around 470/-. Aready i have paid 549 before my cycle date than why they are asking for 645/-.

        I would like to inform you that i am being harasshed & tortured by vodafone india and they are adding vague as well as fraud bills every month. I already get carry forward data which is pending of last month data, inspite of that they add additional internet charges each month alond with irrespective vas which i never used. They neither able to explain it nor they are correcting it. It has been 2 running months since i am facing this isse.

            Balance deducting every few days on 4 of my vodafone numbers. When reached out to customer care they state that I am subscribing to some VAS, But I am not. This is happening since months to me and my family.
            We have 8 vodafone numbers in our family. With such a service, only option left is to port all of them to different provider, already ported one number to different provider because of the same sisue

                  Porting my no. To other network but sms not sending to 1900. Vodafone service center not providing right. Solution. Before i'm in postpaid plain. Bill is coming to much. Then i came in prepaid. We're my deposied amount i loss it. I submitted my request early, but vodafone service center as taken 14 day to convert into prepaid. I m not satisfied his service.

                    I am not getting internet connection since aug 9. I have complained the same on 10-aug-2019 complaint number[protected] via you broadband app. I have called customer care 4 times post this to remind and every time i get same response that backend team will call. I have lost my patience last saturday and sent a mail to both vodafone and you broadband of taking issue to consumer forum, social media and court and then they assign an engineer one mr. Y. Prabhu whose mobile is switched off for past 3 days. I never had such problems with you broadband and all issues were resolved within 3 days. Vodafone after acquiring you has made the service horrible. I am ashamed to say that i have been a customer for vodafone for past 11 years. I am treated like #. I am going to go ahead filing case with grievance forum and consumer case and vodafone should pay atleast 10000 fine so that they get sense. Already i am pissed off with their connectivity post idea merger now vodafone is screwing my internet life too. They must and will pay. Vodafone forgot that new india has some customer rights unlike earlier.

                      Hi,
                      I am not able to call since 25 june 2019 from my vodafone postpaid number. After multiple complain (30+ time) still issue is not resolved but still they are generating bill every month. And each time to solve complain they need 7 day and after 7 days they close complain without solving that and again they need 7 days.. This is going on from last 2 month.
                      So my request is to either solve my issue or refund back my 2 month payment since i am paying that without using your service.

                        I am using vodafone since a very long time but now it's giving a lot of trouble from the past three days i am not able to use my internet data as its giving a sign of e. My works & chats are pending i can't even contact anyone pleased try to fix this problem because it's causing a major trouble very disappointed by vodafone services. Before this also it's causes a lot of problems in network at many places and now me sitting in my home isn't able to use my internet my data plan is going for waste. I have a lot of work to do which i am not able to do because of these great cause of trouble in network you really need to fix this please because internet & calls are our daily need and if you all render services on network like this then how could i be able to use my data. The network has never behave so poor it always behaved bad but now it's not working at all. I am in a great worry please fix it vodafone.

                          I want to get my number port.. My number is [protected]... First of all i normally typed port [protected] and sent the msg to 1900 but the reply from there was that it is a retailer sim instead of getting the six digit code for the formal further doings of porting process.. Soon after i contacted the customer care executive of vodafone and they informed me the same and asked to try to register and talk at 18345... But all my efforts went in vain.. I thereby hope that i will get a better reply and attention here rather than talking to the customer care executive... Hope you will respond to it and resolve it soon.. Thanking you!

                            I had done the recharge for my mobile for rs. 459 by cash payment on 25 jul 2019 and got this message
                            "successful recharge as tt received rs, 0, gst rs. 70.02, access fee rs. 388.98. New bal. Rs. 0. Transaction id xxxxx.. I even got a message for validity till 16 oct 2019

                            Now on 15 aug 2019 i get i message that my offer has expired... Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
                            Why was additional amount of rs.388.98 as access fee was deducted under the subtitle of"access fee" and is it fair??? Is this the quality of service vodafone is planning to give to its customers by looting them in this manner..?? Requesting vodafone team to please look into this matter and sort out the same.

                              Description: unusual call balance deduction from vodafone sim, without using internet service from the sim, when asked customer care about the reason, they say that the balance was deduction due clicking of advertisement from the internet at 3 pm today but no internet was used from mobile phone by sim or wifi. This has happened before as well.

                                On july 30th i sent an email to vodafone cs team requesting to change plan from corporate to individual and to activate rate together plan of 598 (For two numbers). However, they activated and 399 plan each number and no further information on the same.

                                After 10 days i called to customer support team for asking the status. They responded, that the corporate plan is deactivated and need to pay 399 on each number. I sent so many email. But no proper reply and no cs team is looking the email completely. Everytime i call the customer support team they said system issue unabel to change the plan.

                                  I have traveled to uae on international roaming pack of rs 149.in the 10 days since my arrival, i have received exactly one call. However, my vodafone bill has reached an alarming 9226 rs! The reason cited is data usage.

                                  First, absolutely no internet has been used on the phone.

                                  Second, we got an sms from vodafone care on the date of travel saying that mobile data services on this number have been kept off. Further, it said that if i wish to activate the data services while on international roaming, i have to send an sms to a given number with a given code. I did not send any such message. So, even though my data services were off, vodafone has applied a gigantic sum on this number.

                                  Third, for the last 3 days, we have been calling/ emailing vodafone customer service to get this issue resolved. However, no responses have been made other than asking us for screenshots of this message. We sent the screenshots, but they have made no action not it.

                                  Fourth, the outstanding amount has been rising even though the phone is switched off, and services suspended (Number blocked).

                                  We would like the bill to be revised as soon as possible to remove the fraudulent charges and reflect the real usage.

                                  The user of this number is a senior citizen, and is very stressed due to this issue and the subsequent lethargic behavior of vodafone's customer service employees. Our entire family has been vodafone users for more than 10 years. This is how loyal consumers are rewarded by vodafone!

                                    Dear sir/madam, i am writing this email on behalf of my wife (Vodafone account no.[protected], who needs your help to reverse the unwanted charges being levied by vodafone in the month of june & july. She moved to china in june but still wanted to keep the india no# active, as the same is mapped to a lot of indian apps/websites for local transactions. The day she left india, mobile data on the india no# was proactively turned off via phone settings and she was conscious enough not to pick-up any incoming call on the india no#. However, vodafone applied hefty unwanted charges in the june & july bill, mostly for internet usage and some for incoming calls. Incoming calls # 2 - were received from a no# ([protected]) which doesn't even seem to an india no#. Going by the mobile phone call history, there was an incoming call but it wasn't picked-up. Internet usage (Multiple times) - one can make a mistake to use mobile internet on the india no# once or twice but definitely not for a week. Besides, if you refer the june & july bill, one will fail to understand where does international roaming charge of rs. 10, 921.07 come from, as it was charged in the month of july (11 june to 10 july) but for the period 1 to 6 june for which there was already an international roaming charge of rs. 2, 647.49 in the june (11 may to 10 june) bill. How is it possible to charge the customer twice for the same usage/period and that too with two different amounts. We have spoken to them multiple times but each time they behave dumb by giving a generic response that these charges are genuine without any proper justification/evidence to support their statement. This is a clear case of company taking undue advantage of the situation (User being abroad) and applying unwanted charges assuming the user will not come to know. She has already paid rs. 7000 so far and was also going to pay the remaining until i found it and told her not to fall prey to such cheap gimmicks. We are ok to pay the monthly bill & taxes thereon but the undue phone call & internet charges should be reversed and remaining money should be refunded immediately. Need your support to resolve this case and help to get our money back.

                                      The Customer care of Vodafone informed that we have failed the number 51717 for 45 minutes on 31-07-19, where the phone was not at all uses on the particular day, since the kept switch off for Tirupati Balaji Darshan. More or than the phone in an keyboard phone and not even smartphone and using by an old lady of 73 year.

                                        (1) complain starts february but still not reply.
                                        (2) three times call different days on number 198 but response is customer care executives is reply technical issue we are not take your complain now call you later.
                                        (3) 16 august vodafone executive not responding any questions. But i am clearly hear to other peoples voice of call centre, second time support person hitesh bhai disconnected my call and third time not executive is hold my phone.
                                        (4) every time complaint taken by customer executive helpline but not issue solve till date.
