I purchased a vodafone postpaod connection from vodafone mini store. At the time of purchase the executive provided me with a plan of 99rs informing this is the best plan suitable for me. This was back in 2013 or 2014. Recently i tried to change my connection to prepaid that time i came to know that my number is a corporate connection and i need authorisation letter from that company to change my connection to prepaid. That executive took my signature on a paper which was letter head of that company and all plan details printed on it. I called up customer care and informed to close this connection even that i connt do without authorisation letter.
I am stuck in a situation where i have to bear the cost of sim card when i dont want to.

    There is an unfair charge of 12000 on my number [protected] on account of international roaming charges
    There was no intimation from vodafone about the roaming data charges and post the usage they sent a message that you are on international roaming and charges are applicable. What is the point of intimating after by that time i was already billed for 15 minutes international data charges
    Request you to please waive off this charge as i can't afford such charges and they are not right

      Hi there,
      I took advance rental plan and before auto renewal date i've requested them to migrate it to another plan or any other option so i can go portability but instead saying many times, they advised to me to go for prepaid within auto renewal date and later after conversion of prepaid from postpaid. I got email saying i need to pay advance rental amount which is fustigating, after conversion from postpaid to prepaid these people are asking to me pay. If that is the case they could have mentioned earlier only bcos the advance rental plan got activated and they cannot migrate to prepaid. Please help i am keep on sending emails but no response, the coverage is pathetic bcos of that im planning for mnp. If possible please email ur email id so i can forward all the relevant email.

        My vodafone mobile no is [protected] and approx 50 rupees deduct from my balance. Please check and refund this amount as soon as possible. It is second time with me on first time i call to customer care he told me that there is a paid game in my mobile but there is no paid game so check it carefully.

          I am using vodafone from past 5 years recently shifted to kacharkanalli bangalore the network is very very very worst and disappointing every time fluctuations of network and then thought may be the phone connectivity and then switched to iphone xr buying such phone still finding difficulty then before, such a patetic network coverage my mom and dad use sorrel feel they have good network if this case continues may be i will have to switch to find a good network sim and port my number

            I have complained about poor network not only for making/receiving calls but also for internet connection. its not in an particular area, its every where. complaint lodged about 3-4 times since last 2 months but no resolution. customer care disconnects calls when complaint is repeated. worst network ever that we are experiencing.

            complaint is not only lodged by me alone, but many other working at bandra reclamation, but no actions seems to have been taken till date.

            urgent attention is needed.

              I am having vodafone no from last 9 years. But i think vodafone dont need customers anymore. As at present time when companies are approaching the customers with attractive offers, vodafone is deducting the balance of customers without any reason. On 01.08.2019 vodafone has deducted my 30 rs without any reason. I called at your customer care 4 times & still my balance has not been refunded. First time when i called at your customer care around 9:30 pm the person told me to call after 4 hrs. Just imagine after 4 hrs time it would be 1:30 am. Now please tell if i have to call at 1:30 am in the morning at your customer care??
              After that i called twice at customer care, your executive has not given me any solution. He said he can not refund the amount.
              Fourth executive said he is issuing the refund! Now my question is this if fourth executive can issue the refund then why first, second or third executive has not issued the same! Why they were saying they can not issue the refund!
              It means you people are just making fool your customers!
              You are just misleading your customers.
              If it will be continue like this i will definitely port my number as i am no more intersted in vodafone!
              Fyi i still have not received my refund!!
              Also your customer care executive dont give any proper solution. Every time executive tell us a new story with a new reason of charges & not able to resolve.

              Such a worst service by Vodafone.. unnecessarily balance getting deducted and when I call to CC they tell that I have subscribed for something or the other..and today it's even worse Rs.200 has been deducted again. I'm just fed up of this 😠

              Heyy i got phone from [protected] this number they tell they are from Vodafone even they didn't know i am using Vodafone sim or not they just giving fake offers and fake schemes which people come into these fake people so stop ASAP.

The mobile number is [protected] and [protected]. I am lodge complain in vodafone customer care for the network is very poor and the tower shown in mobile is very less i cannot serve internet. They lodge complain and the complaint number is c003-[protected]. They told me your problem will be solved some days. But some days ago one massage came to my mobile your problem solved. But now a days my problem is not solved. I call customer care again. They laughing me i told him to lodge complain they reply me they cannot lodge any complain wait somedays your problem will be solved. I am recharge rs. 458/- but i am not use internet and sometime call drop and cross connection is done. So i waste my money. What i am doing now please tell me. I am requested you to solved my problem as soon as possible.

                  1. Why there is no Yes/No option for activating any alerts?

                  2. I accidentally activated an alert, but unfortunately there is no option where I can deactivate cricket flash alerts, I tried calling 198 twice but no luck. To resolve my issue at least some customer support executive should pick the call first.

                    The above sim has been lost and the lost has been reported and sim is blocked. now I wish to surrender the sim. you please block the sim permanently so that no bill is further generated in my name.                       For that validity will be 28 days outgoing & incoming both
                      But now in evening company is messaging me that your incoming will stop today 03/08/2019.
                      How can it possible that they can stop my incoming call.

                      Facing Indoor Network issues in Shalimar Garden ext-2nd, sahibabad Ghaziabad since last 6 MONTHS.
                      no improvement has been taken care for the same.
                      i have already got ported my 3 vodafone numbers to Jio but vodafone seems to be constant.

                        Sir,
                        I am using vodafone prepaid mobile connection ([protected]). Rs 21 has been deducted from my prepaid account on 30.07.2019 without my consent in the name of weekly subscription charge for english seekho weekly pack. I have never subscribed for such a service. I have the sms message showing that in my phone. Please take necessary action in this regard.

                          This is tanuj kumar using vodafone number [protected].

                          It is life time free (Zero rental) number and there is no monthly rent for this.

                          From last 2 months i m getting calls that your payment is due so make the payment.

                          When i contacted them regarding this they said this plan is withdrawn by the company so you have to make the payment.

                          I have told them that this is life time free number so why would i need to pay.

                          When i have taken this number that time it was zero rental life time free number so how can you change it now. What does life time free means.

                          They have changed my plan without my premission and now they are keep calling me for the payment,

                          Now they are start getting rude and disresopectful on call.

                          Problem is that they are not ready to listen me and imposing the charges on me.

                          I hope you understand my concern and help me.

                            On 01/08/2019 as per my vodafone app i recharged rs1699 for 365 days. As per app information i am supposed to get 1.5gb data benefit per day in addition to unlimited talktime and 100 sms per day.
                            But it is seen only 1gb data per day is allowed with unlimited talktime and 100 sms per day. The mail sent to customer care kolkata.
                            The issue is not resolved.

                                  I am trying to port my vodafone number which i am using for more than 2 years to airtel and for doing so i send the msg (Port #) to receive my code but everytime i am sending the message i am getting a reply like ”hello! The number you are requesting for porting is allocated for our internal purposes. Hence please contact our customer care for further details” and so accordingly i contact the customer number several times and everytime they told that wait for few hours it will be done but in reality nothing is being done. I want to change my network but the vodafone is not allowing me to do so i want to register a complain against vodafone for not allowing me to port my number although according to the new govt. Rule mobile number portability is applied all over india. Please inquire and take action accordingly

                                    I have called this idiotic vodafone customer care about my speed of network. It is very hard to even browse through google in my area. The vodafone service is just ignoring the issue. I called them 100 times through 198. I had also contacted them through facebook and twitter. Still they r not trying to resolve my issue. My state is kerala. District is trivandrum and area is andoorkonam (Pin code 695584)

                                      This is regarding 3 postpaid connections that i hold with vodafone. I am a very old customer of vodafone but lately the network issues have been so much that it is very difficult to make calls or access the internet.
                                      The network is so bad that you cant even connect with the customer care and address your problem in one call. And the irony is that the customer care executive asks you for an alternative number from other service provider that he can call back on and address the issue.

                                      It is really very irritating to keep calling the customer care so many times a day when you have work of your own to do.

                                      Please help in getting the issue resolved.

                                        I was charged 630 rs saying that i made a call of 45 mins to 51717. How is this even possible? This is not a valid number. I have been scammed by vodafone and want immediate action taken. And again i was shown to have called 31141... And will be charged for it. This is complete fraud from vodafone. And i can see numerous other cases where vodafone has done the same. I want my refund and a stop on any such future cheating or i will take this matter to the police.

                                        I done recharge 19 July 100 rs . at that time total balance is 130 now is shown 68 I not use the Sim for any purpose call sms data . i call u customer care but not give the answer . very bad services of Maldonado.
