I have visited airtel showroom multiple time to change my corporate number to personal since I relieved the company .

The sim in karnataka circle when I visited sholinganallur tamil Nadu branch customer care they asked for HR letter and documents then I went to Bangalore and took details from HR and came back . Then they told since the sim is in karnataka circle go to Bangalore and raise request.

I am stranded here in germany and my no. Is not having any network, called vodafone no of times but they are asking me to deposit 10000 re. Of security deposit, i just want to receive the incoming messages on that no. For otp's as it is registered in my bank accounts. Struggling with my finances here, need to transfer the money to family in an emergency medical condition but the transaction is not going through as there is no coverage. Such a pathetic service and customer support they have, they said we can not do anything in this mater u have to deposit the amount that too in the vodafone store pune.
I even asked changed my no. To prepaid, they said for that also u have to come to india. What kind of policies they have.. I dont understand if they cant help the customer while he is struggling in a different country.
These people are not helping but irritating. Please help i[censored] can.. I am helpless. Just need incoming otp messages.

    First i had 3gb internet for a month when i came to uttar pradesh azamgarh. My sim belongs to bangalore. I was suffering from bad data connection and network i waited for few days and after 10-15 days of bad network usage i logged a complaint to 198. I also mention regarding bad internet and many a times no network connection at all. It might be on 17 july. They asked me to wait for 3 days i waited there. Then they called me after 3 days n i told them it is same and asked for extension of validity of my data pack on which the supervisor talked rudely to me. I was supposed to get a callback which i didn’t get and the validation got over, i changed the data plan this tym and recharge with 1gb data per day. I haven’t received proper signal neither data network my sim gets no network it only works when i switch it off n then on. Even on flight mode on there is no proper network.in total i have made 3 times complain.
    Prayer: i want extension in my data plan also better network my dad has airtel which is working super net.

      Hello sir
      This is to inform you that i had made a complaint for building related of this month as i need to inform you that last month bill also have some problem that some value added service activated on my number and i made a call on 4th july for the billing correction of last month but one of your representative suggest me that we could not waiver the activated service amount i told him that if it is not possible then i told that i will quit the service of vodafone but he suggest me that sir i put the bard on all the value added services that will not repeat in the future on your bill but the same process has done and this time my bill generated approximately more than 400 but my rental plan is 299 i called yesterday evening one of your representative suggest that you have activated value added service pack one or telling that you're activated a bonus card i made a complaint in consumer form consumer form complaint docket number is 1471500.
      This time i would like to aware you that i will not stay single extra amount on my bill.

        On 26 may i requested vodafone call centre to shut down my internet. The cust care person was careless and didnt do the needful. I was charged for entire next month too (I felt number was closed). Then i complained in vodafone gallery on 13 july 2019 (Req. No.[protected]. I am surpised to get full month bill even now... So now my bill amount doubled but no. Not closed.

        These guys r not doing their job and unnecessarily billing us for no reason.. I had requested for closire of number [protected] on 26 may 2019 from my cell no. [protected].

        I asked vodafone to listen to my closure request raised. On may 2019 and do justice but they play a blame game...

        Get my nom closed and sue vodafone cheaters and non responsible satff

          Hi,

          I am living in marathalli area in bangalore city. I am a user of vodafone and currently using its 399 rs pack.

          This pack claims 4g+3g calls and data.

          However from the past one month there is no 4g coverage available in my area.
          3g is available but internet throughput is very bad.

          I want to know why we are being charged 399 for 4g when vodafone is unable to provide 4g services??

          If there is some temporary issue, provide some substitute for the meantime.
          No customer support helps.

          no need... issue has been rectified.

          Please mark this complaint as resolved as i am not getting the option to do it.
          Today unfortunately in my mobile phone with the help of paytm app i had a recharge of 398 rupees +398 rupees =796, by mistake i had recharged my vodafone number twice, so i need to recollect my money, so please accept my complaint and please do refund me of 398 and help me out
          Withdrawal of service and not able to contact customer service due to same reason

            I was trying to recharge the 28 days plans of rs 129 on a vodafone number on phonepe And my sister was trying to recharge the same plan for same no.number on paytm. At the end, we both recharged the same number for the same plan twice.
            Now what happened at this stage. Last recharge pending for next month? or return?

                  Activated a ir pack of 6000 and yet got charged 6000 + 3000

                  1st executive calls and says it will be adjusted to next bill amount
                  2nd calls and says its valid so please pay!

                  Most of the places where we had been had wifi, i even took a local sim to avoid extreme situations so theres no chance that they're charging me this amount!

                  Ridiculous and disappointing to the core.

                  Crooks & goons will be better than these suckers in vodafone!

                  Its a shame to india & to the world

                    Hi, i am zainab al moosawi.
                    I was forced to take up postpaid service for 300 per month for 3 months compulsorily and i just wanted to activate my already deactivated card for aadhar card issue purpose. I was just a month late for the other payment as i have already paid one month charges, the collections team for vodafone calls me not less than 3 times everyday and literally harass me. Being a vulnerable customer i told them about how i lost my job and will pay as soon as i get salary from my new job. Also i asked them to put notes about how i will pay on 5th of following month. They just disconnected my call and didn't listen to me and started scolding me saying 'aisa nahi chalta hai'.
                    Now i have paid for all my usage charges but they are imposing additional 600 for 2 months late payment fees which is exorbitantly high. I am not willing to pay that for their terrible services other wise i committed a date. Yet their calls never stopped.

                    Please help!

                    Have been charged 686 rs saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 45 mins, When I called customer care they are saying I have dialed special number and the call went till 45 mins. So they have charged under "Value Added Service"

                      I use Vodafone services from past many years. Recently, I had started activating the unlimited packages. Current activation of the package was expired on date Saturday, 27th July 2019 and I was about to recharge it on Monday, 29th July 2019.
                      I have already fulfilled the criteria of minimum balance by recharging of Rs. 50 back on 4th May 2019.
                      Meanwhile, Vodafone has deducted Rs.24 from my account balance stating the reason of keeping the outgoing services intact.
                      Vodafone hasn't taken my permission before deducting the amount and also, I had not requested them to do so. Now, since I activate my account to keep this ongoing, Vodafone is not refunding the amount which was deducted without my permission.
                      As I now want to resume the current plan, but Rs. 24 is already deducted which is an additional burden apart from plan amount.
                      Vodafone should refund Rs. 24 back to me or customise the plan, I want to activate. (Rs.399 + Rs.24)

                        My vodafone no [protected] has received a following message on 27/07/2017 at 11.57am

                        Hello! Sportspack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of rs.75 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.177.71. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free).

                        Although i have not activated any such kind of service rs. 75 was deducted from my account without my concern.
                        My phone was in lock in key from
                        7.00 am to 17.30 pm on 27/07/2019 during my working hours so there's no point of me activating such kind of service at the time mentioned nor i am interested in any sports news. I have viewed this message on 28/07/2019 evening so i tried a complaint number, after waiting for 20min i got a feedback that no refund will be given after 24 hours. But i need a refund for this since i have not activated any such kind of service and this is forced on me by your company. And the for complaint email id is also not working.

                          There is always network issue in skylights society, wagholi, pune and i have been complaining about it since 5months. Even if you cant have a normal call because of network then what's the sense of part of its postapid connections since years.

                              Am rajesh mr from [protected] a postpaid customer, facing the issue on ur network for several months and logged many complaints on the same many times in past 18 months. At present am having 178 gb of data which cant be used due to poor network coverage, the voice quality signal is also very very poor that for every call i need to run out of my building which is just 10ft away from the road to get the least signal. One of my ticket number is[protected]

                              For all complaints am repeatedly receiving the same response that "yes sir we have an issue on our network which will be sorted out asap" and tickets have been closed without my knowledge.

                              And my simple question is why i need to pay for the product which is not working as said and i think i have all rights to take back what i have paid for it.

                                Dear team, i was wrongly charged 1600rs where my monthly postpaid plan is 150 rs, on enquiring about this they agreed to waiver off but started giving me pressure and threats to pay entire bill. Vodafone please answer why you threatening your customer and using abusive words. Is this the way you handle consumers. Worst service and customer handling.

                                    Hello, i had done recharge on 20th july for my vodafone number using my vodafone app and mode of payment as upi, on vodafone app it showed transaction failed whereas the amount got deducted from my bank account. After few hours i got sms from vodafone stating "hello! We are unable to complete the transaction with id hsb8e168466e1f12fdfe0538126a08288e8 & have initiated the refund. Amount will reflect in your account within 3-5 working days."
                                    But today being 26th july i still haven't received my refund amount of 349₹. Kindly do the needful and refund me the amount. Below am attaching photos for reference.

                                    Also the Vodafone social network team said they have not received amount in their account where as it clearly shows amount was successfully transferred to vodafone. Please refund the amount. I had waited patiently for 5 working days as per the SMS I received.

                                      I don't want to continue my postpaid plan, so i have requested to convert my no. On prepaid plan. I have requested this on 16th july 2019 and visited the vodafone mini store and clear the payment. The store give me the sim and charge 148 rs as first recharge.
                                      But till today my no didn't get converted, i have raised the issue to customer care as well the vodafone store but no help from anyone.
