      I recently ported my number [protected] from Vodafone to jio.I got msg to clear my outstanding due of R.s91.Even though I have paid the amount still my outgoing services are barred .I contacted jio customer care .they informed that when payment details will be updated to jio from Vodafone, then only my services will be resumed.I will attach screenshot of payment .It is causing lot of harrasment

        I am regular post paid customer of Vodafone since last 20 years and in current month bill of June-2022 the company added rs.27 as Valuaded Service, I never demand for this service so pl deduct rs.27 from my current bill and issue me a new bill for submit necessary payment

          Dear Sir,

          I am Port out from Airtel to Vodafone From Date 25/06/2022,

          My Plan is 1299 family Plan in 5 Numbers,

          my problem is from day onwards only 4 numbers are added in family plan & 1 number is not added. I was too much call to Vodafone & raise complaint but didn't resolve yet.

          I am every day calling & going to the store but they didn't support me & not given any reply. every day they commit to me revert me inform in one hour but they cant call or reply me.

          I have complaint to him but without solution they were closed my complain.

          now days my secondary no in no received any SMS. without massages I am not able to financial transactions.

          my major issues is if generate access bill, who can bare ???

            I have been incorrectly charged for Games World though I never requested nor asked for the activation. Every now and then they will charge for CallerTunes Activation though I never request that, this is loot and cheating

                Not allowing me to deactivate my postpaid sim despite continued follow updates and they charged me even though I wasn't using the sim and sent me a legal notice for not paying it. Even though they made me run around for a month just to cancel this sim.

                  It's been more than 15 days since my number have been blocked without any prior notice by the company. I even had the recharge of 719 Rs. And when I visited Vi store for the 3rd time they told me even they don't know what is the reason that their company blocked the number. I called their customer care number and they said we don't have any information. I have one request from Vodafone that please activate my number as soon as possible or give me my last recharge amount back. Here's my number:- [protected] (blocked number)

                    I am Abdullah Sande was employee of RBL Bank Ltd . I left bank in Jan 2020. I have vodafone post paid card. After relieve of bank. I requested many times to transfer card in my name. I also visited VI care centres and submit all require documents to vi care centres at sangli also in kolhapur cities.
                    Still my card is not transferred in my name. I am old customer. No body care of me. From yesterday dated 10 july my card is having no network. I am upset with vodafone service. Vodafone care should have to penal. And this company is responsible for all my losses.

                      Hi,

                      Vodafone has deducted around Rs.500 on name of service packs.

                      I need my money back.

                      This service packs are never activated by me.
                      Since February month they have deducted around ₹ 500.
                      When I called customer care, they did not raised my complaint and they disconnected call everytime.
                      I called 5 to 6 time and talked to below executive and they did not raised complaint and also they disconnected call.

                      Even any senior person is not ready to talk and raise complaint.

                          Mobile call to special number 55555

                          We have a postpaid family plan of 3 members account number[protected] . The group plan we opted for is Rs 999. For the billing period from 28 May 22 to 27 Jun 22 they have put extra charges of Rs 1231 for the call made on a special number 55555.

                          No such call is made on this number. This is my father in law number who is 82 years old and customer care is saying that he spoke 3 times on this number for 116 min 40 seconds. Customer...

                              I have done recharge of 839 rs on 5th july on my prepaid mobile no [protected] through VI (vodafone india appp), for which i need invoice copy with my name

                              Generally i do recharge of same number through paytm and i get proper invoice however this time i tried doing directly from VI app but this invoice copy is not having complete details

                              When i called they sending me bill summary which having call duration of my last month, i told i just need invoice copy of my lasst recharge but they are telling since this is prepaid they cant help much

                              I need invoice copy/ bill having my name (since sim is in my name Dipti thakkar), phone number and amount i have recharge, Date and VAT details if any

                                I have made many complaints but no result. I have not subscribed for any value added services. But amount is getting deducted for games portal pack without my permission. Pls deactivate all value added services. Pls stop renewal of games portal pack. Rs.15, 10 n 7 is deducted from my account [protected]

                                  I have a 15 yrs old vi no. Suddenly from 21st June mobile network services not available in my no. From 21st June to till today I had called the customer service department 10000 times. Sometimes they told by mistake they stopped my gprs services, sometimes some other stories. As per their instructions I had changed my sim card twice but nothing happened. Still today my problem is same. I had recharged my plan upto August but can't use my no. I am just exhausted. Pls help me.

                                  Yesterday I made a complaint against vi. From 21st June the company didn't pay any attention to my network problem neither resolved it. Bt today suddenly the appellate team of vi send me a mail that they resolve my problem. Thank you very much for helping me.

                                      My Vodafone number [protected] was previously COCP, then I transferred it to IOIP ( individually owned individually paid).

                                      And while transferring SiM from company name to my name I submitted my all individual documents & a letter from my previous company/ employer for transfer on authorised Vodafone service center.

                                      After that I have been given new SIM card & it was activated after few days after my KYC verification.

                                      And suddenly after 1 month my SIM card was deactivated without any intimation & when i called on customer care they are saying that they do not have my documents.

                                      They are saying me to visit and check with them regarding this issue. And during this process my SIM card will be deactivate & i will not be able to do any online transaction, will not able to receive any important calls.

                                      Ultimately i have to suffer due to the silly mistake of Vodafone executives.

                                      And there is threat as well that my missing documents from Vodafone service center can be miss used.

                                      And due to mistake of Vodafone i have to visit on their centre.
