On 25th June 2022, The amount of 418 rs was debited but, No plan got activated. On inquiry with customer care, i was first told to wait for half an hour, then 3 hours which later became 3 days then got converted to 7 days.
After waiting this long i was told to write a mail. and I will get response, but till date no response has been provided. Moreover, I was told to visit Vi store but there also the store person told me that this is on Vi and he can't do anything. Post which i have been promised backend team call within 4 hrs. But it never came. They are not giving any reason why this is happening and everytime giving me new task to do.
Please look into this, I have poof of the chats that amount has been debited and all the wait and every thing they told. I just want my money back, Vi is politely harrashing me.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They r cont. Manipulating infct I went thrice to Vodafone local office for the same
