Hi I'm using Vodafone VI postpaid connection. While I'm making calls I'm getting crosstalk . It's irritating and getting feared that whether my phone is hacked. Kindly look into this.

    Mobile call to special number 55555

    We have a postpaid family plan of 3 members account number[protected] . The group plan we opted for is Rs 999. For the billing period from 28 May 22 to 27 Jun 22 they have put extra charges of Rs 1231 for the call made on a special number 55555.

    No such call is made on this number. This is my father in law number who is 82 years old and customer care is saying that he spoke 3 times on this number for 116 min 40 seconds. Customer...

        I have done recharge of 839 rs on 5th july on my prepaid mobile no [protected] through VI (vodafone india appp), for which i need invoice copy with my name

        Generally i do recharge of same number through paytm and i get proper invoice however this time i tried doing directly from VI app but this invoice copy is not having complete details

        When i called they sending me bill summary which having call duration of my last month, i told i just need invoice copy of my lasst recharge but they are telling since this is prepaid they cant help much

        I need invoice copy/ bill having my name (since sim is in my name Dipti thakkar), phone number and amount i have recharge, Date and VAT details if any

          I have made many complaints but no result. I have not subscribed for any value added services. But amount is getting deducted for games portal pack without my permission. Pls deactivate all value added services. Pls stop renewal of games portal pack. Rs.15, 10 n 7 is deducted from my account [protected]

            I have a 15 yrs old vi no. Suddenly from 21st June mobile network services not available in my no. From 21st June to till today I had called the customer service department 10000 times. Sometimes they told by mistake they stopped my gprs services, sometimes some other stories. As per their instructions I had changed my sim card twice but nothing happened. Still today my problem is same. I had recharged my plan upto August but can't use my no. I am just exhausted. Pls help me.

            Yesterday I made a complaint against vi. From 21st June the company didn't pay any attention to my network problem neither resolved it. Bt today suddenly the appellate team of vi send me a mail that they resolve my problem. Thank you very much for helping me.

              I have charged Rs. 30 +30 +30 in three time & Rs. 5 in 4th time Total Rs. 95/- in a single day after getting recharge of Rs. 99/- on 28.06.2022 almost full talk time balance deducted by voda phone -Idea on 28.06.2022 in name of Handset Inbuilt Game without any request & without paying any game by me.

                My Vodafone number [protected] was previously COCP, then I transferred it to IOIP ( individually owned individually paid).

                And while transferring SiM from company name to my name I submitted my all individual documents & a letter from my previous company/ employer for transfer on authorised Vodafone service center.

                After that I have been given new SIM card & it was activated after few days after my KYC verification.

                And suddenly after 1 month my SIM card was deactivated without any intimation & when i called on customer care they are saying that they do not have my documents.

                They are saying me to visit and check with them regarding this issue. And during this process my SIM card will be deactivate & i will not be able to do any online transaction, will not able to receive any important calls.

                Ultimately i have to suffer due to the silly mistake of Vodafone executives.

                And there is threat as well that my missing documents from Vodafone service center can be miss used.

                And due to mistake of Vodafone i have to visit on their centre.

                  I have never opted for handset inbuilt games and still it cuts 25rs per month from my account! Return those charges and stop the service. I dont need it.

                    I had purchased IR package from Vodafone as I am a post-paid subscriber of Vodafone since last 16 years.

                    The package was for EU and US. However in 3 countries that I visited in EU it either did not work or never went beyond 3G, mostly on E. Repeated chats with service desk resulted in several hrs across 2 weeks in Europe wasted as nothing changed.

                    But I could not imagine how much worse it would get in US, where 90% of the time it never connected to any network. Resulting serious stress on travel and loss of time.

                    In spite of all the history of complaints, there has been no call back or even sympathy shown by Vodafone. Instead the bill has been sent with IR charges. A written complaint with all evidences of screen images and chat history has elicited no response from them. But the collection team keeps following on payment.

                    Its an absolutely bizarre level of service for an existing customer.

                    It seems like Vodafone is really keen for subscriber base attrition as a business goal.

                      Dear Sir,

                      My Vi SIM [protected] was converted to Postpaid to Prepaid after clear all due bill.

                      During prepaid connection I have been paid excess Rs 528 on dated 26 June from my HDFC Bank account

                      Since I have tried to refund to contact customer care via emails, Chat and Twitter also eventhrough visited Vi branch office also but unfortunetaly not yet received so far

                      Kindly refund my Rs 528 immediately

                          Several times my phone balance is being used for the subscription for Mazaa games, which I never subscribed. This is clear fraud and Vodafone Idea India is responsible for this for allowing private companies to deduct from available balance. They normally deduct Rs 25 every-time. I am sure several people are affected by this as they take out Rs 25 from lot of phone balances,

                          Vodafone seems to be not bothered to rectify their own mistakes. They deliberately allow spurious elements in their network to earn their own revenue. Such cheap tactics will bring the company down again and soon lead to bankruptcy. I will find alternative but Vodafone won't get too many loyal customers.

                            My outgoing calls suddenly stopped today morning despite the fact that the validity of my recharge is till September, 22. Now I'm trying to make calls every time it says call ended. I couldn't contact customer care, as I could not dial any number. Can somebody reach out to me for help? what is happening? why other Vodafone numbers are working properly and not mine? this is really frustrating as the customer care number is also not useful at all.                               On 25th June 2022, The amount of 418 rs was debited but, No plan got activated. On inquiry with customer care, i was first told to wait for half an hour, then 3 hours which later became 3 days then got converted to 7 days.

                              After waiting this long i was told to write a mail. and I will get response, but till date no response has been provided. Moreover, I was told to visit Vi store but there also the store person told me that this is on Vi and he can't do anything. Post which i have been promised backend team call within 4 hrs. But it never came. They are not giving any reason why this is happening and everytime giving me new task to do.

                              Please look into this, I have poof of the chats that amount has been debited and all the wait and every thing they told. I just want my money back, Vi is politely harrashing me.

                                My monthly rental is 399.
                                I have been charged Rs.750+ saying that the "content download'' charges have been added.
                                When I asked regarding the same, they are not aware of it.
