I have purchased a pack of 500rs for an extra day fo my iroam. I got a sms that my pack has ended so i re-purchased an additional pack of 500rs but vodafone has falsely billed me for that extra day too since they dont see my 500rs recharge. I have added the screenshots.

it takes too long to reach customer care

I am not a vodaphone user but recently i was trying to reach vodaphone customer care to know the status of the request we have submitted for our companies two numbers which are vodaphone. Since i was not using same network it took me an 1hr to reach them then i contacted cc from one of our vodaphone number and again it took an 1hr time to reach them. online recharge fraud

incorrectly charged for mobile data which is not used

As per the bill received for the month of December 2018, I have been incorrectly charged Rs.115.55 + GST for mobile data which I have not used at all.

I have switched off my mobile data in my mobile settings from last two years and there is no way it can be turned on.

Also when I had requested for activation of International Roaming I had clearly asked Customer Care Representative to deactivate Mobile Data....

bill amount exceeds 2000

The bill amount gets exceeded more than 1500 per month constantly without that much usage. Now I am in 399 plan it seems, Please change my plan to 199 or some thing else which makes my bill amount lesser.

getting message from vodafone that incoming calls will be stop for my number

I am very old user of vodafone india but now i am getting messages from vodafone that my incoming calls will be stopped from 12/01/2019 if wont do the recharge of 97 inr. network issue at infosys, tikri, sector 48, gurgaon

I am facing lot of network issue as zero network in my phone at infosys, uniworld tower b, central park ii road, tikri, sector 48, gurugram, haryana 122001.

Even at near by area network is very poor. Vodafone has assured about best connectivity after merger with idea. This is really very poor connectivity.

Also 4g data is no where to see in this vicinity
