Shame on You people Kirti, rajesh, amit R U hungry beggar Fraud and having broken hands and legs that you don't have guts yo earn your income then it's really shameful to you for showing your nasty attitude towards the customers. It's better for you to take one huge big katora and sit on the roadside so that people will throw money on you. Shame on you greedy hungry fellows for doing fraud with the customers.

    I have a plan of 1.4GB data per day and from last 2-3 days am getting a message that 50%of the data is exhausted. I haven't used it and I want to know where my data is going? Vodafone customer care don't have any Information on this. Is Vodafone stealing my data? It is very difficult to connect to Vodafone customer care because they tend to take a long time.However that's fine but on asking about the usage, they don't have any answer to address my issue. I want my stolen data back.

      Hello,

      This is with regards to complaint number [protected].
      I have ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone on 13th January. Incoming call facility has not been started. I have been losing on important business call since 13th January due to incoming call facility.
      Following actions have been taken so far:
      1. Called Vodafone customer care, the person suggested visiting Vodafone store
      2. I have visited the Vodafone store on a business day(affecting my daily work), another SIM was issued with assurance problem would be solved
      3. After activation still problem persisted
      4. Called customer care was being assured problem would be solved by 7 PM, 14th January.

      Still, the problem is there, I have suffered business loss because of the inconvenience.

        Vodafone has blocked my number from connecting to a customer care executive in the number 111. I can connect to the automatic response system but when i wish to speak to a customer care executive, the call reverts to voice response system. This is true only for my number since i was able to connect to a customer care centre from another phone seconds after i found myself blocked

          Dear sir,

          Buy mistakenly i have recharge on my number ([protected]) but i want to recharge on my another number ([protected]) but now since my recharge is 399 hence my plan has changed were it was earlier plan 509. Which was 1.5 gb net but due to new recharge my plan has changed so i am getting 1gb net,
          So you give me the my old plan as well refund my money.in any way.
          I have already raise my complain to customer complaint but now they are saying we can not give service and you can port also.
          But as i am loyal customer from past 12 year i want to use ur service but if does not get resolve i will complain on customer forum
          So kindly do the needful

            My name is mohd syeed teeli. I have ported my airtel postpaid connection into vodafone. Because of internet problems. My mobile no is [protected]. After the activation i am facing the same problem as it was in airtel. The internet sign is showing but it is not browsing. It shows we can not reach the site, time eror, it will take long time and try to your internet connection. When i send the sms it shows sending failed and i called from other numbers to my above number it says number does not exist. Whatever the processes was like manual setting, dats roaming, change of mobile phone, sim one, lte auto connect, restart etc i finished it completely but the problem remains same. What happened to both the airtel and vodafone companies. I lost trust on both companies, espicially i blame their syststem engineers who do have professional conciousness on digital costumer services what they are providing and looking on. As the company have own rules for every process same the contemporary customers have own rules. I wish vodafone care or system engineers will sought out my connection problems with 24 hours. Other wise i have to leave the vodafone family.
            Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            A VAS (indiagames wwe zone) is activated without informing anything on msg or mail. And charged total of 900 rs in last 10 months. ie - 90 rs each month.

            I want to file a complaint. Where can I do that.

                It is regret to informed you that i am using corporate connection vide mobile [protected] and your invoice no 12iwb[protected] dt[protected] for the month of december-2018 bill period 10/12/2018 to 09/01/2019 where in this bill plan 199 was introduced and exiting plan have been change without any intimation to the user of the connection it is a fraud and unethical and violation of good faith and rs 368.00 was demanded which is disputed and totally a fraud amount have been imposed and i want reversal of bill amount off 199 plan and freash bill to generated in old plan rs 375.00 - 200 =175.00 + gst 18% rs 32.00 total amount of rs 207.00 i will pay and i want reversal of rs 161.00 with immediately and resonated my old plan in the current month if not possible the stop the connection without any delay. Please note i will not pay the disputed amount of 199 plan rs 161.00 and immediate cancellation of 199 plan and restored old plan without any delay and also and note that this change of plan is done at your end without any communication i lodge a complain vide docket no sr-[protected] dt[protected] and if old plan cannot be restore then stop the connection and settled the bill in old plan basis at earliest without any delay if not done then i will move to consumer court and informed the tri for necessary action.

                  On 14.1.19 Vodafone deducted Rs 24 from my balance without my prior knowledge & consent. i complained to their customer service(complaint no. [protected] on 14.1.19 at 9:48 a.m.). but the customer service center refused to return my balance & said they did it to extend the out going service. i am very much aggrieved & dissatisfied to their reply.

                    I have made request for mnp from airtel to vodafone prepaid plan at vodafone store at kapurbawdi, thane-west. This request has been made by me for the 2nd time on 8th jan 2016 still there is no sms or call that the number is ported from airtel to vodafone. My airtel number is still working. Airtel cutomer care had called me up when i made the request for mnp. I had confirmed him that want to port my number from airtel to vodafone. Now i am not getting it why my number is not getting port from airtel to vodafone. This is for the 2nd time i am facing this issue.

                      I worked for customer service sector. I lead customer service team. We have zero tolerance policy where we terminate people for disconnecting call post show cause.

                        Dear sir,

                        I have raised one issue regarding international roaming charges which is vodafone regularty charging me.

                        I have received twitter call and they told me do whatever i want to do.

                        I have raise the connection change request post paid to prepaid. Received sr no[protected] which is raised by vodafone store hop no-20, block - a ground floor, omaxe city centre vfstore-sohna road haryana 122103, sector 49, gurugram, haryana 122001 they ask me to pay 704 rupees i had paid the amount. They told me my sim card will be activate within 72 hours. On 12-jan they had closed my service requiest no.

                        I have raised complaint on twitter again. Then your social media team given threaten call to me. If i will twitt again then they have my all details like house address and official details and i have to pay for that.

                        I have received two threaten call from vodafone social media team. I have immediately infomed the local police for the same and they are working on my complaint soon that executive will be behind the bar.

                        Now your vodafone store executive told me i can do any thing they will not going to transfer my post paid number to prepaid.

                        I have raise one more complaint to vodafone[protected].

                        They told me they will migrate number within 72 hours.

                        Now again i have received one call from social media team that they will not going to migrate my number at any how.

                        This is vodafone??? I will take this issue to national commission of women how the service provider can do harrashment of female.

                        Vodafone hire social media as gundas who threaten female.

                        I will port my number to airtel simple such a same less vodafone.

                        Who is even not able to handle complaint.

                        I need status of my complaint who is resposible for the same.

                        I will raise the same in consumer court.

                        Also publish the article in all social plantform how vodafone threaten females because now its on dignity level.

                          Hi,
                          Almost daily i am losing a balance of rs. 3 on my prepaid mobile. The customer care refunded the balance on one occasion after complaining but they refuse to do so now by reasoning that the sms is being sent by me and hence the deduction can't be refunded. The no to which sms is being sent as informed is 52425. On searching online for this no i learnt that vodafone has been fleecing consumers by deducting balance by claiming sms being sent to the above no from as early as 2010. I am tired and fed up of calling up the customer care every day. Consumers beware! I think it's time to leave vodafone.

                            Why without any intimation 24rs. Deduct from my account??? As per trai, if there have not any active service pack then service provider...
                            1. Inform first to customer,
                            2. After few days they will stop outgoing call,
                            3. After that they will stop incoming calls and
                            4. After 90days they will stop the service...

                            But why within 1days (After validaty expired) ithout any intimation 24rs. Deduct from my account???

                              . At least, my benifit is going to hell by vodafone.
                              Vodafone does not take any response for their lowest network quality in india.
                              I thought this company cheated with indians.
                              Lot of fake news and much more fake promises with in blood of vodafone.
                              They can not update 3g network properly, but jump in 4g.
                              I was to wait let night for data speed and network quality goes to bad to very bad.
                              I can not use my full of benifit by vodafone worst network quality and very worst data service.

                                I had recharged my phone with 129 and after one day dataexhaused
                                and daily with out using data still my main balance is deducting which is not as expected kindly look in to this due to security resons iam not mentioning the mobile number

                                      When i called to customer care they never reply me on my call and i waited for 28 minutes, after 28 minutes i quit and see my balance only 5 rs..what the hell vodafone doing with customer deduct 42 rs without any service, without any call, without listening my complaints.

                                        This is the worst service i have ever received from vodafone. The past 4 days have been so disturbing and unprofessional at your end. I am on the verge of discontinuing my vodafone number owing to the distress i have faced with your support team. I have faced issues of bill payment, because i chose to pay via paytm. I was guided from sameer (Your santacruz west branch) to shaista khan to smita to so many other representatives. Do you honestly expect me to repeat my grievances or issues to each and every vodafone support rep? Your customers come to you for support not to elongate and existing issue. When finally the issue was resolved, with a payment made from my end, to stop the disturbing alert i was receiving every time i make a call, i still continued to get your customer service calls. Telling me i have to make the payment. Dont you guys have any system in place? This is absolutely ridiculous service and you really need to look into your marketing and advertising because your customer support teams advise to pay by cash while you guys promote your easy pay via online and wallets. Sincerely, a frustrated customer.
