Hi, i would like to take your attention towards the poor service of airtel, vodafone, and idea in my area.

Wanted to update you that we are a group of 40 people approx working in gip noida at 3floor and using airtel, vodafone, and idea as a network service provider and getting the pathetic service there.

It is oftenly when we received very weak signals from the service provider mentioned above.

I have purchased a pack of 500rs for an extra day fo my iroam. I got a sms that my pack has ended so i re-purchased an additional pack of 500rs but vodafone has falsely billed me for that extra day too since they dont see my 500rs recharge. I have added the screenshots.

Hi, i would like to port my vodafone postpaid connection to any other prepaid connection as i am facing whole lot of issues with vodafone. I have frequent call drops, high tariff compared to my relatives who are on vodafone prepaid, poor customer service. But mr jaydev misbehaved and talked in very rude manner.

I had done vodafone online recharge of 35 rupees on 8 jan 2019 on 10:30pm. Money is deducted from my account but money is not recharged to my vodafone number. And money is not refunded to my account. Reference id 25695182. I had talked to customer care regarding this matter but customer care person said that it will take 5days to refund. They are not concern about customer service and complaint. I am using a vodafone connection [protected] since a long time and i have my main account balance is rs 1208.53. But i m regularly getting the threatening sms alert by vodafone which states that your outgoing service ends on january 11, 2019. I would like to disconnect my vodafone no [protected] (corporate no). Since i was not a employee of the concerned company i.e. velocity express and as per norms of the vodafone company, i need to produce NOC letter from company with authorised signatory. As per the bill received for the month of December 2018, I have been incorrectly charged Rs.115.55 + GST for mobile data which I have not used at all.

I have switched off my mobile data in my mobile settings from last two years and there is no way it can be turned on.

Also when I had requested for activation of International Roaming I had clearly asked Customer Care Representative to deactivate Mobile Data....

The bill amount gets exceeded more than 1500 per month constantly without that much usage. Now I am in 399 plan it seems, Please change my plan to 199 or some thing else which makes my bill amount lesser.

Happens frequently, done follow ups many time but not yet resolved.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Because getting the bill frequently above 2000 is annoying. Thanks...

I am very old user of vodafone india but now i am getting messages from vodafone that my incoming calls will be stopped from 12/01/2019 if wont do the recharge of 97 inr. However as per my knowledge no company have rights to stop the incoming calls of customer. Why you guys have such unnecessary force for customer to do the recharge.

I am facing lot of network issue as zero network in my phone at infosys, uniworld tower b, central park ii road, tikri, sector 48, gurugram, haryana 122001.

Even at near by area network is very poor. Vodafone has assured about best connectivity after merger with idea. This is really very poor connectivity.

Also 4g data is no where to see in this vicinity
