When i subscribed to vodafone in december 2017, the postpaid plan that i chose was talk299 unlimited. Which has 299 per month as rent and 50 per month for 3g/4g. This adds up to 349+plus taxes+extra usage.in june 2018 without informing me the charge for data per month has increased to 199 per month. This went on for 4 months without my notice. Now out of nowhere a value added service spuul got activated and i was charged 150 rs per month. Is this how you make money by sneakily increasing the amount or adding a service without a confirmation from the customer. Is this your business model. I want all of my money that i paid extra back!!

I have lost my phone today morning. Please block my sim.
They are none other than dacoit in the disguise of telecom company.I have been facing similar problem and now they even harassing me to migrate my plan from postpaid to prepaid. Dont know what to do.
I am using Vodafone postpaid SIM with mobile number: [protected]. From last 2-3 days, almost every call drops after few minutes. I'm unable to talk to anyone.

    My entire balances are getting eaten up by some access fee. I just recharged rs.49 again just to survive the day but to my shock immediately vodaphone has consumed every paisa of it. Towards gst of 7.47, access fee of 36.63 and new balance is 0.
    Now what is the solution for this endless consumption of my balance.
    Kindly refund the money recharged by me for the past 3 times in 20 days.

    Your online help line team does not know the meaning of access fee and when I asked why they don't know they are threatening to cut the call. Kindly look in to this serious non compliance issues.
    I think it is time to port the number to Airtel.
    I haven't subscribed to any of that cine zone BS.
    And now...I got a SMS that v have activated cine zone subscription and 50 rs have been deducted from my balance.
    I got this twice.
    I had a balance of rs.207. And now 4rs.
    Cheaters... .shame on u

      Hello,

      I’ve converted my sim from prepaid to postpaid for which i’d received call from some of the idea ofc. The lady informed that the plan is of rs.199 or 200 n the billing cycle wud be of 45 days. While collecting the documents as well the agent said that the plan will be of rs.200 or 199. However on the application it is showing as the plan of rs.399. When i contacted customer care they said its a plan of rs.399 only...

      I am postpaid customer of Vodafone and Vodafone is activating services by their own choice. I think this is fooling customer and earning money.
      It needs to penalize under customer act.

          I have not /not subscribed for this value added service (Vas) zeen naughty story_90_n and charged rs. 90/ month for it. Please take note that i did not and do not want such stupid services. Please initiate action against vodafone for unilaterally charging accounts for such vas services not subscribed for.

          I request refund of all charges made by vodafone towards this vas zeen naughty story_90_n.

            I put in a request for migration from postpaid to prepaid plan in vodafone store santacruz (W) on 21 oct 2018. The staff was very reluctant to accept the request. After my insisting, they accepted my form along with the documents. They were reluctant to give me an acknowledgement. On my insisting, they reluctantly gave me a wrong service request no. (Which i confirmed later with their call center, was not raised at all, hence did not exist). They also made me pay for a new prepaid sim card. My postpaid bills have been settled for the next month in advance (Even before they have raised a bill), so i have surplus cash in my account.
            My prepaid sim hasn't been activated as no service request has been raised by the store, despite taking all papers. I intend filing a police compliant as well as with the consumer forum for fraudulent behavior. Giving false information to customers and misrepresenting facts and making people buy plans without processing their applications. I have raised a complaint with vodafone already :[protected]. I am a senior management member in a global mnc and have been a loyal customer of vodafone for over 18 years now. I came to know from the call center that the vodafone store has not raised a migration request at all, but have just shown it as an inquiry in their system. Hope good sense prevails with the vodafone team and they do not loose loyal customers, this way!!

              I did not ask to activate my international roaming when i was travelling to us for 10 days. I assumed my phone will be 'off' automatically there. But they kept it on.. So i had to keep it on flight mode most of the time.. Except when i was in wifi.. I was using wifi for whtaspp and they are claiming i used data. One customer service manager at the vodafone store even claimed that the cellphone uses sim card data on priority even if the phone is connected to wifi, tgo justify the fraud charges. They did not send me and message or notification and upon my return back in india, i found that they have turned my outgoing off. They did the same with my mother's phone, who was using her phone in india, as it was under same account. They are charging us an unexplained 14000 rs bill and not giving a bill yet, saying its unbilled amount. So i am not able to do anything. On top of this, they asked my mother to pay 700 rs telling her phone will start in couple of hours while i was in us. Ofcourse that was a lie and it never started. She had to make a few visits to the local vodafone store and then they gave her another sim card and a new number without any paperwork and this number aparantly was used by some man named 'sanjay"and my mother started getting foul language calls and messages for this number. How can they give a new number without verifying or registering the new holder? My mother's calls to other people still show call id as"sanjay' and the bad language calls turned into threats and infinite missed calls from a person pissed off by this "sanjay" guy sometime. Such irresponsible behaviour and unethical treatment for long term post paid customers like us is very unprofessional and unexpected from vodafone. Please take some action to correct this or i will be going to consumer court and ofcourse we will cancel our vodafone services and opt for another reliable and trustworthy carrier.

                I updated my sim from 3g to 4g yesterday and my messages r not going or coming after i updated my sim to 4g.. May be message center number has been changed or there may be some issue.. After hearing from friends and seeing on internet i got some message center numbers.
                I tried the numbers available on the internet it didn't work... Please see into it and

                  Wrong billing for vas carried out at least 3-4 times till date and had to call customer care (199) to get it reversed. Assurance given each time that this will not repeat, but it again repeats.

                  Though it is a small amount, it still matters.

                  To add to this i also end up paying call charges to talk to a customer care officer.

                  Some issue with billing system of vodafone and immediate attention is required. Do not know how many customers are paying vodafone on regular basis without realizing that they are being over billed.

                  Please look into this matter immediately.

                    My name is bijay chowrasia. I am using vodafone sim. But when i recharged they are deducted my balance when i am asking that why my balance is deducted they are blamed me that i am using that balance but i am not using those balance. & also their customer care executive behavior is very bad their executive talking roughly.. They are said ki "aap kya kar loge balance refund nahi hoga" like.

                    So i am request that please take a action against vodafone india. Now they are thief.. Now they are started thieving balance.. Please look in this matter sir and refund my balance.

                      I got message from vodafone saying that juice up pack is activated. I have never requested or claimed to activate this service. Without customer knowledge how can a service provider activate a pack. Also in message it is mentioned that 75 rs will be deducted from my balance. I am not even aware of this pack and what it used for. Customer service is non responsive. I have sent 'stop' to 155223, but it says it cannot be processed without activating caller tune (@rs36 for 4 weeks).

                          Daily i try to send sms but unable to send sms. However i m able to send some persons mobile number but can't send sms to promotional/bank facility number like 56767, 5706040. Plz resolve my this problem otherwise i will port my number to jio.                           I am totally become frustrated with this why this issue is happening with me. Because of this problem i am not able to check my bank account balance and statement. I find my helpless. After so many calls no resolution of problem.
                          I have last option to get a new sim card.

                              Hello! Talktime recharge of rs. 209 on 12/10/18 is successful. Talktime received rs.4.02. Gst charged rs.31.88, access fee rs.173.10. New balance is rs.50.37.

                              Above text is the message i have received from vodafone mobile connection.

                              What is access fee? Why it has been deducted? It is high amount.
                              I am afraid to recharge now. Please

                                At night 2.10 am, i am greeting a message about ir deduction of 99 rs.
                                I have not activated any such service and now its been said that refund is possible in next 30 mins.
                                Than why do they send message so late night when no one is checking the phone.. Just to charge and harasse customers unnecessary.
                                I seriously wish that some strict action should be taken against company for not solving such issues where company is charging without any reason and than refuse to refund or some time lime should be bound for sending messages.. Without activation my balance has been deducted

                                  Sir i have a vodafone sim and last time i recharge my network with 399 everything was going well but one day almost 1 month ago i'm not receiving and dial any call. Sir i've not been get calls and dial any call, do take some actions and resolve this problem for me otherwise i'll have to change my network operator to reliance jio or airtel. And i won't come on this network again.
                                  Help me asap..

                                    I have been a customer of vodafone for the last 12 years. I am a regular international traveller. However, during the last trip, vodafone charged me rs. 5005 for no reason. I have not used any internet using vodafone sim during my trip. Please waive the amount as soon as possible.

                                    I will not be paying for this as i haven't used any services.

                                      Vodafone offered me a tariff for 349 n after sometime they discontinue it n gave 399 tariff with discount of 50rs. Said that this discount will for lifetime. Now they have removed that discount. I did raise a complaint about the same n promised a call back from complaints team. No one contacted me n wen i called them after around 8 days, they said there is no complaint raised at all.

                                      It's not at all my mistake that they discontinued tariff n they promised a lifetime discount of 50 which they deny now.
                                      Please help me i have a bill with extra 70rs to pay...
