Dear team,
I had made the payment on 6th of september and the money is debited from my hdfc bank account and i got the upi transaction id (I made the transaction using google pay in which i had linked my hdfc upi). So i raised a complaint to vodafone regarding this issue on 7th september, but after 2 days they closed the ticket giving the reason invalid transaction id, for this issue i was raising complaint for every 2 days and every time they are closing for the same reason though i sent screenshot of the transaction details from my bank. I was really fed up with them to explaining the issue too many times, so i repaid the amount on 19th september, now the vodafone guys saying that sir, your amount is credited now so we are closing the issue. How they are such a uneducated working in vodafone customer care, how they are supposed to combine the amount i paid on 19th september and the amount i paid the amount on 6th spetember issue. Due to this issue i lost my valuable business time and its great loss to me mental peace as well.Â
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
