Vodafone is providing me worst service I call so many times on 198 but call is not connecting to Vodafone executive...there is unwanted balance deduction from my account Vodafone is charged me roming n call rates from my main balance even I did recharge of 458 for unlimited calls 100 SMS internet then to ....

Suddenly there is no outgoing calling on my number. Till an hour back, it was all fine. And now the machine says, this facility isn’t availabe. For assistnce call customer care, and there also outgoing is banned. It is so frustating. How can the company barr the calls without my permission ! I have balance. Net pack. Everything. No issue of even that. Still no calls are going anywhere. How can they just do that. I want this to be resolved...

i Mohammed Sami Akber was working in Vodafone GUlbarga Zonal Office as a Backend Support in CnC Department since 2012 to 31st Dec 2017,

i was through Adecco Agency transfred to Shomuk Engneering in 2016 they have entered my DOB wrong in EPF Portal at the time of entery,
i have sent mail and Talked to the Concerned Person also since 19 Months i am following them but still my DOB correction not done,...

I am using vodafone prepaid service.
I have done online recharge of rs 198 twice, but the recharge was not success, i got a mobile message with a transaction number.

Even though the transaction was failed vodafone has deducted money (198 + 198 = 396) from my icici account.

Please find the message and transaction details below.

1. "217: your request to recharge 198 inr cannot be processed...

For the vodafone mobile no: [protected] i'm receiving unrelated vodafone bill payment emails to my email, where i was never a vodafone customer, and where i never received any acceptance or confirmation email from my email.
When i never confirmed from my email, then how can you take it for granted that this email belongs to one particular customer.

Its been a persisting issue since i am on a new iphone8. Imessage works, sms give message send failure.
I also have iphone 5c and 6s. Sms work fine on them.
For the record, i have called your customer support twice. They promised call back, i even got a call (Where your rep was trying to help with coverage when the problem is message center setting). Your support sucks.

I used to get a call from vodafone registered number [protected] to play vodafone SONA contest . Two times I have rejected the call but they are calling continuously. Fourth time I picked it up and they are saying if I can answer the following questions then they would give Rs.100 recharge. They never said they would deduct Rs.3 for every answer . They are changing plans according to their wish and sending me bills of their choice. In the month of Sep I got 2 bills and they want me to make the payment.

How can a customer make a payment of the same number 3 times in a month.

Hello sir, I'm Ritu Ghunawat. I had around 25 rs in my vodafone no account but they deducted 22 rs on 5 September 2018 for some content downloading (as they say) inspite of me having an unlimited internet pack. Then again they deducted the remaining 3 rs for net usage when I already have a net pack. I called the customer care several times and everytime they say your balance will be refunded in next 8 hours but this doesn't happen at all....

All the vodafone numbers are having call drop problem and the company publises excess bill. Customer care number can never be reached and too long waiting at Vodafone customer care stores with unprofessional rude behaviour.

Hello im facing slow internet speed like 2g, call drop and unstable network problem in over area vajepar, morbi, gujarat.
Complained many time and facing this issue since last 4 month.. Still no solution from vodafone team..
Every time im getting call from vodafone and they accept about network problem in over area but no solution provided by vodafone team.
Plz do something and solve all issues....

For the last 2 months i am confronting major and frequent yet very serious call drop issues.. I have had enough and it's just not improving.. I m receiving a OTP messages from different different apps...such as flipkart, goibibo, hike, redbus etc..someone else is trying to generate a code from my personal no. And this problem is all about my privacy.

We took unlimited pack of Vodafone for 84 days which was about to expire in midnight of 19th Aug but before that in the morning itself we gave renewal request, authorised them for amount deduction from our main balance, request acknowledgement generated and shared with Vodafone customer services so many times, on Social media platforms and through regd email id but instead of my unlimited pack Commenced, they deducted my rs 750 from my balance...

I got bill which is 400 Rs more than actual one,

When i enquired with customer care, they told me that i called 51717 and talked 24 mins.

I didn't call 51717 but still they tell me that i call this number and talked 24 mins and gave me bill of 400 Rs.

I always track and record all the calls, when i checked, i found no record of above number.
