I use the ₹199 plan that gives me 100 sms everyday along with 1.4 gb data and unlimited calls. However, till date, i haven't been able to send text messages to any number from my phone. I tried switching phones but the problem persists. I checked my balance which showed ₹-3. Thinking this negative balance was the issue, i tried recharging but oddly enough, vodafone activates some unheard plans with the amount recharged, again leaving me with the negative balance. I've lost quite a bit of money trying to fix the negative balance. However, this cannot be a legitimate reason to deny me this facility as i had paid for this plan.

    I have been charged 644 saying that i called to 51717 and talked for 46 mins, which is in all the way unrealistic. First of all, with other telecom subscriber 51717 is invalid number by mistake also no one can dial 51717 making call is unrealistic, top of that talking for 46 mins is not at all possible.

    Please oblige and do the needful.

    I can't do vodafone biling in google play store and other apps .My sim is also prepaid when i try to select that option it is coming that your device is not provisoned for carrier . I did some times biling before this .

        This to complain against the non payment of my security deposit which as supposed to refunded to me a lot earlier.
        My customer relationship number was 16620805. And its more than 3 months that i am waiting for it and if it is not refunded as soon as possible i shall go for consumer court and other legal action.

          I have shifted my residence to my farm in the village near nainital from noida since june 2018.

          Since then i have applied over 5 times to port my number first thru bsnl and then 4 times thru reliance jio. Ever-time my request is being turned down to my new operator giving some ridiculous reason. The port request is being sent by the new telecom operator and they have all interest to get my number transferred to their platform. But vodafone is rejecting either saying that i am defaulter customer (I have standing instructions to debit my credit card) or giving that upc code is not correct which has been sent by my new operator!!!

          My escalation to vodafone customer complaint supervisor and nodal officer only gets me response as "we are sorry... Please apply again". I have applied 5 time for port since june 2018.

          I visited noida vodafone customer care centre to change my plan to the bare minimum plan of rs.199. I was confirmed that the plan will be changed within 24 hours... After one month i enquire and they say i am on old plan. Please send request again or visit our centre. I stay in a village now!!
          Help resolve case asap.

          I have hardly used phone since june 2018... But i am continuously being charged!!!

          I continuously get calls from vodfone to not port my number. Since june i should have at least got 25 plus calls.

            Hi,
            I am not satisfied with vodafone network and internet service so i decided to port out from vodafone. But when i did sms for upc code vodafone block sms to 1900.
            Everything when i tried to sms for upc code message is not sent. Its about it 20 days me daily try to get upc code so that change my operator but vodafone not permit to sms.
            Pz do the needfull

                I recharged my vodafone number(+91-[protected]) with Rs. 64 via paytm app but the same recharge was done twice and money for both the recharges was deducted from my paytm wallet. I reported the issue to paytm but they said that once the recharge is successfull, it cannot be reverted. I want refund of one recharge amount. Please help me.

                  I have received an offer letter from some people after paying 1450. After that they asked me to make the payment around 5700 for laptop security deposit. Then they told me that deposit another amount rs.7400 for lopen a salary account, But i asked questions instead of making payment. After that they have sent me training letter.now they are told me make payment rs.8200 for training purpose. Presently i have offer letter and training letter from vodafone. I would like to know whether it is true or not. How do i validate? I am attaching my offer letter and traning letter with this attachments. What should i do i want give my money please help me,

                    Every month my vodafone number [protected] getting suspended without any prior notice although there is no due payment on my number everytime i need to contact customer service and they are telling to visit vodafone store every time and they are saying we can't do anything.
                    Facing this harassment every month 2-3 time... I need compensation for this idiotic service error by vodafone

You may also refer to account id: [protected]. The customer is put to unwanted inconvenience. Please correct the mistake immediately. The confirmation sms for the recharge has been received from vodafone. The bank has also debited the bank account for rs.148/-.

Later on i blocked my sim and apply for a replacement sim and get it from vodafone mini store and they told me that it will get activated within 24hrs but after 24hrs my vodafone replacement sim is not activated kindly activate my sim card ([protected])... This is a very urgent issue so kindly resolve this without giving excuse that your complaint seems too shor

                            Sir I want to change my postpaid number in prepaid but vodafone store is not doing it i have say that i will pay my all outstanding but they say we cant convert it before 90 days i say that i cant afforde postpaid now and want to migrate to prepaid and customer care is saying that you can migrate after first billing cycle but vodafone store is not listening me they neglect me go to mini store where you buy the and mini store say go to vodafone store customer care say you can change now what can i do please tell just break the sim and throw it or they will help me

                              I m complaining about weak network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. If some one gone to hospital to neighbor city its very critical to get his status. So please its my humble request on behalf of my village members, please install the network in my village.                                   Issue: inspite of applying international roaming pack for 10 days worth inr 3500, i was wrongly for incoming calls, data usage and other items. The current falsely charged bill is amounting to inr 31, 000 approximately. My phone services were deactivated instead of resolving the issue.

                                  I raised a complaint/report via phone as well as mail on 28 august 2018 regarding my mobile number [protected]. The report/complaint docket number is[protected]. The only response from your end was that you will resolve the issue by 30 august 2018. It has been 19 days since then and i have made repeated frantic calls to get this resolved but every time your colleague just simply said that they will escalate and ensure resolution in 2 days. There have been no communications from vodafone's end since then even after repeatedly calling your customer care and requesting them to resolve this issue. I was hounded with repeated reminders to pay the incorrect bill but no action to correct the mistake which was committed by vodafone.

                                  I have been using this number for more 25 years now and all my clients have this number saved. Now what you have proactively done though is deactivate my outgoing and incoming services without resolving the actual issue. My company has been a loyal customer of vodafone since its advents and several numbers are registered with vodafone. Until now, i haven't had a chance to be so appalled by the indifference of vodafone towards its loyal customer.

                                  I, like many other indians, who have been ardent users of vodafone now absolutely loathe the company and i can assure you that if this the way you treat your customers, your customers will most definitely take their business to rival telecom companies!!!

                                    I claimed insurance of my iphone, as my handset got damaged. After sharing all the relevant documents and patiently waiting for almost 3 months, my claim got approved.
                                    I got a message claiming my documents have been shared with the insurer for payment on 16th aug'18, but there has been no update till date on this issue.
                                    Have literally exhausted all the patience in trying to connect to the dss pro, insurance partners of vodafone and vodafone customer care but to no use.
                                    There is no transparency in the process, no proper channel of information flow, you are literally left clueless on whats happening, whom to connect to...

                                    Vodafone is one of the worst service providers.. I have decided to escalate this issue and put up a case in consumer court, can anyone help me with the necessary details please...

                                    Bunch of cheaters is the people of Vodafone Mobile Shield. First, they did not provide any approval on time. When I got my handset repaired and uploaded the documents, they received everything and decision was pending from 28th Feb. 2019. TAT was two days but nothing happened till 16 March 2019. When I enquired they said we will update it in 30 mins.

                                    I knew their intentions were not right and as expected they denied the claim. Bunch of losers and thugs are people of Vodafone Mobile Sheild.

                                      Since 29 april 2018 automatic call barring services activated in my phone without my knowledge. When i tried making a call to india got to know outgoing calls are barred. I do not want this. Instead please rectify this. When i called customer care executive he said it is not barred. But when making call it says call barred. I recharged as customer care person advised. But it is not working for me. Kindly find me a solution. I do not want to loose this number as i used this as my official number everywhere.

                                      So, i need refund of Rs..509.00 back in the HDFC Bank Account from where recharge was made.

                                        Mera mobile 12.09.2018 ko kisi ne chin liya tha jiski fir lounge karwane ke baad mae 13.09.2018 ko sham 7pm ke aspas vodafone shop sector 14 near om sweets sector 14 gurgaon me sim lene ke liye gaya, vaha 4-5 staff the, jab maine btaya ke mera fon kisi ne chin liya tha isliye muje sim cahiye. Wha 1 staff aya aur bola sim khone ke bad apko sim nhi mil sakta. Maine kha kyu nhi mil sakta? Usne kha ki ab apko keval postpaid sim hi mil sakta hai. Dusre staff ne bhi uski ha me ha milate hue kha ki ye thik kah rha hai. Maine kha ki ye kha ka rule hai ki sim khone ke bad dubara sim nhi mil sakta. Fir us staff ne kha ki prepaid sim khatam ho chuke hai aur monday se pahle apko pure gurgaon me khi bhi prepaid sim nhi milenge, aap postpaid sim le lo. Maine kha thik hai monday ko ata hu. Fir usne kha ki jab monday ko aao to 150 rupees lete ana ye dupicate sim ki fee hai ydi postpaid loge to hum free me sim de denge. Uske baad mae next day 14, 09, 2018 ko vodafone mini shop sector 15 gya, waha ke staff ne bhut achhe se behave kiya aur free of cost sim diya.

                                        Vodafone shop sector 14 near om sweets gurgaon ke staff ne muje wrong information di aur muje harass kiya. Mae 2005 me hutch ki sim li thi jise baad me vodafone ne take over kar liya tha. Itane purane costumer ke sath apka staff aisa behave karta hai, fon snatch ho jane ki vajah se mae pahle se hi pareshan tha aur upar se apka staf muje sim lene se rok rha hai. Maine apne friends aur relatives ko ye baat batai jinme se bhut se vodafone users hai usnme se bhuto ne muje kisi aur network me port karane ki slah di. Muje bhi yhi lagta hai ki muje kisi aur network me port kara lena chahiye kyuki mera fon time se on na hone ki vajah se mera bhut nuksan bhi hua hai. Apse request hai ki aap apne staff ko ethics sikhae taki wo baki costumers ke sath aisa na kar sake.
