Sir I want to change my postpaid number in prepaid but vodafone store is not doing it i have say that i will pay my all outstanding but they say we cant convert it before 90 days i say that i cant afforde postpaid now and want to migrate to prepaid and customer care is saying that you can migrate after first billing cycle but vodafone store is not listening me they neglect me go to mini store where you buy the and mini store say go to vodafone store customer care say you can change now what can i do please tell just break the sim and throw it or they will help me

    I m complaining about weak network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. If some one gone to hospital to neighbor city its very critical to get his status. So please its my humble request on behalf of my village members, please install the network in my village. Whatever support you required we will provide you.

        Issue: inspite of applying international roaming pack for 10 days worth inr 3500, i was wrongly for incoming calls, data usage and other items. The current falsely charged bill is amounting to inr 31, 000 approximately. My phone services were deactivated instead of resolving the issue.

        I raised a complaint/report via phone as well as mail on 28 august 2018 regarding my mobile number [protected]. The report/complaint docket number is[protected]. The only response from your end was that you will resolve the issue by 30 august 2018. It has been 19 days since then and i have made repeated frantic calls to get this resolved but every time your colleague just simply said that they will escalate and ensure resolution in 2 days. There have been no communications from vodafone's end since then even after repeatedly calling your customer care and requesting them to resolve this issue. I was hounded with repeated reminders to pay the incorrect bill but no action to correct the mistake which was committed by vodafone.

        I have been using this number for more 25 years now and all my clients have this number saved. Now what you have proactively done though is deactivate my outgoing and incoming services without resolving the actual issue. My company has been a loyal customer of vodafone since its advents and several numbers are registered with vodafone. Until now, i haven't had a chance to be so appalled by the indifference of vodafone towards its loyal customer.

        I, like many other indians, who have been ardent users of vodafone now absolutely loathe the company and i can assure you that if this the way you treat your customers, your customers will most definitely take their business to rival telecom companies!!!

          I claimed insurance of my iphone, as my handset got damaged. After sharing all the relevant documents and patiently waiting for almost 3 months, my claim got approved.
          I got a message claiming my documents have been shared with the insurer for payment on 16th aug'18, but there has been no update till date on this issue.
          Have literally exhausted all the patience in trying to connect to the dss pro, insurance partners of vodafone and vodafone customer care but to no use.
          There is no transparency in the process, no proper channel of information flow, you are literally left clueless on whats happening, whom to connect to...

          Vodafone is one of the worst service providers.. I have decided to escalate this issue and put up a case in consumer court, can anyone help me with the necessary details please...

          Bunch of cheaters is the people of Vodafone Mobile Shield. First, they did not provide any approval on time. When I got my handset repaired and uploaded the documents, they received everything and decision was pending from 28th Feb. 2019. TAT was two days but nothing happened till 16 March 2019. When I enquired they said we will update it in 30 mins.

          I knew their intentions were not right and as expected they denied the claim. Bunch of losers and thugs are people of Vodafone Mobile Sheild.

            Since 29 april 2018 automatic call barring services activated in my phone without my knowledge. When i tried making a call to india got to know outgoing calls are barred. I do not want this. Instead please rectify this. When i called customer care executive he said it is not barred. But when making call it says call barred. I recharged as customer care person advised. But it is not working for me. Kindly find me a solution. I do not want to loose this number as i used this as my official number everywhere.

            I have arranged for recharge for rs.597.00 yesterday on 15.09.2018 but since it is not showing and so i again arranged to rechared for rs.509.00 through vodafone mobile app. On 16.09.2018

            now i find that both the recharges are done.

            So, i need refund of rs.509.00 back

            So, i need refund of Rs..509.00 back in the HDFC Bank Account from where recharge was made.

              Mera mobile 12.09.2018 ko kisi ne chin liya tha jiski fir lounge karwane ke baad mae 13.09.2018 ko sham 7pm ke aspas vodafone shop sector 14 near om sweets sector 14 gurgaon me sim lene ke liye gaya, vaha 4-5 staff the, jab maine btaya ke mera fon kisi ne chin liya tha isliye muje sim cahiye. Wha 1 staff aya aur bola sim khone ke bad apko sim nhi mil sakta. Maine kha kyu nhi mil sakta? Usne kha ki ab apko keval postpaid sim hi mil sakta hai. Dusre staff ne bhi uski ha me ha milate hue kha ki ye thik kah rha hai. Maine kha ki ye kha ka rule hai ki sim khone ke bad dubara sim nhi mil sakta. Fir us staff ne kha ki prepaid sim khatam ho chuke hai aur monday se pahle apko pure gurgaon me khi bhi prepaid sim nhi milenge, aap postpaid sim le lo. Maine kha thik hai monday ko ata hu. Fir usne kha ki jab monday ko aao to 150 rupees lete ana ye dupicate sim ki fee hai ydi postpaid loge to hum free me sim de denge. Uske baad mae next day 14, 09, 2018 ko vodafone mini shop sector 15 gya, waha ke staff ne bhut achhe se behave kiya aur free of cost sim diya.

              Vodafone shop sector 14 near om sweets gurgaon ke staff ne muje wrong information di aur muje harass kiya. Mae 2005 me hutch ki sim li thi jise baad me vodafone ne take over kar liya tha. Itane purane costumer ke sath apka staff aisa behave karta hai, fon snatch ho jane ki vajah se mae pahle se hi pareshan tha aur upar se apka staf muje sim lene se rok rha hai. Maine apne friends aur relatives ko ye baat batai jinme se bhut se vodafone users hai usnme se bhuto ne muje kisi aur network me port karane ki slah di. Muje bhi yhi lagta hai ki muje kisi aur network me port kara lena chahiye kyuki mera fon time se on na hone ki vajah se mera bhut nuksan bhi hua hai. Apse request hai ki aap apne staff ko ethics sikhae taki wo baki costumers ke sath aisa na kar sake.

                Hi, i am having a problem since yesterday morning in calling a number from my prepaid vodafone sim. Incoming is okay, but when i am trying to call any number, it is saying "please check the number you are dialling". I can't even send any message to any number. The customer care told me to dial #002# because they think my sim is on call divertion, but the problem is still unsolved.

                  The company tell that it has rolled out its volte services in gujarat but i still haven’t yet experienced the service, they have cheated us with wrong information. I have called up the customer care many times each time they have different excuses, they want to fool you they have exploited our right to information and they are telling themselves as a company with volte
                  I travel a lot in gujarat but have never got volte calls it always switches itself to 3g while calling. At the vodaphone store i asked if this is the volte as i was switching from airtel, he said yes volte is there.
                  They misguide the customers to enroll in their service this is total fraud. They must pay for it.

                    Sir/madam,
                    My postpaid number is [protected] and [protected] and this regarding postpaid number [protected].

                    I made payment of rs 117/- twice for my postpaid mobile number [protected] on

                    1. I had received a message at 05:36 hrs on 17 aug 2018 regarding receipt of request for plan change. (Whereas no request was initiated by me)

                    2. Immediately another message was sent by vodafone regarding stopping of earlier plan. (Without my consent)

                    3. Again a message was sent by vodafone regarding activation local and std - 400- minute pack. (Without my consent)

                    4. Once again a message was sent by vodafone regarding deactivation of local and std-200- minute pack. (Without my consent)

                    5. Again a message was delivered by vodafone regarding activation of red basic plan. (Without my consent)

                    6. Thereafter, 2-3 congratulatory messages were sent by vodafone which were ridiculous and wastage.

                    7. Against above all, i lodged a complain for cancellation of forcefully newly activated plan with registration number[protected] at 0553pm on same date.

                    8. After lodging of complain, again i had received a message regarding activation of internet service, whereas, your vodafone service knew that i use a normal mobile set which do not any other service except calling facility.

                    9. On 18 aug 2018 at 0549 pm i had received a message from vodafone regarding attendance of complaint lodged on 17 aug 2018.

                    10. On 09 sep at 0202 pm i had received a message regarding outstanding bill payment of rs 100.22 whereas, i made advance payment and keeping rs 117/- balance.

                    11. On inquiry, i came to know that the request for deactivation of red basic plan with registration number[protected] at 0553pm was not carried out and hence i have received extra billing.

                    12. Thereafter, i again registered complain with registration number[protected] at 1058 pm on 12 sep 2018 for the same. Now, the operator has deactivated the red basic plan but refused for reversal of extra billing payment which was illogical and forceful. The operator told me to lodge the complaint through online on corporate care.

                    Conclusion is this, when i registered complain for deactivation of red basic plan, it was not deactivated immediately. Due to this, all this happened

                    I request you to revert the extra charged billing amount. Thank you.

                      On 12.09.18 i got a message stating that i have requested for lifestyle package which i was unaware. On 14.09.18 when i recharged my number they deducted rs 49 as rent for 7 days for this service without my consent. They are sending false messages like you have requested such and such pakages and we are holding back the request due to low balance.

                          Suddenly there is no outgoing calling on my number. Till an hour back, it was all fine. And now the machine says, this facility isn’t availabe. For assistnce call customer care, and there also outgoing is banned. It is so frustating. How can the company barr the calls without my permission ! I have balance. Net pack. Everything. No issue of even that. Still no calls are going anywhere. How can they just do that. I want this to be resolved at the earliest. This is no way a company deals with customers.

                            i Mohammed Sami Akber was working in Vodafone GUlbarga Zonal Office as a Backend Support in CnC Department since 2012 to 31st Dec 2017,

                            i was through Adecco Agency transfred to Shomuk Engneering in 2016 they have entered my DOB wrong in EPF Portal at the time of entery,
                            i have sent mail and Talked to the Concerned Person also since 19 Months i am following them but still my DOB correction not done,
                            i am unable to withdraw the PF Amount due to DOB mismatch
                            i have requested them many time but they are not doing their job properly,
                            i have all details which i have followed them keeping cc to HR Team of Vodafone,
                            now iam going to send them Legal Notice through Advocate and i will call them to Labour Court.

                              I have done online recharge of rs 198 twice, but the recharge was not success, i got a mobile message with a transaction number.

                              Even though the transaction was failed vodafone has deducted money (198 + 198 = 396) from my icici account.

                                For the vodafone mobile no: [protected] i'm receiving unrelated vodafone bill payment emails to my email, where i was never a vodafone customer, and where i never received any acceptance or confirmation email from my email.
                                When i never confirmed from my email, then how can you take it for granted that this email belongs to one particular customer.
                                I've attached a screenshot image of my email and received email. Kindly check and do the needful.

                                This is happening to me again and again, so need clear explanation on this disturbance caused by these "mobile service providers".

                                  Its been a persisting issue since i am on a new iphone8. Imessage works, sms give message send failure.
                                  I also have iphone 5c and 6s. Sms work fine on them.
                                  For the record, i have called your customer support twice. They promised call back, i even got a call (Where your rep was trying to help with coverage when the problem is message center setting). Your support sucks.

                                    I used to get a call from vodafone registered number [protected] to play vodafone SONA contest . Two times I have rejected the call but they are calling continuously. Fourth time I picked it up and they are saying if I can answer the following questions then they would give Rs.100 recharge. They never said they would deduct Rs.3 for every answer . So I didn't knew it. I answered 10 questions and cut off the call as I got frustrated.This happened in the afternoon.

                                    Later when I checked the balance I saw my balance was down to 31 from 62.
                                    I rang up to the customer care and a lady gave the information that Rs.3 was deducted for every answer to my shock . I argued that it wasn't told then I wouldn't have played but to no effect . They simply deducted Rs. 30 without any prior information .
                                    This proves how vodafone steal money from their customer's balance.
                                    An absolutely disastrous company trying to trick their customers.
                                    Better to call them thieves.

                                        Vodafone is playing with my account from January 2018.

                                        They are changing plans according to their wish and sending me bills of their choice. In the month of Sep I got 2 bills and they want me to make the payment.

                                        How can a customer make a payment of the same number 3 times in a month.

                                        I have written an email to the Vodafone which I'm pasting it down.

                                        Please do the needful. I don't know where exactly I have to file a case on them.

                                        I'm really sorry to write regarding your services. You"ve one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The way you make money or play with the customer or with there money.

                                        In one word I can say it's a cheap customer service you have at present.

                                        My problem is my account bill date has been changed without informing me and after that your people have sent 2 bills to on Sep 5th and on Sep 7th.

                                        I made a payment around 364 on Sep1st, 2018. But on 5th you have sent a bill of 361 and on 7th you send another bill of 701 change.

                                        What is wrong with you people. And after complaining on 7th Sep you people has sent an email a bill to my Credit card smartpay and deducted the amount of 361 on 12th.

                                        But on 9th you people said that you are giving the wave off of 200 change and I have to pay something like 175.

                                        And now when I'm calling to your customer team your team supervisor name ( pruthvi and pradeep) they are just fooling me and giving me some unwanted time to solve the issue.

                                        But later when I'm calling after the unwanted time what they given no one is available on floor.

                                        Not even any single supervisor.

                                        I have all the call records of your team like Pruthvi, Pradeep, Anusha and Bharat they are just waste of time and I'm sending this to CONSUMER FORUM with all the bills and call recording by tomorrow.

                                        Please reach to this people and talk to them regarding my issue and tell them if they can't help the customer they don't have any right to play with the customer time.

                                        Hi Vodafone Team,

                                        I'm really sorry to write regarding your services. You"ve one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The way you make money or play with the customer or with there money.

                                        In one word I can say it's a cheap customer service you have at present.

                                        My problem is my account bill date has been changed without informing me and after that your people have sent 2 bills to on Sep 5th and on Sep 7th.

                                        I made a payment around 364 on Sep1st, 2018. But on 5th you have sent a bill of 361 and on 7th you send another bill of 701 change.
