Dear sir/Madam,

I have vodafone prepaid mobile no [protected], in this no outgoing message facility restricted, i have so many times talked to customer care but they not provide me proper solution, i have also verify the kyc and submitted adhaar no in vodafone store, but still issue persists,

kindly resolved my solution as soon as possible vodafone customer not helping me.

    Hi,

    This is to inform you that vodafone has activated the rental plan of 999 due to which my bill for 2months is rs 2000.

    However i haven't requested for this rental plan. Also i have deactivated the internet pack and only calling is activated.
    I don't understand for where they have activated this rental plan and sent this huge amount as my bill.
    The other day vodafone staff called me regarding bill payment, i told her i haven't requested for this plan. When she checked on her system she confirmed that this request was raised by me.
    As i have not requested for this plan. I am not liable to pay this amount.

    I am been using vodafone since many years now and now looking at the service i am planning to switch to another network.

    How can the company do so much of hassel in the bill of the customers. I have not even requested or neither aware of this plan.

    Kindly look into this matter and i want this to be resolved asap.
    First you send wrong bill amount and on the that they have stopped my outgoing services. I am not going to pay this amount.

    I need the issue to be resolved asap.

      I am unable to do any online recharge for my vodafone prepaid number since end of August. I've tried from vodafone own website, paytm, phonepe, none of them work. I wish i dont have to go for a recharge from any retailer outside

      Do let me know why is this happening and what am i suppose to do

        This is related to mobile mela service that gets activated and charged twice without event prior notice and my consent.

        The Mobile Mela service was suddenly activated on 02/Sep/2018 automatically and charged me Rs 25 and again on 2 sept 2018. When I checked my all SMS then I came to know that this service was automatically activated on Sept/02/2018.

        When I call to vodafone customer care, executive told me that this service was activated from Internet and they are not aware of activation of such services.

        I never activated mobile mela services from the Internet and deactivated now. But I didn't get my money back.

        They are really doing fraud with there own customers for the sack of money.
        Please look into this.

          I have activated missed call alert services on my vodafone number. As per your terms and also as mentioned in the messages that i receive on missed call info, it is mentioned that i can view my pass missed call records at bit. Ly/2iwvjsm. However this link never works
          Moreover, there is no other way to check the number of times a person had called and at what time. I am paying 30 every month and would expect a better service as other telecom companies like airtel are providing this service free of cost.

            I have called and mailed many times for complaint about my VAS charges which I was not using.
            Automatically I am getting subscription without any remainder or any activation msg.
            I already told them to stop all my VAS subscriptions, still they sent me INR 837 added bill in my actual bill

              I was offered 1 yr of netflix subscription by vodafone if i ported my number to vodafone. I have all the recordings of the conversation. Now when i have ported to vodafone, i am being told that i will be only be given 2 months of netflix subscription. This is purely cheating and vodafone is not ready to listen. I have been following up with vodafone. At first they were not responding and now after a lot of follow up they are not agreeing to provide requisite services.

                Hi i was a vodafone customer in post paid mobile services till july 2018. Post july made a port out in airtel. Port out request was submitted post clearance of all dues and charges. Now again vodafone is calling and asking for 1302/- additional charges for the services which i have not availed. Will not pay this amount. Please look into the same as having daily calls from customer care.

                  Hi,

                  I submitted a request (Through phone) to close the existing connection ([protected]). I was asked to clear the bill. I paid the outstanding amount and was told that the request is in process and the connection will be closed in a week and will get a call. I didnt get any call instead the next month bill was generated.

                  I went to the vodafone center and enquired about it and they said customer was asked to retain the connection when they called but i never got a call and didnt tell them to reatin. They said some communication problem and i need not to pay anything they are raising another ticket to close this. Surprisingly today i. E., 4th september i got a legal notice to pay the remaining amount. Below are the tickets i have raised.

                  When i went to vodafone center, i asked to give the written proof that the connection closed. They said they dont give, only complaint no. Is enough. They are not at all ready to give in written form.

                  Vodafone is literally cheating their customers. Its really a mental tension for the customers. They are really troubling me since i closed the connection.

                  Pls respond back to me with the details for the tickets i raised. Where it is blocking you to close the connection.

                  Note: i never told that i want to retain this connection.

                    Looks like vodafone is blocking the sms, where as a customer we can not send the port request sms to 1900. Already raised the complaint with the customercare but no use.. Planing to takeup this issue in front of trai (Telecom regulatory authority of india).

                      I have gone to maldahiya varanasi vodafone store on[protected] at nearly 2:30pm to pay m-paisa of rs.2300 for paying home credit emi in mobile number [protected] but server was not working. The employee who was collecting money said you can pay your money to me i will send in m-paisa when server will working properly. I paid rs.2300 to her and went to home. From then i have gone to vodafone store about four times but not any massage received till now. I think my money have not been paid by your employee. I am a corporator in nagar nigam varanasi. I do not think about my money but it is not right. Your employee cheated me. They will be also cheated to other. By it your faiths on public will lost. If you do not take action immediately, i will go to police to complain because it will be habit of your employee to cheat people.

                          I shifted to Vodafone from Idea in April and ever since then it has frustrated me by charging for random international incoming call charges, which never appeared in my call logs, and if they did, they were just missed calls.

                          I have to travel to Hong Kong for work related activities and for the same I've activated international roaming.
                          Till last year, when I was using Idea, with same handset, there was never a single wrong call charge in the bill but with vodafone, apart from one or two bills, from April till now, every bill has 1 or 2 of these incoming calls being charged which is 70 INR per call. Just now received the bill for August and no surprises, there were 4 such calls.

                          I have had long emails written to the highest level in the companies but with no solution at all, rather they just say that there is no issue at their end and the charges are valid with no logical justification at all.

                          I have one simple questions, if the call is not received by me, why should I be charged for any such random call?
                          There is no explanation so far.

                          Please help, and let me know the required proofs.

                          Also, as of now I would prefer email conversations or you may call me on my Hong Kong number +[protected].

                          Hi Team,

                          There is a template response from the Vodafone team which is nothing but boasting about their system is rightly billing the amount. However, the proofs show otherwise. Please help. This is not an acceptable response. This is a template response which I have been receiving in the past as well.

                            I have balance of RS 280...and Vodafone had deducted all the money and I called customer care so they refunded the money. But next day they again deducted all money and i have to again call them they again refunded the money... This continued for more than 5 times... I am got rid of it... Please help!

                              I'm sofia ghosh, contact no. [protected], residing at southcity residency, tower 3 flat 32l, prince anwar shah road, near southcity mall, kolkata - 700068. I m facing tremendous network issue for the the last 1 month. Inside my flat is it showing not on registered network. I'm missing a lot of important calls due to this reason. Nobody could get in touch with me nor in case of emergency i could contact anybody. A total helpless situation. I went to vodafone care and raised a complain there. I mail to vodafone care too. But im shocked there is no response. Sometimes i get a message the vodafone people will contact me. But how?? Without network how could anybody co tact me. I need personal help where the concerned people would visit the site and solve the issue. How could any service provider ignore such an urgent issue for the last one month?? Are we only responsible for using your connection and paying monthly bill? Or some responsibilities are their from the service providers too??

                              Please reply as soon as possible otherwise i need to think otherwise. 1 month is long enough facing such issues

                              Rs.75 was suddenly and arbitrarily deducted from my prepaid mobile.

                              I have been in Mumbai itself.

                              Reason for deduction:
                              DNLD_DWAP_MAC0075-015_MOBAPPCLUF_A-SM.
                              They are misguiding their customers when they call for any query on 198. no direct calling desk available to talk with the executive they only keep repeating all the offers and advertising.. and make all thing complicated.

                                I was using vodafone network & my relationship no. Was 36138617. My mobile no. Was [protected]. By mistake i made excess payment to vodafone mobile services limited which also reflected in my last statement dated[protected] as amount due rs. (-) 2, 517.97. Thereafter i migrated to another service provider with the same mobile no. [protected]. On[protected] i received an sms stating that vodafone has processed the refund amount of rs. 2290.05 vis cheque no. 317302 for my postpaid mobile no. [protected] & i will receive the cheque within 15 working days. Today it is more than 4 months but i have not received the cheque towards refund till date. On several followups with vodafone stores at at sanghat mall, opp. Vishwakarma engineering college, visat gandhinagar road i alway get the reply to wait for few more days. I am afraid, the issued cheque which has not yet reached me will expire very soon. Request you to please help me taking appropriate action them for harassment since last four months.

                                  I have been using vodafone for seven years, but for the last three months i am having network issue everyday. I have been complaining ever since but no action has been taken by the concerned authority. I am not being able to get any internet (4g) connectivity no am i able to make calls properly without any call drops. I am totally frustrated giving complaints to the customer care but the service provider is not rectifying the problem faced. Whenever i am going i am not getting proper coverage or internet even though i have subscribed to the plans provided by them. The customer care people are trying to persuade me into believing that there is a problem into my handset or give some lame excuses without even launching a complain. During these days i could just make to complaints which they said it would be resolved within 7 days but the problem still exists. It's been a frustrating year with vodafone. They are the worst service provider in this region and without any technical support.

                                    Hi, I am Ahemad Ahemad khan and my and my vodafone number is [protected].Right now this number is inactive, and i called to the customer care and they told me that “Sir Your Vodafone number [protected] is showing that this number is inactivate due to some issue and if you want this number again then please contact your nearest vodafone ministore, and they will provide you the same number without any charge and now today i went to my nearest vodafone ministore Name-Nayak Communication, At-Machuati, Salepur, cuttack, Pin-754202, And the assistant of ministore told me that, if you pay 100 Rs then i will give you the same number’s sim.And i refused to pay this amount and suddenly he told me that i can’t give you the sim and also he did misbehave with me..As I know that i am using vodafone sim Since 2011 and my another number is [protected] it is also a vodafone number..Help me as soon as possible because the number is very important for me..Thanku Sir

                                        VODAFONE DISCONNCECTED/ DEACTIVATE

                                        I have postpaid mobile no [protected],

                                        But from past one week (25 August ) Vodafone barred all incoming and outgoing calls without any reason.

                                        My past bill history is clear and all bills paid till date. No due left for the above said mobile number.

                                        New bill for current month Rs 119.07 will be payable by 02 September, 2018.

                                        I have tried my best to sort this issue at my end.

                                        Complaint made at 12.49 PM on 27 AUG 18 via my twitter account to Vodafone India ( @VodafoneIN )

                                        @ DoT_India (Official Twitter Handle of Dept. of Telecommunications, Govt.Of India)
                                        @manojsinabjp (Minister of State of the Ministry of communications)
                                        @TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India)

                                        No action taken by any agency till date, No relief at customer end. Still facing the issue.

                                        My open questions to Vodafone:

                                        When I am paying my bill every month properly within the due date, what is the reason to interrupt my outgoing & incoming calls?

                                        I am Civil Engineer claiming for the compensation for the same as due to deficiency in service from past week I suffered loss in my business all meetings was cancelled and facing mental agony.

                                        Kindly port my number if Vodafone is not serious about its services.
