I have been having repeated internet issues and billing issues(increase of current plan Rs 199 to Rs 299). I decided to port, the Vodafoneidea retention CSR called and promised a Lifetime Rs 199 plan. gave me offers and retained. after the offers were over my billing with the taxes came to Rs 354. I approached the escalation process right from customer care to CEO. they claim that they gave the offers and unable to commit as per the retention offer plan of Rs 199/-. if that was the case the Retention CSR represents the company and as a company i have been given wrong information. I have all the calls and screenshot of my conversation of the retention CSR
I want my 3 billing cycle which i paid back and lifetime plan to Rs 199/-

whilst writing to CEO the ordinary customer care calls, the CEO has no decision making capability to correct and give me resolution.

    Writing on behalf of my 80 years olf Father. Fun Portal money rupees 20 has been deducted on 5/May/2022. He use sony mobile k550i, that is very old and mobile does not even install whatsapp. How am I going to use fun portal on my mobile? They just send a text message and there is no number or information on how to cancel this services on same day. This is just unfair Indian greedy way to take money from people. There are no laws to protect the consumers.
    Cancel and refund moneys with compensation for wasting my time writing these messages and emails.

      I am customer of vi postpaid network . i visited vi store on 7.05.2022 for postpaid to prepaid requested . first they not allowing me to convert post to pre i was forced him they converted and my prepaid network was activated on 8.5.2022 .i cant able to make frc through retailers' called customer team they not understand my query . very bad vi network cheating customers

        My vodafone sim even after activating International Roaming is not picking up any network, i have done required recharges as well, still its useless & network team suspect its a sim issue, now there is no Vodafone in Toronto & Vodafone is saying i can only replace sim by ccoming back to India, this is my 15 years old # & all OTP's are coming on this #.

[protected] from 2007 year in same idea vodafone network, i am your valuable and loyal customer. last time u had change my plan automatically without my information from 149 to 299 plan. and my mobile bill getting exceed. kindly give some solution for this and change to 149 plan.

            The network is under 200 meters but Vodafone doesn't maintain anymore it's a junk space u can say I'm getting network issue from 5-6 month I'm from West Bengal, South 24 pgs, Chandnagar, Diamond Harbour road, 743368

              I have got the message to today, I have contacted the customer care for this they told it was one time content not any VAS and it was started on 5 may. I haven't used any such thing and there is no flash messages or popup activated on my device.
              This company is just deducting balance for nothing.

                ₹7 is being deducted from my account randomly and I get the message
                'Hello!
                Thank you for choosing to access Games and Videos,
                You have been charged Rs. 7
                Your balance is Rs. 8.42'

                I told customer care about it and they said that I'm playing games on my phone and that's costing me money
                even though I'm neither subscribed to any VAS service nor do I have any games on my phone. Customer care has been very unhelpful.

                    Unnecessary services activating without my request from below numbers [protected] and [protected].

                    Directly getting messages about games activation and deduction of money.

                    There is no mention of these activation on vi app to deactivate or raise support for these unnecessary deduction.

                    On both numbers below 2 services activated without my request:
                    1. Access games world
                    2. Access handset inbuilt games.

                    Received messages as below:
                    Hello!
                    Thank you for choosing to access Games World,
                    You have been charged Rs. 20
                    Your balance is Rs. 405.69"

                    Hello!
                    Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games,
                    You have been charged Rs. 25
                    Your balance is Rs. 380.69

                    Please find screen shots attached.

                    Please deactivate these services and refund amount deducted from both numbers.

                    Amount deducted from both above mentioned numbers. Please refund and stop activating these services by itself.

                      Without my request Vodafone India activated 1. access of games world Today morning and again after 2 hours they have activated 2. access handset inbuilt gamed.

                      I have not activated or requested any of the above services. Vodafone India has activated by themselves and deducted money of RS. 20 for access of games world and RS 25 for access handset inbuilt gamed.

                      Received messages as below "

                      1. "Hello!
                      Thank you for choosing to access Games World,
                      You have been charged Rs. 20 "

                      2. Hello!
                      Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games,
                      You have been charged Rs. 25 "

                      There is no mention of these details on vi app but main balance of Rs 45 deducted on the same day without any request initiation.

                      Please stop activating these services by yourselves to deduct money.

                      Please refund the amount deducted.

                            A person from Instagram lure me for credit credit card limit & cibil increase. He told me to do the transaction of converting my Rs 10000 credit balance into amazon gift voucher. I did, & he told to share the transaction ID. I shared the transaction ID with him but i don't know how he redeemed by an amazon gift voucher of Rs. 10000. It was showing o balance in amazon voucher. This neither of me nor anyone else from my phone has redeemed as this is password protected which contains Key ro redeem the voucher. But i dont know how he got the key & he redeemed the entire Rs 10000 amount by just having information of transaction ID.

                              It has been 14 years since the cell towers were installed. They worked for three years and have not worked since. I would like to remove the tower.My request is to remove the mobile towers in my place.

                                I have never accessed any games hub. Just woke up today morning. My phone was on airplane mode. When I logged on Vi network, I have received a SMS stating that I accessed games hub and I have been charged INR 20.

                                I mean what is this day time robbery!? They will soon go out of business.

                                    I am unable to send messages from my vodafone for a long time now.. I have connected with customer care multiple times in last few months.. it is not a joke.. i have spent a lot of money on recharges and packs.. still no solution to the problem. I am facing a lot of problems because of this issue.
