Harassment regarding port request to Airtel.

Complaint regarding bill

I had deactivated my Vi number [protected] on 11th January 2022 but I continued receiving bills corresponding to that number via email. Also I had activated another Vi number [protected] on 11th January 2022 for which I am being charged a huge bill. Missed my pre placement connect and no update/response after it

Postpaid Bill

Dear Sir,

I am using Vodfone Postpaid SIM more than two years. Three months back (Jan - 2022) I requested Vodafone customer care to deactivate my postpaid SIM card. They asked me to clear the dues. I have done it. Then they replied "we will block your SIM card today". But, they didn't done. Even they are not responding to my messages on WhatsApp.

Then next second day again Vodafone postpaid bill was generated...

Deliberately not letting the SIM to port

Sim card suddenly got deactivated

Karnataka, india registered phone number has been disabled suddenly.

I went to vodafone and they said that their system does not show this number at all . How is this even possible ?

I still do have active balance and Vodafone suddenly disabled it.

Let me know if you need any details but I would like to get this rectified as I am soon travelling....

Data usage automatically loosing very fast.

Don’t know if people are noticing it or not but from 2-3 months Vodafone idea data is getting used very fast. I was watching youtube video at 360p and it uses 100mbs for every 10 min video means that i am able to watch 3-4 videos and it will consume 2 gb easily. Is this some type of scam or what to attract people to buy more priceable monthly plan!?? Support this complaint everyone who is facing same issue....
