My Name is Rajiv. That postpaid number is [protected]. I am not used this number. I bought for my friend. He cheated me. For Oct and Nov 2021 bill generated. in Vodafone threatened me to pay by filling complaint and all. I have paid Rs.500 instead of 800 bill amount. I told them to cancel that number. but They still not cancel my number and again billed the amount of Rs.1950 for last 3 months i..e jan to apr 2022 . I am helpless. this number is not used from oct 2021. but they putting a bill amount. what to do. this is mistake of the employee from VI. I am not responsible for that. But they threatening me to pay again. Please help me to come out of it.

I have talked with that concern person who I told to cancel the number she also not responding correctly. What to do the next. Her number also mentioned below.

Employees who spoke with me are not taking any responsibility for this issue. I think management is not good now the time. All giving answer as your wish and allowed as to change the network

    I am Debajit Deka, Vill- Bezera, Dis-Kamrup, Assam, PIN-781121.
    In near my house one vodafone cell tower is there. That cell phone tower Generator is running anytime round the clock. Its sound is so heavy that we can't sleep at night, moreover my parents are above 70 years old and one of them heart patient. It is residential not industrial area. We getting this problem from last two year and we can't sleep last two three night as generator is running at night because of the power cut. Previously we complaint many times about this to official who came to the tower but they have not take any action yet. So please see the matter because our live is also matter.

        I am continuously complaining on Vi costumer care from 31 march2022 regarding their 4g Data and calls but they don't care and every time they give me a date for resolving problems but they don't resolve it. Without my confirmation they close that complaints. I am continuously facings this problem from last 25 days. I have their call recordings. I also complaint on their twitter handle but my problem was not resolved. Now they aren't responding on twitter as well. I am sending all the complaint no. With details

        4-Hello! Your complaint for Network Coverage with reference number UPE-V[protected] is registered. Your complaint will be processed by 20 Apr 22 06.00 PM. For further assistance, dial 199.

        All above are complaint numbers. I did every thing what they asked me to do but my problem is not resolved. I am very depressed and loosing my business. I requested them to send me a mail for all my complaint details but they refused and rudely hanged up my call.
        Please help.

                  Hello,
                  I am using Vodafone sim number ([protected]) for almost 5-6 years. Yesterday 18 April, 2022 I received 6 or 7 calls saying that they received a call from my number. some of the numbers are not even saved in my device. Someone is using my number to do the fake calls.

                  Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                    I have a VI SIM which I have been using for 6 years now . Off late, I have been facing issues on my network connectivity.

                    I have been able to make OUTGOING calls from my mobile, but from the past 3 days I am unable to receive any INCOMING calls or SMS.

                    I have tried connecting to VI several times, their customer service is pathetic. Its very painful to go through their IVR to connect to their Customer Executive and their replies are equally pathetic.
                    I have been struggling, even the Vodafone Store people are clueless about it.

                    Request you to look into the matter urgently as it is hampering my work calls significantly.

                      Vodafone periodically is automatically activating the caller tune and deducting the amount for it. There is nothing that can be done about getting the refund. Please help.

                        Hi,
                        I am an Chennai based Vodafone customer( mobile no - [protected]). Today 14/04/2022 at around 05:20 pm i recharged to my mobile for Rs. 299 through Vodafone online recharge available through net banking. By mistake the mobile no was entered as [[protected]] instead of [[protected]] which is my number.
                        Please cancel the recharge done to [protected] and recharge the amount to [protected]

                          Incoming otp code blocked or stop when mobile do not recharged after 28 days

                          Actually we know Mobile recharges rising from last 6 month statistics.
                          Vodafone sim do not have a right atleast to block Incoming messages and OTP code such as jiomart otp code .
                          We people are suffering from inflation . Kindly advice the Vodafone authority about this Issue.
                          Otherwise I shall port Voda to Jio Sim.

                              I had a VAS(Value added Service Charge) charge of Rs 369 + GST on my mobile bill. On checking Customer care was informed no VAS is active on my mobile number.
                              On calling customer care I was informed the VAS additional charge on my bill is due to my calling a special number 53516, which I have not called and asked them to bar any special number calling facility on my number. They have indicated that they cannot bar Special number calling. I have asked for reversal of this charge. The customer care executive has not confirmed reversal and put matter under investigation. I have also informed that no additional or late payment charge should be applicable to me as matter is under investigation.

                                Vodafon sucks really... I have sim card and blocked me without any reason saying that failed document verification. This is not fair since from 5 years i am using this sim card now suddenly verification failed ..what the hell is wrong with you people as soon as my number get activate...i am switching it to airtel do whatever you like to do...useless team support and lack of customer satisfaction...recommend everyone not to use vodafone...worst servive ever received

                                  This is very ridiculous that the vodafone service provider is taking extra money form the customers in the name of "other credits /charges.

                                  Even after paying regular bill vodafone is taking extra hidden charges from customers, and are doing fraud with the public

                                  Its been a while i switched to postpaid services and my entire group uses vodafone. After all this one fine day i find extra charges in the bill with no history as such in earlier bills..

                                  I have attached my recent bill for your reference in which it stands mentioned"other credits /charges" and amount is whopping 100 rs.

                                  If it is not rectified immediately i will switch into the other service provider. From the next month only.

                                  Please take strict action on such type of scam by the vodafone company.

                                    My outgoing messages have been barred on my phone for a continuous period of the last 2-3 years. I have visited numerous stores and made complaints at various levels, even got a new SIM card from Vodafone. My complaint stays unresolved. Very very disappointed and very very exhausted. Nothing proactive from Vodafone on this at all. And I am a customer since the last 20 years. I really would like to make a complaint to the highest level/ authority at Vodafone.

                                      Since I travel outside of the country and always have the International roaming on, though I never use my mobile data while on International roaming. I use my India number for the banking transactions OTPs. Like all other time, this time to I travelled to canada and I am still in Canada at the writing of this complaint. I am shocked to see my bill this month for March 2022 is Rs.8432, which is outrageous. The data setting has always been off and still off and bill says I used data and for a week's time i have been charged 8k!!! There is this pattern of .14kb data usage consistently in a 39 long pages bill. Anyone can say this is a glitch on their part since have not used any data as my mobile network is off as other settings done correctly. If by any chance I have used the data, then why its only .14KBs multiple times in a day, what kind of data I can access in .14kbs?? This is an incorrect bill and I even contacted to Vodafone, but they denied everything and not reversing the charges. I am confident that this is a incorrect bill and I do not owe them any data charges except for the monthly rental. Please help.
