This is very ridiculous that the vodafone service provider is taking extra money form the customers in the name of "other credits /charges.

Even after paying regular bill vodafone is taking extra hidden charges from customers, and are doing fraud with the public

Its been a while i switched to postpaid services and my entire group uses vodafone. After all this one fine day i find extra charges in the bill with no history as such in earlier bills..

I have attached my recent bill for your reference in which it stands mentioned"other credits /charges" and amount is whopping 100 rs.

If it is not rectified immediately i will switch into the other service provider. From the next month only.

Please take strict action on such type of scam by the vodafone company.

    My outgoing messages have been barred on my phone for a continuous period of the last 2-3 years. I have visited numerous stores and made complaints at various levels, even got a new SIM card from Vodafone. My complaint stays unresolved. Very very disappointed and very very exhausted. Nothing proactive from Vodafone on this at all. And I am a customer since the last 20 years. I really would like to make a complaint to the highest level/ authority at Vodafone.

      Since I travel outside of the country and always have the International roaming on, though I never use my mobile data while on International roaming. I use my India number for the banking transactions OTPs. Like all other time, this time to I travelled to canada and I am still in Canada at the writing of this complaint. I am shocked to see my bill this month for March 2022 is Rs.8432, which is outrageous. The data setting has always been off and still off and bill says I used data and for a week's time i have been charged 8k!!! There is this pattern of .14kb data usage consistently in a 39 long pages bill. Anyone can say this is a glitch on their part since have not used any data as my mobile network is off as other settings done correctly. If by any chance I have used the data, then why its only .14KBs multiple times in a day, what kind of data I can access in .14kbs?? This is an incorrect bill and I even contacted to Vodafone, but they denied everything and not reversing the charges. I am confident that this is a incorrect bill and I do not owe them any data charges except for the monthly rental. Please help.

            10 days ago i port my Airtel sim in to Vodafone idea. After that i can not get any call from other airtel user as it says my number is invalid. Massaging also doesn't work. Vary frustrated.

              Most Poor Network ever seen in life. Horrible Connectivity. Calls not connecting, when people are trying it seems its telling them out of network although mobile having full network. Looting in the name of connectivity. Should shut down its services or handover to a better provider.

                I have been charged ₹22, for accessing the Games World, which i am unaware of. I am sure that i have not initiated any sort of these access, don't know why Vodafone India charged me Rs.22. Previously i was charged with Rs.50 without my knowledge. Don't know why are they charging without my consent

                  Hi Team,

                  I am using the Vodafone prepaid card from last 10 yrs and without intimating me they deactivated the service, so I have visited the service center and ask why my services is deactivated so they are telling not showing any reason for deactivation.
                  I[censored] want to activate the number you to take postpaid plans and have to pay Rs.300 to 400 for new Sim.
                  My number is ACTIVATED in all the portal and i am facing the loss in my business who is responsible for this. so request you to restore my number as soon as possible.

                    Dear sir, i am writing this to complaint about a bill for march 2022 where on my primary and Seconday family number are charged with wrong international incoming calls which we have never reeceived nor they are in our call log but displayed in the bill.we are charged 4600 bill amount in which 560 and 2380 are wrong charges debited for our numbers.this is to be resolved immediately. as no such calls we have received and its a matter of cyber security too.we are in abroad and kept international roaming only for the purpose of receiving sms for last one year and ni issue arrived so far but last month bill issue raised .please resolve.

                      Sir my main balance is 133 rupees still i can't receive msg and call form my number bez there is network issues in my home i have Complaint several time there is no response so i choose jio for call and vi for alternate number before taking sim sales man said its life time free incoming call and msg but now i have to recharge minimum 250 for incoming call i can it possible to recharge on both numbers please resolve sir

                            I have initiated a port request from Vodafone (VI) network to Airtel as i was facing several issues with network quality of Vodafone. But since having received the PORT unique id I am being harrased with calls to my number from vodafone customer care urging me to cancel my port request. I have already clarified my reasons for porting and have requested them not to call me so incessantly. But it seems like they are unwilling to stop and this in turn is causing be lot of mental agony. I am currently unable to distinguish between my work related calls and Vodafone cuatomer care calls. Infact they are calling me from 'Private' numbers that i am unable to block.

                            Please help me. I can't take this constant harrassment any more.

                                I had deactivated my Vi number [protected] on 11th January 2022 but I continued receiving bills corresponding to that number via email. Also I had activated another Vi number [protected] on 11th January 2022 for which I am being charged a huge bill. I want to know the money breakup so that I can understand why am I being charged so exhorbitantly.

                                        This is unscrupulous activity by Vodafone. They activate players club automatically on my number then they see that I don’t have balance and also activate a request for credit of rs 35 the exact same amount required to activate this service.

                                        I never requested any of these. This is plain robbery.
