Don’t know if people are noticing it or not but from 2-3 months Vodafone idea data is getting used very fast. I was watching youtube video at 360p and it uses 100mbs for every 10 min video means that i am able to watch 3-4 videos and it will consume 2 gb easily. Is this some type of scam or what to attract people to buy more priceable monthly plan!?? Support this complaint everyone who is facing same issue....

I have been facing issue o[censored]nnecessary calls coming on my 12 yrs old number of yours on daily basis.

Please help me out of this else i have to change my connection and switch to other company.

There is a scam where the prepaid balance is systematically deducted by subscribing to various service. This is being done completely intentionally. I have sent Vodafone India all screenshots of the amounts deducted but to no avail....

From this morning 8:25 am to 11:00am(now) net isn't working at all and it comes again for few minutes only to go away again. I play some online games and lost so many times because of this issue 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬...

I recharged for r.239 pack valid for 28 days for 1.5gb/day but I got message that recharge was for 24 days and 1gb/day for rs 239. This is definitely betrayal because on screen you show something wrong and recharge less....

I had one prepaid sim with bengal circle and in the name of my father(aloke datta roy). The sim got lost and blocked on 10th march. On 14th march i went to vodafone store near dumdum road kolkata, they told us to convert from prepaid to postpaid sim and change it to kolkata circle and name transfer to my name (srijani datta roy).As per the informarion given from vodafone stor it will take at max 7 days to activate my postpaid sim. Vodafone customer care executive denied to register complaint nkr they are activating internet pack after successful recharge of Rs 48 for 2GB 21 Days. They are demanding for additional recharge of 99 to activate it. This will make cost of 2GB internet at rs 147....

I wish to bring to your kind notice that I have been wrongly charged Rs. 20 for accessing Games World on March 17, 2022 and Rs. 15 for accessing Bcafe Portal on March 16, 2022. These portals were neither accessed by me nor even opted for. It looks like gross cheating.
