Dear sir, i am writing this to complaint about a bill for march 2022 where on my primary and Seconday family number are charged with wrong international incoming calls which we have never reeceived nor they are in our call log but displayed in the bill.we are charged 4600 bill amount in which 560 and 2380 are wrong charges debited for our numbers.this is to be resolved immediately. as no such calls we have received and its a matter of cyber security too.we are in abroad and kept international roaming only for the purpose of receiving sms for last one year and ni issue arrived so far but last month bill issue raised .please resolve.

    Sir my main balance is 133 rupees still i can't receive msg and call form my number bez there is network issues in my home i have Complaint several time there is no response so i choose jio for call and vi for alternate number before taking sim sales man said its life time free incoming call and msg but now i have to recharge minimum 250 for incoming call i can it possible to recharge on both numbers please resolve sir

          I have initiated a port request from Vodafone (VI) network to Airtel as i was facing several issues with network quality of Vodafone. But since having received the PORT unique id I am being harrased with calls to my number from vodafone customer care urging me to cancel my port request. I have already clarified my reasons for porting and have requested them not to call me so incessantly. But it seems like they are unwilling to stop and this in turn is causing be lot of mental agony. I am currently unable to distinguish between my work related calls and Vodafone cuatomer care calls. Infact they are calling me from 'Private' numbers that i am unable to block.

          Please help me. I can't take this constant harrassment any more.

              I had deactivated my Vi number [protected] on 11th January 2022 but I continued receiving bills corresponding to that number via email. Also I had activated another Vi number [protected] on 11th January 2022 for which I am being charged a huge bill. I want to know the money breakup so that I can understand why am I being charged so exhorbitantly.

                      I got multiple sms shown below that services being activated on my number when I did not request these.

                      This is unscrupulous activity by Vodafone. They activate players club automatically on my number then they see that I don’t have balance and also activate a request for credit of rs 35 the exact same amount required to activate this service.

                      I never requested any of these. This is plain robbery.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am using Vodfone Postpaid SIM more than two years. Three months back (Jan - 2022) I requested Vodafone customer care to deactivate my postpaid SIM card. They asked me to clear the dues. I have done it. Then they replied "we will block your SIM card today". But, they didn't done. Even they are not responding to my messages on WhatsApp.

                        Then next second day again Vodafone postpaid bill was generated and they are asking me to pay the bill. Now I am getting contineously calls from Vodafone and they are asking me to pay the 2 months bills.

                        This is the third time i was cheated by Vodafone customer care. After I making the postpaid bill, they are ignoring to block my SIM card.

                        I request you to plz take the action against my request and cancel my existing postpaid bill amount and permanently block my SIM card.

                        I have attached the WhatsApp chat in this complain.

                          BARRED MY OUTGOING SERVICE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PAID MY BILL, DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM VODAFONE. I REQUEST ALL TO PORT OUT FROM VI NETWORK,

                          I have been using my Vodafone number [protected] since it is been changed from HUTCH, i was in prepaid then converted to postpaid from past 5-6 years now, since Vodafone got merged with IDEA network, i have been facing network issues ( I HAVE LODGED COMPLAINT MORE THAN 10TIMES) and then wanted to port to any other network but whenever i send port message, customer service people was calling me and giving some exciting offers which made me to continue with the same Vodafone network, with Rs.199 +gst @18% = 234.82/- plan) but recently one month back i ported to other network clearing my all dues and i messaged PORT and immediately i got port transaction ID.. my question is if i was not paid the dues port ID will not get generated as per my knowledge or it is a common sense... I have already ported to the other network since 1.5 months now, but unfortunately i am getting calls /messages from Vodafone stating i have to clear my old dues...i, e Rs.588.98/- (WHEN MY PLAN WAS 199+GST @ 18% =234.82/- )... this is really not acceptable. I have received a message today with a payment link stating " ALERT ! TO AVOID SERVICE INTERUPTION WITH YOUR CURRENT MOBILE SERVICES PROVIDER, PLEASE CLEAR THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF RS.588.98/- AGAINST YOUR VI MOBILE NUMBER xxxxxxxxxxx WITH RELATIONSHIP NUMBER xxxxxxxxxx LATEST BY 16/03/22.AND THE LINK...FOR MORE DETAILS CONTACT [protected] IGNORE IF ALREADY PAID".

                          I just do not wanted to drag this issue so i made my payment of Rs. 199+GST @18%= 234.82/- (235/- Payment i made) and then i called the person given above number i.e [protected] to inform i have paid a sum of Rs. 235/- which i was liable to pay, he didnot answer my calls for 3times i called then he called me at 10.03am, THE PERSON WHO SPOKE TO ME WAS VERY ARROGANT AND VERY HARSH SPOKEN WITH ME AND NO PATIENCE TO LISTEN TO THE OTHER SIDE ( I CAN PROVIDE THE CALL RECORDING ANYTIME ) AND SAYING I HAVE USED SOME" VAS " FOR RS. 353.98,

                          DEAR VI TEAM /MANAGEMENT PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE NOT USED OR ACTIVATED ANY VALUE ADDED SERVICES FOR RS.353.98/- PLEASE CANCEL IF THERE IS ANY!!! I HAVE MADE A PAYMENT OF RS. 235/- ON 16.03.2022.

                          KINDLY SEE THAT THE MATTER IS RESOLVED AT THE EARLIEST WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY AND STOP INTERRUPTING WITH MY CURRENT NETWORK.

                              I have been trying to port my Vodafone number [protected] from 27 December 2021, every time they tell me a new story. Only the port message is not going through, all other messages are going fine. I have found similar issues with many customers on various forums on internet, which means this is a regular malpractice being done by the company against the direction of DOT, which is totally illegal. I raised a formal complaint on 6th March and was assured that it will be solved by 11th march but for that they asked me to recharge the number again, i recharged it but the complaint was closed without resolving it, I again raised the complaint on 27th March and on 29th march the complaint was closed saying the issue is resolved although it was still not resolved, now they are asking me to recharge again and take the unlimited pack and then only issue will be resolved, please assist in the above case because they are just extorting and forcing customers to pay more and more and not helping a bit. They keep disconnecting my call or just put the call on holds for more than 10 mins. Kindly help as I am trying from december now. I am attaching the screenshots.

                                      Karnataka, india registered phone number has been disabled suddenly.

                                      I went to vodafone and they said that their system does not show this number at all . How is this even possible ?

                                      I still do have active balance and Vodafone suddenly disabled it.

                                      Let me know if you need any details but I would like to get this rectified as I am soon travelling.

                                        I ported my Vodafone number to Airtel on 3rd of Feb due to a billing issue that I was facing in Vodafone even after clearing all the outstanding amounts.

                                        Vodafone charged me extra in Jan and barred my network connection for the unbilled amount that was fluctuating constantly. This was not the first time they have charged me saying that I have used extra internet. Later I contacted Vodafone customer care and made sure that the amount under unbilled is a complete fraud as I was facing network issue since October and I have also placed numerous complaints regarding the issue through calls and Vi app (but it was not resolved). The plan I was using had an option of "200GB data rollover" but none of these facilities were provided. They kept on saying that I was the one who used it so I have to make the payment. In this place, I can assure you that the usage of my internet connection was the same throughout the year without any fluctuations but Vodafone has charged me mentioning that the unbilled payment is only due to MY USAGE even though I had network issue and barred connections.
                                        So I asked them about porting and they helped me with getting OTP for it. I did ask them about the unbilled amount if I will face any issue regarding that, but two of their executives confirmed to me that I won't have to make the payment if i am changing the network and did not even update me that the payment is a must even though I change network before OTP day limit. So as they said I got the OTP and for that one week I did not have any internet connection (as it was barred) and placed the port request to airtel on 1st of Feb and the port was confirmed on the 3rd of Feb.
                                        For that whole month, I did not get any intimation regarding this issue. But around March, I started getting messages mentioning I have to make the outstanding payment of Rs. 2746.31 (the last amount that the executive confirmed and was shown in the Vi app during the time of issue was Rs. 2200. the bill kept on fluctuating and when asked about that the executive confirmed it is due to app isuue) I did receive many calls from Vodafone and I said the same. Since the message I was receiving was from airtel (that if the payment is not done service will be blocked) I contacted airtel and enquired about that, the customer care executive told me there are no such things and it is all good from their end and I have to contact Vodafone regarding this. And since I have changed my network I was unable to contact Vodafone customer care from my end.

                                        Now (date 22-3-22) airtel has blocked my service at 9.03 am mentioning that I have not made the payment. Yet again I am unable to contact airtel customer care as my number is blocked.

                                        At the current location I am in, I have neither a Vodafone service center nor an airtel service center. I did mention to the Vodafone customer executive that there is no service center in my location to solve this, they ordered me to travel to the next city if I need a resolution,

                                        I have been using the Vodafone network for nearly a decade and the bill amount usually fluctuates between Rs.400 to Rs.500 not more than that. But they brought me to this situation twice blaming me that my usage is extra from the limit.

                                        Kindly help me with this issue as I am unable to contact both the network care center

                                        THIS WAS MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT BUT GOT A CALL FROM [protected] named "customerrahul supports" but he end the call without any reply in less than 2 minutes because he was talking in Hindi which I didnt know and I requested for either local language or common language English AND HAS UPDATED AS CASE IS RESOLVED. Now whom do i even have to complaint about?
