    My sim is from maharashtra, my sim card shows "no service".
    I tried all these things
    1. Manual select network
    2. Two to three times restart the phone
    3. Pull sim out and place it again

    I tried to reach to the nearest vi shop but they ask for money to restart the sim (not for recharge they say that it is for security from virus and all )

      Through this complain, i want to highlight my problem regarding unknown number that is [protected] forwarded on my father mobile number [protected]. I tried 2 times to customer care but they are saying it can be resolved from your phone, but i tried through code##21# and call forwarding settings but it is always showing error i.e. "Your carrier doesn't support disabling call forwarding on your number"

      i am totally frustrated...

      Hi my deceased mother owned a vodafone prepaid sim. I used it after her death and unfortunately lost the mobile and the sim on 28/4/22.
      I visited the various vodafone stores & even talked to online customer care services.
      But the staff did not provide me a duplicate sim.

      I was told that they cannot provide me a duplicate sim because the owner is dead and they want her KYC . So they cannot do the transfer or issue a duplicate sim.

      I cannot loose that number because its subscribed to multiple government agencies in which i cannot modify the number.

      KINDLY HELP ME PLEASE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.This SIM is very important to me at this point of time.

        My dad mob was stolen. To block the dad number I called the customer care number. They send link via message. But in the link I cannot block the number because there is no alternative number and mail id. I tried to speak to the customer service but the call was cut down stating that customer care service was not available in between 12 am to 6 am. For an emergency purpose how do I contact the customer care. Customer care service should be provided 24*7. To block the number atleast they should provide options like Airtel where they ask Aadhar and birthday. Airtel number was blocked in just one call and within 7 minutes. Vodafone customer care number ends without any reason only one time it state "manikavam" and the call was cut down. Remaining multiple times call was cut down without any reason. My mom Vodafone number has active plan of Rs.2399 but still I can't reach Customer care service because my mom Vodafone number has no main balance. This is very silly. How can they don't provide customer care service for not having main balance but still having active package worth of 2399? Worst Vodafone network.

          Fir past 3 day the sim card is not being detected in any of the device. It says no sim card though sim card is inserted. I have tried all hacks n tricks but nothing worked... I recently done recharge and suddenly it stop working...

            I have a 4 vi postpaid connection. i have done 2 connection fro 4 and 2 connection prepaid. After that i have received bill on 7th April 22 that bill charges 4 connection amount. I have visited store for that they told me that they are not changing bill amount and they gave excuse that i have to change plans manually after connection change. I have also contacted with costumer care they also refused to change bill. I had tried to port but...

            I have been using Vodafone past 12 years postpaid. Recently I have been charged every month 240/- as google play purchases. I don't have any such subscription on my google play account but from May 2021 till now I have been charged.

            The customer care guy says that because I added the payment mode by VI in google play purchase it has been charged. But without our permission how will they charge in our postpaid account. When I asked him about the content / App downloaded he doesn't have any record. How come they charge without even a record.

            Vodafone team its really very worst experience. My plan is Rs. 399/- But I am paying every month 850/-

            Please look into this and resolve the issues.

              Iam using this vodafone number more than 10years. past 6 months Iam getting Cross talk whenever I call to Someone or someone calling me...Some times voice also got muted I couldn't hear what other side they are speaking...

                My outgoing SMS is barred for the last 2+ years as a result of which I can't use services like google pay or download apps of banks etc. this is a huge inconvenience for me. I have tried lodging this complaint to vodafone multiple times, but I think vodafone and their pug that is happy to help have now disappeared. I am extremely exhausted with this situation and I am extremely puzzled that why can't such a simple issue be solved by a company of this stature. i need immediate looking into of this issue, or I will really have to port to another network (all at my own inconvenience or reach out to the highest complaining authority) in Vodafone.

                  Made atleast 50 complaints till now however no improvement.

                  If Vi is unable to resolve this issue then they must compensate for Inr 10, 000/- for wasting my time and hard earned money.

                          I want to register a complaint against an existing Vodafone mobile tower installed very near to the residential area of college premises: Rajkiya Engineering College Atarra Banda U P 210201

                          IT IS VERY HAZARDOUS TO THE PEOPLE AND CHILDREN RESIDING IN THIS RESIDENTIAL COLLEGE AND NEARBY AREA.

                          MY HOUSE IS EXACT BESIDE TO TOWER. SO IT MUST BE REMOVED ASAP. WE DONT WANT TO TAKE MORE RISK.

                            My Name is Rajiv. That postpaid number is [protected]. I am not used this number. I bought for my friend. He cheated me. For Oct and Nov 2021 bill generated. in Vodafone threatened me to pay by filling complaint and all. I have paid Rs.500 instead of 800 bill amount. I told them to cancel that number. but They still not cancel my number and again billed the amount of Rs.1950 for last 3 months i..e jan to apr 2022 . I am helpless. this number is not used from oct 2021. but they putting a bill amount. what to do. this is mistake of the employee from VI. I am not responsible for that. But they threatening me to pay again. Please help me to come out of it.

                            Employees who spoke with me are not taking any responsibility for this issue. I think management is not good now the time. All giving answer as your wish and allowed as to change the network

                              In near my house one vodafone cell tower is there. That cell phone tower Generator is running anytime round the clock. Its sound is so heavy that we can't sleep at night, moreover my parents are above 70 years old and one of them heart patient. It is residential not industrial area. We getting this problem from last two year and we can't sleep last two three night as generator is running at night because of the power cut. Previously we complaint many times about this to official who came to the tower but they have not take any action yet. So please see the matter because our live is also matter.

                                  I am continuously complaining on Vi costumer care from 31 march2022 regarding their 4g Data and calls but they don't care and every time they give me a date for resolving problems but they don't resolve it. Without my confirmation they close that complaints. I am continuously facings this problem from last 25 days. I have their call recordings. I also complaint on their twitter handle but my problem was not resolved. Now they aren't responding on twitter as well. I am sending all the complaint no. With details

                                  All above are complaint numbers. I did every thing what they asked me to do but my problem is not resolved. I am very depressed and loosing my business. I requested them to send me a mail for all my complaint details but they refused and rudely hanged up my call.
