Without my permission, VAs got activated. I requested for a refund but the request was not taken by Vodafone's agent and after this incident, within 48 hours another VAS got activated without my permission again. I have faced mentally irritating harrassed phase for the complaint. now i want a solution...

Vas charges added to monthly bill without any service availed with consent

Vas is not active in my vodafone number, yet rs 255 charge have been added to may 2017 bill. Vas activated without consent was stop as soon as possible. No active vas on my number as well currently. Overcharging of Vodafone

I also got escaleted bill for the month of April 2017 in which Rs. 1260/- was charged for a call made to a number 51717*930 for call duration of 90 minutes and 10 seconds. This call was neither made by me nor any of my family members.

Sim card not activated

I bought vodafone SIM week back 4m Bangalore still not activated [protected]. Retailer told all send to voda center. It is more than 15 days I have written same to vodafone but they are not even bother to resolve the issue. Retail detail also shared with vodafone. I have paid cost for Sim also and retail told Activation take 3 days. When I approached to retailer after 3days he also Misbehave with me.

Disturbing calls

On 26.05.2017 i applied duly for a port of my connection (No.[protected] from vodafone posy-paid to bsnl-prepaid service and as such submitted my address-proof, pan card, photograps as well as the duly filled in application form at lake_town bsnl office.
After that every now and then different callers are calling me from different numbers wanting to know the exact cause of my porting out and requesting me to opt for other alternative...

Mydala service deactivation and activation

Sir, a mydala service offer tie up with vodafone telecom prepaid that send a sms to customer. I dialed given ussd code for mydala and tried to check what offer they give.in main menu i select a option "buy some deal" and it did not give a chance to read a brif about deal and 49 rs deducted from my account. That is very wrong since they must either brief the offer or give confirmation option before activatiin of any scheme/offer.

3g/4g net very very poor signal

Please share me the knowledge of access fee. I reacharged my mobile ([protected]) for rs 65 from my paytm wallet and i get a talk time of rs 0.01, you charged me stax rs 8.48 and access fee of 56.51. Please tell me what is the purpose of the access fee? Why did you charge me without my knowledge.

Recharge of rs. 94 to mob no. 9733450425

Recharge of rs. 94/- done on 30/05/17 from sbi freedom rewardz to activate the plan of all local v to v call 15 paisa/sec. For 28 days. But the plan was not activated & the customer care told that there was no plan like this & they are not liable for the third party information. The customer is misguided & deprived without his fault. Resolve the issue & refund the money to the customer's a/c....

Activated vas without my consent

Vodafone have activated a vas serviced called tv all channel pack and deducted 150 rs from my balance with out my concent.

Once i got the informational message i have deactivated the same service but my balance is not been credited back.

Sir I am ported from Airtel to Vodafone for better service. Airtel is cheating their customers with worst offer and I was totally hated Airtel services. But Vodafone is also doing same thing but Vodafone services are very very very very worst services to the customers only in AP.
No Network coverage in Kadapa ananthapur and Kurnool. I hope Vodafone is providing better service in AP so uptown now I had not paid attention to Vodafone....

Bot dot charges

75 rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone dotbot.
I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
I am highly dissatisfied with the # services vodafone provides.
Every other day there is some drama going on.
Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses.
And now this nonsense deduction.
I do not have time to entertain...

Fraud by Vodafone store borivali

On 25/5/17 we had visited vodafone store for payment of our outstanding..

And we were guided to payment kioskand we sumbitted rs.500 note and suddenly machine stopped working and note also didnt came out.

We immediatly informed and lodged complained via[protected] dated 29/5/17.

Initally they said problem will get resolved...

Fraud postpaid bill for wifi without using card

I have asked multiple times by phonecall to vodafone customer care to discontinue my postpaid wifi plan or at least to convert it into prepaid. They were saying yes, and after paying huge bill amount about rs.850 for only 3 gb data, company again starts my postpaid plan to the same plan. This is fraud doing with public money by such a useless, overestimated plan by vodafone. So, finally i decided not to pay since march. Even my postpaid connection...

Amount debited from hdfc bank but recharge not done

Unauthorised balance deduction

Rs 35 was deducted from my balance in name of fab wallpaper service, i don't even know what is that.. I had never requested for that.... Again rs 25 is deducted by saying of dotbot service i never requested for any of such services... A total amount if 70:is deducted from my balance unnecessarily either you solve this issue or port my connection to a better service provider... Done with vodafone...
