This is to inform you that I requested for circle change (Vodafone Kolkata to Vodafone Delhi) of my MDN [protected] on 27th May 2017 but after that I received message "' Hello! Your Porting Request VK172461 dated 31May17 has been approved by your current operator. We will communicate the porting date and time shortly." But on 31st May my sim suddenly stopped working and when I changed the sim with new one my number not started. Getting error of No Service.
My number is not working and it is huge loss for me and i have only on MDN which is very important for me.
Worst service experience I got from Vodafone which is unexpected.
Please look into the matter ASAP.
Still they are not responding me.

    Please treat this as serious complaint.

    Ref my wife Sandhya Patki's phone no [protected], used by my daughter, there was a downward revision of calling and data plan done on 28 Feb. The customer care agent at Vile Parle Hanuman Road gallery Mr. Yogesh took the revision and assured that the due change to new plan 199 calling plan and withdrawal of complete data plan (Rs 0 plan) has been activated and will be done in 2 days time.

    When we got the bill we were shocked to see the data plan been revised to 299 instead of 0. By that that another billing cycle was on. We tried to visit the gallery twice to do the needful query and change, only to find that the central system was down. Finally I had to pay 3 months bill uncecessarily without any fault and entirely due to inefficiency of Mr Yogesh and not having courtesy to look into it and do needful change.

    Yesterday when I had to change my sim for some technical fault, again I was promised 2 hours for resinstatement and after 12 hours too it has not been done. When I visited the gallery in the morning today, I was told it will happen in 2 hours. This I could see was clearly a case of further dereliction of the agents' duty of not activating on the change of SIm yesterday 1st June evening, as I am aware it does not take this long for activation of new SIM.

    The gallery as such is good, with good top management, but people like Mr Yogesh are spoiling its reputation

      Sir myself (Sheela) had recharged my mobile [protected] on 13th may twice through my paytm account for rs. 20 & 30 vise order no. [protected] & [protected] respectively. But my mobile did not recharge. Again on 17th may again i recharged my mobile [protected] for rs. 100 through my paytm account vise order no. [protected]. The same aldo did not recharge on my mobile. So you are requested to refund my payment on my paytm account no. [protected]. Thanking you / sheela ([protected])

        On 2nd June 2017, Click nation pack was activated even though i never requested for it. i have been a loyal customer to this network(vodafone), but this kind of cheap tactics was not expected.

        So i want a refund of 35 rupees in this number([protected]). As there are many other players in this field, i wont hesitate to switch my network if this kind of incidents happen again.

          Without my permission, VAs got activated. I requested for a refund but the request was not taken by Vodafone's agent and after this incident, within 48 hours another VAS got activated without my permission again. I have faced mentally irritating harrassed phase for the complaint. now i want a solution

            Vas is not active in my vodafone number, yet rs 255 charge have been added to may 2017 bill. Vas activated without consent was stop as soon as possible. No active vas on my number as well currently. Charge is unjust and cleverly orchestrated plan to dupe customer. My number is postpaid number and i started in a new plan from april this year. April bill did not have vas.

              I also got escaleted bill for the month of April 2017 in which Rs. 1260/- was charged for a call made to a number 51717*930 for call duration of 90 minutes and 10 seconds. This call was neither made by me nor any of my family members.
              I inquired from the call centre and was told it is an internet number / special number in which the call was made. Their response was not satisfactory. I made a written complaint through my office as this is my company mobile and awaiting their final reply although they have acknowledged to our mail and wrote that they are investigating the matter.

                I bought vodafone SIM week back 4m Bangalore still not activated [protected]. Retailer told all send to voda center. It is more than 15 days I have written same to vodafone but they are not even bother to resolve the issue. Retail detail also shared with vodafone. I have paid cost for Sim also and retail told Activation take 3 days. When I approached to retailer after 3days he also Misbehave with me.

                  On 26.05.2017 i applied duly for a port of my connection (No.[protected] from vodafone posy-paid to bsnl-prepaid service and as such submitted my address-proof, pan card, photograps as well as the duly filled in application form at lake_town bsnl office.
                  After that every now and then different callers are calling me from different numbers wanting to know the exact cause of my porting out and requesting me to opt for other alternative plans. Everytime a new person comes, wants to know, after knowing does the same thing. It is going on and on.
                  Some of the numbers are[protected],[protected]
                  Please note that i am a senior citizen, retired from service and these people are always calling me, disturbing me and even after knowing the exact cause of my leaving is not divulging it to the next caller. I am being harassed by such a group of callers.

                    Sir, a mydala service offer tie up with vodafone telecom prepaid that send a sms to customer. I dialed given ussd code for mydala and tried to check what offer they give.in main menu i select a option "buy some deal" and it did not give a chance to read a brif about deal and 49 rs deducted from my account. That is very wrong since they must either brief the offer or give confirmation option before activatiin of any scheme/offer.
                    Please do needful to avoid such a robbery in future.

                      I have called vodafone customer care regarding poor 3g/4g net speed in salem-636122 which is 19km from salem.
                      still now no one has contacted me and they are not even taking as a complaint or request to solve the problem they say 2G network is full in your area i pay for 3g/4g plan and use 2g plan.

                        Vodafone service representative kavya gave wrong information regarding rs.342 offer stating that this offer is valid for my number. But later after recharghing i got rs.294 as talktime (Lost nearly rs.50). When i called back customer care regarding this issue, no proper response received. I have also asked them to check audio clips of our conversation with representative kavya for confirmation. No response by vodafone company. My number was blocked by customer service centre. Company has also deducted rs.150 on 25th may 2017 by giving topdoctorsonline plan which was not need by me. That was just a reason to deduct amount from my account. Very bad service by vodafone.

                          Hi vodafone,
                          Please share me the knowledge of access fee. I reacharged my mobile ([protected]) for rs 65 from my paytm wallet and i get a talk time of rs 0.01, you charged me stax rs 8.48 and access fee of 56.51. Please tell me what is the purpose of the access fee? Why did you charge me without my knowledge.
                          I need my money back, either through my talk time or send it back to paytm.
                          I am attaching the message pic as proof.

                              Recharge of rs. 94/- done on 30/05/17 from sbi freedom rewardz to activate the plan of all local v to v call 15 paisa/sec. For 28 days. But the plan was not activated & the customer care told that there was no plan like this & they are not liable for the third party information. The customer is misguided & deprived without his fault. Resolve the issue & refund the money to the customer's a/c.

                                Vodafone have activated a vas serviced called tv all channel pack and deducted 150 rs from my balance with out my concent.

                                Once i got the informational message i have deactivated the same service but my balance is not been credited back.

                                Note : for the same reason i have changed my postpaid service to prepaid service having the thought in mind as this will not happen in prepaid services but it is continued on prepaid as well.

                                I have lost so many and getting tired of deactivating the vas service frequently.

                                Please look on this issue i never wants a vas service on the my account, please refund my balance and stop doing this behavier.

                                Else i may approach trai grievance with group of member as i found everyone stating the same issue with vodafone service in my office. (Tcs)

                                  Sir I am ported from Airtel to Vodafone for better service. Airtel is cheating their customers with worst offer and I was totally hated Airtel services. But Vodafone is also doing same thing but Vodafone services are very very very very worst services to the customers only in AP.
                                  No Network coverage in Kadapa ananthapur and Kurnool. I hope Vodafone is providing better service in AP so uptown now I had not paid attention to Vodafone. But now I am facing worst situation in Vodafone. No coverage and Network issue on [protected]. So I better for go idea or Bsnl they are some better if not I never use this number [protected].

                                  I am postpaid customer of vodafone, they giving false information about our internet balance, when we use internet they will charge for it. And also without any intimation they will change tariff plans, this will leads to loss of money for us. Even customer care executive also giving the false information which is favourable to vodafone company. totally irritatable of vodafone service, planning to port to other network operators.

                                    I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
                                    I am highly dissatisfied with the # services vodafone provides.
                                    Every other day there is some drama going on.
                                    Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses.
                                    And now this nonsense deduction.
                                    I do not have time to entertain such bull# every other day and keep calling customer care.
                                    I will port my number if this doesnt gets resolved.

                                      My cell no is [protected] and are regular user of vodafone.

                                      On 25/5/17 we had visited vodafone store for payment of our outstanding..

                                      And we were guided to payment kioskand we sumbitted rs.500 note and suddenly machine stopped working and note also didnt came out.

                                      We immediatly informed and lodged complained via[protected] dated 29/5/17.

                                      Initally they said problem will get resolved in couple of days as its regular issue.

                                      Later on after 5 days they mentioned sorry nothing can be done..

                                      And they are also not ready to view cctv camera.

                                      We see this as complete case of fraud by vodafone.

                                      We will be forced to go to police station and lodge complain against vodafone if issue is not resolved.

                                      Please resolve the matter.

                                        Voda is the worst company in telecom.
                                        Dont use ths network as charges more than ur bill.
                                        Roaming pe network gayab.
                                        Me using this voda network postpaid frm last 7 years.
                                        Still u r cheap people.
                                        From last 2 months my number has no signals, its feels so bad that i am using voda from last 7 years.
                                        Kindly make some efforts to resolve the problem.
