I have asked multiple times by phonecall to vodafone customer care to discontinue my postpaid wifi plan or at least to convert it into prepaid. They were saying yes, and after paying huge bill amount about rs.850 for only 3 gb data, company again starts my postpaid plan to the same plan. This is fraud doing with public money by such a useless, overestimated plan by vodafone. So, finally i decided not to pay since march. Even my postpaid connection disconnected since march, vodafone company is charging same amount 850 per month and asked to pay rs.2100 by email even of temporarily disconnection of service. This is big fraud by vodafone company. Noone should take any plan from this company who loot their customers

    I had been complaining regarding the 342 plan on vodafone india but no reply from vodafone is in this way did they serve the customer then meaningless to (Happy to help you) i have raised my voice about the plan thrice for different concern..
    *. Balance deduction this they had rectified
    *. Before plan expire date the plan stop working 2days early, when i about to contact regarding this but i could not able to connect customer care and i had taken this to social media later got a call explained her but no solution found she replied it will not continue but incase if as a customer [for example if we used data pack after validation period will they (Vodafone) don't charge us]. So for every mistake their is penalty so i want compensation and was not happy for this concern
    *. Now same repeated i have a one more month subscription but stopped and later complaining to social media again they continued the plan (Same 342 plan) even i attached a screenshots so kindly find it and give valid solution and i don't sorry this won't repeat and bla bla bla.. The best solution is offer me a good offer
    The reason of complaining is i need a compensation. Because vodafone will not wavie off 0.01rs so why we should??

      I did recharge of rs 99 3g/4g internet which is not activated still. Bt the amount of rs 99 has been debited from hdfc bank. The amount debited by internet banking. After bank details entered internet page corrupted but amount debited but recharge not done. Please help me in getting my money back.
      I done 3g recharge on the shop. Vodafone page where i selected 99 rs recharge of maharashtra for 3g internet 250mb for 99 rs for my vodafone number [protected]. I did payment by net banking of my hdfc bank account, i got otp for recharge from bank. After entering otp my amount of rs 99 has debited from bank but the recharge has not done so i request vodafone company to return me my rs 99

        Rs 35 was deducted from my balance in name of fab wallpaper service, i don't even know what is that.. I had never requested for that.... Again rs 25 is deducted by saying of dotbot service i never requested for any of such services... A total amount if 70:is deducted from my balance unnecessarily either you solve this issue or port my connection to a better service provider... Done with vodafone

        RS 70 has been deducted from my balance in name of Dotbot and fab wallpaper service both of which I had no idea about pls solve this issue or I need to port from your service

          My number is [protected] and just now got message that dotbot service has been activated on my number and rs.25/- has been deducted from my main balance as rental for 5 days. I am really surprised that i don't know what is this dotbot and i didn't requested for this service then how vodafone india can deduct the money without my consent. This is cheating to the customers.             I have been using vodafone for the past few years. Last few months they started cutting my balance by activating unrequested services. Thay took lot of money such a way. Without activating anything i will get a message that you have activated gana kazana, mobi music ect... I kindly request you to stop such robbery and give back my all money till the date you took.

              From several days i am trying call Vodafone customer care service for Internet query but i observing that your customer care service reject or terminate my call many times when i tried so its been happen since i had call customer care last time about this same issue of 4 g internet problem and in revert i got the worst service from Vodafone, So With kind request at last time i assuming of valid revert from Vodafone care.

                I have experienced worst service from u. I have been using vodafone for more than 2 years. I didn't expect this kind of service from u :reason. When i went to pay my bill in vodafone customer store i was shocked to see the bill as my plan is 199rs the bill amount for two month was 2200rs they said that i have called to special number for 19 minutes (Which is a five digit number) where i cannot call to that number in my plan. The cost of the call was 1600 rs, when i emailed the customer care with a return email they said it is a valid usage (How can u guys do like dis)

                I have experienced worst service from u and I won't recommend Vodafone network to any of my friends and relatives i have been using Vodafone for more than 2 years .i didn't expect this kind of service from u :reason.when I went to pay my bill in Vodafone customer store I was shocked to see the bill as my plan is 199rs the bill amount for two month was 2200rs they said that I have called to special number for 19 minutes (which is a five digit number) 51717 in this current plan u cannot call to five digit number the cost of the call was 1600 rs and I want u people to rectify your mistakes and reduce the the above amount from the bill when I emailed Vodafone with a return statement they said it is a fair usage why should I pay the bill if I didn't make the call

                  My number was activated with 24 gb 4g data plan for three months which was apparently free... Unknowingly i spent a large amount of the free data that was 7.9 gb out of 8gb for the month.
                  I had 23 mb remaining until i was to be charged for using internet without a plan... But i was charged 181 rs for 3g and 5rs for 2g.
                  A unwanted vas was also activated which cost me 150 rs and when i spoke to the executive he said that he will take care and that cost will not be seen in the upcoming bill. He also asked me to download an application in order to prevent pop ups while surfing the net. It had been almost a month and no action has been take whatsoever.

                    I had ported a connection from Airtel to Vodafone [protected], on 31 st may 2016 midnight 12:11 I had received in alternate no for my address confirmation in 59059, upon discussion with executive I confirmed my address and was told that it would be activated in half an hour however still after 12 hrs not activated, my work is getting hit due to this, request you to kindly acknowledge the same and activate it at the earliest .
                    I cannot visit any store as it is not my fault of what went wrong, all my recordings with executive is with Vodafone only for their concern, request solve failing to which I will be forced to take up this legal matter and sue the company for the harassment

                      I am a vodafone customer. My area at. Konchi (Gite vasti) pin.413714 tel sangamner district ahmednagar more than 2, 000 people are using the vodafone network. Now a days vodafone is offering /2g/3g/4g mobile network for their customers. But, we aren’t able to use 2g/3g/4g network from my area. Even, 2g network also not working. Pls solve this.

                          Hai, my name Harisha K S.I recharged 348 rs Vodafone plan through Vodafone eshop website.first time recharge it won't complete the step. So i pressed back button and again I tried 2nd time, 2 nd time completed and two times same 348 rs deducted from bank account. To increase your business you are tied up Vodafone Eshop payment gateway service right, so for this problem you are the responsible. I want one time deducted 348 rs refund from ur side to same my bank account where from that is deducted and without deducting any service charge. I hope you will refund my 348 rs to my account.

                            I have received a call from vodaphone stating new plan as per your budget. Unfortunately i went in for the plan. They said there will be 3 g data etc. When the plan was changed my mobile data stopped working. I called customer care n the only soln was send sms start or call 1925 to activate. Every time i do n the reply was basic plan is already activated. When i explain the same to the customer care again they advise me to mess stating its not activated.

                            Worst service n i am paying unnecessarily 499.

                              I was a happy airtel customer, but one day i had received a call from vodafone asking if i would like to port my number to vodafone. Vodafone offered a plan which was quite an unresistant offer: 500 rs monthly rental unlimited local/std calls plus 6-gb internet free for life + 9-gb of additional data pack just for three months and subsequently i had applied for porting and successfully ported to vodafone. Now recently when i checked with their mobile app only 5-gb of internet data it was showing and i immediately called up their customer care on sunday (28th may 2017) to inquire about my missing additional 10-gb of data, they said this plan no longer exists and asked me to switch into another plan of same rental and calling features however in this plan i will get 5-gb internet for life + 10-gb additional for next three months, again i happily opted this plan, and their executive told us 5-gb will be added instantly and 10-gb after 48 hours. 5-gb data did come in my account but now after 3 days i. E. Yesterday (30-may-2017) i rechecked again for additional 10-gb, now their executive was telling me, there is no such plan and you will not get any 10-gb of data. I felt cheated with this incident and since i am freshly ported to vodafone as per mnp rules i cannot port back to my original operator unless i complete my 90 days of porting cycle. I would like to take strict action against vodafone who is cheating people and giving them hard time with their unethical behavior. If required i would like to go consumer court as well. I just dont want to sue them to get some compensation but want to teach them lesson about morality and ethics. Its not my fight anymore i am sure if they must have done this other people as well. I am also filing up the petition on change.org for change in mnp rules. We live in a democratic country, cheaters mobile providers like vodafone mustnt go away with such behavior easily.

                                Value added services are automatically activated on my prepaid vodafone SIM ([protected]), everytime new VAS are activated and I have to deactivate everytime. Many times the amount is not refundable. I have tried for customer support but customer care number is not working for Maharashtra circle.
                                I am really fed up with the services the vodafone is providing. My prepaid number is [protected]. Everytime I callled the customer executive for the same but did'nt get any satisfactory answer or call not reached to customer support (toll free 198 is not working and also [protected]). If this continues then I will surely switch my number to other network...
                                Vodafone doing fraud with customers year 2017 bcouse this company in loss from jio so they activate any VAS without confirmation and deduct from balance i suggested to vodafone if not stop fraud i will port all my family contact no permanently.

                                      I have 2 vodafone numbers and in september i merged both the number to red family plan. After that whatever bill was received, i kept making payment.in march 2017 i separated both the number and hten also whatever bill was received i made the payment. To my surprise, i received call from vodafone asking to make the payment for rs. 630.00 else the number will get deactivated. When i tried to find out what was this all about, i came to know that there were 3 accounts against my second number, 1 before the billing was merged, one when billing got merged and one after the billing got separated. They said that 2 accounts are deactivated due to non payment and only one is active. Now the number will get suspended if i dont make the payment. When i called customer care 2nd time, i was told i have to make payment of rs. 578.73 for inactive account number. I said fine i will make the payment, and to get the details of account number i called again 3rd time and to my surprise i was told this time that i have to make payment of 578 and 630 both as 2 accounts are deactivated. They have neither provided me the bill details, nor sent me the bill and now blackmailing me to make the payment.

                                      I visited Vodafone store today to find out the entire details. They said that the total outstanding for the payment is Rs. 573.31 which I made immediately. AFter 30 minutes I again received call that there is an outstanding of 630 rs. What the hell going on. This is really frustrating now. Is there anyone listning now?

                                      I received call from Ms. Kanchan on this and she understood everything and said I won't be receiving the call again from anyone regarding this case. But today again I got call from Vodafone asking to make the payment. This is really pissing me off now. I am going to disconnect Vodafone as I don't see it's helping.
