Complaint is regarding the poor customer service at Vodafone office, shivaji nagar, parbhani. The employees over there do not take their job seriously and are hardly any helpful to any of the query. This has been going on since last four months. They say to come the next day but will never get it done. They even encourage us to ignore the bill cycle and tell us that they can get us a concession on the bill. All we want is to convert our postpaid SIM cards to prepaid.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My son Romit Mehta with vodaphone no [protected] has lost his sim card in Ethiopia, Africa as he is there for 6 months. I am his father Arun Mehta carrying Vodaphone cell no [protected]. Despite I have authority from him along with aadhar card your service centre are not issuing duplicate sim card to me quoting that person will have to come.
You will appreciate that it is not possible for Romit Mehta to come India just to collect Sim card. I had even requested that it may be sent at his home address if not possible to hand over but again response is very routine.
I am unable to appreciate when on authority letter one can make transaction of crores where is the problem of handing over sim card.
I am a class I Government Gazetted officer with Indian Railways holding a post of state secretary level and understand my liability well.
One of Romit colleague is in India for few days and shall leave for Ethiopia on Sunday, i shall be grateful if you can help in this regards and issue duplicate sim card on no [protected]
I am ready to give any undertaking also.
In facr Romit mehta himself had sent 3 mails requesting Vodaphone to hand over the sim to me i.s. his father as he is in abroad and cannot come

      They cheated by selling internet dongle for more than 2800 with 3 months limited data offer.
      After that they charged heavily in spite of non usage in the era where reliance geo is offering free services.
      They did not stop sending wrong bills and abusing even after I do not want tuo use their pathetic servicd.

      Please surrender your Vodafone service at the earliest.

      Vodafone sells 4g mifi internet dongle by misselling.
      Theie intenet connectivity is poorest and frquent connection cuts.
      Besides there billing system is havoc.
      Support system is miserable.

      If you want to opt out later on they will not pay you your dongle price.
      And the dongle cannot be used for other opeartors.

      So my friends do not opt for Voadfone services.
      Beter and cheaper services are available and other operators are far better.

        Maine port ka msz kiya or other company m jaa rha tha to aage se phone aata ha kii aapko yeh offer 28 days baad extend Kar k automatically 56 days ho jyega

            Complaint is above 9 month for no network at village pomendi, maharashtra.
            No one from vodafone mumbai/ maharashtra is interested in resolving and go beyond mail communication only..

            After so much following ups vodafone made a survey 9 month back and no development since then..

              I hold prepaid Vodafone service. My mobile number is [protected]. I received a message on[protected] that "2 in 1 Vodafone Offer! On Recharge of Rs.25 get RC 25 = 25 Full Talktime + 50 MB Data - 3 days( Extra benefit within 4 hours) Offer valid for next 3 days. Recharge Now". So I recharged 25 rupees on[protected]. Trans ID : KA[protected]. Payment ID : ICMP[protected]. But I still didn't received any 25 amount and 50 MB data to my account. Please Kindly credit the amount and data as mentioned.

                I had bought a vodafone 3g/4g sim no.[protected] on 25 may 2017 at rs. 170/-. I also submitted my documents, viz. Photo and aadhar card copy. But even after 48 hours, the tower is being shown on my phone only as "emergency call", but no vodafone sign. I already have made 17 calls to their allotted number : 59095 for tele-verification, but no response whatsoever.
                I fail to access a customer care number for this issue.
                If they fail to fulfill their role, i would request a refund, so that i can go for some other service provider.

                  I am rupesh from pune, i was recharge unlimited internet pack on 5th may 2017 on my vodafone number i. E. [protected].
                  From last 4 days i am not able to access internet from my sim.
                  I was tried more than 15 times to customer care but they are sending only gprs, apn names & bla bla bla. Yesterday at early morning my all account balance also deducted from you.
                  Very worst service you are providing.
                  Now i tried to call on 198, 111, [protected] but they are rejecting my calls.
                  What to do now?

                    I am a DND activated customer since 2014 & I am getting promotional calls & sms on my mobile no. I have lodged complaint multiple times using the standard process but every time Vodafone closing these complaints without taking any action. I sent mail to vodafone customer care, Vodafone UCC, nodal officer, & also to NNCPTRAI but nothing happens. Every time I got the same reply that no action has been taken. I am fed up to sent mail again & again. They are not understanding the concern & my issue is increasing day by day.

                        I have a vodafone sim recently the vodafone unnecessarily deducted balance from my main balance. So, i tried to call customer care executive. When i'm trying to call to vodafone customer care its in kannad language. So, i'm not able to understand.

                          This is to inform you that last friday i e 19th may there was deduction done from my main balance. I called upto vodafone customer care and informed them about this so they informed that it was deducted because i had exhausted my internet pack, but this was not the case i had internet pack active but 50% was used and rest was available. I tried explaining this to the customer service agent thrice but they didn't listen and said that it was deducted because of internet usage. Now i received a message for feedback on which i gave a zero so i received a call from the feedback team on monday i.e 22nd may and i explained them the same so the person said that yes it was so technical issue from which the balance was deducted and internet balance was available and he said in 30 mins i will receive my balance but i never got it back till today. I also gave the feedback team a 10 for feedback but never got my 72 rupees back. Now when i call customer care i never reach the customer agent it seems they have barred my number. If you cannot help customers then dont commit. Today again my balance is deducted inspite of net pack activated i am so tiered i need my money back i just recharged for 250 yesterday and 20 rupees is left .

                            Hi,

                            I have Vodafone prepaid number (+91-[protected]). Currently, I am in the UK, I tried to make a call from my number to UK number, which was not answered by the caller and went to the automatic voice message. Vodafone charged 70 RS for that and 99 for some dynamic international roaming. They didn't inform me anything about this when I was in India. I requested them to rollback that transaction but they didn't do it. They send me same email that they tried to reach out to me in my UK number but couldn't connect. This is not possible i am getting calls from India on my UK number and no one complaint like that. I requested them to give their mobile number so that i can call them but they sent same reply. I called vodafone customer care, there call executive behaviour was very rude. He was not listening my point and was not talking in very unprofessional manner.

                            Please take required action. Please call me in +44-[protected] if required.

                              My mobile number is [protected] and i preffering 699 red plan. My data limit is 13 gb and i checked my data balance with app as well on text. It was not consumed at all but they cahrged me for extra used. Ive shared screen shot also on mail

                                    Hi Vodafone team,
                                    A message came to my cellphone notifying that a service called Topdoctorsonline has been activated and Rs 35 has been deducted from my account. I have never asked for any such service so please deactivate the service and refund the deducted balance as soon as possible. A few days ago I had gone through similar situation with another fraudulent service called desi 360. I am warning you, please don't use such pathetic technique again to anybody. Thank you.

                                      I have used vodafone number [protected] in the plan of Rs.149/-, while taking the connection itself I told the operator to disconnect the internet connection for this phone number. They did not disconnect, the internet. Somehow, the internet connection has used from this number 0.7 GB. They had a fixed a credit limit for this number Rs.1500/-, if this was mistake happened this supposed to be cut off from there itself. But, Vodafone flaw data management allowed and now there are asking me to Pay Rs.4200/-. I have a request, to waive off this amount and agreed to pay only the maximum credit limit was set. But, from customer care someone relationship manager who does not care about the retail customer pain forcing me to pay this amount, and used unwanted words which have affected my emotion. My question is if the internet has used unknowingly for a very long time maybe 7GB, is this people not having any control to alert the consumer? The customer taking a very low monthly payment plan, and making them liable to a bigger payment, is it ethical to their business? What is the purpose of this plan?
                                      Another point is that I am using another Vodafone number [protected], which has Rs.450/- plan where I use data and phone. I am making proper payment for this number. Without any information, this number also got barred from today. How they can bare this number without consumer consent. Another thing is, this particular number I am using it almost last 10 Years? WHERE IS THEIR CUSTOMER LOYALTY?, I am totally disappointed the way the dealing the issue, and I am just comparing with another operator like Jio how they attracting the consumer?, and how Vodafone making difficult to the customer. Either they are trying to cheat the customer and forcing them to pay the amount. Top management has to think and act based on it.
                                      Today the communication is so much important, and I have a regular call with my team and my business partners. I had a major impact due to [protected] number barred. I cannot accept the way the dealt the situation and they need to compensate for this. Looking forward a strong action against Vodafone, and word of mouth is having so much power, Even I am planning to tell in media the way they try to cheat the consumers. Please support!
