Hi Iam Ashiq
I have a vodafone sim recently the vodafone unnecessarily deducted balance from my main balance. So, i tried to call customer care executive. When i'm trying to call to vodafone customer care its in kannad language. So, i'm not able to understand.

Please change my customer care language to english and my phone number is [protected] please message me to this number after you changed the language from kannada to English.

    This is to inform you that last friday i e 19th may there was deduction done from my main balance. I called upto vodafone customer care and informed them about this so they informed that it was deducted because i had exhausted my internet pack, but this was not the case i had internet pack active but 50% was used and rest was available. I tried explaining this to the customer service agent thrice but they didn't listen and said that it was deducted because of internet usage. Now i received a message for feedback on which i gave a zero so i received a call from the feedback team on monday i.e 22nd may and i explained them the same so the person said that yes it was so technical issue from which the balance was deducted and internet balance was available and he said in 30 mins i will receive my balance but i never got it back till today. I also gave the feedback team a 10 for feedback but never got my 72 rupees back. Now when i call customer care i never reach the customer agent it seems they have barred my number. If you cannot help customers then dont commit. Today again my balance is deducted inspite of net pack activated i am so tiered i need my money back i just recharged for 250 yesterday and 20 rupees is left .

      Hi,

      I have Vodafone prepaid number (+91-[protected]). Currently, I am in the UK, I tried to make a call from my number to UK number, which was not answered by the caller and went to the automatic voice message. Vodafone charged 70 RS for that and 99 for some dynamic international roaming. They didn't inform me anything about this when I was in India. I requested them to rollback that transaction but they didn't do it. They send me same email that they tried to reach out to me in my UK number but couldn't connect. This is not possible i am getting calls from India on my UK number and no one complaint like that. I requested them to give their mobile number so that i can call them but they sent same reply. I called vodafone customer care, there call executive behaviour was very rude. He was not listening my point and was not talking in very unprofessional manner.

      Please take required action. Please call me in +44-[protected] if required.

        My mobile number is [protected] and i preffering 699 red plan. My data limit is 13 gb and i checked my data balance with app as well on text. It was not consumed at all but they cahrged me for extra used. Ive shared screen shot also on mail
        I cross checked the same issue in my current bill with customer care. It is as usual there. Pls claim me my unfair charges

          My vodafone [protected] number was blocked for sms. I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with trai. Actually i did not do any kind of marketing. Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives only. Sms do not sent with my friends and family. Please relase a sms with unblock, without my knowledge they blocked. How to un block?               Hi Vodafone team,
              A message came to my cellphone notifying that a service called Topdoctorsonline has been activated and Rs 35 has been deducted from my account. I have never asked for any such service so please deactivate the service and refund the deducted balance as soon as possible. A few days ago I had gone through similar situation with another fraudulent service called desi 360. I am warning you, please don't use such pathetic technique again to anybody. Thank you.

                I have used vodafone number [protected] in the plan of Rs.149/-, while taking the connection itself I told the operator to disconnect the internet connection for this phone number. They did not disconnect, the internet. Somehow, the internet connection has used from this number 0.7 GB. They had a fixed a credit limit for this number Rs.1500/-, if this was mistake happened this supposed to be cut off from there itself. But, Vodafone flaw data management allowed and now there are asking me to Pay Rs.4200/-. I have a request, to waive off this amount and agreed to pay only the maximum credit limit was set. But, from customer care someone relationship manager who does not care about the retail customer pain forcing me to pay this amount, and used unwanted words which have affected my emotion. My question is if the internet has used unknowingly for a very long time maybe 7GB, is this people not having any control to alert the consumer? The customer taking a very low monthly payment plan, and making them liable to a bigger payment, is it ethical to their business? What is the purpose of this plan?
                Another point is that I am using another Vodafone number [protected], which has Rs.450/- plan where I use data and phone. I am making proper payment for this number. Without any information, this number also got barred from today. How they can bare this number without consumer consent. Another thing is, this particular number I am using it almost last 10 Years? WHERE IS THEIR CUSTOMER LOYALTY?, I am totally disappointed the way the dealing the issue, and I am just comparing with another operator like Jio how they attracting the consumer?, and how Vodafone making difficult to the customer. Either they are trying to cheat the customer and forcing them to pay the amount. Top management has to think and act based on it.
                Today the communication is so much important, and I have a regular call with my team and my business partners. I had a major impact due to [protected] number barred. I cannot accept the way the dealt the situation and they need to compensate for this. Looking forward a strong action against Vodafone, and word of mouth is having so much power, Even I am planning to tell in media the way they try to cheat the consumers. Please support!

                    I have Vodafone post paid connection, i want to migrate via MNP to idea prepaid, i applied for MNP and also paid all due bill amount to Vodafone. But due to system error at Vodafone, there was wrong due amount in my account and my MNP request rejected, i called customer care of Vodafone and then there was a waive off of wrong charges and said me to do all process again. So i have to do all process again, it all costed me a time and money.

                      I hade recently purchased a sim of vodafone in UP East(zone) and used for about 25days now i am facing problem right now i am in MP (roaming zone) and within a single day i got 3 different value added services activated automatically each time i called to your customer care and deactivate service after deactivating one service another is automatically got activated this is so embaracing.

                      This is not good for a MNC no one is like this kind of behaviour please resolve this

                        This is with reference to my Vodafone postpaid mobile number [protected] with relationship number[protected].

                        I got this ported from Vodafone to Airtel and got mail from vodafone on refund of my pending amount giving following details

                        Quote
                        Cheque No: 326783, Cheque Amount: Rs. 3155.6, Cheque Date:[protected] Drawn On: Citi Bank

                        You should receive the Cheque within 10 working days.

                        Unquote

                        Till now this cheque has been received at my address. and there is no way we can reach vodafone customer care to check on the status of the same although they have given their numbers for the same in the mail.

                        IVR of customer care only ends up washing ones time only stating happy to help but not helping at all

                        Need to lodge complaint against this issue and find solution as to how can I get my refund back

Vodaphone staff has given dummy card while taking new connection in ulhasnagar. Now i just visited in kalyan vodaphone store to activate my 2 no. But staff is so rude to speak & telling you have to go to ulhasnagar vodaphone store to activate ur sim card. Or you have to do fir for get new sim. As i said to her i got this dummy card from vodaphone store ulhasnagar. It's very worst service giving to every customer. As its very first impression become worst impression. Please don't go for vodaphone billing.

                            When i am turning on cellular data, after 2 or 3 sec the connection losses. And the 3g data speed is extremly slow. And every day 200 to 500 mb data is getting wasted. The internet speed is around 50 to 70 kbps. But
                            Airtel's speed is around 2 mbps. Please reslove this problem. H+ network is not coming only h is coming which has a speed like 2g.
                            Please resolve this problem quickly.

                              On[protected] my bill amount raise at 1586 here my bill amount should be of 326 RS other 1260 amount is just a spam, as it is saying in bill that I have raise call on 51717 for 90 minutes and it's charge 1260 rs, here as I check for this on internet (google), this problem was face by many Vodafone customer

                                  I m using vodaphone no [protected] and [protected]. I m neither able to contact my friend nor able to chat or surf internet at my residence. Address gali no 6, d 272, west vinod nagar, delhi 92, i complained before also, there is jio network in my room, but no vodafone network. Voda netowork is not available in my neighbourhood 2 3 buildings also.please solve it ASAP or i have to do some other substitute.

                                    Unfortunately such a pathetic service. This company gives assurance for "Being happy to help" But i am so sorry to say they are not​ cooperative. I submitted all my documents on moday (22/05/2017) but still my number is under process. Agent collected the documents on minday but informed me that it will get port within 48hrs. But as there was no revert i proactively contacted theContacted customer support multiple times. But they either disconnect the call or put me on long hold.

                                    I even visted the Vodafone store in Vodafone Belvedere tower but the lady out there said that she will not be able to help me.

                                    I asked to refund amount (250), but she said that it's not possible for her to do so as I it's still under process.

                                    Such an irresponsible and worst service.

                                      I got a recharge done of Rs. 352/- on my Delhi pre-paid number after confirming the benefits o[censored]nlimited calls from vodafone website as well as customer care executive. After the recharge, I received an SMS giving me daily and weekly capping limits. I took the issue with vodafone but they told this is their policy to avoid misuse. However, capping limit was never mentioned in the recharge details.

                                      Now, I am facing problems with the internet data. They have disconnected the data stating that this is upon my request and start deducting my balance upon data usage.
                                      I spoke to customer care executive who told me that this is technical issue.
                                      This is highly very irresponsible on Vodafone's part. Not acceptable at all.
