We are having 36 mobile connection in the name of central bank of india. We had requested vodafone for porting our number from vodafone to airtel. In the first week of april 2017. Even the after the lapse of almost 2 months our numbers have not been ported to airtel and raising the quarry again and again.
Unique porting code is send by the company for porting request but subsequently our porting request is cancelled for one or other...

I shifted to Mumbai from Pune in the first week of Feb. On 9 Feb, I called vodafone customer care to initiate Roam like home to avoid roaming due to circle change.
In April I realized the bills charged to me are much higher than expected. On 8th May I again contacted customer care to mention network problems and to reconfirm the roaming circle change on which I was assured. (Complaint No[protected]. In May bill I still found the...

I upgraded my sim to 4g on 1st may, 2017. I am eligible to get 4gb of 4g data. I applied for free 4g sim from following url:https://www.vodafone.in/discover/mobile-internet/upgrade-to-4g-sim?section=consumer.
In this it clearly says that "share your details to get 4g sim & avail 4gb free (10 days of validity) offer".

Still i haven't received any 4g data. I have continuously contacted...

My Vodafone device for the no [protected] is not able to send outgoing text messages. When I went to the Gotri Road store (opp Pashabhai Park in Vadodara) there was extremely bad customer service from Mr Monish and the manager, Mr Vishwa Kumar- who was shouting at the customers - one expects better from Vodafone is it is to survive and thrive in a competitive market place. On 16 05 2017 ... Recharged for 999 and was told I'll get 22gb ... i dint get my 4g data but I received a message saying recharge successfull ... I called customer care, no response ...

I was convinced by a Vodafone person that converting prepaid to postpaid plan is beneficial. I had an old vodafone number that i wanted to activate after a year since i was abroad. They me took my pan card number copy and said that the number would be activated ina days time. I have been recieving messages from vodafone from past a few days saying that follo pack has been activated upon my request with 35 rupees deduction. What request? I dint even request for any and i am really dissapointed with this kind of service, this totally cheating on consumers. Please reverse the charges because this is causing lot of problems. I have been trying to send an SMS to Port my Vodafone No to Jio since past 1 week, but i am unable to do it, they blocked the port request. On calling the customer care i have been told that i am under a prepaid plan in which porting is not allowed, this is ridiculous.

This is forcing the customer to stay with them.

However vodafone seems to block the portability and doesn't allow me porting details using PORT

There is a activation of MConverge Fashion [protected]@99 & reported bill for INR.

I come to know only during the month bill generation & there was no SMS for this activation.
This month Vodafone bill deducted 99/- MConverge Fashion [protected]@99, which I never activated. Customer care executive is not giving any valid answer for this bill.

An amount of RS 75 has been deducted twice in last 3 weeks for some DOTBOT service w/o subscribing.
God knows what is Vodafone up to.
Please refund the total money, it's no joke to deduct account money w/o our permission or subscriptions!
It's the same with mobile data, RS 0.04 deducted every 30 seconds even when data is set to off. Have lost so much money because of all this nonsense deductions....
