    Hii this reggie here... M not satisfied with the service... M trying to set an caller tune no still yet not getting set... Not even the advisour are clearing the issue, not the team leaders are resauling the issue...
    They are directly disconnecting the call without any permission...
    They are infoming they they will arrange a call back.. Bt no response of that also...
    Now 30 min back 9.30pm of 25.5.17
    On of the adviser told me that he vill arrange a call back.. His name is savan rathod...
    So waiting for that...
    M not happy with the service...

        Again and again vodafone deducted balance from my balance by automatically activating plans of rs 40 rs 30 and so that i don't even activate. Please look into the matter and help stopping them from deducting my balance again and again and also get back my previously deducted balance due to services i don't even use and has been activactivated by vodafone.

          Respected sir/mam,
          My vodafone number [protected] deactivated by vodafone company on giving reason that i used it not 90 days as per government rules but i used it regularly and now i tried to contact to company care but not get proper answer and vodafone care said we already sold it to market. Just on 05/05/2017 my card deactivated and i try and try to get that. Many times i went to vodafone shop. First they said may be you get it into postpaid but now they refused to give my number. Please need your help. Thank you.

            I had been a Vodafone postpaid customer for last 3 years and my postpaid limit is 9000 INR, Last Month i was travelling to Singapore where on airport i received a message offering international roaming, which i activated but i didn't received any payment terms or tariff for the plan i have activated but after a day my connection was disconnected without any warning, which can be verified by your system and as on my return i found that there was outstanding bill of 26, 000 which was a shock to me and for confirmation when i requested for an itemized bill in which they have even charged me for itemized billing but the bill format i have received do not carry details of my usage,

            now when my limit was 9000 INR why my phone was allowed to operate till 26, 000 INR and why then it was disconnected. this shows that Vodafone system operates in a very non professional manner otherwise they should have flowed the norms and disconnection shod have taken at my limits
            so i kindly request you to look in to this as i am calling customer care dept of Vodafone i m no it getting proper response

              This is very ridiculous that the vodafone service provider are taking extra money form the customers such as the name of "other credits /charges.

              Even after paying regular bill they are taking extra hidden charges from customers, and they are doing fraud with the public

              In fact i and my whole family and group are using vodafone since last 8 years and in my bill i regularly saw that they are putting extra charges in every month's bill.
              I have attached my recent bill for your reference in which they are mentioned
              "other credits /charges" and amount is 100 rs

              If it is not rectify immediately i will switch into the other service provider. From the next month only. And i require my 100 rs back to me at any cost.

              Please take strict action on such type of scam by the vodafone company.

              Oh c’mon. The 100INR is most likely late payment fee. I’d suggest you (the customer) to Keep better track of your bills and accounts. How can a network provider be a scammer? Makes no bloody sense Lol. The third party scammers use the network providers to scam customers. Speak to the customer care in a civilised manner and they should be inclined to help you to the best of their abilities. Have been using Vodafone for 15years, and I can’t really remember when the customer care were not able to resolve reasonable issues. 🤷‍♂️ What baby, venting out needlessly

                I have been served a legal notice by Vodafone due to bill payment issues. My bills were incorrectly calculated. In every follow-ups made by Vodafone I requested for the correctly calculated bill amount. However, instead of doing so, incorrect bill amounts would be carried over to the next billing period.

                This lead to an aggregation of a huge bill amount (Rs 4000) which I refuse to pay because VAS services are being charged even though I have never requested for it. On the contrary I requested to suspend all VAS services for the rest of the time. Apparently, vodafone can suspend a number, but not VAS services.

                and now, Vodafone sends me a legal notice to pay my bill, instead of keeping their promises to send the correctly calculated bill amounts. Everyone knows what kind of hoax bills postpaid users are sent to by Vodafone. Kindly understand that filing a legal case is a serious matter. If Vodafone intends to drag its customers down and not keep its promises, I'll be glad to post this in social media as well.

                However, I have faith that Vodafone is always ready to help their customers.

                    On 15.5.2017, without my request vodophone company two services entertainment service and vodophone tv all channel pack. They deducted rupees 35 and 75 respectively. Again on 25.5.2017 vodophone activated fashion zone pack and deduced rs 4 with out my request. Every time they maintained these packs are activated as my request. But these statements are completely wrong. I have to deactivated these packs after sending sms. But i have to lose my balance. Vodophone intentionally activated packs and i have to pay. Plz reassure me this will not occur in future otherwise i have compelled to lodge a complain in tri.

                        I got vodafone reply. but after watching that reply, i felt that Vodafone is neither taking seriously to its costumer or consumer forum. vodafone executive chandan replied that my porting code was rejected but i haven't sent any porting code that was clearly mention in above mail.

                        chandnan sent me the contact no of vodafone customercare. I called at mentioned no & told the whole story to vodafone executive, he put my call on hold & after some time my call was disconnected

                        it seems to me they just wanted get rid of it not to resolve the query.

                        could it be seen or i have to chase it for infinite time.

Both old and new companies verified and approved the transfer documents. My request is showing as "your request is in transit between epfo out and in office"
                          Can you please check why it is not processed yet by epfo department.

                            I am user of vodafone [protected] number.in this number company deducted 120 rs from main account on 16may2017 to 21may 2017.
                            On 17 may 2017 i am compalain on 199 than vodafone office say due to company system mistake this will be happend aftr some we return ur money but now i am complain more thn 5 time company no respond my compalin nd if i say to transfer my call to senior official than he cut our call direct.

                              I had recharged with INR 673 for international roaming concessional rates (Validity 10 days) on 29th May and INR99 (for international roaming activation) after I was told that it was the best option for my travel to Nepal for 3-4 days by customer care ([protected]). But the benefits of the recharge were not passed on and I was charged extremely high for the couple of calls I answered and the less than 1mb of data that I used during my stay in Nepal. Due to this I was not able to use my number in Nepal through out my visit there. I request you to look into the matter and ask vodafone to reverse all the charges as well as the recharge amount of 673 as I could not use the phone what so ever due to their fault.

                              Update:

                              Got a call from Vodafone executive on 25th May to inform me that INR 572 has been added to my balance to resolve the issue. But when I asked the following:
                              1. The recharge amount was 673, then why only 572 was added?
                              2. What about the other usage charges that I was charged which itself exceeds above INR700 for less than an MB of internet usage(switched off as soon as I got to know I was being charged excessively) and a couple of call answered?

                              His response:
                              1. Service Charges are cut ( Why should I bear the charges for vodafone's mistake?)
                              2. My work is just to intimate you that the amount has been added to your balance. For any other complaints you will have to register a new complaint.

                              After a bit of insisting he said he would forward the complaint and get back to me in 24 Hrs.

                              As of now, I am waiting for their call.

                                  I am using the Vodafone number from past more than 9 years. After relocating to Hyderabad I tried to change the service provider (due to Vodafone Network not available / poor signals). But Vodafone rejected the application every time saying the bills are pending. Afterwords, I started facing lots of problems. I was not even able to make a call because of the non availability of network / poor signals. Forget about making a call I was not even able to receive a call or sms. I was simply making payments to Vodafone. Me a/w my husband visited near by Vodafone store end number of times to register complaint. In fact I called up the customer care also but all my efforts were in vain as there was no solution to the complaints. From past more than six months the situation is even worst. Am only carrying a handset with sim so I stopped making payments from Feb'17 onward. Now they have sent me a demand notice. I replied them asking for justification as to why should I make the payment but they didn't even bother to revert. Request you to look into this and resolve the issue.

                                      Baruipur vodafone mini store attendant has forcefully & illegally imposed us to convert the prepaid connection of mobile no.[protected] to postpaid one which is most inconvenient to me.
                                      I also requested him to revert back to prepaid connection and gave him the reference of customer service centre advice but he ignored and said that it will take 4 months to be prepaid one or he would dismiss the sim forever.
                                      The store attendant told about ignorance and incompetence of service centre personnel with rude expression.
                                      My request to you to help me as early as possible as i am a customer of more than 10 years.

                                      I have lost my Mircormax canvas Gold A300 mobile phone with Vodafone prepaid sim card in Indira nagar, Bangalore. My Number is [protected]. Please block my sim card till further procedure

                                      Vodafone is now fear of losing their business due to Free Jio. Since Jio is launched many of the prepaid customers of Vodafone do not recharge their phone. So vodafone is doing trick with the prepaid customers.

                                      One month back I got an SMS from Vodafone to link my Aadhar No. to my mobile before 15th June. So, I visited the Nirman Vihar customer care office. The attendant told me that the time period o[censored]pdating Aadhar with mobile no. was only for 48 hours. So, I have no option to keep the existing mobile no. but to convert it to post paid, otherwise they will stop my number. After some argument, they told me I can convert it back to prepaid after 3 months. So they given me a Plan of Rs.149 + Service Charges.

                                      Vodafone do the same trick to all prepaid customers those who do not recharge their phone for a long period.

                                      I know they will trick again when I will approach again to convert the post paid to prepaid.

                                      So, I plan to Port my vodafone number to Jio after 3 months.

                                        I subscribed Vodafone post paid services looking to the good image and services. I subscribed for plan Rs 299 plus taxes but during using the service I started getting SMS about subscription of various value added services like Dotbot etc.. I called customer care but of no use. Looking to this I got my number ported. Vodafone is a big cheater. I would never recommend it. Company should resolve such problems it it wants to retain its market share else it would perish soon. Recently after getting the services discontinued, I have received Notice of Payment which is totally unjustified. The company has to be pulled in the consumer forum if problem not resolved.
