      I had an old vodafone number that i wanted to activate after a year since i was abroad. They me took my pan card number copy and said that the number would be activated ina days time. Its been over two days i have ben calling the vodafone customer care who said it would be activated in a hour, sometime half an hour and now they say they cannot see my number at all and will have to go to the store for activation.. Very sad that they are nor able to helpme with the same... Poor service... Just needed to activate my sim but in vain... Seems dubey

      I am trying vodafone comlaint no. 198 from last ten(10) days but my call has not been connected.i tried many a day. now i am going to port my number to another service provider. please take appropriate action.

          I have been recieving messages from vodafone from past a few days saying that follo pack has been activated upon my request with 35 rupees deduction. What request? I dint even request for any and i am really dissapointed with this kind of service, this totally cheating on consumers. Please reverse the charges because this is causing lot of problems. I will pursue this matter if this issue isnt resolved. My number is [protected]

            Dear Team,

            I have been trying to send an SMS to Port my Vodafone No to Jio since past 1 week, but i am unable to do it, they blocked the port request. On calling the customer care i have been told that i am under a prepaid plan in which porting is not allowed, this is ridiculous.

            This is forcing the customer to stay with them.

              Hi,

              I am trying to port my number from vodafone to airtel since the corporate plan from the company has changed.

              However vodafone seems to block the portability and doesn't allow me porting details using PORT

              Request you to kindly look into this as this seems to be ploy to block and is a harassment from the company.

                  There is a activation of MConverge Fashion [protected]@99 & reported bill for INR.

                  I come to know only during the month bill generation & there was no SMS for this activation.
                  This month Vodafone bill deducted 99/- MConverge Fashion [protected]@99, which I never activated. Customer care executive is not giving any valid answer for this bill.
                  Please look in to this & Vodfone team want's money any other form.

                      An amount of RS 75 has been deducted twice in last 3 weeks for some DOTBOT service w/o subscribing.
                      God knows what is Vodafone up to.
                      Please refund the total money, it's no joke to deduct account money w/o our permission or subscriptions!
                      It's the same with mobile data, RS 0.04 deducted every 30 seconds even when data is set to off. Have lost so much money because of all this nonsense deductions.

                            that your customer care executive did fraud with me according to my plan the data was only 18gb but when i asked your executive he told me that you have 30 gb data and i had doubt on that so for the confirmation i called so many times and everybody has told the same. And also For your confirmation i have attached call recoding and s screenshotplz find attached by mistake isd pack has activated and called same day that isd pack has activated plz close it and they told it has done and don't worry there is no any charges you have to pay but still data charges and isd pack charges included in bill and when i called to clarification your executive mr. Gaurav has argued with me and there is no any resolution till date plz take action immediately on this

                                I checked with customer care and they are pathetic they say that ur aim is active so the services are active and they give me a time stating you have activated.

                                  This is related to mobile mela service that gets activated and charged twice without event prior notice and my consent.

                                  The Mobile Mela service was suddenly activated on 21/Jan/2016 automatically and charged me Rs 60 and charged me till 18/05/2017 (Total of 5 months). When I checked my all SMS then I came to know that this service was automatically activated on 21/jan/2016.

                                  When I call to vodafone customer care, executive told me that this service was activated from Internet and they are not aware of activation of such services.

                                  I never activated mobile mela services from the Internet and deactivated now. But I didn't get my money back.

                                  They are really doing fraud with there own customers for the sack of money.
                                  Please look into this.

                                      Every day i get 2 calls from vodafone employees to settle the bill. So far, i have not received a single itemized bill.

                                      I am not using the sim at all.
                                      Vodafone is refusing to close the account and still demanding payment.
                                      They keep saying we have not closed your account so i need to keep paying.
