On 20/05/2016 at 1.11pm came me a fake call and amount is debited from my credit card if rs 20000 as 5000 each of 4 times and that reference number is[protected][protected][protected] and 4)
[protected] my card number is [protected] so don't accept this transaction and cancelled it immediately now so kindly accept my queries and refund my amount as soon as earliest...

I have raised the request from the port the number i am getting the call why i want to port the number i said am not happy with your service. They disconnect the call this is 4 day am getting the call regularly and they are not asking me any thing you can check the detail in your service even one day i called to the customer care for the sms pack they said that make a recharge of 15 same i did with my bank app but i did not get the sms pack...

I have taken subscription of vodafone [protected] on 07-Jan-2017 by making payment of Rs.2899 under the scheme of 3 months free cycle for 8GB data per month by Sales Person Mr. Hardik Suthat at Vodafone Store at Alkapuri, MObile No.[protected].

But he has not posted or credited the above amount paid in my account as a result my account is getting disconnected frequently. Now also my connection has been disconnected with effect...

I'm really dissapointed by vodafone and it's services. They are charging a lot of money under vas charges. These services are getting activated by themselves without asking for any confirmation from the user. This seems to be a technique to loot money from people who are unaware of how to handle this situation. For the month of may alone i have been charged with 455 rs for vas without my permission....

Currently i am a vodafone customer, however I want to port my number to Airtel.
On sending the PORT to 1900, it shows sending failed.
Vodafone is not allowing to send the port message.
I even went to the vodafone store to complain about this and they lodged a case and told me to try again in 24 hours.
It still isint working.

I had bought a vodafone SIM in June, 2015 at Noida(Delhi NCR). I have used the SIM for more than 20 months. Now after returning to West Bengal, I lost the sim in my purse last month(April).
