I got vodafone reply. but after watching that reply, i felt that Vodafone is neither taking seriously to its costumer or consumer forum. vodafone executive chandan replied that my porting code was rejected but i haven't sent any porting code that was clearly mention in above mail.

chandnan sent me the contact no of vodafone customercare. I called at mentioned no & told the whole story to vodafone executive, he put my call on hold & after some time my call was disconnected

it seems to me they just wanted get rid of it not to resolve the query.

could it be seen or i have to chase it for infinite time.

    I changed my earlier company (Mphasis ind pvt ltd) 2 years back. Joined new company (Vodafone). I completed the online transfer of pf process. Both old and new companies verified and approved the transfer documents. My request is showing as "your request is in transit between epfo out and in office"
    Can you please check why it is not processed yet by epfo department.

      Hello sir
      I am user of vodafone [protected] number.in this number company deducted 120 rs from main account on 16may2017 to 21may 2017.
      On 17 may 2017 i am compalain on 199 than vodafone office say due to company system mistake this will be happend aftr some we return ur money but now i am complain more thn 5 time company no respond my compalin nd if i say to transfer my call to senior official than he cut our call direct.

        I had recharged with INR 673 for international roaming concessional rates (Validity 10 days) on 29th May and INR99 (for international roaming activation) after I was told that it was the best option for my travel to Nepal for 3-4 days by customer care ([protected]). But the benefits of the recharge were not passed on and I was charged extremely high for the couple of calls I answered and the less than 1mb of data that I used during my stay in Nepal. Due to this I was not able to use my number in Nepal through out my visit there. I request you to look into the matter and ask vodafone to reverse all the charges as well as the recharge amount of 673 as I could not use the phone what so ever due to their fault.

        Update:

        Got a call from Vodafone executive on 25th May to inform me that INR 572 has been added to my balance to resolve the issue. But when I asked the following:
        1. The recharge amount was 673, then why only 572 was added?
        2. What about the other usage charges that I was charged which itself exceeds above INR700 for less than an MB of internet usage(switched off as soon as I got to know I was being charged excessively) and a couple of call answered?

        His response:
        1. Service Charges are cut ( Why should I bear the charges for vodafone's mistake?)
        2. My work is just to intimate you that the amount has been added to your balance. For any other complaints you will have to register a new complaint.

        After a bit of insisting he said he would forward the complaint and get back to me in 24 Hrs.

        As of now, I am waiting for their call.

            I am using the Vodafone number from past more than 9 years. After relocating to Hyderabad I tried to change the service provider (due to Vodafone Network not available / poor signals). But Vodafone rejected the application every time saying the bills are pending. Afterwords, I started facing lots of problems. I was not even able to make a call because of the non availability of network / poor signals. Forget about making a call I was not even able to receive a call or sms. I was simply making payments to Vodafone. Me a/w my husband visited near by Vodafone store end number of times to register complaint. In fact I called up the customer care also but all my efforts were in vain as there was no solution to the complaints. From past more than six months the situation is even worst. Am only carrying a handset with sim so I stopped making payments from Feb'17 onward. Now they have sent me a demand notice. I replied them asking for justification as to why should I make the payment but they didn't even bother to revert. Request you to look into this and resolve the issue.

                Baruipur vodafone mini store attendant has forcefully & illegally imposed us to convert the prepaid connection of mobile no.[protected] to postpaid one which is most inconvenient to me.
                I also requested him to revert back to prepaid connection and gave him the reference of customer service centre advice but he ignored and said that it will take 4 months to be prepaid one or he would dismiss the sim forever.
                The store attendant told about ignorance and incompetence of service centre personnel with rude expression.
                My request to you to help me as early as possible as i am a customer of more than 10 years.

                I have lost my Mircormax canvas Gold A300 mobile phone with Vodafone prepaid sim card in Indira nagar, Bangalore. My Number is [protected]. Please block my sim card till further procedure

                Vodafone is now fear of losing their business due to Free Jio. Since Jio is launched many of the prepaid customers of Vodafone do not recharge their phone. So vodafone is doing trick with the prepaid customers.

                One month back I got an SMS from Vodafone to link my Aadhar No. to my mobile before 15th June. So, I visited the Nirman Vihar customer care office. The attendant told me that the time period o[censored]pdating Aadhar with mobile no. was only for 48 hours. So, I have no option to keep the existing mobile no. but to convert it to post paid, otherwise they will stop my number. After some argument, they told me I can convert it back to prepaid after 3 months. So they given me a Plan of Rs.149 + Service Charges.

                Vodafone do the same trick to all prepaid customers those who do not recharge their phone for a long period.

                I know they will trick again when I will approach again to convert the post paid to prepaid.

                So, I plan to Port my vodafone number to Jio after 3 months.

                  I subscribed Vodafone post paid services looking to the good image and services. I subscribed for plan Rs 299 plus taxes but during using the service I started getting SMS about subscription of various value added services like Dotbot etc.. I called customer care but of no use. Looking to this I got my number ported. Vodafone is a big cheater. I would never recommend it. Company should resolve such problems it it wants to retain its market share else it would perish soon. Recently after getting the services discontinued, I have received Notice of Payment which is totally unjustified. The company has to be pulled in the consumer forum if problem not resolved.

                        We are having 36 mobile connection in the name of central bank of india. We had requested vodafone for porting our number from vodafone to airtel. In the first week of april 2017. Even the after the lapse of almost 2 months our numbers have not been ported to airtel and raising the quarry again and again.

                          I shifted to Mumbai from Pune in the first week of Feb. On 9 Feb, I called vodafone customer care to initiate Roam like home to avoid roaming due to circle change.
                          In April I realized the bills charged to me are much higher than expected. On 8th May I again contacted customer care to mention network problems and to reconfirm the roaming circle change on which I was assured. (Complaint No[protected]. In May bill I still found the issue continuing, after multiple follow up from my side I was told it is not activated yet and last request was rejected. I request roaming again on which the customer care representative said it can not be activated, I asked him to connect with the supervisor, after talking to the supervisor, The roam like home for this number was finally activated on 9 may, 10:14 am. It takes 3 months to activate roaming service from Vodafone.

                          Now the surprise element is that even after requesting for Roam like Home, and Vodafone being a failure in activating it on time, they have charged me a roaming of 2235 within Mumbai, I being a mumbai resident now. And have failed to address all my complaints, requests and waiver off.

                          Now they are torturing me by calling for payment, when I ask the executive to resolve my pending complaint so that I can pay the bills they have no solutions and would disconnect the phone giving wrong commitments. Now they have deactivated my number without resolving my issues.

                          These are the list of Complaint Ids given to me to address the issue, on which i have been following up twice and thrice everyday. But the new voice on calls says that the request have been rejected, of which there is no communication to me until I call:

                          7 May Complaint ID[protected]
                          20 May Complaint ID[protected]
                          21 May Complaint ID[protected]

                          Yesterday, 23 May I got a call from Vodafone customer care at 3:03 pm from this no:[protected], the lady assured that she is putting the roaming waiver on approval. But the phone no got barred in evening and after calling the customer care I am informed that the case is closed.

                          This is the most horrible experience from Vodafone till date and this being my official number is also leading to business losses as it is barred now.

                          I request an immediate action on this, waive off of roaming charges as I have applied for Roam like home and most importantly activating the number right away.

                            I upgraded my sim to 4g on 1st may, 2017. I am eligible to get 4gb of 4g data. I applied for free 4g sim from following url:https://www.vodafone.in/discover/mobile-internet/upgrade-to-4g-sim?section=c...
                            In this it clearly says that "share your details to get 4g sim & avail 4gb free (10 days of validity) offer".
                            Attached the screen shots.

                            Still i haven't received any 4g data. I have continuously contacted the customer service. No response from customer care team. Even i am not able to talk to customer service on 198 as it says sorry can't process your request. I have schedule call back since 2 days. No call back from vodafone team. Worst experience with vodafone ever. Lost my trust towards vodafone.

                            Also attached the screen shot of email saying that "i have gone through your concern and have checked with my concern department, hence i would like to confirm you that i have raised request to assign you that benefit and the same will get done within 24 hours. Your service request number is: [protected]"

                            Today I received an email saying that " on 01/05/2017 4GB data for sim upgradation has been assigned on your above mentioned Vodafone number and the same got expired on 11/05/2017." I this was so then why vodafone team process a request on this. Also find the request number and date.

                            [protected] - 5/5/2017 - I would like to confirm you that I have raised request to assign you that benefit and the same will get done within 24 hours. (And still it was not done.)

                            I got a mail saying that "I have taken a close look into this issue and would like to inform you that Mobile [protected]@249 2G data pack was already active from 22/04/2017 to 18/05/2017.



                            Further as checked 4 GB 4G promotional data benefits with 4G SIM upgrade was already assigned on 01/05/2017 to 10/05/2017.



                            Thus, you have enjoyed 4G speed benefits from data usage done from 01/05/2017 to 10/05/2017."

                            However no such think was done. I was on a Mobile [protected]@249 2G data pack during 22/04/2017 to 18/05/2017. I used my 2g unlimited pack only. The request was raised on 5th and 12th may. If this was done why vodafone team didn't told me about this. They haven't mentioned anything in all the previous emails and when I talked with the team. If I have used the 4g data, why my 2g data was used and why Vodafone send me sms saying that "Hi, you have used up the data allowance on your internet pack. Your speed has been reduced to up to 40Kbps."

                            I also didn't find any difference in the speed. Means your 4g and 2g don't have any difference?

                            After replying thaem they again sent me a mail saying that "There was data usage on the account due to which the charges have been deducted. As one time service gesture I can offer you a credit of Rs.50. Requesting you to revert so that we can do the needful and get this fixed. "

                            It's unbelievable, they are not upto their promises.

                                My Vodafone device for the no [protected] is not able to send outgoing text messages. When I went to the Gotri Road store (opp Pashabhai Park in Vadodara) there was extremely bad customer service from Mr Monish and the manager, Mr Vishwa Kumar- who was shouting at the customers - one expects better from Vodafone is it is to survive and thrive in a competitive market place.                                   He got my details from above data and as per him he can resolve my complain within 10 min.
                                  He asked me my bank detail for RS20 transection and tried to do rs19990, rs20000 transections.

                                  Fortunately I read the massage and not shared my otp.

                                  My question is, how can someone will get data from this forum so easily?

                                    On 16 05 2017 ... Recharged for 999 and was told I'll get 22gb ... i dint get my 4g data but I received a message saying recharge successfull ... I called customer care, no response ...
                                    a week before that, upgraded to 4g sim from 3G sim, I was told that I'll receive 4gb data for free, but I dint get any free data ...
                                    these are issues which I called to complain to customer care thinking that it can be solved ... but customer care first 25 mins to answer and then they forwarding my call on and on and on and on ... finally call gets cut ... I have explained to various customer service executives but nobody helped nor responded ... nobody even registered my complaint even after they confirmed on their computer that what I'm saying is true ... I'll change my network soon but what about my 999 rupees ...

                                      I was convinced by a Vodafone person that converting prepaid to postpaid plan is beneficial. So I converted my number ([protected]) at Vodafone store, Khanna a market, Lodhi Road.Iwas told that after few hours my prepaid will stop working and postpaid will start working. Verification was also done . It's my official number and daily many important calls are done and received on this number. But the SIM is still not activated. I regret changing my plan. After seeing all online complaints I am even more worried.Vodafone has lost its reputation. Please look into the matter and get the problem resolved.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        In a promotional offer Vodafone India provide me 24 GB of 4G data Free for three months ( 8 GB per months).
                                        But they do not activated my my 4G services.
                                        After many call on customer care, they said you have to activate an another data pack to use these services,

                                        Which is not notified while giving free offer of 24 GB data, No messages no mail for the term and conditions.

                                        I am very upset, with there response,
                                        I felt cheated with the response of company
                                        I want them to compensate with value of my time making customer care calls, and stress and mental tension.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
