Iam a customer my no was [protected] post paid i wanted to do mnp but after repetedly telling the company and calling them they told to clear the bill i cleared the bill but then also they didnt let m go to other network said m u have done mnp before clearing ur bill i told them see the upc code which i got is valid for 15 days so whers the problem they told no u cant do like dis i told ill never pay ny penalty for dis silly things mailed them i have copy of mail still they didnt let m do mnp and kept increasing my bill and 1 day called m, i got tired of saying them and i stopped the no please help m asap.

    I had registered complain about sales executive for harrassing repeatedly, though my dnd service is activated.
    But after a week i got call from vodafone from number[protected] on 20/05/2017 at 9:48 am.
    Totally unsatisfied by their action on dnd complain, he said your details don't match, complain again if he call again!!!: (
    Though i had given him full detail about caller as number, date and time of calling. And so rudely he cut call in between. I have recording of cal if you need.

      I have been charges rs 16, 000/- for my vodafone postpaid billing i have been complaining to the customer since 9 th may still i am not getting any reply regarding the waiver. My credit limit is rs 4100 still no intimation was given or no services were closed at the time when my bill reached such big amount and now afterwards all my services are disabledi told executive that i would pay upto 7000 as they were taking stand that they could not disrupt my services what if i had a prepaid numebr would not they disabled all service?? Just because i have postpaid i cant be over charged and no revert back for any waiver or resolution and i am facing huge proble due to internet as well as all outgoing services are disabled now

        Dear vodafone,

        Subject: harassment and threats by vodafone.

        This is a vodafone customer who has been harassed via calls by vodafone customer service and threatened they would shut down both my currently active numbers.
        I have been a vodafone customer for the longest time and in the past month i have received the worst, inept, indecent, unhelpful service via vodafone customer care.
        I am exhausted of talking politely and explaining the entire case to your customer service executives and standing in long queues at the vodafone store and explaining the issue again.

        This email is my attempt to explain this one last time.
        Please find attached screenshots of call logs past two days (21 and 20 may) and one customer token from the vodafone store i visited (On 3 may 2017).
        There have been calls from vodafone regarding some unpaid bill, which was explained to a many vodafone executives that the charge is a mistake, they would say sorry for the inconvenience madam, and this will be sorted.

        After all this inconvenience i had decided to port to another service provider.
        On 2 may 2017, a vodafone customer service executive called and stated ‘madam these charges would be dropped’. I reconfirmed the same on call. This is why i decided not to port to a different network provider.
        The next day my services were shut abruptly. I wasted two hours at the vodafone store in thane and explained to them the situation, they helped me get the service back on.

        On 20 may 2017 vodafone customer service called me 32 times in a span of 6 hours. Despite attending the call and explaining to vodafone executives.
        Vodafone kept harassing me (The customer, sayali mundye) with their calls. This is customer harassment by vodafone.
        This persisted till the next day as well, on 21 may 2017 i received 13 calls from vodafone!

        After all this, vodafone called me today to pressure me by saying that both my numbers would be deactivated by 5pm today if i do not pay the amount (Which is an incorrect charge, which was resolved and accepted earlier by vodafone) immediately!

        If vodafone does not resolve this immediately i will have to escalate this via social media and pr to get due attention this issue deserves.
        I will not entertain any calls over this issue. Further communication must happen via email.

          Hi,
          Greetings of the day

          I am [removed], Vodafone number [removed] which is blocked now.

          Recently i ported my number to Vodafone and later i took postpaid connection as i was in remote place. Everything was fine.
          I failed to pay my 2 months bill in time hence my outgoing call blocked, i accepted this as i was unable to pay due to as i was in remote places hence could no make that.
          But after they disconnected my network too. I could not even receive any of call.
          Here i got frustrated.
          Twice i received called to my alternate number from customer care and they ask when you pay the bill i said i cannot now due to i am in remote place and requested at least to open my incoming call. They said OK but nothing went correct.
          Two days later i tried to make payment online as i did not had near by Vodafone store but for my bad luck i got message as this is not a valid number.

          I missed several important call as it was telling invalid number please check again.
          Now only option left to reach Vodafone store.

          I migrated to Vodafone by thinking good network coverage and no recharge issue.

          I switched from prepaid to postpaid due to uninterrupted calls.
          But i did not expected from you as you can even disconnect and invalid my number too.
          Can you just imagine my situation. No you cannot if yes at least you could have put my incoming on.

          I was capable of paying post paid bill then only i took post paid.

          Please answer to my below simple questions.
          If i was in prepaid connection and my balance is Nil then do you disconnect my incoming ? No.
          If i was in prepaid connection and my balance is Nil then do you invalidate my number ? No.
          Then why you guys doing this with post paid connection.
          Do you think this is a genuine action.
          After disconnection how can you expect the customer to pay bill online.
          Then are you trying to say me indirectly as to stay in Pre paid connection only. If So why are you making so many call from company and even from third party also to come to post paid plan. Is that only to experience this ?
          I received calls only to ask when do you pay bill. When i explained my situation they actually had no answer or did not give me any alternate action. They said we will activate number but till No action. It is 15 days after invalidating my number. Can you imagine my loss ?
          If i am unsatisfied by your action or fail then indirectly that is your loss or your failure because i am too one customer among many and company runs lime me customers.
          I do not know what policy you have on this as i did not read fully while signing the document while getting postpaid connection.
          If i send port message then you come up with good offers to satisfy customer. Why do you make customer to reach up to that level.
          Hope you understand my situation and bring necessary changes in policy if you feel so and that happens so i will be happy as you considered my suggestion.

            I called multiple times and no one helped me out... It highly frustrating... My only data package on my number keeps on renewing without my permission, called vodafone care multiple times... They said can't do anything... Neither there supervisor nor there head advisor... I am gonna quit this network and tell others as well... Is these the way or attitude you people say happy to help you just for advertising... Hate these services...

              I, vinil v b and my wife are vodafone postpaid customers. We had an 899 red plan which was shared by both o[censored]s on payment of 99 extra for addition of a family member. My number is [protected]. So our post paid bills came to 1200's most of the months. So to reduce the bill, i had opted to port to airtel in march following which i received a call from vodafone's retention team. They offered me a 499 family plan on which i have to pay only service taxes as extra. I specifically asked her whether any charges are there to which she said no. I told her only if such a plan exists cancel my porting request. She told me that this was a customized plan. I had already submitted my documents to airtel and paid the fees, but after this offer i gave permission to cancel the porting request.
              Later on april 8th i noticed in vodafone app that my plan was unchanged, called the customer care and complained. They changed my tariff plan to 499. When the bill was generated on may 6th, they had charged me plan rental of 499, 99 for adding a family member, 49 for itemized bill, 2 days in the 899 rental plan, 119 extra as internet usage charges on my wife's number when almost the entire 10 gb was left to used, 136 as roaming charges and service taxes - a total of rs.1061. On complaining again and again (That too on roaming) they reduced the bill first to 930 and then to 605. I asked them to give me the plan offered by the retention team to which they replied first that it's mandatory to charge 99 extra for addition of a family member. Later when i complained again they said that they don't have such an offer, their retention team was wrong and that the 499 plan was not a family plan and that it cannot be shared. I told them that if i don't get the offer that they had promised me i'll approach consumer court to which they said i'm free to do so.
              Then when i paid the bill amount on my wife's number which was linked with my account, it's showing as not credited to 'my account'. Earlier our numbers were linked and i had to pay on only one number which was credited to both our numbers as both were linked. On calling their customer care again they told me that my wife's number was unlinked from my account on my request which i hadn't done. I asked them to resolve my complaints which they said they would do in 24 to 48 hours, each time, in which they have failed miserably.
              They haven not given me a complaint number, which they are legally bound to do for the numerous times that i have called. (I came to know that they are legally bound to give complaint numbers from various consumer forums)
              I would like strict action to be taken against vodafone and an example to be made out of this. They should be heavily penalized for cheating the customer, offering fake plans and overcharging, changing tariff plans without any written communication and not following the proper steps of addressing complaints. Please help.

                Calls to special numbers 51717 on 20th April and 24th April for duration of 44minutes and 90minutes and to 56789 on 18th may for 60 minutes have been charged to me when I have not used this service.
                The customer care only responds to say that these are valid charges inspite of
                telling them that these calls were not made by me.
                Bill generated on 20th May 2017.
                Complaint docket number is[protected].
                Call to Nodal officer is not being answered. Suggested by the customer care executive.
                This is a common practice it appears that the service provider is charging post paid customers and claim that their billing system is correct hence no reversal on the amounts will be made.

                            I have raised the request from the port the number i am getting the call why i want to port the number i said am not happy with your service. They disconnect the call this is 4 day am getting the call regularly and they are not asking me any thing you can check the detail in your service even one day i called to the customer care for the sms pack they said that make a recharge of 15 same i did with my bank app but i did not get the sms pack only balance i got the customer support was on call i ask her what the hell i got the balance behalf of the sms pack than customer care representative disconnect the call.

                              I have taken subscription of vodafone [protected] on 07-Jan-2017 by making payment of Rs.2899 under the scheme of 3 months free cycle for 8GB data per month by Sales Person Mr. Hardik Suthat at Vodafone Store at Alkapuri, MObile No.[protected].

                              But he has not posted or credited the above amount paid in my account as a result my account is getting disconnected frequently. Now also my connection has been disconnected with effect from 25.03.2017.

                              However, while making enquiry he assured to get my connection activated soon but failed to do so and informed that he is helpless and cannot do anything as he has cheated me through Vodafone and he asked me to do whatever I feel to do so.

                              After raising complaint to portal they have not activated my services for one month after that i received response from their appellate forum on On Sat, 06 May 2017 10:28:36 +0530 wrote

                                Today(21.05.2017) I had dialed mobile No. [protected] at 11.41 Hrs. which belonged to Karnataka Circle and was available in Karnataka Circle only. The mobile was ringing but the party did not respond and a voice message to this effect was relayed. Then I disconnected the call and the message appeared on the mobile indicating that "the last charges are Rs. 10/- for a duration of 00.00.16 seconds". It is not understood that how Rs.10/- can be charged for a call that did not materialise that too for a short duration of 16 seconds. Please credit back an amount of Rs. 10/- to my account.

                                  I applied for porting "[protected]" this no on 13/05/2017.

                                  I got a call from vodafone executive regarding vodafone postpaid plan in that 12 gb data & unlimited call & sms was offered to me for 349. Same day executive name-mukesh sales code drk came to my door & collected document & 100rs.
                                  Next day i got a call & again document was asked. I whatsapped my document on two given nos ([protected] & [protected]). Due to some reason my porting code was not generated so vodafone executive suggested me to take a new no & i agreed & he informed me about new no. But from that day i didn't get any info. I tried to call all above mentioned no & this no ([protected]) as well. But noone received my call & neither i was informed. It happened more than 9 days.

                                  Is it the way vodafone doing its business & competing its competitor?

                                  Is it core competency of vodafone?

                                  I have never ever cheated by any telephone operator by such a way.

                                  It is my warning mail. If my money was not refunded. I will reach out to consumer forum & trai.

                                  after several mails & several followups still my case is not resolved. chandan vodafone executive called me & told that he is reviewing my case & assured me that before 26, my case will be resolved but it is still pending. i called at chandan`s no, he is also not receiving my call.

                                  the way they are veiwing my case seems that it will never be resolved.

                                  vodafone is not listening consumer forum.

                                    This is bharath i have still 2.12GB was left but when i opened the vodafone app there was un billed amount of 500.11rs so i called customer care and asked on19/05/17 they told it showing u used more data but u having the date of 2gb i will take request within 2days it will be refunded but today whn i called they telling same u used more data ur amount cannot be refunded i have screenshot i can give complian them anywhere

                                      Hi I came on Live Chat option on 16.5.17 via app to make a complaint regarding the unbilled charges for data as i get 8gb data and still data usage was left and its showing a charge of Rs 190 currently which similarly happens in April and after highlighting this same via Live Chat got the credit, however this time when I had highlighted this issue the representative rejects and and did not applied the credit so without getting any help i Requested to transfer the chat to manager and even the manager was unhelpful and on top of they were sharing my account charges without verifying my account details. So i have lost the trust and i thinng my card details and my account details are not safe and even though after sharing the chat transcript on FB on 16.5.17 i did not received any help as of now. So it seems that in India we are helpless as we don"t have any legal body like Ofcom so if I don't get any help I will escalate this to Vodafone abroad as well take legal action
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
