Hi,

I was approached for post paid connection for an offer of 499, which includes 18gb of data & unlimited calls. On 17th of may i was registered to convert from my prepaid connection to post paid, but i haven't received any acknowledgment for same, i was charged 250 rupess & didn't get any receipt. After that i have call the agent & he is not picking up the call, his number is +[protected], and i got a call from ms. Hina (+[protected], who sent that agent.

Kindly look into this

    Deactivate vodafone number bill payment

    My number +91_[protected] now in idea cellular. But before few day i got message of payment pending from your previous vodafone postpaid connection.
    So now i want to pay it.
    Because i was already visit in vodafone store and he told me that only you will pay your bill through online & here not possible for bill payment. So i talked with vodafone executive but he told me that payment only possible in vodafone store.

    I am having [protected] (Postpaid) number, which was ported from idea to vodafone. Later on, i realised i made biggest mistake.

    I have already paid my outstanding balance to idea before 5 days. This is the 3rd time my number is blocked without any intimation due to some stupid reasons.

    How can you blocked the number without any intimation.

    My all business calls are blocked. I am unable to make and receive calls.

    Though, i have ported my number before two months, i am having worst experience with vodafone till now. I am totally unhappy with vodafone.

    Also, due to this pathetic experience i want to port all my numbers from vodafone to idea.

        I have lost my mobile phone somewhere so please block my vodafone mobile number instantly. It was my oldest number but today when i was on the way i lost my mobile phone.

            आपके ग्राहक निवारण केंद्र मे मैने लगभग चार बार फोन किये लेकिन मुझे किसी भी ग्राहक प्रतिनिधी ने ठीक से सेवा प्रदान नही की, और मुझे चारो बार दस मिनटं की अवधी पर प्रतीक्षा करने के लिये कहा, और फिर कोई जवाब नही दिया, इस हेतू मै ट्राय मे भी शिकायत दर्ज करणे वाला हू।आपको ग्राहक प्रति कोई गांभीर्य नही दिखाई देता, आशा करता हूं मेरी समस्या निरसन की जायेगी।

              I have submitted a request for migrating my vodafone postpaid connection to prepaid connection on[protected] at vodafone mini store, kelambakkam, omr, chennai. Store incharge told that migration will be completed in 2 working days but it didn't happen. I contacted vodafone customer care 7 to 8 times but still, the issue is not resolved. Even today i contacted the nodal officer of vodafone to inform the same, but even they have asked for 24hrs time to help.

                I want to port my vodafone service to other service... I send message port mobile no. To 1900.. Bt i got revert that m sending wrong format.. Again and again.. From last 3 months. Long time now.. Even i called their complaint number, they keep saying me that it must be server problem. I think.. It is something blocked by vodafone. Its a big harrassment. Solve pls

                  I wanted to deport my prepaid mobile number from vodafone to go for another operator. For this i tried to send sms to 1900 for more than 10 times with different ways advised by the local customer care office. But the massage used to go filed. I am unable to shift my cell number to different operator of my choice. The vodafone number 198/199/[protected] 's executive is said to be not available. The trai office's contact numbers are not attending the calls.

                    I got a plan of rs 500 every month, and also i take one internet plan extra which is around rs 240. But the problem is that i got a bill of 2190 which exceed my limitation and my network is also disconnected. Before this i got a bill of 1259 now they says that 1259 + late charges = 2190. This is not fair here i dont want to pay more then my plan plus extra services which i have taken which is around 500+240+ service charges = 850 (Estimated amount). Pls take action on this.

                    From my balance Rs.75 is deducted on the name of vodaphone DOTBOT. I have not requested for such offer. Without any information you have deducted my balanced.
                    I'm not satisfied with such nonsense service. I want this problem to be resolved.

                      I am continuously recieving calls from vodafone customer care since past 3-4 days being an airtel customer already even when i dont respond to the calls. This is very disturbing and yesterday when i picked up the call a lady from the customer care very cleverly asked me to forward the text with port written next to my number and said that this will cancel your previous request for porting and being in office i didnt notice and did that. Again i got a call from customer care and tried to tell them that they befooled me, the girl started laughing and started using really very abusive words which were really indecent and harsh.. I would request you to kindly take a strict action against that customer care executive because this is least expected from a worldwide network operator.

                        I had complaint to Vodaphone about network issues at our area from last 2 months. The customer support had promised that the problems will be resolved within 20 days but still the problem was not resolved and they had blocked my no. of customer care and rest other no. are also blocked after one call. They say that your welcome to India's no. 1 network but its the worst network of India instead other telecom providers(Airtel, Idea, Jio, etc ) take care of their consumer solving the problems before the given period of time. Whereas vodaphone is just ahead in fake promises. If vodaphone really wants to solve the problem which is being occurred . Taking a strict action against it then contact me on [protected]. my complaint no. is [protected]

                          Its been a long time complaining about network issues which was never been resolved.When the handset receives 3g network the internet as well as voice calls doesn't work neither incoming nor outgoing and on 2g network the voice breaks and the internet is worst to use, which is causing much difficulty while using the service.

                          Please look into the matter.

                                Dear sir,
                                I am using vodafone prepaid card number [protected], i have observed that the company surprisingly deduct my balance, when i ask them they are giving the reason that you have called so an so chargeable number due to that your balance is deducted. This was happening many times. I never dail any international number.
                                Requested to please refund all balance deducted due to such company fraud.

                                  I want to convert my Vodafone postpaid to prepaid but for that Vodafone is asking for charges.

                                  Earlier for same thing I had asked them to discontinue my number and that time I received calls from 5 people from Vodafone and they told me there are no conversion charges and all.

                                  For this sim I want to convert but again they are asking for charges.

                                  For the same company if I just want to convert from post to pre, why should I pay.

                                  Other companies doing it for free.

                                  Please resolve this else I would like to port my sim.

                                    I'm a etop holder from vodafone. I serves vodafone india as i am a seller of etop. Company had settled my vcash target as 300 points in april. I've achieved my target but now, voda is not giving my commission. I complained to the customer care but... No response.
