Hi i am a vodafone user. I had incorrectly typed the password and now it shows that it needs a puk code. The problem is that i don't have an account in vodafone 'my account'. Now i can't start an account to find the puk code as it requires a verification code which i can't receive as my sim is locked.
I hope you understood the matter.
Please look into this matter and send the puk code to [protected]@gmail.com

        Vodafone - overcharging while disconnection

        1. I had called the customer care and applied for disconnection of my number in the last week of March 2017. The customer care guy informed that within 7 days the number would be disconnected. I also asked him wat would be the final bill and he informed me that it would be 280 which is immediately paid. On the same day I had stopped using the number.

          I am writing this mail to complain regarding delay in getting services from your end.

          I lost my i phone on[protected] along with my wallet and i have also registered an fir for the same. I have attached a copy of my fir. I got my sim blocked on the same day i. E. On 14 may, around 9 p. M. Now next day i went to vodafone store in hiranandani, powai, mumbai to get a new sim with the same number for which i was asked to submit a copy of my pan card, they asked me that the sim will get activated within 2 hours and its already been more than 90 hours that my sim hasnt yet activated.

          Today i again went to vodafone store at hiranandani where the vodafone executive named abhijeet told me that he will again start the process and asked me for pan card which i gave and i asked him 5 times is there a possibility that i need to visit the store again. He said no the sim will get activated within 2 hours. Its already been 5 hours but my sim hasnt yet activated. I am a student studying at iitb and i have lost my phone my money and now vodafone is giving me so much pain. Please do the needful asap.

          I didnt expected such a poor services from vodafone.

          Please take an immediate action for the same.

            I’m writing regarding an issue that i have been facing since my last bill. I have spoken to 5-6 different different customer service executives relating the same including a few senior ones- all i get is an assurance of a quick resolution and false proimise of getting a call back. All executives whom i’m listing below have admittance of the error from Vodafone and a reversal of the extra charged money for the same.

            The case we have is fairly simple. I travelled to thailand and activated Daily_500 service. The instruction for the activation was given on 17th April at 0130hrs IST. I was told that the activation will be done with in two hours. After this i boarded a flight to thailand and landed there at 0745hrs Thailand time. This is approximately more then 4.5hrs later. As soon as i landed i chose the DTAC service and i received a message from vodafone saying that my Daily_500 service is active.

            As per the deal i was to be charged 1 INR per MB of data usage. But for reasons best known to vodafone i have been charged 3115 INR for the same. This is wrong on two counts

            a) the instruction was given well in advance when i was still in bombay
            b) you cannot charge me a premium for roaming service and also add additional charges for the same

            I’m a 17year old premium Vodafone customer. Since last 15 days i have made genuine effort from my end to resolve this issue. As a responsible customer i have also made a voluntary payment of 5000 INR even before the issue is resolved. I particularly remember speaking with Mr. Muzammil Shaikh at 3 different occasions and explaining him the same. He admitted to this being a Vodafone error as according to him the service should get activated within two hours of the instruction (i was mid air then, hence couldnt have used the data service). He promised me on 3 different occasions to call me back the same evening with a satisfactory resolution. But nobody from vodafone has called or bothered to look into the issue

            Its truly being a harrowing experience dealing with Vodafone customer service. I wonder if you can treat your loyal and premium customer like this - what would be the case for the new ones!

            I hope to get a quick revertal on the same

              Again they asked me to pay 300/- which i paid on 15/-05/2017.
              Dated on 17/05/2017 i paid 650/- still compani says 950/-is my balance amount i dont have any word to say about vodafone now till date my port not all done

                Hi,
                My name is neha and my vodafone number is [protected]. I have resquested to deactivate vodafone data plan in the month of january and it is still being charged to me. I have tried to reach customer care and i had a conversation with mr. Sunil the floor manager but he has also not responded. I visited vodafone office in bangalore also. I have left a message on vodafone facebook page also. After getting so much harrassed, this issue is still not resolved and so much bill has been charged to me. Please help me in this regard.

                  I was approached for post paid connection for an offer of 499, which includes 18gb of data & unlimited calls. On 17th of may i was registered to convert from my prepaid connection to post paid, but i haven't received any acknowledgment for same, i was charged 250 rupess & didn't get any receipt. After that i have call the agent & he is not picking up the call, his number is +[protected], and i got a call from ms. Hina (+[protected], who sent that agent.

                    I am having [protected] (Postpaid) number, which was ported from idea to vodafone. Later on, i realised i made biggest mistake.

                    I have already paid my outstanding balance to idea before 5 days. This is the 3rd time my number is blocked without any intimation due to some stupid reasons.

                    How can you blocked the number without any intimation.

                    My all business calls are blocked. I am unable to make and receive calls.

                    Though, i have ported my number before two months, i am having worst experience with vodafone till now. I am totally unhappy with vodafone.

                    Also, due to this pathetic experience i want to port all my numbers from vodafone to idea.

                              I have submitted a request for migrating my vodafone postpaid connection to prepaid connection on[protected] at vodafone mini store, kelambakkam, omr, chennai. Store incharge told that migration will be completed in 2 working days but it didn't happen. I contacted vodafone customer care 7 to 8 times but still, the issue is not resolved. Even today i contacted the nodal officer of vodafone to inform the same, but even they have asked for 24hrs time to help.

                                  I wanted to deport my prepaid mobile number from vodafone to go for another operator. For this i tried to send sms to 1900 for more than 10 times with different ways advised by the local customer care office. But the massage used to go filed. I am unable to shift my cell number to different operator of my choice. The vodafone number 198/199/[protected] 's executive is said to be not available. The trai office's contact numbers are not attending the calls.

                                    I got a plan of rs 500 every month, and also i take one internet plan extra which is around rs 240. But the problem is that i got a bill of 2190 which exceed my limitation and my network is also disconnected. Before this i got a bill of 1259 now they says that 1259 + late charges = 2190. This is not fair here i dont want to pay more then my plan plus extra services which i have taken which is around 500+240+ service charges = 850 (Estimated amount). Pls take action on this.

                                    From my balance Rs.75 is deducted on the name of vodaphone DOTBOT. I have not requested for such offer. Without any information you have deducted my balanced.
