This person not receiving the ph from any others numbers now. My sister feels som depresion after threating and dirty languge of this person.     I purchased a Vodafone SIM in Mumbai in June 2016 and intended to us it for three months after having bought the appropriate pack for around 2000 rupees. Since December, the company has been continuously charging me around 700 rupees per month and it has been six months that I have not even used the SIM card; it remains in the Vodafone dongle, unused. When I put the SIM card in a cell phone to apply for disconnection, I never get signals, making me unable to contact customer care. Even then, the company has the audacity to call me up every 15th and ask for charges without my having utilized even a paisa-worth of their godforsaken services. I request you to please disconnect my postpaid connection for the number [protected] as soon as possible.

      This is Jai Govind Bansal, I have applied MNP ([protected]) Aircel Prepaid to Vodafone Prepaid near about 15 days ago, but till the date i didn't get any status on it.Every week i am inquiring with Vodafone relationship branch but they are helpless and don't know where is the process.

      And what to update to the customer on this.I don't know from which side(Vodafone or Retail Store) it is being processed, I surprised bit ashamed for Vodafone employee he is in such a situation what to update to the customer for MNP process status.

      Even i call on the "[protected]"they keep me hold for 20.50 min afterward they say we cant do any thing . plz contact to retailer . i told then i applied in Soniput and now i am in Ghuwathi 250 km far from that retail store, they said we cant update anything . you have to physically visit that store again again . that the your company process, that's the way we welcome your new customer.

      I don't know is my Applications getting process or not.
      Please help me further on this.Thank you!

        Vodafone has offered me 10GB 3G/4G data on MNP from Airtel postpaid to Vodafone postpaid. These 10 Gb data is except plan data provided in plan.
        Now they refuse to provide this much data. please resolve.

          Dear team,

          Please note the below mail dated 18/10/2016 and new vodafone plan of rs 699 with discount of rs 200!!!

          I had taken written confirmation and even verbal confirmation that the below plan which is rs 699 red with discount of rs 200
          Will be available to me till i dont leave vodafone services.

          Vodafone was par excellence in customer care and connectivity and even after launch of jio services
          And getting super cheap plan from other providers have struck to vodafone services!!!

          After checking the current bill for may 2017, the rental charged is rs 699 and discount of rs 200 is disappeared!!!

          (The mail can be send as proof...)

          How can the discount be discounted without even asking the end user??

          And even if the discount had to be discounted or stop.. It should have been informed to the customer before making changes..

            Please disconnect my postpaid vodafone connection ASAP

            I have sent email to customer care multiple times and no action has been taken care. I am tired explaining your customer care to disconnect the number and looks like it has not been done. Vodafone service is the worst ever service and irresponsible customer service. For god sake, please deactivate my number as soon as possible.

                    Dear Consumer Forum Administrator,

                    I have lodged various complaints with Vodafone for their unfair practice of levying hidden charges. This relates to the various packs that get activated automatically without the users consent.

                    I have complained to Vodafone on several occasions and so much so that their Nodal Officer last month called and apologized and reversed these charges assuring me that it wont occur again.

                    But again this month these packs got activated and Vodafone has charged me for these services that I have not subscribed.

                    In my family, we use JIO, Airtel and Vodafone. JIO and Airtel levying any such hidden charges.

                    I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone for the past 11 years (earlier Hutch/Orange etc) and am really disappointed by these unfair practices that Vodafone has resorted to make money.

                    I request you to kindly take this matter up with the highest authorities at Vodafone to ensure the customers are not looted any further.

                      This pack is Rs.347 in 56 GB net and unlimited call 56 Day
                      but in This pack i resive only 28 GB net on 28 Day
                      I wise that my all internet pack is revile up to 56GB and day is 56 day of fully revile...

                          Hello Team,
                          I just ported my Idea SIM to Vodafone. My SIM is activated and deactivated by Vodafone by saying some comments about address. Even I am using another Vodafone SIM with same address. Now they are not activating my SIM and not allowing me to port my SIM till 3 months. My complaint is either they should allow me to Port my connection or it should be activated without any delay. I have visited and talked as much as possible. We are paying for service not for tortured. We want service without any tension if they can't provide just give clarification for the same and we will take care for that. But should not deactivate SIM without any information. Now If I try to call their they misbehaved with me by saying we can't do anything for you.

                            My monthly rental is 699 and i am receiving bill of 978 since the past 2 months... When i called customer care they said International roaming is active since 15th march... Y the hell has it been activated without my consent nd y shud i pay fr services whic i haven't used... Dint even receive any msg when it was activated... customer care ppl nt helpful at all... they dont mind if we change our service provider.. i am nt gonna pay extra

                                  Vodafone (Park street kolkata) executive namely javed mislead-ed me saying that i am not eligible for plan super349 instead he insisted to change my plan to super549. I gave a request to activate super349 plan on 30th april 2017 though and it got activated as well but later on after the activation the plan was again changed to 549 from same vodafone store without my consent. After that i have raised complaints number of times through ivr but it has not been resolved yet. This is pathetic and fraud.

                                      Hello Team,

                                      Due to phone loss we had purchase the new sim, but without knowing us Vodafone store Staff (Miss. Sneha) changed my Plan from Rs.399 to Rs.499 and after 24 Hours my sim is not yet activated, also there is Extra Amout get charged in Billing as a Roming Charges, I havent went outside the Maharashtra then How there is Roming Charges Applied, after doing chat with exective they told it is National Roming Charges Rs, 300.

                                      Vodafone Service is now getting very Cheap Service than other service Provider.

                                        Some Aditi from Vodafone called me on 11 may for pre to postpaid transformation. I gave her the documents on 12 th and I got a postpaid Sim and I was told that the Sim will start working in 1-2 days. I called her today 5-6 times and she answered once and said that she is on leave today and won't help. Worst service ever!! When will my postpaid Sim start working
