I purchased a Vodafone SIM in Mumbai in June 2016 and intended to us it for three months after having bought the appropriate pack for around 2000 rupees. Since December, the company has been continuously charging me around 700 rupees per month and it has been six months that I have not even used the SIM card; it remains in the Vodafone dongle, unused. When I put the SIM card in a cell phone to apply for disconnection, I never get signals, making me unable to contact customer care. Even then, the company has the audacity to call me up every 15th and ask for charges without my having utilized even a paisa-worth of their godforsaken services. I request you to please disconnect my postpaid connection for the number [protected] as soon as possible.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
