From last 2days after full talk time recharge of rs110 daily rs35 vas pack they are attached without my request or any subscription click.. As per the trai ruless if customers deactivate services within 24hrs the reimbursement should be full filled but here nothing is happening as per gov rules... [protected] is my punjab vodafone number i'm using from since long for incoming purpose it's good but after recharge if you balance they will start doing deduction and didn't follow any kind of rules..

        And now i m in punchkula haryana
        I am using vodafone from a long time but today i am unsatisfy from your customer care service bcoz i call your customer care minimum 6 or 7 times at 11:30 pm but they not speak or after that call put on hold. I have some problem at that time thats why i called customer care but they are not understand my problem bcoz they play with my problem
        I don't know which customer care received my call but i wants to know about all info that person who receives my call nd he not speak (Muted) nd put call on hold again nd again in 7 or 8 times
        I[censored] not able to help me than plz off my no.

          I getting a message of a Rs 0.04 is deducted for 0 MB data usage in my Vodafone SIM even though my data is not on my mobile phone. This happens at regular intervals. Please help. My Mobile no is [protected]. I have also seen many people are facing this same problem but vodafone is not doing anything about it. Vodafone if you continue do this I will port over to another provider.
          Vodafone if you are seeing this and care about your customers and don't want to lose business please help in this regards.

            Today i have recharged for 142 rs.
            By that i could get 1 gb 3g internet.
            I saw that offer through my vodafone app.
            But after recharging i got only half of that.
            I have raised my complaints to vodafone.
            But they simply said offer has expired.
            By this what i can conclude?
            Is app is fake?
            Is am fool?
            I need my money back
            Or i need my full data pack benefits.

              I was using a Post Paid mobile number [protected] of Vodafone since May 2016. Because of difficulty in paying the bills as the Retails outlets or Mini Stores in Wadakkanchery, Trichur were not able to give me the bill amount in time. At least 3 time I have to approach them to pay the bills and hence I decided to cancel the connection in September 2016. In turn I have given a written request to Vodafone Vadakke Stand, Trichur office and I didn't get any receipt for the same but number got disconnected as the counter staff verbally informed and there was no due for payment. Further more, I didn't get any confirmation from the counter staff that time. I didn't suspect this type of cheating.

              Yesterday (12.05.2017) afternoon I received a call from Vodafone office (No. [protected]) advising me that there is an unpaid bill of Rs. 595.00 on account of mobile no. [protected]. I tried to explain the caller that as of the time of cancellation (September 2016) there was no bill due to pay and how it come after 8 months. She suggested me to contact nearest Vodafone office to clear the situation.

              Today (13.5.2017) I went to Vodafone Retail outlet in Ottupara and they told me that they are unable to give any payment details of this cancelled number as this case is of 8 months old. Then I went to Vodafone Mini store, opposite Divine hospital in Wadakkanchery and unfortunately it was not open and waited there from 10.15 AM to 11.30 AM. The I met another person facing the same scenario his number was deactivated long ago and he got call from Vodafone asking for overdue payment.

              After unsuccessful waiting at Mini Store I went to Vodafone Vadakke Stand, Trichur office and got token 141. When my turn came I went to Counter F and tried to explain about the phone call and situation about the cancellation of number. She was adamant to listen or giving answer to my queries (She was wearing that fancy Vodafone Tshirt but without NAME TAG). She was telling that regardless whatever the situation may be I have to pay the bill and she was not ready to accept my claim that the number was cancelled before 8 months.

              In between a man wearing same fancy Vodafone Tshirt but without NAME TAG started to irritate by interrupting our conversation. He was claiming that he is the Manager. Surprisingly I didn't see any managerial quality in his behaviour or culture in him. He never bothered to introduce himself by name as a minimum courtesy of a MANAGER. I felt like he is pretending or disguising as a MANAGER himself. That is not my business anyway. But he threatened me that he will put me in legal case on account o[censored]npaid bills without hearing my explanation. First time I heard that a private telecom provider personnel got the privilege of framing a case against an ordinary Indian citizen for pointing out irregularities on possible computer entry.

              Come back to my case, I have paid an amount of Rs. 595.00 vide receipt number KER048C170513_33117530 dated 13 May 2017 (copy attached). Please check my account using the service of professional staff rather than the unprofessional fancy dressed clowns and arrange to refund the amount of Rs. 595.00 paid in the name of a cancelled number after 8 months.

              I have called [protected] several times to inform that the so called over due payment as per your records has been cleared from my side but no response from the other side. Typical Vodafone service, that is what I have to say.

              As a citizen of India and still a customer of Vodafone, I would suggest you to recruit capable staff with an inborn talent to work or train the coarse stuff in a way that they can deal with customers of different background if you want to stay alive in the market.

              I shall be much pleased if you could check the figures entered in the system properly and go through the matter in a professional manner. I am sure that I can get refund of my Rs. 595.00 without delay.

                  This is with regard to my number [protected], instate of confusion i have requested to closed my internet connection for above mention number, however after discussion with Vodafone on 6/05/2017 at 06:32PM., Rupali Gade from vodafone has confirm me that my plan will be activate, however after that they again refuse to activate that plan,

                  Being associate with Vodafone from last 10 years and having three connection . It really feel that vodafone dont care about their customer and for them one single customer doesn't mean anything irrespective how long it is associate with this brand

                  Would request you to look into this matter asap and help me to resolve this as after two week brand value of Vodafone is getting shattered

                    Balance deduction auomatically for something games and all even in past my balance has been deducted for the service i hv not rrqusted for nd no response from 198 nd even after registering port request there has been no response in past for something vodafone play the vodofaone deducted my balance that ws a sum of rs 150 nd even this time too 150 rs have been deducted from my balance.

                        Manoj. I really don’t understand basically how you charge the customer and write such a long mail telling this and that. I have been In a computer industry from a long long time.
                        What is the basic. You give me first 24 GB data free and again 9 gb data free. that’s what I am using now. As for voice and sms, you have told me voice and sms are free unlimited.
                        So basically I pay 399 +taxes 15%.
                        I have made payment twice till now. On 27 april also I have made the payment. now u ask me to again make payment. This is wrong.

                        Now I will clear your dues and port to GIO. GIO is offering me 309/- for 3 months with 2 gb data per day, free voice and sms.
                        no conditions. can you do the same?

                          Company vodafone send a massag to us about net plan of 1 gb 3g 4g per day but they were provide us only 50 mb per day.
                          And when we call to coustomer care then they were not provide us our balance return.

                              Dear sir, i received a message from Vodafone stating that scheme i requested to activate on 8th may, 2017 lifestyle pack is now activated and balance of rs 35 will deducted from my account on rental of weekly basis. Now, i did not request any scheme it was self activated. I called the customer care of Vodafone, they did not help me for it and did not provide me enough information about the scheme too. Now though it's a small amount but it's forgery. I request you to solve this matter and return me the unnecessary balance deduction from my account.

                              From me also they have deducted Rs 49 I need this 49 rupees back.. I am didn't told you to activate the lifestyle pack.. I need my money back..

                                I recently relocated to pune from Bengaluru when i am trying to port from Vodafone, Vodafone representative called and told me to update to from 299 plan to 399 plan there is no roaming charges occurs during out going calls also told, even i mentioned this is Karnataka circle number him i changed to 399. but my bill came Rs 1089.due to wrong information given by Vodafone. on 06.05.2017
                                i registered complaint (comp no.[protected], but till now not even getting any feedback from Vodafone. i am very upset with worst service by Vodafone.hope i think so issue going to solve as soon as possible.

                                  I recently port a Vodafone SIM in 3 May and got it activated but I'm fed up of this poor network (inside my home, to make a call or to connect to internet I have to go on the roof top or outside the home, which is very disappointing). It's not only me who's facing this problem, every Vodafone user of my locality has same complaint. Sometimes 1 or 2 network bar appears and when I try to make a call or connect to internet they disappear. This result is very much irritating and disappointing from such a big telecom company like Vodafone. I have complaint many times for Vodafone b't they can't resolve my problem. i have use your 4G data plan company provided me 21GB but speed is very slow like using 2G. Please try to solve this issue immediately...

                                        Hi Vodafone,
                                        My number is [protected]. I am a vodafone customer from last 2 years.

                                        Recently there has been many good offers floated by airtel and so I wanted to PORT my number to airtel.

                                        To start that I am trying to send PORT message to 1900, but it is not getting sent. I have already talked to customer care regarding this multiple times through online chat but the issue remains unresolved.

                                        Can you please look into this?
